I was in Seattle on a business trip and was taken here. The food was amazing and the owner’s wife was absolutely delightful and brought her husband, the owner by our table. He told us about the wine that is available only at his restaurant and made at the family winery in Italy and it was absolutely amazing as well. What a hidden gem! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended! (Don’t let the location in a strip mall fool you…)!

It was my first time at Firenze. I treated my friend to lunch. We both ordered the Grilled Quail wirh sautéed vegetables. The potatoes and veggies were delicious. The quail was tasty but a bit dry and not too much meat. We’ll try salmon or steak next time. Gia was exceptional and she took great care of us 👍🏼💯😇

The best Italian food ever! Our whole party loved every dish. Each one was uniquely delicious and had a fabulous homemade taste. Our waiter was wonderful and the atmosphere was lovely. This was our first visit and we are already looking forward to the next!

Good food and friendly service. Warm and cosy atmosphere. Hope to return when I am back in Seattle.

We’ve been eating at this wonderful family owned restaurant since 1993. We adamantly love this place. We meet new people from the community eating at their outdoor patio. The owners passion has fueled its success. We encourage everyone to come and enjoy this gastro experience.

Food was great! So warm and comforting ☺️ Service was nice, Lana was polite and very welcoming. Atmosphere- this is maybe how restaurants in Italy might feel like, cozy, romantic with that charm and the music to go with it.

Love, love, love! We were on a business trip in Bellevue and picked this charming place. We were hosted with such warmth by Julia and Salvatore and spoilt with the most delicious food and wine. What a delightful and wonderful experience. We definitely highly recommend this restaurant!

Google
Overall disappointing experience. The bread was cold when it arrived and had very little flavor. The dinner of beef tortellini was bland. Could not taste beef. Highlight was the Caesar salad with homemade Caesar which was different but good. I’m a cheese lover so loved the amount of cheese on the salad but my husband didn’t care for it. Menu did not match what was on open table. Fake candle that wasn’t turned on seemed strange for an Italian restaurant, even in daytime hours. Nice server. I’m glad we had a gift card. Really hoped to love this place but it fell flat.

Yelp
I worked directly across from Crossroads Mall. Often, people. Would invite me to lunch. My first suggestion was this restaurant. Usually, in inviting me to lunch meant they wished to pay. I had many lovely meals here. First, my favorite items. For appetizer, Cozze e Vongole Saltate was a nice mix of Sauteed mussels, clams, white wine, lemon, and garlic. Light and great flavor. I ordered soup. Particularly interested in eggplant. My soup was Zuppa di Melanzane, which is Roasted eggplant soup with olive oil and fresh herbs in cream sauce. I really enjoyed the flavors in this soup, hearty and burst of herbs. Have to get this with the house made bread. Actually, one could just be satisfied with these selections. The service here is very nice, they seem dedicated to ensuring you and your parties enjoy themselves. I have been here over 20 times. The food , service and atmosphere all have been positive. When you are conducting business, this level of service is important. So happy I can depend on great food and service. Ok, but we always order more. Risotto is always cooked perfectly. I love seafood, so usually order Zuppa ai Pesce al Vino Bianco, Fresh seafood mixed in a white wine sauce. Asparagi alla Griglia is a great side order. Another favorite is Vitello a tuo Piacere. Veal Pizzaiola version. I usually have several glasses of their Pino Grigio. For dessert, their Torta de la Nonna "Double crusted tart with a delicate lemon cream and almonds." I have made this myself and admire their version. I would come into work every day, if this menu was offered at lunch. Great food, great service and often lovely company. An ideal day.

Authentic Italian cuisine! Best seafood dishes , pasta , pizza and wine selection . Friendly and attentive staff Cozy atmosphere, restaurant has two different rooms that could be used for private parties and meetings. Yelp
This is our absolute favorite restaurant in Bellevue. The food is phenomenal- delicious and a wonderful menu to choose from along with amazing specials offered nightly. Best tiramisu and limoncello cake . The service, the atmosphere & the owners are so endearing that every visit is a wonderful experience and remembered very fondly . If you want a real authentic experience of an intimate Italian restaurant you need to go !

Yelp
Nice classic Italian style restaurant. Flavors are wonderful. Staff is super friendly. I had the Chicken Gorgonzola and it was good. I would recommend you try this place.

Yelp
After two separate visits we likely will not be returning. Our party was not told that drink refills were no longer free and we're surprised to see such a large bill. We asked if this was an error and were told that they've changed the policy and they now charge for soda refills. One of us held up our drink to show that it was mostly ice and the gentleman replied "Madam truthfully I barely added any ice" well, the photo clearly shows otherwise. We won't be returning.

