There’s A Big Ass New Beer Garden From Fieldwork Brewing Company Open in the East Bay | Eater SF

"Opening Friday, September 9, I’m highlighting Fieldwork Brewing Company’s new beer garden and taproom at 100 West Juana Avenue in San Leandro — a 7,800-square-foot space, the brewery’s largest location to date, just a few blocks from the San Leandro BART station. The expansive outdoor area is anchored by a 75-year-old olive tree stretching skyward under an open ceiling and includes fire pits, loveseats with coffee tables, picnic tables, a standing bar area, and a dedicated kids’ area, with outdoor capacity for 265 and room for an additional 65 people inside. Inside there are 32 taps pouring beers ranging from crisp, clean lagers to a salted and sour blueberry gose, single and double IPAs, and a creamy chocolate milk stout (plus two wines and two beer flights), and the food menu features wings, salads, and pizzas in Neapolitan and Detroit styles. The taproom transforms a former 1960s Firestone Auto Service Center, and Fieldwork — which debuted in Berkeley in 2015 — has since expanded across the Bay Area with locations including Corte Madera, Monterey, Napa, Sacramento, San Mateo, and San Ramon." - Lauren Saria

Google
Large, open-air beer garden that boasts many picnic tables and lounge chairs close to gas fire pits. Trees stretch toward the vaulted, open ceiling. Indoor seating is also available, but the patio is the draw here. On a weekend, it can get crowded. QR menu ordering is well organized. I prefer their Neopolitan-style pizza, as their Detroit isn’t as heavyweight as at other spots. Calabrian chiles appear often as toppings, and the Hail Mary is great. But so is a classic pepperoni. Don't miss the chicken caesar wrap or the tempura cauliflower. You can make a flight out of any beers you choose. Recent favorites are the churro cream ale and the Narrow Seas Imperial Porter.

Google
From the amazing beer to the tasty food, this place does not miss. The fun Guy pizza Detroit style is very very good. I highly recommend ordering! The wings are also good as well with a beer to finish it off. Definitely will be coming back next time we’re in town thank you so!

Google
Parking street and lot is available, accessible for wheelchairs, food is not good!! My pizza was burnt. Accepts pets and the beer was interesting in taste. Atmosphere on a Friday evening is good! Beer spot only 👌 dont recommend the food

Google
Love the beer, really come here for the apps. The wife and I love the shishito peppers and hummus. Light bites and a great atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, fun and quick.

Google
Stopped here on the way out of town and was pleasantly surprised! We got 2 pizzas, wings, and a bunch of beers. Everything was fantastic and the bartenders were super friendly. Will definitely be back!

Google
This branch is a brewery place with variety of foods and pizza. Great list of beers. Indoor and large outdoor seating. Outdoor has nice large ceiling heaters with bench and fire pit seating. Food is fresh and delicious. Pizza was a bit oily but delicious. Kale Salad was fresh and refreshing. Great for groups, kids, meetups, and casual hangouts. There are big screen to watch sports/events. They have tickles orders and payments as well as front desk.

Google
I took my little dog with me. There's waitress brought me a cup of Pulp and asked me "did you have leash for your dog? If not, you need leave". I answered "I did not, can you make my order togo?" She gave me a Togo Pulp. She did not even check or ask if I have ordered something else and came back for 5 minutes asked me to leave again!! This is the quality "BURN". Almost half of the pizza was inedible.

Google
We went just for food this time. Very fun interior. Great choice of appetizers. Pickle spears are great. My gripes are with the pizza and employee attitudes. Everyone I talked to seemed either really annoyed that I asked them something or just didn't say anything in response. It was quite odd. The pizza was very expensive and just ok. No particular flavors stood out, and it was just kind of a bland mush. Seems like a great place for drinks. It's not for pizza, though, unless you've had more than a few drinks already.

