This is a beautifully decorated fairly new restaurant in an up-and-coming part in Boca. The decor is playful and sexy in the feminine way with a masculine touch…. The staff is outstanding! Everyone is super friendly and attentive! The craft cocktails are super yummy and my Caesar salad was outstanding! The egg was cooked to perfection! The pizza we ordered was more like a doughy flatbread because of its size and form and no marinara… oh and they have a great Happy Hour… will go back!

Fiolina offers a delightful culinary experience that transcends expectations. From the moment you step inside, the warm ambiance welcomes you, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu, curated with meticulous attention to detail, showcases a fusion of flavors that tantalize the palate. Each dish is a masterpiece, expertly crafted with the finest ingredients and presented with elegance. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure every need is met. Our server Jessica is an absolute pleasure and gave us an unforgettable dining experience. She recommended many options on the menu that we absolutely loved, especially Nonna’s Potato Gnocchi. Her professionalism enhances the overall dining experience. The ambiance exudes charm and sophistication, making it the perfect setting for any occasion, whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a celebratory gathering with friends and family. Overall, Fiolina surpasses expectations in every aspect. It's a culinary gem that leaves a lasting impression, beckoning patrons to return time and time again to indulge in its culinary delights. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Tried the new Italian restaurant at restaurant row in Boca. The ambience was NY chic. Service was also friendly and NY quick. The server of course was from the Bronx. Food I thought was pretty good not amazing. They do make homemade pasta which is a plus. Overall, it was a great place to dine with friends. I would go back but only with a group. It’s loud and not intimate. My standards for the Italian cuisine are high since I travel to Italy every quarter. But definitely worth trying.

Pasta perfection. I have never had better gnocchi. The meatballs were unbeatable. The bread was heavenly- neither are pictured because they were devoured too fast- we had the warm rosemary bread with whipped ricotta & meatball app. This new place will now be my go to for actual Italian cuisine. Our server Rachel was awesome & the staff in general was superb. Gorgeous decor & lighting. Good for a romantic date night or with your family in tow. Just overall fantastic.

The food is superb! Got meatballs for an appetizer, so good, really soft, sause is great, definitely recommend. For an entree, got pasta and a risotto with a short rib. That was one of the best tasting risottos I have ever had, so many flavors! Drinks are really great as well, I got a zero proof spritz, and even that was amazing. Our waitress was very sweet and gave good recommendations, including the risotto. I am very happy with the entier experience and will be back.

Was looking forward to this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint! Outdoor seating with fresh pasta dishes and delicious desserts! Keep in mind, this is a pasta restaurant first and foremost so don’t anticipate it being a typical Italian restaurant. Limited selection of food but each dish was different and flavorful. Valet parking and self parking lots as well. I don’t recall the name of the smoky drink but it was amazing! Chocolate hazelnut cake was amazing! Truly delicious! Cookies were great as well. Cannoli cake was good. Gnocchi with mushrooms was a flavorful dish that was very rich and creamy. Fresh / amazing mozzarella appetizer. Plain but tasty arugula salad. Tiny tuna appetizer dish that was quickly lost and forgotten. Would I go back? Only for the dessert and cocktails as I’m not a pasta for dinner type of person.

Out of our 3 entrees, the Short Rib was extremely fatty and was returned, the risotto that came with it was way too creamy, like soupy. The Cioppino was very, very good and was fresh with a nice variety of seafood. However the Branzin Puttanesca was ok but very small and did not include any side of pasta or potato which would have avoided me having to go out for something else to eat afterwards because I was still quite hungry. Way overpriced for what you get. I’d suggest that management consider adding a starch. Our server (can’t recall his name) was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The decor is very nice. Loved the design of the dining area. Bottom line, with some menu adjustments this could be an excellent restaurant but for now the Short Rib was a total miss and the Branzino is was overpriced.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fiolina Italian restaurant, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a truly exceptional meal. We indulged in a variety of pasta dishes, each more delectable than the last, and the mozzarella and appetizers were simply amazing. But what truly elevated our dining experience was the outstanding service provided by the incredible staff, particularly our server, Gabriel. His attention to detail, genuine friendliness, and impeccable knowledge of the menu made the dining experience great. Gabriel's passion for ensuring our satisfaction shone through in every interaction, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we sat down. Fiolina Italian restaurant is a gem that surpasses all expectations, delivering not just a meal, but a dining experience that lingers in your memory long after the last bite. If you're looking for exceptional Italian cuisine served with a side of unparalleled hospitality, look no further than Fiolina.
