One of the newest additions to the list of quick bites at MacDougal st, Feb 30 has one of the best falafel in NYC, every order is fresh cooked and they are super crispy..! This place is ideal for any lunch meal.. you know what? 2 rolls for less than $10, yes, you read it right... just awesome sandwiches..

Came across this place Monday evening, saw the chicken shawarma through the window, and decided to step inside. I love shawarmas. I think I've tried all the shawarma spots on Steinway and the city. This city was missing a good shawarma place, a legit one. I spoke to Tony behind the counter and we had a good conversation about shawarmas. He reassured me that what they have is authentic. I was SO pleasantly surprised and SO HAPPY after eating the shawarma. They use REAL Toum (garlic sauce), not mayo. So good! Oh, and I asked about fries. They cut them in-house... Fresh. He showed them to me. I couldn't resist ordering the za'tar fries. ZA'TAR FRIES!! Why didn't anyone make this earlier!? Also, Tony verbally verified that all their meats are Halal. 🙂 Finally a good shawarma spot in the city. Really happy about this. Looking forward to my next visit!

Simple menu, fast service and a true taste of Lebanon. 5 stars to this new place, well done. We ordered lunch at work through grubhub. We are definitely going to order again. Not one item in the menu was disappointing. The staff is also very friendly and professional when you go there. Go show them some support, it’s a new place.

Best Shawarmas in NY! We had the wrap and the shaker, and both were delicious! Food was so fresh and meat was juicy! Service was impeccable, and very friendly! One of my best spots in NY for sure! Highly recommended!!

Located in the heart of Manhattan, Feb 30 is a hidden gem serving the best quality and the greatest taste of Mediterranean food! The shawarma sandwiches are impeccably awesome and the falafel shakers are a must! Highly recommended!