Yelp
One of our fave places to bring our pup! We often stop by on the weekend for an afternoon snack, and always opt for outdoor seating since we bring our pup. Given the off-time we were always able to find a seat or bench outside, which is a pretty nice/large outdoor space. Def enough space to put some distance between the pups as well. You have to order drinks/food via a QR code but the staff does bring out food/drinks and then also check in on tables regularly. The menu itself has a good variety of beers, also a few ciders. But I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food options here, that most breweries def. Lack. Food talk: (1) Brussels Sprouts - can be a hit or miss, some days I've had them come out piping hot & well seasoned, other times they can be a bit bland. (2) Garlic Fries - tasty thin fries with a yummy, buttload of garlic! (3) Chicken wings - sweet and a little bit spicy, but tasty overall. (4) Caesar - this was OK, little too much dressing so it got a bit salty: (5) Pizza - Detroit style is def the way to go here, it's a thick square personal size pizza - both the Margherita & Delivery Boy are my faves! Also had the Fun Guy (Neapolitan style), which is more thin and worked well for the mushroom style pizza.

Yelp
This place was so busy on a Friday night. There were tons of people coming in and out and fire pits going. We grabbed a bench near a fire pit and scanned to order our food. We got the Delivery Boy pizza, a beer, a root beer, and some roasted Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts came out pretty fast but the problem is that it had no flavor. Unlike most times when we get this dish, we had trouble finishing it. The pizza itself was fine -- it is more thin style pizza and thus you'll likely eat more of it to be full. However, the crust was burnt and hard so the pizza also wasn't great. The ambiance here is great though. There were at least two large parties and it's nice you can bring big groups and just order while standing around and socializing with folks. The place felt like someone's big backyard. My partner really liked his beer and thought it was fresh and I could say the same about the root beer. We are just disappointed that the food was not as good as we would have hoped.

Yelp
Food - really good for a brewery! love the variety. more than just pizza options, but the pizza itself is really really good! I recommend the Hail Mary - that was fire. Service - Fast! you order on the QR code and next thing u know your beer is in ur hands. Ambiance - quite nice as well. they have the picnic bench style tables but also the fire pit style chairs - a little uncomfy / far from each other if you're trying to mingle with your group so we immediately darted for a picnic bench once it opened. Great experience, I'd come back to hang out here and get some brews and bites

Yelp
Always have a good time at Fieldwork, and their food selection is perfect to go with a couple of beers. I usually don't order salads, but I appreciate that their Caesar has a soft-boiled egg on top. Their arancini is great, and their cauliflower wrap is solid although I would prefer if it was toasted or cooked through more. You can easily order food with the QR codes which makes it easy to add items to your order. Their beer selection comprises a number of styles and they rotate things out every few months so there's always something fun to try.

Yelp
We were looking for a casual place to grab lunch after a walk at Lake Chabot, and drove right on over to Fieldwork Brewing. It was a beautiful day out, and sitting in the shaded patio was perfect. There were plenty of tables at 12pm on a Saturday. We ordered using the QR code, and got a kids' cheese pizza, the Dad Joke Detroit style, the crispy cauliflower, 2 micheladas, and a can of Fieldwork's very own root beer. The food hit the spot! The Detroit style pizza was thick, crispy, and contained the perfect medley of toppings, and the crispy cauliflower was on point. The bite I got of the kids pizza was super yummy, too. Fieldwork Brewing has such a great and welcoming atmosphere; our kids were able to get up out of their seats without bumping into or bothering other parties, and they had dog treats and a water bowl for our big puppy of a Lab. So thrilled to have finally been by here and finding a great neighborhood spot that is family friendly, dog friendly, and serves great food and drinks!

Yelp
We came here for a large birthday celebration and we have no complaints. There's ample space in the shade to hang out, plenty of pizzas, beer flights and food items were tried and nothing missed.

Yelp
Ok, San Leandro..I see you! What a lovely Friday evening in the downtown Dro' seeing the community out for San Leandro Second Fridays with vendors, food trucks, DJ/live music, and more. I rarely make it out this way, but thankful to have had the chance to see all the cool businesses poppin' like Fieldwork Brewing. Such a spacious and beautiful location ~ great for big groups, kiddos, dogs, and fun. We ordered some snacks to start: Arancini (fried risotto balls), Crispy Cauliflower (fried in tempura), a Caesar (comes with a hard boiled egg, radishes, croutons). For our main we went with a Classic Cheese Pizza to keep it easy with the kiddo. Everything was definitely solid, the apps missing a bit of flavor/kick, but still solid. Because this is a scan QR code to order type vibe spot, there were a few moments I wish there was a live human to chat with. For the pizza, I wasn't sure how to order a side of ranch or if they offered that (I know, I'm a sauce girl..but especially with my pizza), and if they had sodas to order. My husband ran over to ask someone and I'm just not a root beer person. Nonetheless, a great time out and normally I would be partaking in the awesome brews with my crew at Fieldwork, but for this outing was looking for some crispy NA bubbles. Street/lot parking available although this is a busy area so take note to leave some time to grab a spot.

