The vibes are very nice here. Menu is short and sweet I didn’t add a picture of the queso but I was surprised at how much we enjoyed it. Do yourself the favor and order the meatballs and garlic chibatta bread. Staff friendly Cocktails are fun. Music played was pretty good all night. I will definitely be back!

My favorite bar ever! The staff is incredible and hot ;) the security guard is such a cool dude and the drinks are amazing. The tree in the middle is the perfect ambiance for any situation! Great for dates or meeting friends or solo chill moments.

I moved into the neighborhood a few months ago, and came on their very first trivia night and had so much fun. I’m in the process of trying to find a signature drink and Carly has been such an amazing bartender, she is so helpful and patient with me and because of her attitude it has kept me coming back to try new things. James has been such pleasure as a host of trivia and I now look forward to trivia nights with James as a host and Carly as the bartender. Monday nights here have been a blast, it’s a great vibe I totally recommend it.

I would love to say that I liked this place. I would love to say that the bartenders aren’t stumbling around drunk all the time. I would love to say that a security guard of theirs didn’t say “I will slap the gay out of you,” but I can’t. I don’t know how this bar exists. I’ve only been in a handful of times and yet the phrase “nothing good ever happens at Fiona’s” comes out of my mouth every time anyone suggests it. This place should be condemned. I don’t feel safe here as a queer person.

The bartender was very rude. This was Thursday (8/22) and the only one bartender (white guy with glasses and flannel) refused to acknowledge my love and I while he flirted with a group of girls pouring them free drinks. After 8 minutes of being ignored, we left and got drinks across the street. We came back for just one beer I wanted, but he continued to ignore us while flirting with the same girls. So I interrupted politely and asked for a beer when he got a chance. He said “obviously I’m helping other people right now”, then I reminded him I said “I when you get a chance”. Then he came over 12 minutes later acting annoyed to be serving us. I would’ve understood if he was actually busy, but he was just chatting, giving out freebies and ignoring new customers. This guy even took my cash payment and kept the difference as his tip without my permission. Wasn’t sure if he’s just racist and maybe an interracial couple set him off… but after reading other reviews I’m inclined to think so. We won’t be back.

We had 2 drinks each and shared the meat and cheese platter. The cocktail I had was great. I liked the meat and cheese variety. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Meatballs with garlic bread were so good, I ordered some to go. Very tasty & filling. The scene was cool too but I sensed maybe the bartender should have more help to take drink & food orders. It was only her and the guy in the back prepping the food. Will be back for more Meatballs very chill spot.

I just moved in the neighborhood and Fiona's is just bustling all the time! I went in to have a cocktail and some food and I can tell why it's so good. They're affordable and the food is hangover friendly! It'll soak up everything you need to soak up and it leaves you so satisfied since the subs are SO filling. We ordered the magic hour, dark and stormy, and gold rush. All of them were super on par with a more expensive bar and I will be back for another drink! All of it was so tasty and not over $12!

Came here after hanging out in Prospect Park on a Sunday evening. This is a quaint bar with great drinks and a nice atmosphere. The place gave nature vibes as it had a tree in the middle of the bar. There's mostly wooden chairs/tables but we managed to grab a seat at the comfy couches. Service is great and people are friendly. Highly recommended to check this place out after eating and hanging around smorgasburg.

First time here and went for drinks. Good selection of drafts and can beers along with cocktails. It's really close to Prospect Park. The atmosphere was inviting and chill. The bartender was very friendly. A great spot for a date.

After a productively long double work day, all I wanted was a well crafted cocktail. I walked into Fiona's and to my surprise it felt like a cozy urban cottage (use your imagination orrr you'll just have to see it for yourself). I ordered the bar special which was a spiked cider with bourbon. The cup was so warm I used it to warm my hands, mind you it's 35 degrees outside so a warm drink is actually necessary. I sipped slow because it was piping hot, but once I tasted all the flavors together I was hooked. This was the easiest warm drink I've had the pleasure of enjoying. One was enough for me! I got up from the bar an hour or so later with the soft fun spins in my body. Bar highlight: There's a beautiful dimly lit tree in the middle of the bar, it's soooo cute. I sat right by it just to feel like I was sort of 'drinking under a tree'. The other drinks sounded really good too, so I'll just have to come back and try them. Thank you for a great first experience!