Yelp
Amazing food and vibes, especially at Christmas Eve. To my surprise, I successfully reserved a table on Christmas Eve afternoon!

Yelp
This was a really cozy, delicious spot for some comfort food. We ordered three pastas-the carbonara, the cheese ravioli with pesto and the beef tortellini in cream sauce. The carbonara was a standout to me. All of them were really tasty and rich. The service was good and we enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. We ate inside, but there is outdoor seating as well. Not the best pasta we have ever had, but we definitely left full and satisfied. We will be back!

Yelp
Update in 2025. Big change. We will NEVER go back. Went for birthday dinner. Each item was awful. Prices way up food quality way down. The bolognese had hardly any meat, the carbonara's eggs replaced with heavy cream probably because eggs cost more. Loud, noisy we yelled to converse. Owner struts around like he is God's gift. His family writes all the positive reviews. Bottom line, food sucks & costs too much.

Marybeth F.

Yelp
I absolutely loved this restaurant! I just happened to be parked across the street so went in to give it a try and it was so amazed! Honestly, the best carbonara I have ever had and that's generally what I try at all Italian restaurants. I would give this restaurant five stars for food, service, and ambience! Thank you!!

David E.

Yelp
Our food was bland and sloppy as though the kitchen gave up caring about flavor or delivery. It may be an off day. The service was fine but the food was lackluster at best. We started with the bread appetizer, which was stale, dry and not the house made bread pictured on their website. The caesar salad lettuce looked like it left over stalks thrown hastily on a plate. I had a special, the puttanesca with prawns, and my wife tried the carbonara with prawns. Both dishes lacked flavor. Honestly it seemed to me that the kitchen gave up caring the day that we went, and I regret spending money and time on a Sunday dinner there. The service was fine, but the food was a letdown, to say the least.

Yelp
Nope! This place is insanely expensive for not being especially good. The cheque was about $325 with tip for 5 adults and two kids when and NO ALCOHOL ORDERED. That's just insane. The bread was ok but had this weird crust topping that tasted vaguely like a packaged version of "everything bagel" spices. I don't think they bake it there but I could be wrong. My entree was lamb chops with spaghetti aioli olio: it was about 3-4 oz of lamb and maybe a fist and a half sized serving of spaghetti and mushrooms. It cost about $38 before tax and tip. definitely NOT going back. There are too many good choices for italian on the east side on the plus side: the staff was nice and the dining room was lovely

Yelp
I want to support Italian restaurants but the serving size for the Linguine Vongolle is the smallest portion I have ever seen. $26 for the pasta and $7 for chicken breast for a total of $33 and the portion didn't even fill me up half way. Good thing you gave me bread.

Yelp
Firenze is a busy place, full of energy and life. The food is fabulous, bursting with flavor that makes your taste buds pop. Good wine selection. Set in a strip mall type area. Plenty of parking. Good Italian food.

Yelp
My son loves pasta - vegetarian pasta. So this new year, I ventured out a place we can add to his list of places to go for a treat. To be honest we started out with search for pancakes, but happily ended going for pasta. We were the first customers and promptly seated. We ordered bruscetta al pomodero, fried champignon cortini , spaghetti in red sauce and melanzana soup. My son loved the pasta and I loved the soup. The appetizers were okay. We finished up decadent tiramisu and both our tummies and hearts were full. My rating - Price - 3 stars (definitely on the expensive side) Ambience - 3 stars Service - 4 stars Taste - 4 stars Happy to have something other than asian cuisine to look forward to.

Yelp
This place is located in Bellevue Crossroad Mall. Lots of parking. We were seated quickly. We were here for restaurant week and now we've found a new gem to go to. We started with the eggplant Parmesan which was very flavorful. A glass of Prosecco to enjoy. I had the mushroom risotto with tomato sauce and sausage. And my husband had the chicken Gorgonzola. It was delectable. The desserts were ok not memorable. But overall the food was delicious. The only thing I didn't care for was that they charge $5 for some bread.

Yelp
If you want a taste of Italy or you want to be reminded of your travels in Italy, Firenze is the spot! I love the cozy ambiance that remind me of being in Italy. It's quite fancy in here with dim lighting and I'm here for it! The wait staff is super polite and they even take your coats for you. Food was pretty good. The bread was amazing and I loved how sweet the balsamic was. The bolognese was flavorful and the pizza was delicious. My only gripes were that the pizza had a lot of flour on the bottom and the fact that the bread basket was $6. Otherwise, it's a great Italian restaurant.