Yelp
I've been here a few times now with my dog, and it's a great dog-friendly spot to grab a beer and some good food. The dog-friendly area is huge and mostly enclosed with just the middle of the roof area exposed. It's comfortable inside with most of the tables along the perimeter, in the shade. On a bright/hot day, avoid the few tables toward the middle because of the sun. In the evening they have string lights surrounding the center, a fire pit and chairs around it, which is a nice vibe. There are ton of tables in the outdoor/beer garden area so even if it's packed, a new one usually opens up within a couple minutes. Parking is often tricky because of all the businesses nearby. I've had remarkably different experiences here on different visits. One visit was after work and it was cozy, pretty quiet and food came out fast. Appetizers are solid: fries and deep fried cauliflower auth their dipping sauces hit the spot. Pizza and salads are great. I appreciate that they have the option for the thick, Detroit-style pizza here. Another visit was on a weekend afternoon and it was packed; swarming with screaming children and so loud in the back that we had to move because we couldn't hear ourselves talk. The back area seems to be used for parties sometimes, and the sound echos. During this visit our appetizers came out pretty quick, followed by my husband's pizza, but my pizza did not arrive for a long time and we were just about to leave. Staff kept saying it would be right out, and when my Margherita pizza arrived it was basically crust with separated cheese on top, the sever even brought extra sauce with it because he said the pizza was so hot the sauce burned off. A bit strange, and not the Margherita pizza I'm used to but it was OK with the extra sauce.

Yelp
After leaving Fieldwork Brewing disappointed, our group walked over to Sons of Liberty Alehouse, just 1-2 minutes away in the same parking lot and the difference was unbelievable. Night and day! Before I get into that, I want to add something I left out of my original review: when my cousin asked the staff member behind the bar (I hesitate to say "bartender," considering the only task involved is pulling a tap handle) for a simple beer suggestion, she reacted as if the question was beneath her. He was genuinely trying to understand what to order, and she looked at him like he was bothering her just for asking. Completely unnecessary attitude for a guest-facing role. Now.. the shift in energy when we stepped into Sons of Liberty was instant. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and actually enjoyable. The staff interacted with us, offered real suggestions, and made us feel like guests instead of inconveniences. The drink selection was broader, more interesting, and the service was on a completely different level. In the end, the only thing I regret is choosing Fieldwork at all. Especially when the better choice was literally next door.

Yelp
Always consistent This place is a family friendly establishment with better than normal brewery food and friendly staff The thin crust pizzas are all good, never overly salty and always easy for the kids to eat The Detroit style pizzas i feel are not as tasty compared to the thin crust Fried cauliflower is always yummy Brussel sprouts are always roasted to tenderness Shishito peppers are always on point In terms of beer, they have a good variety. Though I'm not a connoisseur, I enjoy their sweet beers like the parfait, berry, hot chocolate, ice cream castles, etc. My husband typically gets the Adrienne here It's a casual atmosphere with friends, coworkers, families, even baby showers or gender reveals going on Honestly this place has reliable quality and it's suitable for all ages, I've returned at least 8 times by now
google avatar

Yelp
The food was good. I enjoyed their fries, Brussel sprouts and the pizza. They only allow dogs in the outside area not the inside area. The beer was good as well. Service was fairly quick, ordered from the we code. Food and drinks came out maybe 15-20minutes later.
google avatar

Roger D.

Yelp
Great spot to sip some sour beers & enjoy some Detroit style pizza! Wings & fries hit the spot as well. Service is quick by scanning a QR code for your table. Dog friendly spot also is a bonus in this convertible patio with a fire pit in the middle.

