Google
Fantastic place to get a variety of cured meats for a charcuterie board with cheese, or for making sandwiches for a picnic in the park next to this cute storefront in downtown Napa. Fast and efficient service.

Google
Our favorite is the Al Diavola pork chop..so many good options though. Sandwiches & prepared foods are also delicious. High quality meats & packaged food (pasta, dried beans, crackers, etc).

Google
This is an insanely good store where you can buy different kinds of meat cuts. We savored their charcuterie board with its pickled veggies and aged cheese. The ham went perfectly well with the cheese. The staff are passionate and they also sell fun merchandise and quirky things like twines. There were quite a few customers when we were there and I can understand why!

Decades ago, the Coho at Tresidder Memorial Union served a muffuletta with a black olive heavy relish. The Fatted Calf’s rendition is tilted toward green olives. Very well made and perfect for enjoying on the picnic tables outside the shop!

Google
First and foremost I love this place. That's why I sill rate this place 3 stars. I love their jerky so I was dumbfounded when I recently bought 2 bags of their sealed beef jerky and and two days later there is standing mold on most of the pieces. One of them has areas that have hardened brown caps. Everything I have ever gotten here has been of the best quality so I didn't think much about not looking at the jerky before I ate half of the two bags no wonder I have this stomach issues at the moment. I'm not sure how well these will come across but I attached some photos. As of right now I'm disgusted but that doesn't mean I'm never coming back, this place is way too good to abandon. S.Wells

Like, come on! You cannot get more authentic, fresh and delicious! This is a small shop behind the market in downtown Napa, filled with friendly service, quality ingredients and vibes from Italy. The huge meat case is eye catching and the fresh lunch was amazing. I had the Ribeye sandwich. A hidden gem and a must try!

Vincent Mo

Google
One of our favorite places to grab a picnic lunch. Don't forget to go next door for a baguette from Model Bakery! Even after eating at many Michelin starred restaurants in Napa and the Bay Area, this is still one of our favorite ways to get a meal in Napa.

Google
Tuck away behind Oxbow Market is a charcuterie that has fresh made meats, spreads, and other delicious treats for the meat lover. I bought duck confit, basque style pork coil, some prosciutto. All three were a total of $29.00 usd. There were so many items i wantes to try. I will definitely come back through on my next visit. Staff were friendly and helpful as well as adhering to recomended COVID-19 Guidelines and only allowing a few customers in the smaller space.

Yelp
Incredible charcuterie, sausages, and meats. I don't know much about meats myself, but my husband sent me with a list of items to buy, and the staff helped me out so much. According to my husband, this is the only place to buy pork from now on!

Kay A.

Yelp
Amazing variety and selection of charcuterie meats. They also have gourmet and Italian olives, tomatoes, sauces, oils, etc. The sandwiches and cheese plate are amazing as well.

Yelp
By pure luck we found this shop. The name caught our attention and after a little curious looking we found ourselves walking right in! Size is not everything. Fatted calf's counter has all a meat lover could want and more. There is beef, local lamb, poultry, pates, salumi, fresh sausage, pasture raised heritage pork, and heaps more! Interior interesting as the meats they have on display. Take a moment to see what their website has to tell you https://www.fattedcalf.com/index.php. From their background and love for what they do. There are two locations with a link to the menu for each one. There are weekend specials and daily lunch offerings that rotate. They even have classes. How unique! To teach others how to butcher a lamb/pig, sausage making, and curing meats. We were encouraged to try the picnic plate ($15.00) that has bread, cheese, pickled vegetables, and a selection of charcuterie. Ordinary to the eye, but the textures and flavors were all there. So much so, we went back to bring their quality product back home with us. You can gather all the accompaniments for a charcuterie board right there. If you rather, pre-order ahead for a charcuterie board to be made for your next special gathering. They give you portions of what you desire and individually wrap each product. Patient as they are, samples are allowed before making a commitment! We ended up getting the berkshire salami, lonza, prosciutto, and pate maison. When you visit, try the pate maison. As with it all, it is especially delicious! I will be frequenting this place more often when I want to make charcuterie boards!

Yelp
This little gem of a market hiding just outside the corner of Oxbow Marketplace is the Ideal spot to grab a casual can or bottled libation! Friendly staff featuring great prices on some excellent local brews and ciders. Grab and go and gather your friends at the picnic tables right outside. During summer enjoy listening to headliners playing live and outside at the Oxbow River Stage. Don't forget the charcuterie!

