The Best Burgers in Phoenix, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"Hours: Open daily from 11 a.m., with extended hours until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. There’s more than one burger at Fire at Will these days, but the original still reigns supreme — a classic burger made with certified Angus beef ground to specifications: 50 percent chuck, 25 percent brisket, 25 percent short rib. The result is an ultra-flavorful, juicy patty that really doesn’t need much adornment. Owner Dom Ruggiero puts it on a brioche bun baked by Noble and smeared with what he calls “fancy sauce” (a mixture of ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and the like), and mantles it with melting American cheese before piling on caramelized onions and pickles. It’s named the Hush Burger because Ruggiero’s customers at Hush Public House (his original restaurant, also in Scottsdale) begged him to put a burger on the menu. He offered it in limited numbers on Wednesday nights, but these days, the Hush Burger lives only at Fire at Will, where it’s permanently — and prominently — placed on the menu. Hot Tip: The Hush burger walks the line between posh and gloriously drippy." - McConnell Quinn

The 16 Hottest New Restaurants in Phoenix Right Now

"Created by Dom and Holly Ruggiero of Hush Public House, Fire at Will is the best thing to happen to the dining desert around Shea and Tatum Boulevards in North Phoenix. Like Hush, it specializes in sophisticated comfort food, but the menu here is broader and more eclectic, featuring influences from Spain, Italy, and the Middle East. The clean-lined space is dimly lit and moody, while still maintaining a sense of irreverence. This is a neighborhood hangout, after all, offering good cocktails and the straightforward Hush burger, as well as less conventional selections such as lamb tartare and soba noodles with gochujang." - Nikki Buchanan

Google
Gorgeous atmosphere inside and they actually have great views of the mountains, which surprised us from the location. The cocktails were delicious and balanced, with a great selection. We wanted to try everything on the menu but the burgers really caught our eye and they didn’t disappoint. One of the best burgers we’ve had - love that they’re smash burger style. Their elevated entrees like the halibut looked yummy too - we can’t wait to be back. Also looked perfect for large groups - they had some larger tables already setup in the middle.

It is really a sad thing for me that I live so far away from this place. Their burger was top notch. The fries had the perfect amount of seasoning, and just the right amount of crisp on every one of them. Funny thing is that I just happen to be swiping through Facebook and I saw a video with the Green Chile burger and I had to stop. Although I ordered it to go The young lady at the bar was very nice and attentive, and served me a glass of water without me having to ask for one. I love the little attention to detail that this place has and the atmosphere Most definitely gives me Good evening out vibes for my wife, and I am definitely planning on coming back to this place. Even if it’s an hour away for me. Sorry for the grammar I was doing talk to text while trying to eat this delicious burger, lol

Google
Really nice atmosphere, pleasant and attentive service and totally delicious food. The bacon wrapped dates, hush burger and gelato were all tasty and exciting to the palette. Decent wine selection too. It turns comfort food up up just a notch but is still nice for a casual bite.

Google
Place is great! We were seated immediately and ordered two beers and a couple burgers. The green chilli burger was fantastic, I would highly recommend and visit again.

Google
One of my favorite neighborhood spots I don't visit nearly enough, but after my last visit it's going to be in my regular rotation! Service is always great, and the food knocks my socks off every time. I always start with the brussels sprouts which are crispy and delcious. Their burger is awesome, a soft melt-in-your-mouth brioche bun and carmelized onions and some great sauce makes for a killer, upleveled burger. I got the chicken sandwich to split with my boyfriend and I'm usually not a huge chicken sandwich fan, but wow. Best chicken sandwich I've ever had! Lightly breaded/fried without feeling heavy, with a sweet apple slaw on top on that same soft brioche bun as the burger. SO GOOD. Sat at the bar and got some great cocktails and watched some games on the TVs. Can't wait to go back!

Google
First time there. Service was impeccable, but we sat at the bar and had to wait close to an hour plus to get a table. I ordered the salmon dinner which was delicious. But the black sauce on top was just a little overbearing. And salty. I would definitely go back, now that I have seen the menu and I would order my way...

Google
We’ve been here a few times! Really nice restaurant with good food and drinks! Their happy hour is 4-6 only at the high top tables but roughly $2 off most apps and drinks. We had the onion dip, bacon wrapped dates and bolognese pasta. It was all delicious and so tasty! I loved the cocktail I ordered: slow & steady. Service is excellent and the staff is very kind. This place gets busy (for the right reasons) so get a reservation!