Super cute little bar on Flatbush Ave. I've always walked by and thought the vibes were great. Finally came here with a friend, and we had a great time! There's so many different types of seating. They have this super cool tree going through the middle of the bar, and there's seating around the trunk. It makes for a nice little spot for two people. I ended up sitting at the open bar area that faces the sidewalk. If you enjoy people watching, I would definitely encourage you to sit there! The drinks are very reasonably priced, and yummy! We got a couple rounds of their sorrel/prosecco drink. It was absolutely gorgeous in color, and so delicious. I love that they use the sorrel from Hibiscus Brew, which is right next door. Two amazing businesses teaming up together to create something wonderful. I'll definitely be back soon!

Service was top notch here!! I came here for the Tastes of Brooklyn event. This bar has so much airy space and a small amount of seating outside. This bar is laidback and chill. A perfect place to wind down. Meet with friends, and drink. They allowed us to eat food from somewhere else. Fiona's makes the best queso dip I ever had in my life. They even gave us a sample of their famous Peacock drink which is served in a fancy cup. It was sweet and strong. I'll definitely come back to try more drinks. Adrianne was so welcoming and pleasant. Kudos to her and the other staff members.

Beautiful bar. Impeccable vibes. Our bartender, Val, was such a sweetheart. Highly recommend.

It's very funny to me that this place markets itself as the "long-awaited Love Child of 3 local bar-owners/managers/bartenders/appreciators," because I don't think I've been in another bar in NYC that has such slow service. If this place actually is run by industry veterans, you would think the service would be good. I have to practically make a scene to get someone to take my drink order, even when the place is half empty. It's a nice place otherwise--the decor is cute, the prices are reasonable, but the service could use some improvement.

Charming local bar, with quality ambiance and just the right amount of everything you could want, product-wise. Small but quality (and local) draft list (I had an Alewife beer, also had Five Boroughs and Other Half on tap) and a pretty solid wine options (my date enjoyed her Malbec). Food list was similarly small but quality, and exactly what you'd want from a small and low-key bar such as this (cheese and charcuterie, hummus and veggies, etc). Kitchen was open pretty late (I believe open until 11pm). And they also have some heartier options such as sandwiches. Service was laid back and cool. The bartender was great, able to provide recs on drafts and wine, as well as turning out a quality gin martini. There's little better than a bar where you just feel at home the second you walk in, and that would perfectly describe this spot--just a love, cozy, fun bar experience. Seems like a great setting for a casual date or for hanging with friends. Wish it wasn't all the way across Prospect Park from me!

Such a fun place! Both bartenders were so personable and the drinks were stellar! We got a cheese board as well, which was *delicious*. The home-made mustard really made it. I love the ambiance. There's a beautiful (fake) tree in the middle of the floor going up to the ceiling, and that's what drew me to the place!

BLACK CUSTOMERS BEWARE: Unfortunately, while this is a charming bar the bartender Lalo (not sure if that's the right spelling) on September 22 around 12:40 AM was completely unprofessional. I walked in and saw a table that needed to be cleared and I asked him if someone could clean it. He then asked me to bring the cups to him which is basically clearing the table and I responded I do not work here so why would I clean a table? When we ordered drinks I instructed him to leave my tab open but he still charged me. Once I went to collect my card he said I closed out...I asked for my card and he continued to say I closed out. I insisted he check again and then he finally gave me my card back AND tried to charge me again!! And give himself a tip??? I can't help but think this energy was targeted because we were Black because I don't understand why he was acting like this towards us while he had no problem serving the non Black customers. He didn't want to serve us and tried to charge me twice which, as a person who has worked in the service industry, implies you didn't trust that we were going to pay so he wanted to get his "money" upfront. Very tacky.

The place is cute! I love the random fake tree trunk smack dab in the middle of the place. The bartender we had that night took a while to acknowledge my date and I but he was super understanding about it. I worked in customer service for 9 years so I know it doesn't take a lot to say hi, be with you in a sec! The drinks were great. Lovely ambiance. In my neighborhood so I'd visit again.

Genuinely adore this place! There is a large variety in food from small plates to full meals. The second Tuesday of every month is drag Karaoke with the amazing @veronicaconstantlay which has created a beautiful Mid-week tradition. I have yet to meet a bartender that isn't out of this world OUTSTANDING! Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fun, safe place.

Decent local bar. Nice space with big windows. I wish they leaned more into the theming though. There's a tree in the middle, but I wish they'd add more branches or something to the ceiling, as it feels a bit out of place. Cocktails aren't cheap but also aren't insanely priced. Hope they continue to lean into the decorating/experience and it would be more notable of a bar. It still feels new, and I'm excited to see it continue to grow into itself.

