The word Figo means cool in Italian slang, but this restaurant can be defined as modern, classy, and upscale. Perfect for a solo meal, nightcap, date night or group dinner, Figo takes you on a culinary journey through delicious authentic Italian cuisine, which includes house-made pasta, ciabatta, and pizza dough.
I went to Figo with a group, which allowed me to sample a lot of their dishes. I also tried three of their delicious cocktails. The restaurant wasn't busy when we first arrived, which gave us the opportunity to chat a bit with the owner and chef.
The food was delicious and well-seasoned, although I was told prior to my visit to bring salt. A saltless dinner was not my experience, but to each his own.

LOVELY BUNCH OF COCONUTS - Cachaca rum, mango, toasted almond, toasted coconut, curry, and lime