Google
I had just played 4 hours of pickleball so I worked up an appetite. I started off with the panko crusted branzino. I enjoyed the textural crunch from the panko crust and the cauliflower puree it rests on tied the whole dish together nicely. 2nd round I had the chicken Marsala. It was straight up delicious comfort food. I snuck in the apple cobbler at the end for my second stomach! It’s all the food I like to eat:) It can be rare to have a Saturday off as I also work in the restaurant industry. So to have a day where I played pickleball for hours and enjoyed a nice dinner out was just awesome. Thank you Chanel for the awesome service at the bar. She is so sweet and made the experience as wonderful as it could be!

Yelp
Celebrated my birthday here. Started off with croquets and it was good. Also got a ceaser salad but it was arugula in it. Not the salad I was thinking. Also got the ribeye and man that was a lot of food! The potato was huge! Also tried the burger and it was good.

Yelp
We are at Fire at Will for the first time last night. The atmosphere is lovely--dark but not so dark you can't see the menu. There is exposed brick and plants hanging from the ceiling. We ordered the Iberico Ham Croquettes with manchego cheese, the pan roasted chicken with cheddar grits and charred broccolini, and the stacked enchilada with fried egg. My chicken was good, but hubby's enchilada was fantastic! The cocktails were also really good. The box your leftovers for you, which is a little touch I love (i hate trying to scoop my own food into a box at the table).

Yelp
We came here for a date night with friends. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and atmosphere is very cool. We had Jordan as our waitress, very attentive and personable. We ordered the small plate frite street fries for an appetizer. We ordered for entrees: Lobster Roll, Pan Roasted Chicken Breast, and Hush Burger. The cocktail's we were very yummy. The portions are a tad small, still good. Nothing really to rave about. Keep up the hard work!

Yelp
Lamb tartare!?! Wow amazing. Mussels amazing! This is a Casual food paradise. Burgers look so good. Will try them next time. Definitely going again.

Yelp
I'm not going to lie... I came here for one reason, and one reason alone. I had seen someone post about how good the burger was so I felt like I had to go and try it. It did not disappoint. Service was amazing. The restaurant is small yet cozy. It had a good vibe, and you could tell everyone was having a nice time. We also had some fries , the onion dip, and wine. I would love to go back and try a few more things! I will do another review then!

Yelp
Wow this place was so unexpected and amazing at the same time! From the food to the vibe, everything was spot on! Ambiance is very sexy cool with floral and dim lighting. The decor is very unique and fun. This would be a great date night spot Service was SPECTACULAR, thank you Jordan! From splitting our bill (and appetizer or bottles) by however many party people, and for checking on us often and just making the whole dinner a great experience. Food was INCREDIBLE. The bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese, pomegranate, and walnuts are so so very unexpected. The savory bite was the best thing I ate here! The croquettes and Brussels sprouts were also very good. The hush burger was truly as my server described, perfect!! The scallops and risotto was also very delicious too! Honestly everything we all had was amazing and I cannot wait to return!

Yelp
Walked in on a Monday night to a mostly empty restaurant. Seated and served quickly. Lots of good things on the menu, but I went with the Hush burger, frites street fries and a hefe weizen. Let's get it out of the way. That enormous burger may be the best burger I ever had. It's got what looked like two patties and two slices of cheese with caramelized onions, and pickles all on a brioche bun. There's some sort of fancy sauce. Between the sauce and the onions there's an odd sweetness, but I liked it. The fries came with homemade ranch, ketchup and aioli. I wished the fries were just a little hotter, but damn they were good too. The hefe weizen was quite good too. For a local-made beer it was super. I would have split the meal and saved some for tomorrow. Instead, I wolfed it down. The table of four next to me all ordered burgers too. That's an endorsement. Again, may be the best burger I ever had. That is all.