Yelp
We've been eating at Firenze for probably 25 years but hadn't been back in over 10. It's good to know after all this time that the food is still wonderful, the service is welcoming and friendly, and the ambiance is perfect for an Italian ristorante. This time I had Pollo alla gorgonzola - the chicken was cooked to perfection, moist and tender, and the sauce packed a nice wallop, which is just what I want from gorgonzola. They served it with cubed fried potatoes (not pasta) which surprised me until I used the potatoes to sop up the extra sauce. Genius. Potatoes it is. Our server today was Jeane. She, like the meal, was perfect.

Yelp
Food was okay, not great. Pricey for what you get. Didn't have the wine we wanted...only choices that were twice the per bottle price.
google avatar

Yelp
Really liked the penne alla vodka which they made for me even though it's not on the menu! It was delicious and hit the spot. My husband enjoyed his spaghetti carbonara although it was too cheesy for me. Service was great , attentive and fast! Cute spot by the movie theater and was not crowded on a Monday night.

Yelp
Never been to this restaurant before, me, and my fiancé, we're going to see Oppenheimer and we had some time to kill. It was near dinner time so we decided to try this restaurant. For a Friday night most good restaurants are packed... This one was not, so concerned number 1 Customer service is fabulous, we were mediately seated, and was given water, and we ordered bread. The homemade bread was wonderful, we really enjoyed that! I ordered the spaghetti, carbonara, and my fiancé ordered the lasagna with Bolognese sauce. When we got our food, it looked beautiful, very nicely positioned on the plate. When I took a bite, though of my carbonara, I was not impressed. Not enough salt, the sauce was very very bland. It had pancetta in it, but there was not enough pancetta for the saltiness to come through... It was just bland :( My fiancé's lasagna I'm sorry to say it wasn't much better. He needed to salt his food too and add tons of Parmesan. The tomato sauce with the meat was very bland as well. No flavor, really, no garlic, no pepper. The prices are not that bad, for our meals and the bread and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon it came to a little over $70. This restaurant really needs to step up its recipes and add some spices, garlic, salt, and a lot more flavoring ! This place could be outstanding with just a few minor adjustments!

Yelp
Despite having lived near Crossroads for so long, I've simply never had the chance to come here! The ambiance of the place is great -- just what you'd expect from a homey joint tucked into the side of the mall. The staff was friendly and treated us with an uplifting attitude! I ordered the Linguini alle Vongole and my boyfriend got the Fettucine al Salmone -- we split one of their breads as well. Very thoughtful service! I got a tiny fork and bowl to put my clam shells, which was helpful. Would definitely come again! They're also so awesome for participating and being knowledgeable in the PRIME program.

Yelp
We had been here a few times about 2-3 years ago and we thought this place was pretty good. Then my bf and I went here for Seattle Restaurant week several months ago and we were just severely unimpressed. Almost everything was off - textures, flavors, etc. even the tiramisu was meh and I'm a big dessert person! The only thing I really appreciate about this place is the service. The only server working at the time told us right away that they're short- staffed and to please be patient, so we were. We understand things happen and pandemics happen so we were ok waiting. I would love to give this place another try but I just hope that they work on their menu.

Yelp
Delicious authentic Italian food. Quaint intimate vibe, but laid back enough for family meals. The owner is typically there and loves to chat with patrons.

Yelp
First-time last night to try out Firenze. It was a cozy restaurant with a nice low-lit warm ambiance. We were first greeted by a very beautiful and friendly hostess, Isabel. We were then served by a welcoming waiter, Alex, who recommended us some nice appetizers. We ordered seafood pasta. The taste was excellent and very flavorful. Their house-made tiramisu was creamy and the coffee flavor was on point. My friend ordered the spumoni and had to order a second. The whole experience was excellent! Isabel would come to our table and make sure everything was good and chat with us, very detail-oriented. I will highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again.

Yelp
My husband and I stumbled on this restaurant as we were in the area. He had a rough day and I thought of brightening him up w some Italian food as he was a bit homesick (he's Italian). We were very surprised as to how good the food was. We were very impressed with their risotto del giorno. I usually don't order risotto when eating in Italian restaurants as I usually find myself disappointed. This risotto impressed me a lot! We also ordered the fish of the day which was king salmon, this one was good as well. Ambiance was very chill as we went there for lunch on a weekday. It had Italian restaurant vibes. The service was good as well. we'd definitely come back.

Sarah T.