Kate C.

Yelp
Hmmm...wondering what to get If you love sandwiches? The Porchetta sandwich! Recommended by the lovely man behind the counter. And he wasn't kidding. It was delicious. Located at the Oxbow market. The porchetta would be an amazing addition to so many meals and definitely a charcuterie!

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Charcuterie for everyone! A Napa find. The Fatted Calf butcher shop -in the Oxbow Market- offers a wonderful selection of charcuterie, sauages, cured meats, butchery and fabulous gourmet sandwiches to go. We came here for the delicious jerky and expertly crafted sandwiches -but-of course-we always leave with much more. Everything they offer is gourmet and crafted with the best ingredients. You can't resist buying more! Service: Exceptional and welcoming staff!

Yelp
If you like salami, bacon or cured meats this is your place. People come for the Mortadella. I came late to order a sandwich which was a bummer but there was one loaf of bread left to buy. Got 2 of the MANY salami choices, if I was really going for it I could have bought the truffle butter to put on the bread too but then How would I travel home with and open ~sealed plastic of Butter? Oh the tough choices we make when we ip off to wine country for a few hours and try new foods. Sauccison Sec (most like Genoa and least fatty) and the Toscana (bits of Fat and Black pepper!) salami, both were excellent, 2 packs of Bacon (3 and they give you a deal) and it was so hot I decided on a beer that was SO good an still having trouble finnding it. It was so light and refreshing, Kolsch type beer in yellow can, Occidental brewers? Perfect wait out the traffic snack spot with picnic tables out front, next to Model Bakery English Muffins and then next to Gott' Roadside on the corner. There is a parking lot next to the Fatted calf. Restrooms behind the building in the upper stairs food Hall bit. A lot to see in this little block. I gotta come back.

Christine T.

Yelp
Such friendly service, especially on a Saturday morning when everyone is scrambling for snacks for their wine trips or meats for weekend entertaining. My husband and I had a full day planned in Napa and were going to wineries that allowed us to bring in our own picnic. We decided to get our main lunch items here. They have premade sandwich du jour options, tinned fish, you can opt to get your meat of choice by the Lb. OR what we did- a small charcuterie offering which was not on the menu. The sandwich I picked was a Reuben-ish combo and it was everything. Even though it was premade it still was super fresh and it was already cut in Half which made it perfect for sharing. Our small charcuterie box is perfect for two people to share with other things. It came with pickles, pate/head cheese, other cold cuts, cheese and sliced bread points.

Yelp
We found this establishment just by chance. My wife and I in January was staying overnight in Napa for a company celebration dinner/event. We had time to kill before our dinner celebration so took a walk on the town. Great area to walk BTW.... So we went to the Oxbow marketplace and on our way back found this small store. Charcuterie in its name just Grabbed me. We love creating boards for social events. So we went in, the staff was excellent, they had so many varieties of cured meats. They let us sample as many as we wanted and was very informative about the each product. Think Wine Tasting but with meat. Since we were in a hotel room we pickup up just a small sampling of two for our room to enjoy with some wine and cheese. Needless to say, I took an 1.5 hour round trip from the East Bay just to buy their products for an event we planned for a social at our home. I would 110% recommend this establishment. So the picks below are just our boards we made. I'll make sure I take pics of their store on my next visit

Jay S.

Yelp
Ordered a charcuterie and cheese board from them and it was presented beautifully. Very impressive and the price is just right. The staff were incredibly cool and made sure the process was easy. Nice outdoor seating area typical of Napa. Covered with a few umbrellas. Directly next to other eateries and sweeteries to continue the tastes of Napa.

Earlene C.

Yelp
Alex and Julian offered delicious suggestions. We opted for the picnic plate, porchetta sandwich and some Lanza prosciutto, mushroom tarte and lemon beef jerky.

Kyle W.

Yelp
This place offers a large selection of meats such as sausages, meat by the pound, etc. They also have a small menu for food options such as soup, sandwiches, and more. A lot of people go here to get charcuterie for the wine pairing and picnic, as the offerings are unique and vast. We personally went here for the pig head pozole as we wanted a bit more food in the Oxbow Public Market area. The soup was decent - I enjoyed the tender pig head meat and the fixings - lettuce, onions, radish, and oregano. The soup was soothing although a bit on the salty side. While I didn't get a 5 star impression with the hot food selection we got, we will still come back for charcuterie as that seems to be their strong point.