Yelp
I heard that you can get the best burger in Arizona at this establishment so I had to try it. Ambience is great, dark and moody. It was pretty busy when I went, but there's plenty of space at the bar. The service was great. The staff was friendly. They answered questions I had and also gave recommendations about the menu. I ordered the onion dip with chips and the hush burger. The onion dip was fantastic. I can eat that all day. It was decadent and creamy. you'll get roasted onion flavor and every bite. Highly recommend. The hush burger was okay. It really tasted like an elevated In-N-Out Burger. It tasted great, but for the price point? I don't know if I would order it again. Overall, I really enjoyed this restaurant. I would say if you're curious about this place and what they have to offer, definitely give this restaurant a try.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I frequent Fire at Will so naturally we had to make it our first stop during restaurant week. Fire at Will consistently delivers on ambiance (not just restaurant but the customers next to us are always very kind), service on the dining floor and at the bar delivers on expectations, and the food keeps us coming back. My girlfriend raves about the scallops as they almost melt in your mouth and the risotto is full of flavor but nothing overpowering. The dates are my favorite appetizer hands down but we always get the croquettes as well. From cocktails to desserts there really isn't an area on the menu you can go wrong. Swing in for their power hour or set up a date night dinner, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
If you're looking for a dinner spot to have a girls night I 10/10 recommend this place. It's small. The of the place is nice because you don't have people walking and talking all around you making it quite intimate. Be sure to have a reservation if you go due to the limit amount of space. The food was nothing but amazing. It is a bit pricey and some plates are small in portion, but my taste buds were happy to that's all that matters. If you're struggling on what to get for an app to share, get the dates. We also split the mussels as an app and OMG if you like white wine mussels get it here. We had to get extra bread because the sauce was delicious. Oh they do charge for extra bread... As for entrees, I had the stack enchiladas. The meat is cooked twice and is super tender. Other two friends had the salmon and Cajun pasta. They ate everything by off their plate so it must've been good! Anywho check out this place. They do have a rotating menu so my review may age. I'll definitely be back. ENJOY!

Yelp
This is a nice little date spot! Drinks were the highlight of the experience - Sloe & Steady is nice and balanced, however the Mr. Brownstone came out rather strong but mellowed out as the ice melted. The Pan Roasted Bay Scallops and the Beef Bolognese were rather tasty but quite pricy and arrived lukewarm. While these delicious were scrumptious, I do not believe they were commensurate to the price level. Lastly, one important improvement is the reservation process. Although we reserved a table and arrived early, we still had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seated as they "had to clear up some tables". Fire at Will is close to being an excellent restaurant if these aspects improve.

Yelp
The ambiance is beautiful, obsessed with the green hanging inside. Not too loud, not too dark, we had reservations for 2. Burger is so worth it and absolutely delicious. The ribeye had great flavor but the pieces were cut way too thick, felt like it should have been better based off the price. Our server Jordan was amazing! I would love to be back and try more things off the menu. We came for a birthday so they had a little birthday treat for us at the end of our meal.
google avatar

Yelp
I will start out my review by saying the 3 star rating had nothing to do with the food or drinks and our server was awesome! Our server gave all her recommendations and all were fantastic choices! I had the salmon which was so good and for appetizers we split the croquettes and the French onion chips and dip. No complaints from that standpoint. The drink I had was also very good - the slow and steady. Would recommend getting this drink for sure! Here's where I took off two stars- I had made a reservation well in advance and we were sat right away to our table. We had two in our party not able to make it last minute and they accommodated us at a different table. After we paid, my colleague and I were talking business- it had probably been about 20 minutes since we signed our check (which by the way was close to $200 with a little over 20% gratuity) and the host asked us if we could move our conversation to the bar. At the time i just kind of brushed it off but we ended up leaving right after that because both of us were pretty annoyed. When we signed our check our server had said to take our time but to feel rushed out by the hostess just left a sour taste in my mouth. We were paying customers so it wasn't like we took up a table the whole time drinking water. I probably won't be back again albeit the food being good, it just was a bad experience to be at a business dinner with and have to cut it early because the restaurant wanted to turn the table. Poor customer service for a restaurant that is wanting to be labeled a more fine cuisine

Yelp
Came for happy hour which is basically $2 off apps and drinks. Only a couple people at the bar when we arrived. We were seated at a high top table. Service is quick and friendly. Nice atmosphere without overbearing music or noise. We ordered one of everything on the happy hour menu plus mussels and stacked enchiladas. The food was outstanding! There was not one thing we didn't like. Standouts for me were the Brussel sprouts and the croquettes. The flavors of all just exploded like a party in my mouth. Plump, warm mussels, slightly crunchy and salty sprouts, crisp chips and home made onion dip. Bacon wrapped figs with a mildly spicy sauce. Scotched eggs with a unique combination and interesting flavor. The cocktail was a unique blend of flavors that went down easily. They brought out each item about 5 minutes apart so as not to rush us or crowd the table with plates. This is one place I highly recommend and plan to return to.

