October 31, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my first visit to Federick Restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I ordered my go-to items: Chicken Fried Rice and Chili Chicken. The rice was excellent, though I felt the Chili Chicken could use a bit more flavor to really stand out. We also tried the Fried Squid. I usually order calamari when dining out, but the squid here had a stronger fishy taste, which wasn’t for me, so I likely wouldn’t order it again. Another dish we had was the Hakka Noodles, and while I didn’t try it myself, everyone else said it was really tasty. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and service was impressively quick. Overall, I'd recommend giving this spot a try and would be happy to return!

Tried it for the first time last night with a few friends. Is the best hakka i have had? Noo! The Fredricks special chili chicken was sweet even though it has a 🌶️ next to it on menu! The hot and sour soup was blehh and it had a chunk of corn starch with veggies and so not appealing. The bombay fish did not look like other places bombay fish. Only good thing was the fried rice and noodles i guess.

I like the sour and hot soup, the crispy ginger beef best pairs with manchurian rice. Balanced flavors. The portions are generous. The restaurant could be crowded and waiting time can be around 10-15 mins. Ample parking outside. Coming back.

Visiting after several years. Food is decent. Definately no longer one of the best. Hot and sour soup was very good. Chicken pakoras were on the milder side, but happy to see they were mostly chicken and not all dough. Manchurian fried rice tasted great but was lukewarm. Chilli chicken was hot and good, but not mind blowing. Service is good. Some people make a mess while eating and made the floors dirty. Staff cleaned it up after they left however.

Solid spot for some halal hakkah dining. The restaurant is well kept and the staff are attentive and friendly. Tried a few items on the menu and liked them all. The crispy ginger beef was good and had nice sweet and spicy flavor to it. It doesn't come with gravy but it's dressed in seasoning and it works well. the chilly chicken and the sweet and sour chicken were both good as well but wished the chilli chicken was a bit more spicy. Although I wasnt provided with the gravy chilly chicken which would have been better. Also tried the combo chicken and shrimp fried rice which was also good. Finally the Manchurian shrimp fried rice is also quite flavourful.

The food was amamzing! Everythign we had was delicious. Chicken Pakoras were amazing! Chili chicken, beef fried rice and Sweet/Spur Chicken. Definately had leftovers so portions were good. We came during Friday night rush, and the quality was still there! Had to wait 1 hour for a table for two, but that was no problem as we went to the stores in the plaza.

Found this in my chicken when i was chewing and i felt something hard in my mouth. A piece of medal after finishing most of my food. Please be careful as the chicken has pieces of medal inside them
