About an hour ago I visited this butcher shop for the first time, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I called, Keagan was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone. When I came into the shop, both Keagan and Tyler along with the rest of the team showed me so much compassion and genuine care. I have a big dog who will be put down in just a couple of days, and I was looking for some bone scraps to give him as a special treat. It’s been such an emotional time. These young men went above and beyond to help me. They were understanding, thoughtful, and truly cared about what I was going through. They all were speaking softly and just had HUGE HEARTS. Their kindness meant the world to me. I left the shop with tears in my eyes, not just because of my situation, but because of how touched I was by the compassion they showed. I wish everywhere I shopped service could be like this shop's service was this afternoon. I’m so grateful to have found a place with not only great service but such wonderful people behind the counter. I will 100% be back! Thank you all so much. BTW Tank loved the bone!

I have been a client of this store for well over a year now and cannot say enough great things about the quality of their products and service. Like the owner, Martin, I am also British and his store has a selection of items that are loved and adored by all Brits. His sausage rolls are outstanding and the British bangers and bacon are delicious. Every purchase I have made has been a delight. For Christmas this year I ordered an 8lb turkey breast stuffed with sage and onion as well a separate order of sausage meat stuffing. The turkey was superb! Tender, juicy and tasty, it was the star of the whole dinner. My guests were extremely impressed and I was thrilled to be able to serve such high quality meat. Simply put, you guys rock! Thank you for providing our community with a real butcher that knows how to knock it out of the park. Wishing you all an amazing 2026!

We are so thrilled to have an awesome LOCAL butcher shop that welcomes us each time we visit. Not only friendly, but helpful they offer a variety of fresh meats. The steaks, burgers, & pork chops are all great! It’s nice they offer pasta, sauces, soup, soups, and even Fresh Eggs. Highly recommend The Featherblade and the team!

We originally came in on Valentine’s Day looking for veal cutlets per my husband’s request. The kind gentleman who helped me informed that they were out. So, we opted for some NY strip steaks (creek stone about 1 1/2 in thick). These were some of the BEST steaks we’ve ever had. Even my son who is extremely picky couldn’t help but finish off his portion!! Highly recommend excellent quality and top notch customer service we will definitely be repeat customers!!!!

I came to featherblade after researching for store that sells grass-fed Meats. I was specifically looking for organ meat such as grass-fed liver. I ended up picking up some ground beef as well as grass-fed liver and cow bone for bone broth. The meat was of the highest quality and very fresh. The staff was also wonderful. I will highly recommend this establishment as they produce grass-fed, quality products.

I came by to pick up a special order fresh duck. Obviously I've shopped here before, for good reason. This butcher shop is like an adult toy store for an adventurous and discerning buyer. The have so many custom cuts, try a picanha! So this time I asked about the Featherblade cut, the store's namesake. The Featherblade is essentially Flat Iron steak cut vertically. I'm not a huge fan of Flat Iron,but the intense marbling called, and I bought a couple. Most of the recipes I found called for braising, but the butcher suggested a basic searing, so I threw it on the bbq with minimal seasoning, medium rare What a difference! This was sooo much better than any Flat Iron I've ever had. I don't know why. Most the Flat Iron I've cooked has had a noticable "chuck" flavor. Maybe it's the fat distribution achieved by the different cut, but this was an incredibly tender, super beefy cut that wasn't even reminiscent of chuck. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Hands down my favorite butcher here in Las Vegas 🙌🏾 WHEN I say they got top quality meat in all varieties, its not taken lightly I also would like to include their pricing rivals most grocery markets such as albertsons/vons etc. Depending on how you purchase in bulk. 20/10

This is a true gem, and even a reason to interrupt vegetarianism in favor of humanely raised and respectfully treated meats. I wanted to buy everything in the store, from hanger steak to goat butter. We got wonderful service from John, who is an absolute artist with the knife. Another customer told us about the option to buy a chuck and let Featherblade age it for two months before grinding it into burgers -- for free! DONE. I'll have to update the review this winter to let you know how those turned out. My one complaint is that the Cornish pasty, and especially the Daddy sausage roll, had underbaked pastry. The meat inside was flavorful and juicy, so there's no reason for pale and flaccid dough. They need to crank the heat up at the end of the bake and get that crust good and brown. I put them in a hot convection oven at home for about 7 minutes and ended up with a much better lunch.