Yelp
We went here because my daugher wanted to go for her birthday! A few people have Celiac Disease. We ordered the steak which they were kind enough to cook in its own pan. I shared it with the other GF girl. When it came out, there were 8 slices from a 12oz Ribeye (for $42). We also ordered an extra plain baked potato. We were charged an incredible $10 for it!! Everyone else ordered the burgers - which looked amazing. We also ordered 2 sides of fries. These were teeeenny!!! They charge $9 for each one. Soo, we payed an extra $30 for a few handfulls of fries and a plain baked potato. The food and ambiance was great but the price is out of control. Last, they had no dessert option for the birthday girl. We were brought a cup full of whipped cream with a few sprinkles. For the same price, we'd rather go to Buck & Ryder
google avatar

Kaylynn Y.

Yelp
We came here with a large group and we were seated and served quickly. Our waitress was kind and helpful with our large group. The food came out fast and everything looked amazing! You literally can't go wrong with anything on the menu! It all tasted amazing!! I'd definitely go back next time I'm in AZ! Yum!!

Yelp
First time visiting "Fire at Will," and very excited for the vibes and the new restaurant in the area! Quick thoughts: Food - Service - Ambiance - The Ambiance was very inviting and trendy, it felt like a total vibe inside with modern furniture and cool art. There were a few TVs at the bar playing local sports and it was very clean all the way around. The service was great! Very attentive, checking in frequently, and several different staff members would check in. I appreciate their attention and focus on what they could control within the environment. The food felt like a bit of an after-thought. The restaurant came from a great idea, lots of effort put into look and feel, good service, but the food was bland. Again, it felt like the food was more focused on presentation versus flavor. All food was good but nothing very exciting. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, croquettes, ceviche, and bolognese. The brussel sprouts tasted more like burnt leaves, wish there was more Asian pear and the sprouts weren't cooked as long. The croquettes were tasty, wish there was more ham and less filling, and the bolognese was just bland and the best bites were with any basil for extra flavor (seemed like it was missing seasoning overall). The shrimp ceviche was our favorite, it tasted fresh but the best part was the small red chiles! Nice little surprise heat! That was the extra flavor we were hoping for and wishing for in every dish. Overall, I want to give this place another try! Still very promising but I won't have my hopes as high. Look forward to other dishes!

Yelp
Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat & take friends and family. The entire staff is incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely amazing every single time. Even the simplest of dishes are impressive and flavorful. Some of my personal favorites are the ham croquettes, the bacon wrapped dates, of course the burger and the scallops. But genuinely you cannot go wrong, the vibe is super cute and the staff make it even more high class than the moody ambiance already does. Beyond grateful to have a local spot like this.

Yelp
Welcome to Fire at Will, the gastropub where the food is so good, you might need to shout about it! Dom Ruggiero's brainchild is a stylish-yet-casual sibling to Hush Public House - a name that's a bit ironic because there's nothing hush-hush about the deliciousness happening here. Now, the term "gastropub" might sound like it's straight out of a time capsule, but at Fire at Will, it's the key to unlocking a culinary treasure trove. The bar is the heartbeat of cool, pouring out local brews, wines, and cocktails that are practically works of art thanks to the Two Hands mixology team. I suspect they've got a secret potion that turns regular drinks into mood-boosting elixirs. In the kitchen, it's like a food carnival. The menu walks the tightrope between high-end restaurant fare and elevated pub grub that's had a makeover from a Michelin-star stylist. The burger is not just a burger - it's a philosophical experience. The macaroni au gratin is so dreamy it could be the plot of a romance novel. Now, the real kicker? Brace yourself for the city's best Scotch egg - it's like an egg that went to an Ivy League school and majored in deliciousness. Feeling brave? Try the lamb tartare, Brussels sprouts with a nuoc cham blessing, and mussels that took a spa day in white wine and tarragon. But, fair warning: Fire at Will isn't just a restaurant; it's a party, and it's loud. So, if you're looking for a quiet spot for a tête-à-tête, bring your megaphone because you might need it. The noise level is the only thing competing with the deliciousness here. It's a little rowdy, a lot of fun - the neighborhood's go-to hangout where the food is the star, and you might need to raise your voice a bit to declare your love for it. So, grab a seat, prepare to yell a little, and let the food symphony begin!

Yelp
Fire At Will is a very nice small restaurant with a lot of character. The food was really good. We ordered the muscles. Amazing. my husband ordered the Bolognese a little too al dente but the sauce very nice. The waitress was amazing. We need to go back and try something different to get a true feeling about this place.

