"The longtime restaurant space that serviced the Coronado Golf Club has been thoroughly transformed into Feast and Fareway, a new all-day eatery designed to appeal to the entire Coronado community and run by Rise and Shine Restaurant Group founder Johan Engman. A six-month overhaul of the site added floor-to-ceiling windows to the dining room, which boast views of the surrounding golf course and the Coronado Bridge. There’s a new outdoor patio as well as two distinct bar areas, including one located just off the green. Tailored for everyday dining and as a venue for special events and weddings, the space also features an oceanfront lawn. Offering daily brunch from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Feast and Fareway will cook up popular dishes from the Breakfast Republic menu including shrimp and grits and blue crab and crawfish eggs Benedict. Dinner ranges from Spanish octopus with achiote adobo, spicy tomato sauce, shishito pepper, and fava beans to a braised pork shank with smoked peach sauce, parmesan risotto, and crispy Brussels sprouts and a bone-in short rib with pinot noir reduction, potatoes au gratin, and roasted vegetables." - Candice Woo

"A new eatery from a team that includes the owner of Breakfast Republic is moving forward with replacing the longtime restaurant at the Coronado Municipal Golf Course. The committee chose Feast & Fareway because it offered the most balanced proposal that combined industry experience with vision and style. The restaurant will include a bar and outdoor patio, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as featuring grab and go foods and catering options." - Candice Woo

Great location on the golf course. Excellent lunch menu and food. Great service, friendly and prompt. We were a party of 8, and the waiting and serving staff didn't skip a beat. Plenty of parking. Lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Magnificent brunch—wonderful atmosphere, nice and breezy inside the restaurant with nautical decor! I loved the brunch option for the pancake and French toast sampler where you can choose any three flavors to try out together. Very affordable and delicious food. We love it here!

As a destination wedding photographer with experience in numerous venues across the country, I can confidently say that Feast and Fareway offers an exceptional San Diego wedding venue experience. The timeless and classic atmosphere of this venue sets a perfect stage for a wedding reception. The staff at Feast and Fareway exceeded all my expectations with their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless event. They demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the wedding day was flawless for the couple and their guests. One of the standout features of this venue is its picturesque location overlooking the Coronado Waterfront and bridge, which adds a unique charm and elegance to any wedding celebration. The blend of indoor and outdoor spaces caters perfectly to both reception and lively cocktail hours, allowing guests to enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather and scenery throughout the event. I highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking to create magical wedding memories in San Diego.

The vibes here are unmatched! What a beautiful spot to unwind and soak up the simple pleasures. The view overlooking the bay, lovely flowers and immaculately tended golf course set the stage for any private event or banquet. Food is always vibrant, with house-made sauces and fresh greens. The friendly faces and wildlife (mostly ducks & butterflies) make for a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are competitive for Coronado, plenty of parking and great happy hour specials.

Google
Great location on the water from Coronado. Views of San Diego harbors. This restaurant is inside of the Golf ⛳ Course. We arrived for dinner. Servers greeted us. They gave us menus and told us about happy hour. We had Chicken Nachos ($10), Ribeye Steak ($29) and had drinks ($16). Our service was not really good. No silverware served w food, long wait for food, steak was thin and over cooked. Drinks late. Nachos were good. It seemed the servers were new. Probably won't return. Disappointed for a golf course.

Google
This is a great place to have a good bite, the food is great, the view is incredible and the service is top notch. Management has a great team and you can see it in the quality of the food and the service they provide. Is true… this is not an elegant restaurant but the view it has os equivalent to a 5 star restaurant. This is a great place to enjoy a nice lunch with the family or a casual business reunion Thanks to the manager and all the staff they made a well rounded visit.

Google
Enjoying brunch outside at Feast and Fareway. This is our 2nd visit on our Cornado trip. Today we had the French toast and pancake sampler as well as the blue crab Benedict. So yummy and we will return! Savannah is an excellent server as well! The view is amazing with the bay and the bridge and right on the golf course. The mood is very laid back - we feel super comfortable here! Just relax and enjoy a good meal!