This butcher shop is the best that I've found in Las Vegas. The cuts of meat are from different farms/ ranches and the butchers explain that to you. There are other cuts like bacon, sausages, and pancetta that are great plus I've gotten some bone marrow. It's a great shop and everything has tasted wonderful. The service is great and I love how clean and efficient they run the place.

Hellooo! This is def a butcher shop! Busy and lots of options so head on over and pick out some meat to grill or enjoy with friends and family! Located off of Charleston, it's a great location and easy to find!

This place is a total disappointment. The meat smelled awful, which immediately made me question its freshness. On top of that, the prices are way too high for the quality they're offering. With so many better options out there and prices I won't be wasting my money here again. Avoid this place!

Their burgers slayed the house down. We enjoyed the brisket burger and the OG burger.10/10 We also enjoyed the wagyu hot dogs. Lots of compliments when we made it for guests. 10/10

Favorite butcher shop in Vegas. There's never a question about whether I'll find that brisket I'm looking good for or some sort of Japanese A5 wagyu to fit a special occasion. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Will be in soon to grab some good cuts for a memorable night of cooking with friends and family.

Amazing place, which is more than a butchery shop. All the staffs were personable & helpful. My husband loves their steak that is aged in Kojii rice. To my surprise, Featherblade also sells English pasties! I tried the steak & potato pasty, which was delicious with tender & flavorful pieces of beef, enveloped in buttery pastry crust!! Looking forward to our next visit.

It's so wonderful to have a shop like this here in Las Vegas. Their service is exceptional. The quality of the goods is some of the best I've seen anywhere. And it feels like you're actually in an old school high-end food service provider. The environment is excellent. My family has tried many things from here: small batch bacon, many different types of steaks, sausages, chicken, pork, and even some of their prepared foods. The staff is attentive, educated, and I wish there were more stores in Vegas of this type. We go back regularly.

The meat is phenomenal! The butchers are patient and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and usually bustling with customers (which speaks to the quality of meat there)!

This butchery is the absolute BEST in the city. Everything from the meat selection offered to the service is absolutely incredible. I've been going since I was pregnant with my second, and I am absolutely in love. They also do wellingtons for special occasions!!! There are also English style meat pies and other delectable goodies every time you go. This place is a definite for anyone who wants the best sourced meats in the valley. It's a no brainer. And the owner is so incredibly helpful. Love this place and will be a forever customer

It was our first time visiting Featherblade Craft Butchery and their Meat Selection from Beef to Pork was Amazingly Excellent. Reed helped us out and showed there Koji Dry Aged Beef and explained the process of the aging and it was informative and helped us make a selection. We walked out of Featherblade with 2 Koji aged Ny Strip Steaks and 2 Bottles of Japanese A5 Waygu Tallow. It was such an amazing and awesome shopping and selection experience. I have just found my new butchery at Featherblade. I will be back very soon to do more shopping. Thank you Reed

The experience was super fun! Very kind staff and very cool concept. A stand alone butcher shop?! Amazing! We spent a good amount of time conversing with the staff. The inside has a retro vibe to it. Feels like the food from there is healthy, organic, cared for, quality. The specific meat that we purchased didn't taste the best in the line up we had at home. It wasn't bad. However, out of the 5 we had, this one was the least tasteful and most expensive. All meat were cooked the same method. Will go back and taste a few more options before giving a full opinion. 5 star because of their positive attitude, kind team and you can really tell they're serving from the heart.

If your looking for a great butcher shop with quality meats and variety of flavors and sauce/rubs then this is your "go to" I came here last weekend after a friends recommendation of how to get my new Traeger off to the right start Burger and steaks are off the charts. The people working the counter are very friendly and courteous You won't be disappointed. We all know that there's only a few good places in town and you may already have your favorite (as I did) but now I have a new favorite.

This is the only butcher I would go to in all of Las Vegas. The service is excellent, the butchers are top-notch, and the quality of meat they have is better than anything else in town.

We purchased a prime rib roast and a turkey for Thanksgiving. Both were amazing. The quality was exceptional and the service was outstanding. I absolutely recommend this butchery and I'll use them again.