Yelp
"Large Facility, Great Service!" Whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to come this to this Fieldworks location. I believe this is their newest location. At least, it looks brand new. It has a huge outside seating area around a fire pit. There's also a long horseshoe style bar. The facility is brand new and is well maintained. I always have a great experience here. The bartender took about 5 Seconds to welcome me in and help me with my order. Today, I ordered a German style Pilsner with a malty taste. Just what the doctor ordered after a stressful day. Well, okay it wasn't all that stressful, but it could have been. The parking can be a little tight but there's free parking close by. If not, there are some meters. Thanks to management for making this such a professional beer garden. It's a pleasure to visit here.

Yelp
Great place to hang out with friends. We came for a drink but did not get food this time, although the food looked good and the portions were enough for 2-4 people. There are different flavors of the froze and the alcohol in this drink is faint, which tasted more like a frozen juice. There is a plentiful beer selection and draft beers. This place can get busy after 5pm and parking can be limited. We will be back with friends to grab food and drinks!
google avatar

Sam Q.

Yelp
Fieldwork Brewing isn't just about great beer--they also serve up some solid pizzas. I appreciated that they offer both thin crust and Detroit-style versions for most of their pies, giving options for different preferences. The flavors were well-balanced, and the texture was on point, with the Detroit-style having a nice crispy edge and the thin crust staying light yet sturdy. It's a great spot to grab a drink and a bite, especially if you enjoy having variety in your pizza styles.

Yelp
Thank you for improving since my last visit. I know my daughter has been coming here since our last May 2024 visit together, but I gave myself a break. Note to self - Come on Mondays (slow weekday lunches). Quality/Quantity - Olyvia & Farmhouse Wheat - Both beers were good. Light and refreshing for a beautiful day like today. Margherita Pizza - Baked well. Thin crust and crispy pizza, just the way I like it. Actually, an extra 3 minute bake where the center of the crust could be firm also would be even better. Atmosphere - See previous reviews. Cut and pasted from my previous review: I just love the space, including the designs of the bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating, way more nicer outdoors. Table, fire pit, lounge chair, picnic, counter, etc. seating. Shared parking lot was a zoo, so we then opted to just pay metered street parking. Open 7 days a week from 11am or noon till 9pm or 10pm; see my pictures. Yelp and their website differ slightly. Service - Friendly greeting when we walked in. Then their service was just okay. We had to ask for parmesan cheese and other things we needed. Price - $40 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2014 with your 8 locations and growing. See you again soon and hope for a continued better experience.

Yelp
We went to celebrate my husband birthday. Even thought it's a beer garden, we brought our kids (teenagers) and there was something in the menu for everyone. Pizza was amazing and the place was very welcoming. My husband loved the beer flight, 6 different hazy just for him. Definitely we are going back.
google avatar

Iona C.

Yelp
My husband and I love going to Fieldwork especially with our little girl (they do have high chairs and I believe they also have a diaper changing station in the men's restroom, too, yay!). They have a great selection of alcoholic drinks, of course, but also non-alcoholic ones, too - both beers and things like root beer (I LOVEEE their root beer). We almost always order either their Fieldword Caesar salad or the crispy cauliflower, but sometimes the garlic fries, too. All of them are solid options; it really just depends on your mood. Bare Knuckle and Fun Guy are two of my favorite pizzas, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I appreciate the option for Detroit style, but like the thin Neapolitan style the most. The parking lot can get full pretty quickly given the number of eateries and the Safeway grocery store, but we've never not found a spot even if it means a walk past the froyo place. Also, the heat lamps in the open area work REALLY well and it makes this a go-to place all year round.

Yelp
We absolutely love Fieldwork's beer, so when we had to travel to Oakland for work, stopping into their San Leandro location for dinner & beer was a no brainer. Like all Fieldwork locations, this one had its own unique charm. I loved the massive enclosed patio with fire pits, large picnic style tables, cool artwork, and plants. They also have a small, fully indoors, area with some seating available. You're welcome to order at the bar or through the unique QR Code set per table. As always, the beer was fantastic. Since we don't make it to Fieldwork often, we opted for a flight and a bottle of some new-to-us brews. The bottle my husband and I shared of "Death Will Tremble" Imperial Stout was absolutely delicious, especially on a chilly night. "Hills & Valleys" Pilsner as well as "Aloha Vibes" fruited sour were also top of the list for me. For dinner we shared a Caesar salad which was massive and delicious; loved how much Parmesan cheese they put on. We also shared the Bare Knuckle pizza (with some modifications) which was ridiculously good. Service was super friendly. Our waitress was super nice as well as the person running food out. Next time we're in Oakland for work, we'll be heading down to this Fieldwork location again!