Yelp
This is the second time we come here with a large group pretty last minute and we have received great service!!! The food was also excellent as well as the drinks! Thank you so much for everything, will definitely be back.

Yelp
We've been to FEAST & FAREWAY twice already. I like eating here before going shopping at the Naval Base in Coronado, and my Son likes it here too since he plays Golf. The Ambiance, the view of the Golf course, and the food and service are really nice here. Here is what I like ordering here: *SALMON SALAD *SHRIMP & GRITS *BANANA FOSTER FRENCH TOAST *BACON OMELET *COFFEE *FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE My SALMON SALAD was so good. I had this twice already here, the Salmon is nicely cooked, not dry at all. And I liked my salad, it did not have an overpowering dressing, and it's good a good portion for 1 person. Then my other favorite here is their BANANAS FOSTER FRENCH TOAST , it's so good. I like that it wasn't too sweet and that I could taste the Babana a lot. I had their SHRIMP & GRITS here before, but on our second time here my husband ordered it for himself. I like how their shrimp & grits are not greasy or salty, it's just well seasoned. My Son's BACON OMELET its just a typical Scrambled egg with good potatoes and bacon . It was a nicely done scrambled egg. I always get my Bloody Mary here and I always request it to make it more spicy, and they do it the way I like it, spicier. This is a very Nice place to have Breakfast or Lunch with Family & Friends. I love watching the Golfers play while we are dining, especially my Son, he plays Golf so he enjoyed dining here. There's plenty of Parking space, the staff are friendly, and the food is good with a nice view.

Yelp
I travel a lot and often visit San Diego, CA., and surrounding areas. We often visit this restaurant. This is an updated review, again, it's for our server, Ms. BREEZA. I love that smile that our server, Ms.Breeza, has. Her smile and "yes, Sir and Ma'am" attitude makes it even nicer. She's really attentive to details and our water or drinks are always filled, not like other servers where I've visited and don't pay attention to details like my drink. I'm a repeat customer and NOW ask to be seated in her area knowing that she will serve us/me well. My wife (Angelica), friends, and myself feel she needs to be acknowledged and praised for her excellent customer service. This is my second time this young lady has serviced us, even-though I've been at this restaurant often, but never seen her before. Maybe she's new or I've never had the opportunity to be served by her. My wife, family, and friends said that we will ask for her and to be seated where she works. I'm writing this review on behalf of my/the group whom talked highly about her. Great job, young lady! Your smile and professionalism is what makes our experience a great one. Hope to see you and be served by you on our next visit. My wife was very surprised at her mannerisms and told me this young lady knows how to respect, and must of been raised right. My wife, Angelica, loves her. She loves her smile also. Breeza makes our day a very pleasant one. Our "gratitude" reflects that. See you, soon, Ms. Breeza.

Yelp
Came on a weekday to take advantage of their happy hour. They had lots of finger foods to choose from that are shareable. The manager took our order and he was super friendly. Highly recommend to come in the evening to enjoy the sunset.

Hoa L.

Yelp
Such a fun, relaxing restaurant with great views of the bridge and golf course. We sat outside and enjoyed the shade and view in the beautiful December afternoon. It was quiet on a weekday lunch and we had basically the entire outdoor area to ourselves. It was very casual and you can come in any regular clothes to have lunch. The food tasted great and the drinks were refreshing and well-priced. This place is really quite a hidden gem. The salmon salad was delicious and the appetizer of Quesadilla with salmon and guacamole was also good. It is such a lovely area and bright and happy. Would love to go back. There's also a golf store there with some logo-items and also great facilities.

Hannah O.

Yelp
what a beautiful restaurant on the green! this hidden gem on Coronado has great food at really great prices. it's better than your average golf course restaurant! we love everything about this restaurant. service is good food tastes fantastic and big portions. plating is great and although this place is difficult to access (poor Coronado road planning lol) it's never too busy that you can't get a seat within 10 min.

