The 29 Best Restaurants In The Hamptons - New York - The Infatuation

"With its green-and-white stripe facade, Fini’s Amagansett location looks a lot like the original retro-style pizzeria in Williamsburg. And their slices and pies are just as good near a spacious lawn on Main Street, especially that white pizza topped with the ideal trinity of soft fontina, sharp parm, and melty mozzarella, with a lemon wedge on the side. The classic cheese and pepperoni are excellent too, as are the Sicilian slices. We also love the caesar—the crisp romaine is coated in a not-too-thick, lemony dressing, and decked out with garlicky breadcrumbs and enough grated parm to make the $15 price tag feel worth it." - melissa kravitz hoeffner

9 New Summer Restaurant Openings In The Hamptons 2023 - New York - The Infatuation

"After opening up in Williamsburg, a second Fini Pizza is coming to Amagasset sometime this summer in the old Astro’s Pizza space. Fini comes from a Lilia owner, which is a fun fact you can share with your neighbor while you’re waiting in line for a white pie slice. If it’s anything like its Brooklyn predecessor, you can count on classic but fancy $5 slices, pillowy Sicilian pies, and generously dressed caesar salads. " - Anne Cruz

New Restaurants in the Hamptons to Check Out This Summer

"The co-owner of one of Williamsburg's most hard to get into restaurants, Lilia, opened a break-off pizzeria called Fini in 2022. This summer Sean Feeney set to debut a not-yet-open sibling location for Fini Pizza in Amagansett." - Beth Landman

You have to order ahead at like 2pm to get pizza for the night but worth it! Shallot pizza, caesar salad and lemon sorbet always.

Fini Pizza is a great local pizza spot. Its pizza is unique, creative, and uses great quality ingredients. The crust is what makes this pizza unique. It’s super thin crust, but a bit dense instead of your typical light and airy crust. It soaks up the olive oil nicely and is crispy. The white slice, what brought us here after my wife heard a local rave about it on social media. Topped with lemon zest and served with a slice of lemon, it’s rich, bright, and flavorful. I think it could be taken to an even higher level with maybe just a touch of fresh basil or Italian parsley perhaps? Cheese slice is solid as well, great undercarriage and good amount of sauce to cheese ratio. The “grandma” slice looked more of a Sicilian to me, a lot thicker than your typical grandma. But nevertheless, it was delicious, and the sauce was very fresh with chunks of fresh tomato and a little spicy, which I didn’t expect. Great pizza split with friendly staff, and a nice dining area connected, or benches to enjoy outside on a nice day.

Google
You’re really ripping customers off. You’re charging $6.25 for just one slice of pizza. And it’s not even a proper slice—it’s tiny, more like half a slice. That’s shameful. Look, I’m putting a picture here. This is a pizza shop in Manorville, and I’m also posting their prices below. Their slices are bigger than yours, and they give you 2 slices plus a drink. You can’t overcharge people like this.

Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered half cheese and half pepperoni. The pepperoni had to have been very cheap because it was super greasy and tasted of rotten meat. I tossed half the pizza after three bites. I took three bites just to be sure. Tried to cheese side and the tomato topping was not up to par or even close. They use cheap ingredients, no doubt. The crust is thin, so that is fine for people who like thin crust. I do not really care about the crust. Thin or thick is fine with me as long as it is delicious. This crust was like cardboard and overly burnt. The place is super busy because it is the only pizza game in town. It is staffed by young kids with no direction, so the service is laughably bad. The atmosphere is fine because it is Amagansett. We tossed the $50 pizza and went back to our summer place to have sandwiches, being too hungry to go to another place to eat. So in the end, we had a great meal. I have only had one bad meal in town, and that was tonight. There was a very good pizza place, but it is gone now. We tried this one just on a whim. Never again.

Google
This is a hot spot in Amagansett! Very popular with the locals who gladly wait on a very long line for a slice, pie or both! The staff is very friendly and hard working. There is a dining area next door. You can opt to sit on a stool and enjoy a slice of east end style pizza.

Google
Best pizza in Montauk. Closest thing to pizza in the city. Great place to get a pizza and just hang out. There is a seating area and a lawn next door which is great for when you just want to hang out and have a great setting. Can get busy in the summer, but it's worth the wait.

