Cutest cannabis store and their collection is so good! Such a friendly and helpful staff!! (Especially Jaycie, she’s so cute!!)

I've been coming here for years simply because of the service. Probably the most down to earth staff I have encountered. Always keeping it real about pricing and what products they personally enjoy and don't like as much; so you don't waste money. Very personalized shopping experience plus they just added a lounge, which is a nice add-on.

Fig and Thistle has the friendliest staff of any dispo I've been to in the city. The space is beautiful, the product they stock is top tier, and they are always helpful when I don't know what I'm looking for.

Absolutely loved my first experience in the store! Jake and Jaycie were super helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and making sure I was happy. Will definitely be back again soon! 🙌😊

My go to dispensary! They have everything including a strong team of knowledgeable and authentic people. The smoking room is lovely and the vibe is chill. I meet the most randomly interesting people in the smoking room and love that dogs are welcome.

Beware the ATM machine. My debit card wouldn’t work so I hit up the ATM and it charged me $3.50 three times. The actual products were also more that I usually pay for them but A) everything is more expensive in the City and B) the Fig Farms (no relation?) Whole Fruits joint was everything I wanted to I will probably be back

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with huge smiles. My fiancé and I traveled from Seattle to SF to get our favorite flower(A Golden State) and they made it worth the trip to say the least. Sarah took very good care of us and even gave us some Golden State swag! Best store in the Bay Area no doubt. Go holler at Sarah and ask about A Golden State flower. She’ll take good care of you.

Man, what a great experience! I purposely try to avoid throwing 5 star reviews around so theres always a room for improvement but Fig and Thistle’s staff really went above and beyond. From their selection, to the expertise, and the classic San Francisco vibes that all us locals truly miss. I was able to choose some great products and learn some history about the community they are trying to bring together, something SF lacks these days. I highly recommended stopping by, meeting the team and purchasing some products! The store had a great selection of brands to choose from. Most important, the facility and staff were Covid SAFE.

Hands down my favorite dispensary I've ever been to! I've visited dozens of dispensaries in California and this one has the best vibe. It's in a great area and the staff so super cool and funny. The buyer does a great job with the procurement. They always have new products and new deals all the time. The new store looks really cool too. Very tasteful. It really is the only place I want to shop now. I like that they have Netflix and YouTube in the consumption lounge and I can hang out and smoke in there.

Best Customer Service and Best Weed in town. In and out in 2 minutes. Friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs.

One of the girls at this dispensary gives the most meanest look AND attitude when assisting and answering questions. Very Odd! And im like the nicest person to work with! like if you hate your job and hate helping customers then why would you work at such a place as this. Makes me definitely not want to come back and do business. the other sales people are so nice and welcoming.

This is my go-to place for CBD gummies and expert advice on CBD and THC edibles. I use CBD gummies for sleep but I don't want to be high. The people here helped me choose the perfect products. Sarah assisted me in choosing the right product for me to help me sleep. For sleep I usually buy: Plus gummies - lychee flavor. These have CBN which support sleep Wyld gummies - strawberry flavor. This has very low THC and high CBD so I can get to sleep without feeling high. Jake and Jaycee are also very helpful every time I come in. The ambiance is super chill and no one is pushy or too salesy. It feels like a small gift shop in there and doesn't have an overly weed-heavy vibe. I would recommend this place over other dispensaries because of how low-key it is and also the people are knowledgeable on the products. They really want to help and don't just focus on getting high.

Love coming here as the location is convenient, products are stocked and the employees are super chill! Always fun getting their flyers in text - whoever designs them should know they are always so cool! Thank you F&T!!!!

The last time I was in this location, Fig and Thistle was a wine bar that featured a bunk bed. It's been years, but was in the neighborhood and had some time to kill before catching a Book Talk nearby. It's now a super intimate and cute Apothecarium/dispensary. The brands they carry seem to be some of the harder to find lines and the tenders were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions. This place fits right into its location and is tucked away in the alley.

The girl at the desk who checked me out tonight was so unwelcoming and condescending. Didn't appreciate the judgmental look and sarcastic comments. I asked her a question and she was annoyed I interrupted her conversation. She was just giving mean girl energy the whole time and just radiated negativity. Like sorry I came into your store?

Jaycie was so helpful amd knowledgeable! She got explained the products and deals while also letting us know what was new. Great neighborhood little gem. Decent selection to get exactly what you're looking for.

Store is not wheelchair accessible. Bad news. Good news. Staff goes over and above to make up for it.

They had a great selection to choose from at this dispensary for what I was looking for (disposable vape & gummies) and Jaucie was a sweetheart! Her service was top notch. I just moved to this neighborhood and I'm happy to have such a great dispensary near by. A little pricey but that's what I expected.