Eric R.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about Feast and Fairway, especially their incredible happy hour. Whether you're winding down after a long day or starting off your weekend, this is the place to be. The drinks are top-notch, and the deals during happy hour are unbeatable. But what really sets Feast and Fairway apart is the bartender who works Thursday - Sunday. Hands down, the best bartender in the business! They know exactly how to craft the perfect cocktail, and her attention to detail is second to none. Not only are the drinks consistently amazing, but the service is also warm and welcoming every single time. If you're looking for a spot with great vibes, fantastic drinks, and an exceptional bartender, look no further than Feast and Fairway. Weekend happy hour here is my new go-to!

Trina I.

Yelp
One of the best spots for brunch! Gorgeous views & great food. Our server was friendly & attentive & they were accommodating with seating. Definitely recommend!

C. W.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere. Cute view. Wonderful service. The food was normal fare, nothing too special. But, I love a good happy hour with a view, so I would go again. The Fareway to Heaven cocktail was delicious. The garlic fries were a pleasant surprise for me, just right, not too garlicky. The arugula and goat cheese salad was the best thing I had. Cute little spot with cool prices.

Tracie M.

Yelp
5 stars just for the location and views of the golf course and bay. Very spacious and bright inside and there is patio seating outside to soak in our beautiful weather. We got items from their brunch menu and these were the items we tried: Sampler: maple bacon and lemon raspberry pancakes (lemon raspberry was my favorite out of the two) and banana foster french toast. Shrimp & Grits: so good! Flavorful shrimp and love the corn pieces Meatloaf Hash: Pesto sauce and not the typical hash that I'm used to and not much meatloaf in it Overall, everything was very good, staff is super friendly and you can't beat the views of the place. Will definitely be back!

Andy R.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance; all 5 stars. Outdoor dining is perfect on sunny but cool day. The view of the golf course and the Coronado bridge was amazing. Busy place but did not wait too long. Service staff was "on it". I ordered the Triple Bacon with potatoes and english muffin. Tasty and portion was just right. The Mexican Mocha was delicious.

Nhung D.

Yelp
My husband had a tee time at the Coronado Golf Course and we decided to have brunch at the restaurant on site. I had made reservations prior to our arrival but it didn't seem too busy since it was a Thursday afternoon so you could get by without one if you're visiting during the week. My husband ordered the fish tacos and I had the Italian sausage omelet. Both dishes were good and we have no complaints! My husband even got a free cheesecake for his birthday so that was super cute and delicious. If you want a quick bite to eat to get some energy to play a round, would recommend this place!

D V.

Yelp
I love this place. Great atmosphere, the food is always excellent, and our server, Sonia, knows how to take care of guests. Add the views and location to this fantastic lunch spot and we will Back again and again.

Micki A.

Yelp
Breeza was so wonderful! The service and ambience was great. Would love to come back when I visit again!

Nom C.

Yelp
Looked for a brunch spot to go to while my daughter was at dance practice, and this place had some great Yelp reviews and the menu was very reasonable considering the location. When we drove into the parking lot, I didn't realize the restaurant was actually part of the public golf course, which was a pleasant surprise. Seating was open, so my hubby and I opted to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful mild winter weather and the view of the Coronado Bridge and the bay. It was very relaxing and serene, and the brunch cocktails made the experience ever more enjoyable. I had a couple of grapefruit mimosas and my husband ordered the candied bacon bloody Mary. My highlight was the shrimp and grits, which were so flavorful and creamy. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and I added a few dashes of hot sauce since I prefer my food a little spicy. My husband polished off the crawfish blue crab cake Benedict but he definitely wanted to switch plates with me. Overall, we really enjoyed our midweek brunch on all levels.

Yelp
Casual, great menu and really nice views of the San Diego Bay. Feast & Fareway located on the island of Coronado Muni golf course offers a spacious dining experience with sweeping views of the San Diego Bay. Located at the clubhouse, Feast & Fareway offers a plethora of seating indoor as well as outdoor. The dining room takes advantage of the views its high ceilings and large windows giving you views for days. There is a walk up bar on both sides of the facility with a nice selection of spirits and craft beers. They have an excellent menu specifically the Golfer Menu available from 3:00PM - Close ranging from steak & frites, wings, calamari, nachos, flatbread and burgers. For this after round meal, I went with their cheeseburger and fries. I enjoyed as its served on this large heavy cutting board, cooked to order with all the fixings. The fries even come in a cute frying basket. Overall a great dining experience with attentive staff, good food and awesome views. I will certainly dine here again when I visit Feast & Fareway.

