I like Festival Food stores. Big stores, wide aisles, great selection, and super friendly staff. The specialty departments have amazing products and service. Love the bakery items and deli.

We LOVE Festival! Grocery shopping has never been so stress-free and enjoyable before. The aisles here are spaced far apart, offering lots of space to shop away from other customers. Everything is always fresh, and we often find options and brands not offered at other stores. Employee’s greet us kindly and are always around in case you need someone, even shopping at night. We are typically late shoppers, so it’s awesome that FF is open until 10 pm every day! The only downside is some things can be a little pricey here at times… We consistently come back though, for the quality and experience!!!

I’m always impressed, when I walk into a Festival Foods. I usually visit for the sales or variety of items. As a mom of a little, they are quite accommodating with infant/pregnant parking spots, child inclusive carts, and seats in the bathroom. However, the seat in this bathroom had terrible placement. I’m thankful for the seat, but am not too impressed with its location in the stall.

Right by the front door, they have ads that are completely misleading. This is the fifth time I've fallen for their trap. They have an ad saying “limit 2 - get something for $2.99 when the original price is $4.99,” but there's nothing on the sign that says I must buy 3 to get the deal. So, I end up buying 2 for $4.99 each and get no discount. I don't want to dispute this every time and get a refund, it’s inconvenient. When I brought this up, a worker actually said, "people need to actually read the ad.” This is kind of ridiculous to say and they didn’t even bother to fix it. They should have this important info in the actual advertisement inside the store. Not everyone reads the paper ads. On top of that, a good amount of produce items don’t even have a price label, and I've seen spoiled things like salami. It's no surprise they switched to bags where you can’t see the deli meat inside now. This store has to be breaking some sort of rule with these shady practices.

Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I waited for 7 minutes for someone to come and help me because I was waiting in the bakery for some cookies and cupcakes that were inside the display. When he finally arrived he gave me the cookies and turned around and walked out. Didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else? Or if that was all? Just walked out and started talking to another employee. As someone that’s worked in customer service for years, this is horrible service and completely unacceptable.

The person who manages the store must not shop there because the layout is the dumbest thing ever. If you want to buy alcohol you have to purchase before you leave the section but it feeds you to the exit immediately and expect you to leave. So how am I supposed to pick up a case of beer on my normal grocery run? It has more than 15 items so am I expected to buy the beer, go to my car and then walk all the way back through the store? Who thought this system was a good idea? Fire them immediately.

I really like shopping at Festival Foods, but they closed my store. I just happened to be on the west side. They need a store in Cudahy, South Milwaukee, Oak Creek or Franklin. I think there's a big space in Saint Francis. The company may not like the location, because it's near Lake Michigan. I think there are a 1,000 apartments and condos in that area, and Bay View has no land available to build on.

This place is a night and day difference from Pick N Save. Whereas I hated going there every Sunday, I actually don’t mind going to Festival. I wish I would have made the switch a long time ago. Even the employees are nicer. Maybe I appreciate it more since I was like a trauma victim from shopping at PNS for years, but I’m so glad I convinced my wife to switch to Festival.