This place is such an amazing addition to the neighborhood! I've been watching the construction on this place for a while now, and I was stoked to discover that they officially opened. I went in last night by myself to check the place out, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised. The interior is almost like a treehouse type of vibe. The atmosphere is super laid back with one of the owners walking around engaging everyone in conversation and making sure drinks are full. The drinks are really well priced, and they have local domestic beers on tap. Their cocktails are a bit pricey, but well worth it because they are crazy strong. I had 2 Magic Hours, which are a vodka based cocktail, and I was feeling fantastic! They have small plates available to snack on, and they know how to make a proper hummus plate. They also make their own hummus there, and it is amazing. I didn't finish all of it (it's a large portion), so Adrienne, one of the owners, wrapped it up all nice for me to bring home. I'm looking forward to eating more of it over the weekend from the comfort of my home! I definitely want to make this place part of my regular hang out spots, and you should, too!

Went to see Morrissey in Nov 2022 at the Kings Theater next door and headed into Fiona's after the show. It was SO much fun, as they played Morrissey and The Smiths songs until closing! Everyone was drinking, singing along and having fun. Reasonably priced drinks too, just a little hard for women to get the bartenders attention. Would definitely be back if I see another show at Kings. It was like the concert extended for another few hours!

Fantastic little neighborhood bar, and the neighborhood obviously loves it already! The place is packed just about every night with a huge, diverse PLG crowd! Friendly and accommodating bartenders, great music, and great people!

Now THIS is a neighborhood bar. On a gloomy Sunday afternoon, nearly everyone knew each other, and in a truly friendly way. Despite feeling an outsider, it was surprisingly welcoming. And the bartender had great energy - talkative and ripping Tito's shots with patrons. Really fun spot with good energy.

Horrible service and very obnoxious/rude bartender - pretty sure she drank more than she served. Regulars are just weird and make you uncomfortable. Despite the cute decor, there's other places that have nicer workers that actually treat patrons with respect. The food was alright but nothing special.

Dope bar. Roast beef sandwich is fire. The horseradish is such a great touch. They Host great events and provide a sense of community when there. Update: most bartenders are fantastic. Adrianne (spelling may be incorrect) is awesome and so lovely. Love when she is around. However there is another pencil thin, glasses wearing bartender who can't seem to keep up. She starts her shift and immediately gets flustered. It took us 15 mins to get her attention, and another 15 to get her to close us out. It's always an, 'ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU' then serve someone else. Maybe if she took less time worrying about what song she wants to play and sing along to, she'd be able to focus on her customers and tasks at hand. Regardless, Fiona's as a whole is amazing and I won't let one rotten Apple ruin the bunch!

Saturday night, crowded and only one bartender behind the bar. I felt bad for him being understaffed but the bartender served three people that arrived after us, before me. I was trying to wave his attention at times. He finally gets to me and the first thing he says to me, yelling, is "Woman, you need to calm down." ... I'm a bartender too and I know how it is to be understaffed but that's not the way to talk to customers... made me feel like shit and I won't be going back again or recommending. Too bad. The owners are nice.

Great meatballs. Trust me get them. I love the Flatbush Spritz. The Magic Hour is always very strong if you're into that (we are). Fun, quirky, professional bartenders. The Gold rush is great too.

I walked into Fiona's Bar, not seeing anyone there to seat you so seated myself. Then to order drinks realized that had to be done at the bar but... there was a line. I was a bit horrified given there was just one bartender who also seemed to be the bus person, waitress and hostess. I should have mentioned earlier that I was hesitant to even seat myself because tables were not bussed and full of finished drinks. I decided to bus the tables and wait to order drinks. To my surprise that bartender was a superhero. She took down each patron's order calmly, worked her magic and kept repeating. When she took our order and things calmed a bit, she walked the bar (which was full) and would cheerfully talk. I was amazed. We were there for two rounds and someone else eventually came in to help out. Our drinks were great and the platter of cheese and meat was a fair selection. My favorite part was their warm bread and honey! yum! Fiona's gives you positive vibes and you feel it!