Great G.

Yelp
My first time at F&F. To my surprise, breakfast is served thru 2:00 pm or some time close to that. Crab eggs Benedict...Wow. Also, my server, think her name was Breeza, was fabulous. Big smile great service....btw, she makes a killer Bloody Mary. Great view of the golf course

Tim M.

Yelp
We came here for breakfast because it is pet friendly and well recommended. It was our 1st time here and we were very pleased. Peaceful setting looking out on the golf course; food was very good and reasonably priced; staff very friendly, and our dog was very welcome. We will come back.

Shea S.

Yelp
This place is an absolute must! The French toast pancake flight is 11/10. Sergio an amazing waiter and had some awesome recommendations. Will be returning

Jason K.

Yelp
Having a dog friendly area is a huge thing for us as we have two mini schnauzers that we always take out with us on our weekend outing. I always thought dog parents were crazy until I became one lol. We planned an outing to Coronado and like always, I checked out Yelp to see where we would end up eating. I chose this place due to the dog friendly patio, the food, the ample parking, and the ambience. Boy oh boy, did this place hit the mark on all of those areas. As well as an additional one: service. Huge parking lot with plenty of available spaces. All the staff were very kind and accomodating as far as the dogs went. They brought them individual water bowls and gave them lots of pats. There were a couple of other dogs enjoying the patio as well. The food was fantastic. I had a blue crab and crawfish benedict, and BB had shrimp and grits. You can see in one of the pictures the bright orange yolk from the poached egg. That is a sign of a farm fresh/pastured egg. The taste was great. BB's shrimp and grits were good too as I had a couple of spoonfuls of it. They have their house label ketchup and hot sauces on the table, both were excellent. The waitress was attendant, positive, and provided superb service. The view was out of this world. As this place is located inside a golf course country club area, there are lush greenways which extend out to the bay. Absolutely stunning. The only downside to our visit was the coffee, which was lukewarm and bland. Next time I will bring it up if it occurs again. This is definitely a place worth checking out for all the aforementioned reasons and definitely a place that we will be returning to.

Jocelyn V.

Yelp
Fantastic service and food. You also can't beat the views here. Peyton was fantastic, extremely attentive and professional and made our brunch a memorable experience . Highly recommend Feast and Fareway!

G V.

Yelp
Sergio was an amazing server. Food was great! Fish tacos were really, really good :) sliders were yummy.

Rita Y.

Yelp
My very favorite place to get brunch in San Diego. Be prepared to wait for a table if you go for weekend brunch. The views of the Coronado bridge, the bay and the golf course are what keep me coming back. The food is all very good and reasonably priced. Love coming here for brunch on the weekends!

Lora B.

Yelp
Location, location, location! Beautiful venue! Pic happy peeps will love the golf course and bridge for selfies and famfies. Menu is smallish but everything was good.

Mel H.

Yelp
This place caught me by surprise - I came on a Friday morning with a friend. I was very impressed with the golf-elegance themed decor, and the details of the place. The restaurant sits on a golf course, so it is also really nice if you are planning to play golf for the day. The service was good, and everyone dining at the time seemed like regulars. My friend and I got the breakfast burritos and a side of bacon, and it did not disappoint. The only reason I am not giving this one more star is because the coffee options were slim, and their house coffee was not very good. That is usually something I look forward to with any breakfast or brunch experience. I think this place is great if you are planning to be in Coronado for something, but I cannot say that the food itself was good enough to come back consistently for. Overall, great experience but nothing super unique!

Megan M.

Yelp
We had high hopes for this place. I brought my husband here for Father's Day and expected it to be busy. It was surprisingly not that busy. The view and ambiance are awesome!! The service was slow, they ran out of coffee mugs, so we were served coffee it to go cups and the cream was brought out in a plastic solo type cup. I'll mention that there were several open tables at the time. The waiter was nice but took forever to return to our table to take our order. Once we received our food, we never saw him again and never got refills on our drinks. The food was just ok. Some of our parties food was barely warm. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

Juanita Q.

