Restaurant Concept is good , focus on seasonal and local ingredients.
Generally food and service is ok.
I still like the classic way, real butter with bread is the best, however they gave us some green sauce to eat with the bread, we don’t like it, not matching the bread.
I don’t like the lobster from sai kung, find the meat not smooth enough, and weirdly pumpkin doesn’t taste pumpkin.
It’s ok to give this restaurant a try. Just not impressive to make us want to visit again soon.