Yelp
I've been hearing about The Hush Burger for a while and finally gave it a go. It didn't disappoint. It might be one of the best burgers in the Valley. The service and atmosphere was outstanding. #DukeOfEats

Yelp
Loved the trendy modern interior and the food was great! Service was a little slow but friendly. Great spot for a date. I had the bolognese pasta and French onion chips and dip for the table. Highly recommend

Yelp
Our son picked this place out at random for his birthday dinner. A great pick. Macy (sp?) was our waitress and she was great. Welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the Brussel sprouts and shrimp ceviche and both were excellent. The sprouts were flavorful and crispy and the pear was a nice touch. I'm not a big fan of ceviche but this was excellent. The wife and I split the pan roasted chicken over cheddar grits. The chicken was juicy and the skin was amazing; crispy and full of flavor. Our son got the burger and it was solid. It's not changing the world or anything but it was good. Our daughter got the spicy soba noodles and they were HOT. Be ready for some spice, but not so much that it overpowered the flavor. My parents split the salmon and raved about it. A great experience at a wonderful spot. The decor was great, lighting was solid and it wasn't too loud.

Yelp
We had a great time sitting at the bar here a few weeks ago for dinner on a Saturday night. Very friendly staff, varied menu with interesting options. Good drinks and beautiful aesthetics.

Yelp
Really great experience! Very fun ambiance with good vibes. Went with a group of 7 and the service was really attentive. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Would definitely come back! The burger did not come with fries but I ordered them on the side. However the burger was really big so I didn't feel like I needed them. The fries were really crispy and came with ketchup, ranch and Mayo.
google avatar

Zak H.

Yelp
Amazing again. Will somebody please reach out to me if there is a better burger and fries? Also tried the shrimp ceviche and Brussel sprouts this time. Ceviches was pretty darn good and Brussel sprouts were off the charts good!!! Please tell me what's a better burger?!?!??
google avatar

Joanna V.

Yelp
We got there at 4 during power hour. The drinks we got were delicious and the French onion dip was so good, just would prefer if the chips weren't so hard to chew. Still recommend. 5pm starts their dinner menu, I was excited about the lobster roll , but was warned that it is very small, disappointing. Went with burger with side of fries, others got creole pasta and ribeye. All of it honestly was delicious. I would consider this like truly upscale bar food and I am not mad about it at all! Pricing is what you would expect for Scottsdale, not outrageous, but definitely not bang for your bucHighly recommend coming here earlier because when we left a little before 6pm it was busy. Service was excellent, everyone was very attentive and helpful with recommendations.
google avatar

David D.

Yelp
My wife and I came here the other night. It's a great spot that the waitress told me has been open for just about a year. Great spot for date night with a beautiful ambience. The lobster roll was fantastic and authentic. The beef bolognese was so good. I definitely plan to come back and try the Hush Burger. We will be back soon!
google avatar

Tiffany D.

Yelp
Sorry to say it would be against my will to return to Fire at Will. The quality of food does not match the price. The ambiance was decent. My dishes came out cold, the cajun pasta was aggressively over seasoned. It was like someone dumped a 1/2 cup of Tony's seasoning into the dish. The ceviche was spicy too but good. The lobster roll is the size of the appetizer. I ordered the croquettes, the cajun pasta and 2 drinks. I gave a decent tip but came out feeling like I had just been robbed. The server was good, staff was nice but the food was no bueno. I ordered the Big City drink, that was delightful. But not good enough for me to return.
google avatar

Tiffany H.

Yelp
The atmosphere was a delight. Dark, greenery, candles, and very hip. The service was spot on! The food looked spectacular and the Brussel sprouts certainly were but the rest was mediocre in comparison to other similar level restaurants. Happy we tried it and we'd go back for appetizers again but likely not entrees.
google avatar

Yelp
Ribeye was fantastic once again. Great place to go and not break the bank. Drinks are on point as well.

