Great wedding venue...very unexpected. The add-on AirBnB was fantastic for all the wedding party to use and the rooftop dance floor was a big hit! The night was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who made the night great.

Our recent event at The Riley Building was nothing short of spectacular! The venue itself is in a top notch location which just adds to the hype. The views from the two street sides are amazing and their airbnb in the center of downtown is beautiful, convenient and practical. They have two wonderful bars to work from and an awesome rooftop space. Highly recommend for someone who wants a vibrant event in the heart of downtown. And don’t forget the friendly and helpful staff.

The Riley Building was a perfect fit for our intimate Indian wedding. My sister stumbled across the Riley Building after a long hunt of small venues across the greater Austin area, however, the pictures online of this specific venue with its perfect rooftop view of the city, was an option potential candidate. It really fit our desire to host something classy but cozy at the same time. What sealed the deal was Brandon. He offered so much flexibility with set up, worked with our budget, and ensured us that the venue would work perfectly for us. After seeing it set up, it truly was a dream come true. The backdrop of the city was immaculate and we got lucky with wonderful weather that evening. Though, not to worry, Riley has a convertible rooftop and heating if needed. The venue also provides chairs and tables that were no extra cost to us. Riley Building also provided an additional staff member to host our guests at the door and to assist in any technical changes we needed (lighting, roof top). A few things to keep in mind, they have a small garage for parking, but it's a tight space, there's no heating/cooling space for food and beverages, and no dining service staff. This worked perfectly for our event, so it was fine, but for those who need more assistance, that might be worth considering. I would rate the service and building a 5/5. We LOVED it!

I'm a little bias because of the name...However, The Riley Building is absolutely striking! They have a gorgeous rooftop with a stunning view of downtown and a customizable glass ceiling. I am a photographer and can confirm the light is gorgeous throughout the whole building, if you are wanting something unique and modern you can not go wrong with the Riley Building! Carly, the venue manager, is kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful venue for your Austin Wedding!

As a wedding photographer, I've worked at the Riley building a number of times. The venue has a cool industrial feel that is unique in Austin - there's nothing quite like it around here, and the location can't be beat. While there is a lot of flexibility in terms of setup, with multiple available spaces, the real prize is the rooftop deck with amazing views of the city, which can be open or not depending on weather - a fantastic feature. But what I'm really here to review is the incredible staff and planners, who are head and shoulders above other venues in this or any area. Behind the scenes, they are so invested in making sure the couple is happy and stress free and that the guests have FUN. It's not just a cool venue in a great spot, it's the whole package. Highly recommended!

It was by happenstance that my cousin found this place for my little sister's celebration of life in January. After talking to Brandon and visiting the venue, it was a no brainer. The staff's willingness to accommodate seemed more like they were honored to have us, completely different than other venues in Austin, where we should have felt honored to have the opportunity to be there. The first floor was an art gallery for her work, and the third floor rooftop was the perfect setting for celebrating her downtown lifestyle. This place made what would have otherwise been a sad evening, into a real celebration of life. We will forever have the upmost gratitude for this building and the team running it.

I am a wedding planner here in Austin, and Brandon and his team make our wedding days SO easy and amazing. The Riley building is one of my favorite places to recommend to my clients, it's city surrounding and fantastic roof top make the perfect place for any event!!!

Great venue and location. However the director, Leslie and her staff (Satchel) fell very short of expectation. They did not follow through on promises made, were not the best at commucnation and admitted to over serving guests at the event. Be sure to get everything in writing before booking. The BnB had many issues with it including ac, again be sure to get a good agreement signed before booking.