This is a uniquely wonderful business offering high quality meat and artisan prepared foods. The staff are extremely accommodating in trying to fill your order and inform you about their products. I purchased rib eye lamb chops , lambburgers, grass fed and Santa Carota beef burgers, and breakfast sausages. All were excellent! Also loved their chicken liver pate, beef pies, and chicken pot pies. The Cornish Pasty's with beef, chicken and mushrooms and the sausage rolls were all delicious!! So glad this business with their artisan quality meats, food and flavors is in Summerlin.

Today was our first time here after so many friends told us how amazing it is! First of all when you walk in you can smell the fresh meat lol its not fake hahhaha you first see alot of fresh meat and butchers in plain view cutting meat which is very cool lol The ambience is nice and clean and laid back vibes! The meat looks super fresh ,,,,,theres so many variety cuts of meats that you cant find in a market! The service was great Cory who helped us went above and beyond to help us out! Price range is fair about the same as a market maybe a few dollars more but well worth it! My husband who is a meat fanatic said he loved it and he wont buy meat anywhere else! I also was able to pre order my fresh turkey today for Thanksgiving which was super convenient for me !!! I highly recommend this butcher shop! I will def be coming here from now on :-) side note: we drive from henderson thats how good this place is !!!!!!

We ordered our turkey here and we have had past orders with everything being absolutely perfect. There is such a difference in buying butcher compared to buying meat at say....a grocery store.

Want clean and flavorful meat. This is the best approximation of an Old World Butcher. Pork, chicken, lamb and beef. Ask for Ryan and Jessie! Like walking back to how things were done decades ago. My finest recommendation.

Went there for my first time today and everyone was super helpful! I ended up getting 20 lbs of their hanger steak from Santa Carota Beef (known for their grass-fed, carrot-finished cattle) and boy was it delicious! (I got lucky that they had 20 lbs in the back for me to purchase so for future reference, call the shop at least a couple days before to confirm big orders.) Love the fact that they carry Santa Carota Beef and will choose to go here instead of competitor butcher shops in town just for that. For reference, some of the highly-rated steakhouses in town serve Santa Carota Beef. Don't hesitate to come here!

Staff is attentive. Meat choices are wonderful. Always busy so allow time to browse. Meat is the best, but chicken is great as well.

Meat...it's what's for dinner! Stumbled on this gem trying a new CVS location, I don't think I'll be able to buy meat and poultry from anywhere else ever again. The guys were awesome, helpful and courteous. The beef, to die for.

What is a Featherblade? It is the English name for a cut of steak known as a blade steak. It comes from the shoulder blade. Once this meat is cut, the gristle in the center causes the steak to resemble a fossilized feather. Once the gristle is removed, you are left with a flatiron steak. This is the only whole animal butchery in Las Vegas. Their meat is naturally raised and chemical/hormone free and it is absolutely delicious. Their meat comes from three independent farms - Marinsun Farms (grass finished) Santa Carota ( grass and carrot finish) and Creekstone (grass and grain finished. The selection is huge here from burgers, steaks, lamb, veal, to duck, rabbit, chicken and sheep. They also carry meat pies and Cornish pasties. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I spent quite a while learning about their handmade process, where their beef comes from and perusing all of the choices. They all wear the vintage leather aprons with bibs so you really know you are in a true butcher shop. Feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like. They encourage questions and enjoy sharing their knowledge. The owner is from England and has an extensive history in the meat/butcher field. He is bringing his cruelty free and ethical treatment of meat to our city. I decided to try their Featherblade hamburgers along with some farm fresh eggs they had for purchase from one of our local farms. My husband BBQ'd the burgers and they were truly outstanding. I can't even recall when I have enjoyed such a tasty piece of meat. They are located on the corner of Durango and West Charleston. Plenty of parking and they are open everyday. I will be returning here often now that I have gotten a taste of their meaty treasures. I think you should join me and others who are getting their meat from the best butchery in town.