Yelp
Went in for My Birthday and had the most delicious yummy food. Our favorite part was our server Sonia! What a sweet heart! She made sure everything was perfect and helped us pick something great off the menu. Was a perfect day and the ambiance was amazing! Thank you Sonia!!

Juan N.

Yelp
Lovely day we had the other day . Sonia was our server and great recommendations we had. Burger, wings were awesome . The guys that brought our food were great also and quick with requests. Great view. This is San Diego . Went to the bar and got great service by Austin ps. Had jokes but loved it. . Thank you

Michele W.

Yelp
Missed food opportunity here. Perfect and beautiful location, great and welcoming staff, with less than stellar food & cocktails. So boring I fact I was not inspired to take a photo of the Croque Madame and teeny-tiny martini due to the fact the surroundings were holding my attention. Bread was the best part of this dish. The filling ratio was non existent to the impressively tasty brioche. And if you could call what I think was two thinly sliced boring packaged lifeless ham filling. A prime location in the City of Coronado must not need to try to be better than the Gap (Stupid,Crazy, Love) Where are the layers of a well prepared smoked ham? Where is the pride in perfecting a morel sauce? This side of potatoes were also lifeless & flavorless. Do I watch too many back to back episodes of Diners,Drive-Ins & Dives? Seeing those cooks and chefs taking simple food to elevated drool levels is my fault to expect from this famous city. I must be in a fantasy world where an upcoming chef would love to get there hands in a kitchen such as the one I would imagine this place must have.

Didi A.

Yelp
View is amazing ! I had the avacado toast ! Delicious The group had the burger and burrito and they said it is good. Parking was easy There was an event in the nicer section but still very nice panoramic view of golf course! Ocean and the coronado beidge! Will come back for sure!! Keep up the good work :))

Shamene M.

Yelp
We had lunch at the iconic Coronado Golf Course with massive floor-length windows presenting stunning views of the golf course and Coronado Bridge @feastandfarewaycoronado offers a unique, idyllic setting for locals and visitors! It's also a perfect spot for weddings and events with great vibes and amazing views! We loved their cocktails, cobb salad and cheesecake, and their fish tacos were amazing! Service was quick and friendly!

Rusty D.

Yelp
ok! full disclosure, i'm a breakfast burrito snob from Phoenix, but theirs is AWESOME! the view doesn't hurt of course, and the service was great! (rare in CA if we are being honest!) Hats off to Austin and his manager and co-workers who have some great teamwork!! if you're near, try it!! and if she's not sure, tell her they have champagne on ice all day!!

Deron R.

Yelp
First off, the Coronado municipal golf course is a gem of a track overlooking San Diego Bay. The second diamond in this golfing crown is Feast and Fairway. After a round of golf, went for a late lunch. I went with the croque madame which was excellent, The rest of the foursome had the eggs Benedict, the Cobb salad, and then a breakfast of sausage and eggs. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal and it is located in such a great setting overlooking San Diego harbor. Look forward to coming back here again.

Sam B.

Yelp
Service was absent and poor. Sonya apparently failed to input order correctly which highlighted her lack of service. She simply disappeared and other servers helped yet no water refills after requests. Sonya was clearly not trained or interested in serving customers. Yet argued with me when I asked about the order error and her absence and wouldn't stop. She should not be an a position that requires public contact. VERY EMBARRASSING with our visiting guests. A neat place if the servers could raise to the level of this great venue.

Kenzee P.

Yelp
I allllways have such an amazing time here at Feast! I don't know a more casual restaurant with such nice views. The manager, Payton, came over just to check on us and my friend fell in love with him. Come for the vibes and the VIEWS;)

R A.