I've been here three times and as of now this place has been open for about three to four months, just to preface. This place is always packed, so I always thought there must be something legitimately appealing about it, but each time I've been I couldn't figure out what that was. The drinks are bad or boring (the Sunday bartender gave me the worst "negroni" I've ever had, it was also garnished wrong), service can often be slow due to the crowds, and their clientele is, quite frankly, awful. The first time I went there was a guy hitting on the woman next to me to the point of harassment, and the bartender's response to this was to tell the woman "oh, he does that to everyone." Really? Then why let him in the bar, you have the power to throw those people out, you have a bouncer (which in this neighborhood is a hilarious thing to have). Most importantly, I want to point out that this place is antagonistic to the neighborhood. All three times I've been there and have talked to patrons and staff, most of whom are new to the area (I've lived here for 5ish years) do nothing but bad mouth and run down most of the local iconic businesses. I recommended De Hot Pot to a customer, the one that was being harassed, and she said, and I quote, "I feel like that place is for *them* and not for me". A lady last night was mentioning quite openly to two others how, which she didn't realize, the most popular bar in the neighborhood was a place for, again I quote, "ne'er do wells." Ultimately, I've decided not to go back, there are many better cocktail bars in the neighborhood, and I urge you to try them instead. This place is only benefitting off of its location after Erv's closed and it's appeal to people who have recently moved in on the north part of the neighborhood . The Saturday bartender is pretty good, and it has room for improvement, which I hope for its sake happens.

Really cute and cool spot relatively new to the neighborhood with a wonderful owner!!! There's a beautiful TREE in the middle of the space and the windows open up fully (a nice place to sit, sip, and people watch). Clean and spacious - it's a great choice to come with friends or host an after-party / gathering. Totally recommend checking it out

Literally my favorite bar and my go to in this neighborhood. There's a tree in the middle of the bar. All the bartenders are super rad! They get busy in the evening due to its popularity in the neighborhood but it's always a vibe, so hang around. Or come in the afternoon, on a nice day when the windows are open, and enjoy a mellow bar experience. Also try one of their signature cocktails. The Flatbush spritz is delicious.

Draft beer variety is awesome... try the 5 Boroughs Tiny Juicy. I love their tapa like eats. Just wish they had burgers .... oh well meatballs it is! Gorgeous, dreamy and elegant designs for the price of commodities. Also --- Shout out to Jeanine, kind hearted and makes great cocktails. She also found my missing beats ear buds. Jeanine if you're reading this: I feel pretty awful for ever thinking someone took them -- even by accident. (I didn't really think the lady patron would do that as she was also kind and not even sitting close when we chatted.) If possible, could you PLS tell her I'm so sorry. I promise on my late mother's soul I did not believe she would take them on purpose anyway. I promise to wear my tail between my legs in shame after the meatballs. Cheers

I came on Saturday (8/28/21) and walked in to a sign taped on a chair saying to wait to be greeted by the bartender to check our vaccination cards . My friend and I patiently waited for about 5 minutes and one of the bar guests kindly notified the blonde bartender that we were waiting ( as per the signs instruction ). She rudely yelled across the bar "IM NOT WALKING ALL THE WAY AROUND TO GREET YOU JUST TAKE A SEAT". My friend and I were so taken back , as well as other bar guests, that we ended up leaving. I'm very disappointed as I'm new to the area and could of potientally been a reoccurring customer as it's close to home. Get people who are happy working everyday, god knows people would KILL for a job/ busy bar right now. Will not be returning.

This place is awesome. I had the meatballs and hummus. Next time I'm getting the bacon because it smells amazing! Cool chill vibe.

Very cute decor, fun vibe (fancy peacock glasses), nice bartenders, good music. Saw that there was food but didn't order. Drinks were fine, nothing fancy, but that's what I was looking for.

The worst experience ever. The older white blonde lady is racist as hell. First she told me that she's keeping my card open. Then she charged me $35. However I wanted to pay cash. Meanwhile she talking to my guest about my card I gave her. I'm checking my account online she rushing me to sign the tab. Then call me a bum cause I joked about what's on the house. So she been had it out for me. Trust me it's not a relax vibe for black ppl..go at your own risk..but I told you so when you understand!!!

I'm cool with diverse cocktails and beer....but the food can be a little more exciting. Cheese plates and hummus plates totally fine. But fair warning: this is not a full service food/bar establishment. Maybe also tell the seemingly miserable heavy set bartender not to take life so cynically by calling us ladies "....what's that (sigh) honey...(more sigh).." it's not my prob if he has no friends and or sx life. DO YOUR JOB.

I'm so glad that this bar has opened in my neighborhood! I went there for the first time this week with friends. The owner was so nice and the drinks were so good that we ended up spending our entire afternoon there. We will definitely be back soon!