Yelp
Many reviews say the noise level is really loud. I can see it being that way inside the main part of the restaurant. Our table was near the windows at the front, so that would be my recommendation to ask for those tables as the noise level was low. Our server Macy was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and did a great job. The drinks are pricy but good. The Ceasar salads were really good with fresh greens and dressing. We ordered the Stacked Enchiladas which were delicious and the sauce had just the right amount of heat (spice) to give them a little kick. The Beef Bolognese and Pan Roasted Bay Scallops were really delicious. The scallops were seared perfect. I took off 2 stars because: 1. The food arrived at the table luke warm. Not a single entree arrived hot. For the price they charge I'd expect a hot meal. 2. The snarky gal (NOT our regular server) who came up to our table, SNATCHED the water bottle off the table, poured what little water was left into a few of our glasses and walked away without saying a word to us with the empty bottle - we get it, you wanted us to leave so you could turn the table. You were rude, we were getting ready to go anyways, and we'd been there LESS than 1.5 hours, certainly not an excessive amount of time given our tab for our 4 top was close to $300 w/o gratuity. Your actions were rude and uncalled for. Not a pleasant end to our evening out.

Yelp
This is a fairly new restaurant off Tatum and Shea, the wait staff was kind and courteous and prompt, the food was good, I am hoping they start to add some specials to their menu. I was with some friends that are pescatarian, and there were limited items on the menu for them but, the ambience was great, The brussels sprouts were to absolutely die for they were like crack... check this new spot whenout in Paradise Valley.

Yelp
Girls night out with my daughters. We were excited to try a new place. However, we left very unsatisfied and hungry after spending $180. The ambiance is classy trendy. It has a nice touch if class feel for sure. The service is very good, no complaints there. They worked as a cohesive team. They all cane around perfectly so never had to flag anyone down. The big disappointment was the food. I feel we ordered enough items to determine that we will not return. Menu is definitely limited but we were aware snd did our research beforehand. Thought, maybe the quality will make up for the quantity. Here is what we had: 1. Brussels sprouts, has a bite to it which is fine and also cut up apple. It just didn't wow me. Half eaten. 2. Oysters, on the small side and sauce options just didn't do for me as well. 3. Croquettes was blah. There was inly 4 small balls so we managed to finish it. 4. Spicy soba noodles was just ok and definitely over priced. Listed as shareable item but very small portion. Less than half eaten. Overall it was over priced restaurant with not so good food. I do not recommend.

Yelp
The food here was delicious...everything was seasoned perfectly, had great flavor, and wasn't too salty. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates, Brussels sprouts, salmon, and scallops. Nothing disappointed. Service was excellent as well although we waited about 20 mins after our reservation time to be seated. The only downside to the restaurant is that it's very loud. It's difficult to have a dinner conversation. We will definitely be back to enjoy the food and try a few more things!

Yelp
Haven't had a chance to review Fire At Will yet, but this place is bomb. Get the croquets, absolute fire. Also, shout out to Dom for not putting up with people being leaving ridiculous reviews that are baseless. Makes me want to support his restaurants even more. I'll be back!!! Support small business!

Yelp
This is a massive burger. It is seriously one of the best mixtures of fat and beef I've had on a burger. It reminds me of a very, very, very, very upscale In-N-Out cheeseburger. Now I love In-N-Out cheeseburgers. But this burger is like 50 times better than the double-double. Let's talk about the cheese on this burger. It's melted, it's cheesy it has depth, flavor, and robustness. It's some serious cheesy cheese. Cheez-Its are jealous of this cheese. It's that cheesy. Cheetos, they say, are dangerously cheesy. Well, I say this burger is awesomely deliciousLY cheesy to the 10th degree. Also, the french fries are perfect. They're done in the right amount of oil. They're crispy and they're perfectly cooked. The place is also gorgeous. The owners have done a fantastic job making it look fabulous.

Yelp
My enchiladas were delicious and would definitely be ordered again. The egg on top was good and some of the cheese was almost burned but tasted so good. Friend had the creole shrimp pasta, she liked it but said the sausage was too salty. Good drink/cocktail selection. Somewhat pricey for the food portions.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best places I've eaten. Drinks are great too! Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. Always the pretentious "movie critic" type people out there who think they are Michelin inspectors haha. It is a must go to spot! Service is awesome, I got to speak to the owner one time and he was incredibly friendly and down to earth.

Yelp
The burger taste like a mix of Burger King and McDonald's. It's good but it just reminded me of that. The service was good. Ambiance was good as well but the three stars is because it's pretty mid. I should of had the pasta

Yelp
This place was pretty busy. Came here during restaurant week and I am sure glad I did. The service was a little slower than I would have liked but they were busy so whatever. The food here was delicious which made up for the slower service. The menu for restaurant week gave us an option for an appetizer, dinner item and dessert. I ordered the Iberico ham croquettes as my appetizer. Being Cuban, croquettes are definitely my thing. This was a different take on the croquette that I am used to and they were definitely very good. I also ordered the beef Bolognese which did no disappoint and the chocolate tiramisu. Everything was great!