Welcoming staff and helpful when I asked questions about whether something is in stock. They gave me a goodie bag with all the essentials and even remembered the boba sticker! Always have my faves in stock - Sundae School mochi gummies and puffies.

I recently moved to Hayes Valley and came across this spot right down the street from me and was so happy I found a clinic so close to me! Sarah was my original budtender and was so nice and knowledgable, but everyone I've come across has been super chill and friendly. They send weekly texts on deals (with the cutest graphic designs btw). Highly recommend you check it out if you're in the area.

Ahhhh, sooky sooky now! I was intrigued with Fig & Thistle Apo was shared with me by a friend. He said it was woman owned and I should check it. With the odd hours I keep and it being conveniently close by, I decided to hit it up with a friend that shated the same sentiment. It's cute, SF alley street chalkboard sign pointing me in direction was a sign I was in the right place. The doorman outside was friendly and sin e the shop is small, it seemed they had a limit on patrons in store. We patiently waited and I noted the crochet, retractable lighter holder they have readily avaiable. As we were invited in, I felt like I was in a victorian apothacary. Small space but a vast selection of products! Sarah, the budtender was awesome. I let her know what I was looking for and she suggested a few flower strains. Sarah, ty!! You suggested a wonderful Sativa and hybrid -both are lovely. The price points were reasonably friendly too. I certainly will be back Ana Banana

Who knew this little gem was in Hayes Valley? After checking in I greeted by my budtender Jake. I immediately started asking questions because I was looking to try a new product. Jake was not only patient but informative and gave me the major difference in the two products I was interested in, as well as making a suggestion. Ultimately I went with his suggestion and I'm completely satisfied.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff. Always have great deals. And super friendly efficient front door staff. Jaycie knows her strains!

I was so happy when I found this cute little place tucked around the corner from me. I appreciate that the vibe is more coffee shop than clinic. The atmosphere was further enhanced by Jaycie and her infectious attitude. But the true joy of F&GA is getting to chat with her brother, Jake. Well, he mostly just giggles behind the counter. But it made me smile. Thanks again...

TL;DR - Super cute, hidden, and has a lot of options. I love this place because they carried some of the items I wanted that no one else had - included cannabis drinks!! I signed up for the texts and they have tons of specials! I thought pricing was good and I love how cute the store front and merchandise were too.

Great selections. I wanted a disposable cart. The barista took her time to find the best selections of strain and THC levels. Great costumer service. Left with some goodies. They have great options for edibles and herbs

Jake & Gigi we're extremely informative after I mentioned that I'm only interested in CBD heavy ratio products that will help me sleep and be creative, but not get me super high. I would say Fig& Thistle Apothecary Carrie's a variety of unique cannabis items that I haven't seen elsewhere.

I absolutely love this club. They are always so welcoming and nice. It's right near my house, so super convenient. I've walked in being incisive, and they are always super helpful. Sarah and another associate helped me today. They were awesome. Definitely 5 star customer service.

The staff was very pleasant! They weren't pretentious. I always get nervous going into weed shops cause I'm such a noob, but they were very cool! I got some mints which I love. This is my favorite dispensary! I go out of my way to come here. Everyone who works here is super welcoming and helpful. I've been here many times, but today I also brought along my mom who is more of a newbie. Jaycie answered all our questions and even made great suggestions for my mom. Thanks Jaycie for all your help! And thanks to the security guard working today for giving my mom that cute little shoutout when we left! Every time I stop by, the people who work here are really knowledgeable about the products they carry. I've walked out of here many times with a product they suggested I try and ended up loving. Definitely my favorite dispensary. First off, when you walk in you're always greated with the friendly atmosphere of a store that feels more like a gift shop than your typical cannabis dispensary. Jaycie and Leo always let me know what the good deals are because they always have something new in rotation to check out. Of course they're always stocked on the classics too, and we love the affordable prerolls.

Jaycie and Jake are the most hospitable brother and sister consultants that keep us coming back on a weekly basis! Cant rave about them enough. Make sure to come see them Friday or Saturday!

Fig & Thistle always a bomb situation when I slide through to the spot to cop on some flower for some power! They got a nice selection of plant based products and such a lovely vivacious staff present. A personable individual by the name of Giovanna assisted me while I was looking for some grass to enjoy in the grass! They made me feel welcome and even complimented me on my fit( I had the '04 Ed hardy hoodie on.) I just had to shout out my playa potna right quick and let y'all know this a solid spot! Y'all should holla if you trynna get some flower for the right dolla!

Walked into fig and thistle for the first time and the budtenders were super informative and definitely have done their homework on cannabis. The words beyond helpful would be an understatement of how Jaycie and Mary was during my visit. Definitely plan on getting to know more of the products carried at this shop. Fig and thistle apothecary is the best! The people are knowledgeable, warm and helpful. There is a well curated selection of products, so something for everyone. Though we can get products closer to home, we travel over an hour to get there. That's how good it is!
