"The marketplace has rebounded strongly since the pandemic: owner Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) told the San Francisco Business Times that a 'flurry of activity from sexy new restaurant operators and a pivot toward nightlife has already paid off,' reporting a 200 percent jump in foot traffic from 2020 and footfall in 2024 that was 'just one percent less than 2019.' Since 2020, Nite Yun’s Lunette joined the mix with a spring 2024 debut, Nopa Fish Market 'brought a phenomenal influx of primo seafood' to the scene, Red Bay Coffee's evening offerings are just now joining the marketplace, and Parachute + Arqueta are set to open this summer, bringing chef Alex Hong's and pastry chef Nasir Zainulabadin's fare into the former Slanted Door space.