Crystal H.

Yelp
Very good place for your charcuterie needs! I got to sample almost all the things that I bought. They were very generous. It's not cheap, but you gotta try it out. We came around 10:30am and it wasn't busy at all. I was scared there would be a line. The Pate Maison is really good if you like pate. Not salty at all. The Ciccioli spicy pork terrine has a small kick to it. We also liked the Umbrian salami, White rock salami, Culatello coppa, and Proscuitto di Parma. We sampled some of their beef jerky and it was so good so we bought some to-go. The spicy lemongrass and bourbon molasses were both good. Not salty at all. Definitely check this place out. There's some tables outside, but they were pretty much all taken. Next door is a bakery shop, so a lot of people are eating outdoors. There's street parking or the parking lot where the Ox Bow market is.

Emily L.

Yelp
I have been eyeing this spot for awhile. There is always a huge line out the door and that truly is the trademark of a delicious spot! I came in late around 4 on a Friday and was surprised to not find a line! Score! So I really was able to take my time to see what they offer! They have a very impressive meat case with so many options to choose from! I'm talking absolutely beautiful steaks! Kicking myself now because I wish I had grabbed one! I did end up with a package of bacon. It was $12 for about 10 thick slices of life changing bacon. Buy the bacon! You can actually taste a little hit of the brown sugar because it isn't overloaded with salt. I also got 8 slices of prosciutto for a little over $6. It doesn't even compare to the prepackaged stuff in the stores! It has a light pork flavor and is not salty at all! Amazing flavor!

Russ G.

Yelp
A Cozy bur extensive Deli. We found Julian very very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable, He is an excellent ambassador of the business to the public. We traveled here from Southern Oregon specifically to sample their selection of Charcuterie. Charcuterie selection is very extensive. Everything we purchased was excellent. The Duroc Salami and the Blood Salami were exceptional, The quality of the meats and ingredients was obvious. The BEST Muffuletta Sandwiches we have had. The Bread, the Meats, Olive Tampinod and the condiments are excellent. We have had the original at Central Grocery in New Orleans and Granzella's in Williams, The Porketta Sandwich was exceptional as well. Thank you for the excellent culinary experience! It will not be our last!

Kim D.

Yelp
Welcome to meat lovers paradise! The Fatted Calf is the place you come to make a killer charcuterie board that will wow all your guests. They have excellent customer service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. So many meat options to choose from and a plethora of other jams, marinades, pickled treats, and goodies to accompany your purchase. I ordered the picnic plate and it was the perfect on the go lunch. It is three different types of meats, a good amount of sliced cheese, gherkins, and bread. It normally comes with mortadella (which I'm not keen on) and when they saw my apprehension they immediately suggested a different meat to sub and I thought that was pretty cool of them. I can't wait to return to try the croque monseiur with egg and the classic meatloaf.... and basically everything else on the menu!

Helen W.

Yelp
This was located right next to the Model Bakery so we decided to go check it out. It is mostly a butcher shop but does have a variety of other items There were a few options on sandwiches and their porchetta looked amazing. We opted for a mushroom tart to share (I also bought some mushroom risotto that I can't wait to cook at home). The tart was decadent. The crust was sooo flaky and tasty.

Bella L.

Yelp
If you are looking for charcuterie, stop your search. This place is as good as it gets! We have gotten so many of their charcuterie offerings and have loved everything. Our usual orders include their mortadella which comes nicely studded with pistachios and any of their salami. We look forward to trying a new salami each time we go and always get their charcuterie whenever we host a party or are attending one. They also have great pantry staples and butchered meats as well!

Candace V.

Yelp
Preordering and pick up was easy, Julian was helpful. My only complaint is I purchased a cheese and charcuterie board but it unfortunately only came with 1 cheese, if I had known that I would have requested more cheese or purchased more outside. But other than that, the meat quality was very good. Returning of the board and refund of the deposit was very easy too. Would recommend purchasing from here

Michael O.

Yelp
I mean this place is 6 stars, four thumbs up. Hyperbole aside: deep and delicious selection of cured, prepared, quality pates, sausages n charcuterie. Equally great cuts o meat to cook at home with an eclectic, daresay fun, selection of pantry and gifty items also for sale. Go there, look around, spend lots of money, and enjoy some of the good life.

