La Ferme Sainte-Cécile

"Once through the gate, follow the lovely cobbled driveway, at the end of which is this 18C farmhouse that has been turned into a go-to place for foodies! At the kitchen stove, the chef concocts delicate and subtle cuisine that draws on the South of France: royal sea bream, vegetable pistou and roasted garlic ice cream. One of the best restaurants in Moustiers." - Michelin Inspector

I loved this meal! This restaurant is on a farm and run by a lovely couple. The setting is lovely and peaceful. Their menu is a set menu (no a la carte) but you could choose between 2 starters, 2 entrees and 2 desserts. They also include a cheese course in the price. Everything we had was outstanding. We had a dish with truffles and they were very generous with the truffles. They also offer a children's menu. For 2 adults and a child we paid 119 euros for lunch. Reservations required as they are quite popular

I really appreciated the warm hospitality from the chef and hostess. The food was perfect and I really enjoyed the genuine taste of French cuisine from this place. I especially loved the soup and chocolate which splendidly began our dining and wonderfully ended the night. Even if we are 0% French, in the tourist point of view, this was a perfect place to spend a dinner time if you were to visit Moustier Saint Marie.

Lovely place. The set menu was well worth it. Friendly and attentive service as the restaurant was not full on purpose. The food was very good and the dessert choices are to be done carefully as they are really good - all of them.

We have had an excellent lunch at Ferme Ste Cecile. Great quality dishes, beautiful terrace, good service and a nice ambiance. Fair prices on the wine list and a great overall experience! Strongly reccommend!

Simply wonderful. The setting is stunning, quiet and so dark that in the evening you feel you can see all the heavens. The service was impeccable, the wine selection extensive, and the food, well, the food was perfect. A small menu, prepared with love and attention by a talented chef. I found the pigeon to be exceptional, possibly the best cooked piece of meat I have ever eaten, the desert of citrus ice cream was also stunning, so intense. I should say as well, excellent value for money, €60 a head (wine included) for Michelin standard food. Highly, highly recommended.

Still one of the best places to eat. Reservation is obligatory. Very fine dining.

Very lovely, cozy restaurant with excellent food. The owner was there to greet us as we walked in and made sure we felt welcome. There are only a few spots available each night for dinner, so make sure to book ahead! The food was excellent - there will be a few choices for each course and all of them were expertly prepared. The anchovy piecework really was a work of art and the roast pigeon was incredibly good. The desserts are all made daily on site, as well.

Yelp
Excellent, thoroughly enjoyed everything I ate. The chef seemed pretty excited about using several different types of ice creams (I had an olive, a beet, and I think a thyme one), but that is not a negative. The area was beautiful and the food was lovely.