Yelp
Family-friendly, Pleasant ambiance, yummy food, drinks, and helpful staff. Enjoyable nightlife.

Yelp
Fieldwork never disappoints! I've been to many locations across the bay and this one has to be one my favorites. I recommend the beer flight to get a nice selection! My go-to is the Hail Mary Pizza, which is delishhhh with the hot honey. I highly would suggest coming here for a game day as they have a screen projector on the outside patio area Service is great and smooth. Plenty of seating in the outdoor area. Restrooms are clean too.

Yelp
Came here for a second time and the drinks are always tasty and refreshing. Love the atmosphere and the vibe they have here. Definitely going to come back with friends for drinks.

Yelp
Great service, great beers, great food! Went on a Thursday after 6p and was quite busy bit was able to share a table with a couple and their adorable dog! So yes, it's def a dog friendly place! The outdoor was spacious and perfect for a warm June evening, but def don't forget a jacket or sweatshirt as it def cools down a lot in the evening, unless you're able to snag a spot by the fire pit.
google avatar

Fiona T.

Yelp
I loved their outside/ open air seating. They had a lot of tables but tables with shade filled up quickly. So be prepared to sit in the sun or choose indoor seating if that happens. We ordered using a QR code which handles the bill as well. They check IDs when bringing the drinks to you. All the food was good other than the pizza pocket things. I would choose their pizzas over that any day. The Caesar was yummy! even my non salad loving friend said it was good. The bratzza pizza was also yummy! A great seasonal item! Definitely recommend ordering that while they still have it

Yelp
Good place to go to whether you're just meeting up with a friend or kicking it with family. Just pick a spot, order, and you're good to go. Drink menu is solid. I can't quite remember the name, but the bacon pizza is pretty good. The greens make you feel good about the choice you made too. Definitely on the list for typically night out.

Yelp
Enjoyed dinner/date night and was pleasantly surprised how good the rainbow frozé was. Service was great, very friendly staff, and the food didn't disappoint, per usual. We love the relaxed and casual vibe here, sipping brews, and enjoying pizza, wings, and garlic fries!

Yelp
Fieldworks is a lovely brewery that's indoor/outdoor. Perfect for large parties, dog friendly, has some food options, and has fire pits! The only downside is that service is not that great, every time I come, I literally have to clean my own table. Plates and glasses everywhere and always crumbs on the table.. I do hope they become more attentive to cleanliness! But other than that, it's perfect for sunny days on the weekend.
google avatar

Elisa A.

Yelp
I love the ease of ordering. Pick a table scan the QR code order and they bring everything out to the table. Easy, they even allow you to leave the tab open. The drinks came out and I must say the slush Rose was quiet good, the Cesar salad was good well served and the croutons were crunchy and fresh, we had the deep dish pizza and it was definitely deep dish. Will be back to try the thin pizza and a flight if beer.

Yelp
Came on a Wednesday night with family. No one welcomed us, so we asked and was told to just seat ourselves and order via the QR code. We ordered some drinks, the fried cauliflower, the Bare Knuckle Pizza (New York style) and the Delivery Boy (Detroit style). Service was interesting, I guess, is how I would put it. One of the plates that were brought out was dirty. When we let them know and asked for a new one, there was no "sorry about that" or anything- just quietly took the plate and "there you go". When the food came out, everything was sitting at the window for 5-10 minutes. We knew because we were sitting right across from the window so we were just there, thinking if we should go grab it ourselves lol. Food was fine, not surprisingly good nor bad. However, the bottom of the Detroit style pizza was very burnt- like the kind of burnt that you can't even lie to yourself and say it's just very caramelized. Nothing really left a good impression for us to want to come again, so we probably won't.