Giemar F.

Yelp
I drive about 30min to come to this place to get amazing cuts of meat. They also have other great options like caviar, spreads, seasoning and pate. The place is tiny and at certain times of the year it can get pretty full. Staff is friendly; however if you are not too knowledgeable with cuts and meat if they are too busy is hard to ask questions and get answers.

Tone T.

Yelp
Love the quality and variety of meats you can get here, grabbed a new york strip, beef Jerky and ground beef, loved all of it! Thanks julian!

Cassandra N.

Yelp
Made a stop for a light lunch after our wine tasting at Fatted Calf! Right next to Model Bakery, this cute little meat shop has everything you could want for a successful charcuterie board. Their selection of meats was really impressive, and there's all kinds of merchandise, toppings, and other goodies for sale. We ended up sharing a picnic plate ($15) and getting an apple juice each to sober up from the wine. I wish they'd included a list of what was in this, because it was so yummy! One kind of cheese, one kind of bread, three types of meat, and pickled green beans. Definitely more than enough for two people, and put us both out of our comfort zone by trying something new! I've never had pickled green beans (I'm not really a fan of pickled anything but it was fun to try). I loved every meat in the box (one was kind of like a lunch meat, and then one mild and one spicy salami type meat), and the cheese was hard and crumbly which pair perfectly with the soft bread. I really want to come back and try their other lunch items and maybe get some meat! We had a drive back and I didn't have anything to keep meat in unfortunately. There is seating outside shared with Model, and the weather was perfect! Maybe I need another trip to Napa!

Karen I.

Yelp
We took a sausage making class this weekend and it was just fantastic!!! We learned so much. It was a perfect size of class. The instruction was easy to follow - it was totally hands on. Probably the biggest treat was hearing the stories about their business, how and why it formed and evolved. Also an amazing treat was the never-ending charcuterie available all 3-hours. We left with everything we made in class and enough for a meal each time. It's not cheap, but I'd say worth every penny. You also get a discount to purchase in their fabulous shop. Loved, loved, loved it!

Phoebe T.

Yelp
So I've come to this place twice now, and every time I've gone, I just LOVED what I got. I've tried their croque monsieur and their porchetta sandwiches and let me tell you, it is a 10/10. Their croque monsieur is just the perfect combination of crunchy, cheesy, savory goodness. I was surprised by how wonderful it tasted. Their porchetta has the perfect savory, salty yet slightly sweet from the marmalade/jam they use. I think I'll be coming back to this place every time I go to Napa. Try to come early though, they get sold out fast!

Ralph T.

Yelp
I live in Napa and shop at Fatted Calf regularly. I know charcuterie and craft butchery very well and there is no place like Fatted Calf in northern California. It's hands down my favorite store in California. Special fan of pork rillete, green pork Spanish sausage, chorizo, lamb crepinette, stuffed quail, and porchetta. But honestly, everything is fantastic and made in the old world craftsmanship and artistry. Highest quality meats and ingredients.

Ryan S.

Yelp
Really disappointing last two visits here. Not sure what is going with the quality over the last 6 months but each time I have gotten spoiled or meat with mold growing on it. First time was a few months ago with nicer heritage pork chops. Get home (Im local to napa) and they completely smell like fish and are spoiled. This past Monday, I purchased pancetta only to get home and unwrap it, and there is clearly a bunch of mold on the pancetta. Last time I will be going to fatted calf after these past two experiences. Just my two cents - I would check your butcher purchases in the car right after you buy and inspect everything is OK before leaving the parking lot.

Erica I.

Yelp
Outstanding service. Huge portions given and good quality meat with plenty of options.

Tiffany C.

Yelp
Best place to get everything you need for an amazing charcuterie. Incredible selection, great staff. 5 stars all the way.

Angelica G.

Yelp
I wanted to get some sausages for our bbq and didn't want anything from a grocery store. I love chicken sausages but wanted something different. I got a variety of sausages here and I was excited to try them all. I bought a total of 6. I even opted for a lamb one even though I'm not a huge fan of the gaminess. Now, I typically do not grill sausages so I asked how it's done. They were so nice to share how to grill and cook on the stove top for a newbie like me. The sausage casings are thin so be sure not to break them. My bbq was a huge success. The sausages were a huge hit and such a delicious treat. They were so flavorful! The lamb one was not gamy at all and I was so impressed with the way they made it. Definitely recommend their sausages!