Yelp
I am super picky about carbonara - so many places do it wrong, with peas and cream. Firenze is so spot on with authentic Italian flavors. My husband usually grabs one of their specials off the chalkboard, but I can't pass up the opportunity to get a great carbonara. Never had a bad dish, everything has been so tasty - we've been coming back for years. The tiramisu is bomb too. It's great date night atmosphere, and we've enjoyed bringing the kids, too. A bit pricey but worth it.

Yelp
Went here for a little late night dinner with a group of 6 and came out pretty satisfied. A friend of mine even made friends with the owner and was impressed by all his reccomendations. In addition to the Spaghetti Carbonara, Fettuccine Salmone, and tiramisu we had the Pesto ravioli, porkchops, and Gnochi. Though at first we were a little disappointed at the cold bread and choice of condiments it made up with our great server and the entrees + desert. Keep in mind they do charge by bread! Would definitely come back but for special occasions because it's not cheap nor expensive. + points for the great location and decor

Yelp
Firenze Never disappoints. I've been coming for more than 20 years, sometimes years inbetween. Authentic Italian with consistent great service and the best lasagna anywhere. It's not fussy, casual ambiance if you would like and dress it up if you would like. As a long time resident of Bellevue, I can tell you this is our staple. Thank you for staying, Firenze.

Yelp
I got out of work late and I really didn't feel like cooking, so I hit up this authentic Italian restaurant! I called at around 9:15pm cause I was reaaaaally hungry, and it was just me. Please try not to come this late. I felt a little bad cause I know they're closing soon, and Juan was kind enough to take me in. The food I got was amazing! Made me miss my trip to Italy ~ the Ravioli Al Pesto hit the comfort spot of pure goopy cheese and pesto. I put a bit of pepper flakes to give it a small kick. The dessert was also delicious and not too sweet! American tiramisu tends to be way too sweet haha. Lastly, my server, Juan, was absolutely delightful. Asked me if I needed anything at all every course of the way. Very friendly and even gave me a fist-bump. Hyped me up for my upcoming college journey this week :3 Thank you for this amazing place, and I hope for others to have an experience like mine.

Yelp
Ok their Spaghetti Alla Bolognese was SO GOOD. And I love the charred grilled taste on the quail, which not everyone is a fan of- but I am. I ordered the quail and instead of the vegetables and potatoes, subbed spaghetti. Both would have been delicious but way too much food. This is my go to dish from Firenze. Best Italian food in Crossroads area. The staff are very nice though like everyone else they seemed short staffed. Definitely give their food a try!
google avatar

Yelp
A quirky little restaurant in Bellevue with good food. Our waiter was nice and friendly, and busy. This is not the place to come if you want to get in and get out. More of a place to enjoy a glass of wine, conversation and tasty food. We enjoyed Firenze and will return.

Ron G.

Yelp
Absolutely not pretentious, but with good food and friendly service. My penne gorgonzola was really tasty without being overly strong (gorgonzola sauces often can be). Nice wine selections. Could not have been happier.

Yelp
Amazing Italian restaurant. I have being going there for many years. Despite all challenges that restaurant industry facing since covid, thus little Italy still managed to provide work for people, prepare delicious food. I know it has been hard to find employees and fine knowledgeable workers , but i tell you this: this people work hard to stay on they feet and keep providing amazing food and service. Love they pastas and tried almost all entrees. Servers are great and always trying accommodate you. Alway good experience. Love that place!!

Peter R.

Yelp
What a great surprise! A wonderful local restaurant with great food and wonderful service. Just stopped at a nearby hotel and looked for an Italian restaurant close by. We were so happy to find Firenze and be served by Fabiana. She was efficient and friendly and had great suggestions. We will return on our next visit to the area.

Yelp
Came in at 4:30 for Happy Hour according to the website (4pm-6pm) and the menu posted outside the restaurant (4pm-5:30). Once seated, I was offered bread, which was delicious! The waiter didn't provide a happy hour menu, so I asked for one. He said he needed to check with his manager. The manager came over and said Happy Hour is only Mon -Fri. Annoying, but I wasn't planning to order food anyway. I just wanted a glass of wine. I opted for just a glass of the cab, which was a full 4oz. No complaints about the wine. Service was attentive.

Elyse M.

Yelp
I came here with a group for dinner. We were seated promptly despite not having a reservation. I was told the beans in oil and spices was vegan so I ordered that. It was only a couple of bucks and quite good for oily beans. The oil was tasty and whatever spices they put in added a lot of flavor. It was a small plate but enough for me, probably not enough for a full meal if you're really hungry though. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and wine. The staff were friendly and helpful with food and wine choices.