Yelp
Bride Top: future brides, hire an outside coordinator! Someone who truly is a month of coordinator for your sanity and to make sure your wedding runs smoothly! We recently hosted our wedding at Feast & Fairway and while the venue, food, ambiance was amazing and our guests and family loved it, in fact they danced and danced and did t want to leave!!! There were some major hiccups.... so, to any bride getting married there, I'd really encourage you to hire an outside coordinator and not use Katie. She was great during the sales process and dialing in our details for food, our diagram, etc. but things were just unorganized on the day of with communication to our vendors, primarily the DJ and photographer. Important things were not in our timeline and honestly, I didn't know to look for these things because I'm not a coordinator and have never done this before but it was clear during the wedding that things had to be shuffled because our timeline was not solid and vendors were not on the same page and this was Katie's job as the coordinator to clearly comm and put together a detailed timeline for everyone. She seemed a bit frantic at sometimes and again, things had be be shuffled during the wedding which was frustrating and there really wasn't a clear answer from her as to why or how it happened this way. We get that things have to be flexible but there were more than a few things and things that should have been on the timeline were not, again, we didn't really know what was missing because this is not in our wheelhouse and that's scum we had Katie but if we had to do it again, we would 100% hire an outside coordinator and we suggest you do too!

Putro J.

Yelp
Very good service and quality food, highly recommend for a relaxing evening!!!! Being in coronado is definitely the best part!

Alana V.

Yelp
Love this place! One of my favorites on the island. Food is great and service is excellent. Definitely recommend :)

Jack S.

Yelp
Amazing views, amazing service, the waiter was super nice, the food came out very quickly and tasted amazing. I very much recommend the sampler plate, as well as the house potatoes.

Jean V.

Yelp
I don't think you can get a better view in San Diego then when dining at Feast and Fairway! The restaurant has a relaxing ambiance, with views of the ocean, lush greenery and the Coronado bridge. Lots of menu options to test your current diet resolution. My brunch favorite is the brioche French toast paired with candied bacon, both over the top delicious! Very reasonably priced and high quality. Our server was very helpful with suggestions and always smiling. We enjoyed our experience overall and will definitely be back!

Sara D.

Yelp
Came here for lunch yesterday and the view was beautiful, but the food was even better! My server Sonia recommended the meatloaf hash and I'm not usually a fan of meatloaf, but she said I had to give it another try. She was right, it was delicious. The drinks and service were awesome, I'll definitely be back with friends and family. Thanks Sonia!

Maria K.

Yelp
This is a dog friendly restaurant, with welcoming and friendly staff. Service was a little slow due to Labor Day weekend, but we didn't mind the wait. We were admiring the beautiful view of San Diego bay and the Coronado bridge. What a nice location! We enjoyed the food that we ordered. It's our first visit, but will definitely come back!

Sally S.

Yelp
What a fabulous hidden gem!!! The Bloody Mary's are amazing! The lattes are delicious! And the food is incredible! Our table of 4 ordered 4 different breakfasts and a sampler platter; every bite was better than the last. We plan on coming here over and over again!!

Kyra M.

Yelp
Most amazing at atmosphere right on the golf course in Coronado. Perfect on a sunny day for breakfast or brunch! You hav to sit outside on the covered patio. Also a full bar with lots of amazing fun creative cocktail options. Very modern food. The goat cheese salad has deep fried goat cheese balls I thought would be gross and were still so creamy and flavorful! Also their Carmel banana french toast is so moth watering I get it everytime!

Kelsey P.

Yelp
Our waiter, Sergio, was super attentive. Drinks never went empty! Good food and great atmosphere. We will be back!

Janet K.

Yelp
Love this excellent restaurant which never disappoints. Service is very slooooow however.

Melanie M.

Yelp
My family and I came here on NYE for brunch and it wasn't that crowded. The menu has so many options whether you want breakfast or lunch food. My mom got the pancake/french toast flight where you get to chose a combo of 3 items so she got a lemon blueberry pancake, apple french toast, and maple bacon pancake. I got the truffle burger with truffle fries. Everything was so delicious and I definitely want to come back to try other food on the menu.

Calvin L.

Yelp
Sergio was great! The beers were cold and the nachos were good. Thanks to the whole team!

Tea J.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday brunch & I love the location of the restaurant. It was a beautiful day today. But overall good & service was just mediocre. I would probably go back just for the location of the restaurant.
