We've been trying to get out & explore what Inglewood has to offer, so we decided to meet some friends here. This was our first time, but Fiesta Martin delivered!
Food: Upon seating, we were provided a small bowl of chips & a side of salsa. The chips were thick, but nice & crispy. Every single piece was crispy down to the crumbs! The salsa had a nice spice to it...not overpowering, just right.
-We ordered one of their happy hour fish tacos (tilapia) grilled. Although it was a single taco, it certainly did not disappoint! The fish was seasoned to perfection & the toppings on the taco were just enough to make it full! We are talking pico de gallo, sour cream, a spicy sauce, & cilantro. Just look at the photo! We could have just ordered a bunch of these for our meal!
-My wife ordered #14 Dos Enchiladas Verdes (pollo). Oh wow, these enchiladas were perfectly sized & seasoned to perfection! The verdes sauce was the right amount of spicy that we appreciated. The beans & rice? They were equally delicious as well! Will order this again!
-I ordered Carne Asada. If you know anything about this, you have to cut against the grain (which I did) because I built my own Carne Asada tacos. This dish came with grilled onions, guacamole, pico de gallo, a grilled jalapeño on top with rice, beans, & your choice of flour or corn tortillas (I like corn). The meat was seasoned just right & split apart as a skirt steak should when cut across the grain & put into a taco. There was not a piece of rice left on the plate when I finished! I thoroughly enjoyed this dish, so I wonder what else is good here!
Service: Can you believe our whole table (4 adults & 1 child) ordered & our food came out in less than 10 minutes? I don't know how they did it, but they did! We had multiple servers take care of us throughout or dining experience & all were nice & friendly. They had issues at the end with our bill bc their internet went down, but they got it back up & running & were very apologetic!
Ambiance: There is ample inside seating (tables & booths), but also bar seating as well. There were multiple TVs throughout the restaurant playing sports. No music was playing in the background. Additionally, there is a photographer that takes photos, but be mindful that he charges $20 per photo! Yep, he got me.
Would I come back? 100% yes. We came there hungry & left completely satisfied. You will not be disappointed in this Inglewood gem!