Featherblade is awesome!!! The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful... Reed helped us today and he made terrific suggestions. I got a couple of the Carnivore burgers and also the OG burgers. I found the salt on the OG to be a little heavy so it may be prudent to ask for light salt. Salt & Pepper is the only seasoning they put on many of their burgers. They have a recipe and they follow it carefully so every burger which you purchase is consistent. The brisket burger is another very tasty burger that they make and offer their patrons, but today they were all sold out! They also feature a ribeye burger and a wagyu burger. Both of these are spectacular. The wagyu may be the best burger that you have ever tasted! We have tried their steaks and loved filet mignon, ribeye and New York. So far every cut has been a winner! At Christmas time we ordered a Prime Beef Crown Type Roast. Not sure the name they called it but it was absolutely delicious They also have some salts, sauces, spices, balsamic vinegar and their horseradish sauce is the so so good!!! Looking for something exotic? We saw blood sausage and Ox cheeks. Some of their cuts of beef are very unique and interesting. We also noticed some wagyu hot dogs and look forward to trying those next time. Reed was so helpful and gave us great advice! We absolutely love going to Featherblade and know that you will too!!!

I don't believe I am the typical Featherblade customer. I am not much of a home chef, and I honestly don't enjoy seeing my proteins uncooked before consuming them. Thing is I love my dogs and when the vet recommended I start giving them femur bones I knew butcher shops were my only option. So now I find myself here every few weeks stocking up on bones. Whoever helps me is always great about cutting them according to my size needs. They are cheap and keep my pups happy for hours. They also sell a good selection of spices, noodles and the truffle salt they carry is amazing!

This place is so damn sexy. We moved here last year and have been purchasing our meat from Whole Foods or Echo and Rig, but they don't always have the cuts we are looking for. Thank you to Yelp, we found Featherblade and OHEMGEE the meat quality here is top notch. What I love the most is they can tell me all the farms that the meat came from, and it's all certified humane. they can basically get you any type of meat. They even had mostly boneless quail which I love and haven't seen here. I think Lenny (I was so excited about the meat I forgot his name) helped us. He was so sweet. He asked how we're going to make the short ribs. When we said sous vide, he cut the meat a certain way so it would sear easily. This is the only place I'm buying meat from going forward. I'm so happy my husband found them!

So good definitely check them out! I really like the meatballs from here. The burgers are also really good.

A traditional Shop! Really top notch! Everything we have purchased has been outstanding and delicious. It is so good and reasonably priced, that we have stopped purchasing meat from any other source. They have a great staff who knows their product really well, and will often give us tips about how to cook something or tell us what their favorite is (my goodness, the brisket hamburgers... This review is a couple weeks overdue. I have missed the ordering dates for holiday beef Wellington on a few occasions. I beat the deadline for Christmas this year. It was an exceptional offering prepared with exacting care for a perfect balance of aromatics, quality meat, and delightful pastry. I would challenge any LV valley establishment to best their Wellie. Amazing..dedicated to the craft of Selection of protein Farm and Quality and the craftsmanship of skill... From sausages to Ribeye was the best I have found in Vegas..bought excellent grass fed meats and pork...they will age your meat also..great grassfed tallow...and piping hot meat pies were so good...

I've been coming here for years! They always have attentive service, good quality meats, and competitive prices which is a giant bonus in our current economy. The only thing that i would suggest to improve is to avoid using gums or guars and limit sugar in their sauces and dressings, but aside from that, its my favorite butchery! Highly recommend!

Cool informative dudes working but I didn't realize the beef ribs were frozen so it took an extra day to defrost but I smoked it, and made everyone happy for days! I also tried the samosa for $8 and it was like a flaky triangular pastry but not much filling in my opinion. We'll try again soon!

I often don't write reviews but felt compelled to write this. I'm so fortunate to have found Featherblade. They have high quality and hard to find meats, professional and friendly staff that gives great recommendations and cooking tips, and a very clean store. Whenever I need cuts of meat that are hard to find in grocery stores like veal and elk, Featherblade is my go-to. I've started to buy all of my meats from there for the quality, freshness, and taste. What I especially like are the quick bites that are made in-house like the sausage roles and lamb samosas.

I stopped in to check out the sausage roll as from other reviews it looks and sounds delicious. It sure was! I didn't get a chance to take a pic because I devoured it :-). I splurged and bought myself a beautiful fresh cut T-bone steak. Now I normally wouldn't spend as much as I did but I I already knew that this is a specialty butcher and they sell nothing but quality meats. The store itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.