Yelp
Came here this past Saturday & had a great experience, we opted for a flight because they have way to many excellent beers to choose from, the food is also always a hit I typically always get a Caesar salad because I just love that egg on there. Tried the Arancini & if you like risotto + mushrooms you'll love this - it's deep fried who doesn't love deep fried foods? Fries are always a hit to me & the pizza was soooo good the caramelized onions on it was my fav. Outside of that the gentleman that helped us was sooooooooo kind. He was very helpful with picking out beers and so patient I wish I got his name he was working around 3/4pm older with glasses - but as a service worker myself I really appreciated him. He is the definition of elite customer service! & despite the horrible heat wave it was so nice sitting outside in the sofa chairs and very clean we love a fun ambiance. Highly recommend if you wanna come chill with friends or even the kids! Very friendly environment!

Yelp
Fieldwork brewing in San Leandro Boasts and great outdoor, open space and indoor bar area, perfect for large gatherings or intimate date nights. They have an incredible selection of beers, house made sodas, etc that are super affordable and pretty delicious. I got to also try the rainbow parfait slushee which tasted just like ice cream! All ordering is done via table QR code, but service is fast and kind. We liked the variety of food options from pizza to salad to apps, which gave everyone in our party something to get excited about!

Yelp
We are regulars at Fieldwork in San Ramon, and have been to the San Leandro location twice. We are always excited to visit as this is an east-bay owned brewery. The San Leandro design is extremely hip: separate bar area, open area with Adirondack-style chairs and fire pits. And while the perimeter is covered, the center section is not: no ceiling/open air. The ordering process is Toast, which I don't like. There is zero personal feel to places that use this model: it's barely a step above fast food. There is no relationship to the staff or place. I love their beers and it's a great range of IPAs and Belgians. Despite the Toast model noted above, beers and food came quickly. There were four of us and we ordered fries, bread, and pizza. Quantities for appetizers were small: hardly sharable. Detroit-style pizza came to $32 for 4 small pieces: terribly overpriced for the size. It tasted very good, but I could have eaten it myself. The real challenge was dogs. They either encourage or not discourage people bringing dogs. And these aren't pocket dogs. There were Doberman-sized dogs that were mostly aggressive with other dogs, dogs would bark periodically, and it was simply not appropriate for an indoor setting. Perhaps the open top allows them to consider it an outdoor venue (as this can't meet health code). In any case it was distracting and wrong for a place that serves food. I have dogs and love my dogs, but I don't take them to restaurants. In sum, if you are looking for a dog park that serves food and beer, this is your vibe. For us, there are better options.

Yelp
Came here for the donut/beer pairing. Discovered a new place that I love! Great outside seating area and you can order from your seat. I ordered a flight that included White Dalia, Madalynn, Motley Bru, and Scream Citra Scream. The Scream and Motley were my favorites. I also ordered the Margherita pizza which was very good. If you are in the San Leandro area I highly recommend Fieldwork Brewing, great place to chill and easy parking right next door! Come check it out!

Yelp
Came here to watch a game and the staff was super helpful! I had called in a couple days before to see if they were going to play the game and whether they could reserve a table in front of the TV for me. They were great and got me a table right in front of the TV and set the TV up right when the game started. The outdoor area is also cozy - they have fireplaces, lots of tables, and they also pulled the projector down! Thin crust pizzas were yummy - we tried the bare knuckle and fun guy. Bare knuckle was super yummy! Fun Guy was good to me as well but it has goat cheese so some of us weren't that into it. Overall a great experience and I would definitely be back to watch another game!

Yelp
Decided to check out Fieldwork on a Friday around 5 pm and it was great! There's plenty of parking in the area, so it wasn't difficult to find a spot. Upon arrival, we ordered at the front, collected our number and found a spot to eat in the large open space they had. There's a lot of different seating options around the perimeter and it's dog friendly! I'm not a huge beer person, so I'm always hoping there's a few cider option when I go to breweries. I didn't see any on the menu, but when I asked the person helping us with our order, they suggested the blueberry parfait. It ended up being one of the best beers I've ever had!! It barely tastes like beer and has a nice sweet/sour taste to it. It was so good.. I ended up getting a growler to take home! They also have a few slushy options on the menu as well, which would be perfect on a hot summer day. For food, we got the delivery boy pizza (thin crust) and the fried cauliflower. Both were amazing and easily shareable between two people. The cauliflower was super crunchy and came with a garlic aioli, which was the perfect pairing. The pizza was good and the toppings didn't fall off with every bite, which is always a win for me! Overall, really enjoyed the vibe of this brewery and I'm excited to come back!