Google
Pizza here is top notch. One of my favorite white slices to date, the lemon takes it to the next level. There was actual lemon zest on the slice the first time I came here and not the second time. Feel like it should always be there in terms of making it a little more special. Either way it’s a must visit for pizza lovers driving through Amagansett.

Google
I ordered a pie on their website and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went there to pick it up 20 minutes later and they told me it would take two hours!! There were 20 other people waiting for their pizzas too. Clearly they were too busy and should’ve just stopped taking orders. Apparently this isn’t the first time this has happened. Other customers there told me this is par for the course. To make matters worse, the person behind the counter had a really bad attitude. I will never go there again

Google
I was genuinely humbled to have the chance to visit Fini Pizza in Amagansett, as it has a reputation that many people speak highly of. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The manager, Chelsei, displayed a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was deeply disappointing. Rather than creating a welcoming environment, her attitude came across as dismissive and unnecessarily abrasive, which overshadowed the entire visit. It is important to note that the two Irish boys working behind the counter were the complete opposite - they were kind, polite, and attentive. Their professionalism stood out and made it clear that they were doing their best to provide good service despite the circumstances. Good customer service starts at the top, and when management fails to set the right tone, the whole establishment suffers. Unfortunately, because of the behavior of the manager, I left Fini Pizza with a very negative impression and cannot recommend it to others.

Yelp
Stopped into a great pizza place in Amagansett in the downtown area. You walk in and order right at the counter and can order by the slice or full pie. There is some room to sit inside and also some seats outside if you'd rather sit there. The cheese pizza had a delicious sauce and was very crisp and crunchy with a delicious crust. The white pizza had lemon zest on it which was very different but still great. We also tried the shallot pizza which was a bit spicy but that's something I love! This was a great experience and would definitely go back!

Yelp
Please bow your heads. Heavenly Father thank you for allowing Fini Pizza to exist. Amen! That is the review! In Amagansett you'll find Fini pizza, It's open later than most establishments. It's hard to find food after 10 p.m. please support this place! Shout out to the very cool owner! We love you! We love your PIZZA! The girls from D.C. P.S. they have wine!

Yelp
A bit disappointed with my next visit to Fini. $4 for a can of Diet Coke?! Seems a bit much! It cost about $30 for 4 slices and this expensive can of soda. We bought 2 Italian Ices which the menu says are $7 but somehow my friend was charged $17.37. Can't figure out why several dollars more even with tax and a possible credit card fee, which I don't think they have. The melon flavor was good! Tasted just like cantaloupe. The peanut butter was good but I felt I needed some chocolate with it. As for the pizza, I tried the tomato and cheese this time. I'd stick with the cheese over the tomato but it was worth trying. They sprinkle garlic breadcrumbs on top. The grandma slice I had this time seemed to taste different than what I recalled - a bit more smoky. White did not disappoint! That's still my favorite!

Yelp
The sign outside reads Astros Pizza but it does not seem to be the old Astros. Pizza box inside reads Fini. This pizza was awesome, well done, crispy bottom, delicious crust. Margherita and also has grandma Sicilian w smoked mozzarella. Very unique. Crispy on outside and doughy inside, sauce was excellent as well. Stupid expensive however which is ridiculous, $35 per pie about. Otherwise would have been a 5 star. Two pizzas and 5 non alcoholic drinks was $105, c'mon.

Yelp
Great pizza and great service. The pizza has the right sauce to cheese ratio and good crisp. The white slice was recommended and I wasn't steered wrong. It's a little different than a normal white slice. They use mozzarella, fresh mozzarella and fontina. They shave lemon zest when it comes out of the oven. Good stuff.

Yelp
A cheese slice, a white slice and a coke came out to $16. Music blasting inside and not appropriate for little kids to be listening to Entire staff is under 25 years old Wont be back.

Yelp
Soooo good omg best pizza in the hamptons hands down. I can't comprehend how this place has some poor reviews makes no sense. It's delicious try it!!!

Seline O.