Amber M.

Yelp
Positives: - Unparalleled freshness and quality in their sandwiches - Fun variety of pantry goods - Warm, friendly service Usually I'm like "how much could a sandwich really stand out?" Fatted Calf exceeds expectations with top notch ingredients like Acme bread, delicious charcuterie, and thoughtful ingredient pairings like sauces and jams. They are not afraid of flavor and understand how to elevate their ingredients (i.e. their prosciutto sandwich that includes broccolini doused with a healthy amount of olive oil) and add contrast (sandwich also includes some citrus spread and white bean spread). They also have a great selection of pantry goods like chocolates, nuts, jerkies, salamis, beans, that make for a great treat or gift.

Eye C.

Yelp
Poor quality service. Yes they are busy. Doesn't allow them to be rude. Rude workers who bark at ou when you ask about your order that is not ready in 15 minutes, as you watch literally 10 other orders ready before you. I politely waited 15 minutes for my small order. I kept seeing other customers with big bags full of yummies. I politely inquired on the status of my order. Lady barked at me, and said I need to be patient because they are so busy. The while time, I saw a bag on the counter. I asked about that one. Turns out, they wrote the wrong name on the order, and hence my wait. No apologies. Just yelled at for being very patient and polite, because a worker was stressed about her busy work load. This shop should fire that lady. Poor attitude, grumpy face. I knew I should have left right when I saw her unpleasant look.

Philip C.

Yelp
Right next to The Model Bakery with their own side parking lot. The duck rillettes as a spread on toasted bread with butter is super delicious.

Nancy H.

Yelp
Such an awesome charcuterie shop! We weren't planning on stopping here... actually didn't even know it existed, until we stumbled upon it while at the bakery next door. Their meat selection looked amazing, but since we were traveling couldn't experience it ourselves. We did however treat ourselves to their pate options, which we added to our car charcuterie board for the road trip. We tried two of the pate options and both were fantastic. We were also super impressed by their selection of local foods including their crackers, jams, pastas, etc. We purchased quite a few nice things to take home with us.

Christina N.

Yelp
Amazing service! They gave great recommendations and let us sample before we ordered. Charcuterie here is tasty and while it comes with a hefty price tag, is well worth it. This is so much better compared to pre packaged and we couldn't stop ordering more after we got those samples. LOVE the prosciutto.

Mark T.

Yelp
Incredible selection! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! In fact, too knowledgeable, and too friendly, as I walked away with way too much meat Lol !! I can't wait to try all of it!

Vivian C.

Yelp
Only 4 people inside at a time! There was a LONG line even early in the morning. A lot of people getting their holiday hams and turkeys and meats. One guy brought a YETI cooler! A lot of locals go here, the staff even know people's names! Inside there is a deli counter, and on the right there is a whole wall of goods/merch/tasty canned/jarred and packages goodies. Had some outdoor seating. We got the pastrami sandwich and the charcuterie picnic plate! Unfortunately the menu is downsized due to the pandemic. I really wanted the porchetta sandwich, but they didn't have it. Apparently the roast pork sandwich is really similar? But I didn't get it because the guy behind the counter recommend pastrami. // Pastrami Sandwich // Solid. Good pastrami and the red cabbage slaw/salad was delicious. A great acidity to counter the salty pastrami // Picnic Plate // A nice selection of meats and one cheese chosen by the staff member making your plate. Paired with pickled veggies and crackers. We got pickled gherkins. I highly recommend getting a baguette or a small loaf from Model Bakery next door to pair with this picnic plate because the ratio of meat/cheese to cracker is very high! I wish I asked the staffer behind the counter what he put in the plate. But with COVID-19 I thought I would minimize conversation. // Overall // If I was a local I would come here regularly to get meat rather than get my meat from the supermarket. Unless it was Costco, I love Costco. Solid sandwiches. The meats were delicious and flavorful. Salty and fatty and rich. Definitely need to get bread from Model Bakery next door! I hope I can come here when the menu is normal again!

Clifton L.

Yelp
My favorite and must stop every time I visit the Napa area. Great selection of charcuterie, and their porchetta sandwiches are not to be missed.