I take off my hat, my scarf, my Pashmina, and my bolero, for this craft butcher store in this unassuming strip mall on the Westside of Las Vegas, at the neck of the posh, but bland, bedroom community that is Summerlin. Featherblade has the goods. It is EVERYTHING you want in a butcher shop. The selection is glorious. Marbled, grass-fed, carrot-finished, artisanal, dry-aged beef, pork, chicken, lamb, venison, duck, veal (without the cruelty), rabbit, goat, and sheep. From near as local as can be, as independently-owned farms and pastures as possible, and with no antibiotics, additives, or harmful hormones. Perfectly curated, perfectly butchered, perfectly explained to you. These guys and one plucky gal present you with the best customer service in the state. I'm confident of that. Smiles, courtesy, pleasantries, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Ask them something. Do it. I dare you. They will know the answer or promptly try to find it, politely and patiently, and proudly (in a good way). I asked about a particular meat-based diet I saw being promoted by an MD on social media, and lo and behold, the owner loaned me one of his books on the shelf about it, by the self-same doctor. The owner didn't know me from Adam at the time. I could have taken off with his $50 book! But he is not the paranoid type. He treated me, even as a first-time visitor, like a patron, not a potential thief. I like this. This is what luxury is. The owner is from England, and has a long and storied history of butchery there. He wants to bring that elevation of taste and attention, and ethical treatment of meat, here to his newly adopted homeland. It tickles me pink (like a properly grilled ribeye) that the butchers sport the vintage leather aprons with bibs. It does not feel when you are here that you are still in Las Vegas (always a plus for me). The owner is also introducing us to old favorites like Meat pies, Shepherd pies, sausage rolls, and other old world favorites. This is the place to get your calf's liver, beef bone broth, tallow, grass-fed cheese and butter, and organic, pasture-free eggs. Not to mention your Haggis. In this new First world where veganism is firmly on trend, Featherblade is strictly old school, like your dad profiling in family photos with his corduroy blazer and white patent leather loafers. And you know what? I'm digging it. Make meat hip again! #MMHA

Amazing butcher. Custom, amazing options. Order a variety of burger patties for a cook out. Will definitely be back again to order different cuts. Oh, they also have fresh organ meats.

5 service 5 quality. Had the pleasure of meeting Reed who was very helpful. I'm now going to be a regular customer. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. They also do chicken pork and lamb. Nice little shop.

The people here are so friendly and helpful. They didn't have any remai of the lamb cut I was looking for so they told me when they'd be getting some fresh lamb in and saved the cut. Then they helped me pick out the exact amount I needed. Each of the 3 people I interacted with went above and beyond, despite the cut I was getting not being particularly expensive this time. The meat in the Syrian stuffed squash I was making was delicious. I will definitely be going back here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good butcher.

I'm from out of town. From NY now Florida. I have never(even in NY ) been to such a GREAT BUTCHER. I was looking in every Supermarket for ground Veal to complete my meatballs. Because how do you make meatballs without Veal ?? Anyway I looked up butchers FEATHERBLADE had 5 stars and ALSO had the ground VEAL. I went in a could not believe my eyes . Stellar showcases ,excellent customer service (Ilana) ,so many top products.They made my day !! I've been back several times! try their hot dogs & they pounded my chicken breast so thin my chicken parmigiana was like NY STYLE !! !! Yummy. Going back today to get my ground chicken breast. They will continue to be my go to place every time I Visit my daughter in Summerlin! THANK YOU

Was really excited to try their pop up with the triple burger. Previously ordered aged meat here last year which they aged for few months. Won't say anything negative. Ordered 2 triples today, got 1 double and 1 triple when I took it home to eat. Soggy on one side. Missing pickles in one burger. Fortunate to have 1 slice of pickle in the other. Bugs me that they got my order wrong tho. Update: owner responded pretty quickly and owned up to their mistake. It's the principle for me more than anything. Upgraded stars to 3.

Great Place! Meat is always outstanding. The only place in town that sells Jidori Chicken. And the people that work there are always friendly and helpful. We recently found this place and have been enjoying the fresh unpackaged meat.

Best butcher shop in all of Vegas. I came here one day out of curiosity to see if there really was a difference between grocery store meat and butcher shop meat. I have not shopped for meat at a grocery store since. Insane quality at amazing prices. Once you walk in, they make you feel welcome and treated like family. I had a couple of questions about the cuts the first time I walked in, and the butcher more than happily answered them. Even if it may have been a silly question that could've been googled. Super friendly employees and you can tell the owner takes care of them.