Yelp
Truly, the best pizza I've ever had! I've tried the white, grandma, and hot shallots & peppers slice. Each of them has been absolutely delicious. If you can only try one, I'd recommend the white slice, I've never tasted anything like, in the top 10 tastiest things I've ever eaten! Friendly staff and cozy ambiance.

Yelp
Was great last year. Ordered three pies last night (margarita, pepperoni and square grandma--although pretty sure they gave us Sicilian)), however, all were mediocre at best. Crust is light and buttery (on the grandma/Sicilian) but the sauce is bland a tasteless, cheese seemed off too, and they seemed to overcompensate with excessive amounts of garlic, Prices and wait times added to disappointment.

Yelp
I wasn't going to try because of price is expensive but my brother sent me a pie and I am so glad he did. It was truly delicious and amazing. The crust was fresh, thin and tasty. The sauce was not overpowering but perfect and the cheese was yummy. I heard it was very crowded and take out was a long wait but service was good considering all the people waiting. I am not sure I'll venture there in person until September so I hope they stay open year round.

Yelp
Good solid pizza. We ordered a pie, half pepperoni and half plain. The pizza was as good as it gets - hot and crunchy, cheesy and saucy. The sauce was nice - not too sweet or tangy. We will definitely eat here again.

Yelp
The tomato slice is so so so good. The sauce itself is thick and flavorful, topped with delicious crunchy golden brown garlic breadcrumbs and a modest kick of chili oil. This is the perfect option for someone avoiding dairy / cheese, or someone vegan. It's flavorful and very special on its own, you don't miss the cheese.

Dev W.

Yelp
Silly attempt at creating a Pizzeria. This is the second attempt since Astro's left and this time the product is better than the second attempt but the staff and business model are a joke. Here's to the 3rd attempt may whoever takes this spot next understand customer service.

Yelp
The best pizza out east is here in Amagansett. Great crusts from edge to middle, delicious sauce, all quality ingredients. Definitely worth the price. Fini is really popular so they sometimes run a bit behind on product, especially in peak summer hours. Hard to pin the blame on them for their success so no diminution in stars for that.

Yelp
This place is top tier pizza in the hamptons , such good quality, friendly service. This place is a pioneers in good Food for the hamptons

Yelp
Excellent pizza. Great vibe. The white slice is the best while pizza I've ever had. Friendly staff!

Yelp
The pizza here is good but it is impossible to get it. Do not go here expecting to be able to walk in and order pizza and eat it in any sort of reasonable amount of time. I went on a Tuesday at 7ish and they had about 4 slices of pizza to offer customers and could not provide any sort of estimate or assurances on when or if other pizza would become available, which honestly just isn't how a pizzeria can operate. It's 2023. Figure it out.

Tennille T.

Yelp
Order the White Pizza...4 Cheese pizza with lemon juice squeezed over the top! Wow. A Must Have! Additional lemon slices available placed around the perimeter of the pizza pie to enhance the flavor! Take it Out or Dine In (or Out!) the adjacent Casual Outdoor dining option sitting in an Adirondack Chair in the Courtyard! Option to add beer, wine or a mixed cocktail.

Alexis F.

Yelp
They need to get their online ordering fixed but the pizza is great, they're always busy and the owner / workers are nice.

Danielle L.

Yelp
INSANE. The white/lemon pizza is a MUST. Run don't walk. Phenomenal pizza. I'm not sure why it's not 5 stars but it deserves to be. Definitely recommend.

Client R.

Yelp
Teenagers take your order and limit the number of slices. We were told if you want a pizza order a day ahead online or no pies for you! Not worth the hassle, it's just pizza.

Lucas B.

Yelp
The little dudes attitude at the register was crazy. I guess the high school employment pool is running thin. Pizza was decent. 1hr 15min wait for a single pie though. Maybe if they hired a couple more kids and threw them in the back we'd get our pizza quicker.

Jon S.

Yelp
The king of the slice shop out east. Just as good as Williamsburg. Love sitting outside on the patio. Cannot go wrong with the amazing and unique white slice or a simple pepperoni slice. Don't sleep on the Sicilian either with the nice Parmesan shred on top. And don't fogedabout an Italian ice on the way out...

Pat K.

Yelp
$6 pizza?! Beyond ridiculous. Twice as much as Manhattan prices or anywhere else. Ugh.