Jenn N.

Yelp
Located just right around the corner from Gotts Roadside makes it a little bit hidden as it's not in the main oxbow market building. Lots of meats and pate along with some other things to make a nice charcuterie plate. Come early for the sandwiches because they run out. The truffle butter and ham was very delicious and had a strong truffle flavor. Staff were nice, knowledgeable and had recommendations on where to eat when we came and missed out on their sandwiches.

Eugene L.

Yelp
A must visit for me! if I am ever close by I will always go out of my way to come here. First, the people that works there everyone that I have meant have been super helpful with picking out the cold cuts and the unique food they serve. Every time it was always a great experience to go there and try something new. I wish that all butchery was like this! If you are a foodie/adventurous and knows how to cook a bit. This is your home sweet home.

Stephanie P.

Yelp
Mainly sandwiches and provisions. They were very accommodating of making me a salad instead of a sandwich. Great service, fair prices for quality products.

Paddy O.

Yelp
Simply amazing meats and Jack is the man!! Just ask him to choose for you. They also offer sample of any product you purchase. World class food and service.

Erin M.

Yelp
I feel silly when I admit that I was intimidated to go into this small shop. There is often a line and I felt like it would be hard to make decisions under the pressure of the line. This is not the case at all! The first time I visited, the staff could not have been sweeter/kinder and they made great recommendations about sliced meats. Their meat is completely fantastic and while it's expensive, it is sublime and a really nice treat. I've been back several times since my first visit and the staff continue to be the best. They are friendly and patient and committed. I also like their small, well curated grocery section because I can get Rancho Gordo lentils and beans at a similar price to the local RG store and other nice items. Convenient!

Noelani M.

Yelp
We stopped here to pick up some picnic goods before going wine tasting and the meat did not disappoint. We ordered the pate Maison, salami with peppercorn, prosciutto from Iowa, guanciale and a small pot of honey. It was so delicious we ate all of it and it paired so well with the bread from next door. This was an expensive stop but we enjoyed our food

Kurt P.

Yelp
We're local folks that make this operation our exclusive purveyor of anything meat. Well, Five Dot supplies our beefy needs But beside that this is our go-to. the best quality meats, salumi, patés and all things charcuteri. Best most knowledgeable staff always ready to help out any selection. we always look forward to our weekly visi.

Mark V.

Yelp
I recently ordered the roasted pork sandwich to go from Fatted Calf Charcuterie, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While the sandwich looked promising, I found it to be pretty bland and lacking in flavor. The pork wasn't anything special, and the bread was surprisingly hard. Overall, I was disappointed with the sandwich, and I don't think I would order it again. However, I'm willing to give Fatted Calf Charcuterie another chance and try some of their other menu items in the future.

Paula A.

Yelp
Quaint place. Very nice selection of cheese + local baked bread. We were early so young woman was setting up for the day but was helpful. All the cheese we selected where excellent. I would recommend checking this shop out if you r in NAPA

Chris C.

Yelp
Tasted an amazing array of samples and had to support. Staff was friendly and Knowlegable wish I had one like this in South Florida 10/10

Kristen N.

Yelp
i was out walking and it was such a pretty day i decided that we should picnic in the park. so stopped in to grab some sliced meats for a sandwich for the hubby. the young man who helped me was amazing! every slice was cut with precision and passion. he gave me suggestions for the proper cheeses to pair with my meat choices! and helped me complete the sandwich like a chef!! fatted calf also makes sandwiches which might have been cheaper (lol and easier choice) but i wanted to make my hubby a sandwich at home. lol. either way the meats were amazing!!! Really love this place!!!

Kaiwan C.

Yelp
This place is one of my must-stops on a Napa trip. Often times I'll just come in and geek out looking at their fun and interesting offerings like meat patties wrapped in caul fat, different preparations of rillettes or even their pickle variety. My go-to move is to order some of their duck rillette and maybe some sliced cured meats like bresaola, mortadella or a spicy calabrese sausage then head over to Model Bakery for an epi to construct a make-shift picnic. Recently I tried some of their premade sandwiches: roast pork and the mortadella salami. I really liked both. I think there was a mostarda in the pork sandwich that worked really well with the richness of the meat and the addition of thin shards of hard cheese in the mortadella salami sandwich was a nice touch as well. I've had their porchetta before and that's been spot on too.