Yelp
Nice little place with good food. Came in with family who were in town for the holidays. Our drinks were very good, the appetizers - Bacon Date Wraps and Scotch Egg were fantastic. Our entres were all very good, however we had to wait a bit as we realized after eating our appetizers that our server hadn't taken our order yet and needed to remind her. The reason I am not giving 5 stars! It wasn't all that busy, but I think we waited a bit too long for our entres. WAY too dim in there, all four of us had to pull out our phone lights to be able to read the menus.

Yelp
Sorry to say that fire at will missed its target. The portions were too small for the price they charge. I had the burger which reminded me of a five guys type burger ($18 no sides included). The bolognese is like a half order portion size ($28). The enchilada is about a 3 inch by 3 inch size serving ($28). The Tiramisu and cherry cobbler were decent size. The service was good so added one star. Will not be coming back.

Yelp
Hi Dom, nice to meet you. Didn't see you at your restaurant. Yes, $70 for 4 drinks (2 each) while waiting for your table which didn't exist. Came in at 5:00 and asked for a table for 2. We decided to wait at the bar for a drink. Both bar tenders asked us for dinner and we emphasized that we are waiting for a table. The first kind lady bar tender assured us that we are in the list and it should only be a few more minutes.?!?! Way to mislead us. The lady drink was an over priced mimosa. It's listed as a cocktail but served as a mimosa in a champagne flute. The onion dip sucks. Chunky onion in half mixed cream cheese.Lipton taste way better. The hostess continued to ask about eating outside (in 90 degree weather) after I told her I would not eat outside. For the 2nd time. The continued asking is very belittling considering this is an overpriced joint in a strip mall. It's 7:45 and they still can't make a table for us. It would have been beneficial to tell us that there wouldn't be a table for an hour plus. After wasting an hour and a half of our time, we went next door and had the best sandwiches and drinks. Their bar tender mentioned your staff come there after their shifts. I think that speaks volumes. Hostess sucks. Manager sucks. They all suck. Save yourself.

Yelp
My husband and I visited 1/21/24. We got sat at the bar immediately. Service was the perfect combination of attentiveness and giving us our time to enjoy and visit. I got the ham croquettes (pictured). My husband got the burger and fries. The food was phenomenal. The sauces were top notch. The aioli was my favorite. We were so full we brought the tiramisu home for later. It was different than any other I had but do good. Definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Absolutely love everything about this place! The hostess and staff are all so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Be sure to try the onion dip and bacon wrapped dates for appetizers. The weekly fish specials have been so delicious and as always you can't go wrong with the burger!

Yelp
To start, probably the best burger I've had stateside and best Negroni too. Cool atmosphere in the restaurant. Service was great. Cocktails are top notch as well. Mac and cheese is bomb with 4 different empty cheeses. Would highly recommend and go back for another burger and drinks.

Yelp
We were surprised to get a spot on a Friday night without a reservation but luck was with us that night, partly because it was still fairly early. We ended up sitting at the bar where the service was excellent. I had the chicken with some of the best grits I have ever had. If I could order just a bowl of the cheesy grits I would. My husband had the burger and said it was excellent. We also ordered the fries which were fantastic. The place is loud....very loud. If you are looking for a quiet place to talk this is not it, but if you don't mind the noise, the food is great. Just be sure to make a reservation.

Yelp
We ate there on Friday night 1/5/2024. Absolutely phenomenal. Yes it is a little pricey, but you absolutely get your moneys worth! We had the bacon wrapped dates and French onion dip. Very good..the chips are nice and thick to accommodate the heavy dip. Scallops were cooked to perfection and I can't even with the risotto. Absolutely worth every penny. Ambiance and service were top notch! Cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
My wife and I decided to go somewhere new for a night cap and I'm glad we did. It's a very nice restaurant and bar, and the service did not disappoint. The Negroni was very tasty and well balanced and I enjoyed the sloe and steady cocktail as well, although it was a too tart for my wife We also enjoyed the tiramisu and a scoop of gelato which hit the spot! I love me some tiramisu and they serve the best I've had. The menu online had less options then what was presented which is why we didn't have dinner here, but now I have a reason to come back next week.