Yelp
Chill vibe. Grab a beer, grab some buds, order a pizza and sit outside by the fire pit. Great place to gather.

Yelp
The place its self is nice but no one is attentive to you you always have to ask yourself for things .. the food is a solid 4/10 i would probably only come back for a drink or two at the most

Yelp
Pizza was delicious and would go back again for that. Beautiful set up. Loved the tree in the center. Appreciated the order by phone option vs standing in line. Not a drinker and didn't like their NA drinks so stuck with water. I wish they had just some regular club soda

Yelp
Great place to unwind after a long day. Chill atmosphere, friendly staff, and their hazy IPA really hit the spot, smooth, juicy, and refreshing without being too heavy. Solid beer lineup and a relaxed crowd make it easy to kick back. Would definitely come again with coworkers or friends.

Yelp
Great craft beers! Staff is super helpful and friendly at giving options. The food is good, a little pricey for the quantity ordered pizzas and salads. The deep dish square pizzas was tasty but small The outdoor eating arrangement is fun during warmer days, might not be so great on a cold damp day!

Yelp
Heated Outdoor seating fills up fast but can be reserved. nice beer options with flatbreads

Yelp
Fieldwork is easily one of my favorite breweries. I've been to three other locations and have a goal to visit them all. I think they have the best pizza compared to other spots. We ordered ours Detroit style and it was so well prepared! The salad was standard, but good. And as always, the beer selection is supreme. Service is quick and there is tons of seating at this location. It does get cold sitting in the outdoor area due to it having lots of shade and the wind comes through strong.

Yelp
I came here for a coworkers birthday. This place was so cool and it looked really nice! The place was very nice and the food was good! I liked the garlic fries best. We also ordered the fried cauliflower, brussel sprouts, wings, and pizza. I will definitely come back!

Yelp
Great selection of beer (not just IPAs), the environment is comfortable, and our dog was welcome. The pizzas we ate tasted good.

Yelp
Pizza was tasty! Outdoor patio with fire pits definitely give the place a fun cute atmosphere! Wings were slightly dry though.

Yelp
Me and my husband tried them for the first time. Very nice if you want to just chill for food and drinks. The pizza was on point and the beer was good and strong. It's worth the money. However, being our first time it wasn't very welcoming. We had questions once we seated ourselves. The women kept avoiding us trying to ask questions. I finally went to go ask a question, because we wanted to know if we could order inside or if it was only done at the table? I was standing there for five minutes getting totally ignored while there at the register. I finally said excuse me can we order here or does it have to be at a table? The lady said yes, you can order here and just walked off from me. Wow! The guy serving the beer said I will help you in a moment. My husband came up to the register to order. We were left again over five minutes while the two ladies kept walking back and forward, the other guy was working the beer. So finally there was a guy with a high top fade who walked over. We asked him since we are waiting for help can we get your opinion on a good beer? He was very helpful with suggestions. After that we asked do we just keep standing here? He said someone will be right with you. Then the guy serving the beer said I will be right with you. Once he processed to help us, he was very nice. But the one lady who didn't care to help us was standing there staring at my husband with a mean look on her face because we were trying to figure out how we wanted to order our pizza and we also didn't know you could only order one beer at a time. Her look was like she was disgusted and I felt like are we not supposed to be here? Our food came really quick and again it was very good. I didn't really feel to welcome. I would suggest they have some to greet people and to assist with a happy and pleasant attitude when you are coming to spend your money there. So shout out to the African American Guy there who was super helpful, and pleasant!!

Yelp
I took my little dog with me. There's waitress brought me a cup of Pulp and asked me "did you have leash for your dog? If not, you need leave". I answered "I did not, can you make my order togo?" She gave me a Togo Pulp. She did not even check or ask if I have ordered something else and came back for 5 minutes asked me to leave again!! This is the quality "BURN". Almost half of the pizza was inedible.