Yelp
Linguini Alle Vongole Bruschetta Al Pomodoro Polpette al Pomodoro Polpo Marinato con Patate Gnocchi Alla Napoletana One of my favorite neighborhood Italian restaurant serving flavors from Sicily and Florence. Everything here reminds me of my travels in Italy, even the speed of service does! The meatballs were delicious and my clams linguini was excellent! Pasta texture was al dente, seafood is fresh, lots of garlic and herbs for flavors. Was so perfect paired with a sauvigno
google avatar

Don E.

Yelp
The food was good, service ok, the portions were quite small!! It was a $5 meal for $24! The ambience was good.
google avatar

Roni B.

Yelp
If there are more than 4 tables sitting in the restaurant when you show up, don't go in. You'll have a faster and more accurate meal if you travel to Firenze. We waited for 1hr 20 when the restaurant is full and we got wrong or incomplete orders (Eg fetucini fruto de mare without fetuchini - or even simpler ones) The food tasted good when it finally arrived
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
Still incredible. Went back last night after another recital and had the Bistecca. It was perfectly spiced with a nice cream sauce, and even though I usually prefer steaks medium/medium-rare, this is actually better rare so you get all the wonderful flavors. The bottle of Greppicante had a glorious nose that paired perfectly with the steak. Even the Tartufo dessert turned into a bit of a melee with everyone jousting spoons over bites. Just a perfect restaurant with a wonderfully gracious host.
google avatar

Patricia P.

Yelp
It wasn't bad. But it wasn't amazing either. There is good ambiance and the wait staff was awesome and friendly. I had lasagna and it was pretty bland and kinda gave me the impression it was reheated. They charge you $5.00 for the bread which was sort of meh and could have at least been warm, but wasn't. Overall, I've had worse, but I've also had better.
google avatar

Joan S.

Yelp
Service excellent I had the chicken Marcelo I would have licked the plate I almost wanted to take an order home Eat the main meal forget the salad Just delicious

Mary A.

Yelp
Had an amazing lunch with my friend Paula the pasta and dessert were spectacular. It's warm and cozy and friendly. It was like going to a good friends home for a meal.

Yelp
I'd been hungry for authentic Italian and found this place entirely by the grace of google maps and the fact that my friend didn't like pho when I asked google to list restaurant close to our location. Thanks google! Let's just say this place IS authentic! (Our waitress was a lovely, smiling, olive-skinned woman who was undoubtedly Sophia Loren's granddaughter!) The service was wonderful and so was the food. I'm still jealous of my friend's selection: a huge juicy chop! It looked so yummy! I definitely plan to visit again.
google avatar

Renata L.

Yelp
Great service and a nice decor, but the food was not impressive at all! We were so happy when all plates arrived together to the table for main dish, right? Everything was almost cold, not tasty and... I cook better! Let us know when the chef is replaced please.

Yelp
At the end of a very long day which I had not eaten anything I went to a Roman house restaurant for dinner but it was just packed so unfortunately I chose the restaurant two doors down. With not a whole lot of time to sit down for dinner I ordered the linguine & clams. The waiter asked if I wanted some bread I said sure not realizing I was going to be charged for it. But that's actually OK because it was the only thing that was good. I had not eaten that day so by the time my meal came I had already eaten the 4 small slices of bread and Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I did have a strange feeling when I got my plate because it was very odd color there was other sauce than what was on the actual noodles that were undercooked, I did mention to the waiter that it was spicy. Spicy is not a bad thing but it shouldn't have been in that dish that dish should have been full of flavor but it had so much uncooked garlic in it. When the waiter came over and asked how everything was I told him. He said what is wrong and I was actually speechless and I just looked at him and said everything, it'sjust not good, And here's a clam that did not even open this should have never been served on my plate it's a dead clam it's toxic. He said he would talk to chef and if I wanted anything anything else. Unfortunately time was an issue and I did not have time to sit there 30 minutes more to get another plate of food. Not wanting to be that person I just said it's fine. Which is something I will never do again I will send the plate back and just pay for the bread and walk out that is what I should have done. Well it really wasn't fine when he did come back I don't know what he said to the chef(cook, Because a chef would have never cooked the scarbage and would never have sent out dead clams), because he never informed me about anything. I just asked for a Box and the check he informed me that they took $6 off my bill. I believe I paid and left. I was on my way to a movie so I just threw the leftover small box in my purse and went to the movie theater within 15 minutes of the movie I had to go to the lady's room and I threw my dinner up. Which since I really did not even eat that much just some of the clams and a tiny bit of the noodles, and bread. I knew it was probably bad clams. I threw my leftovers in the garbage at the movie theater. I did eat some of the plain bread that they sent along home with me to calm my stomach. I'm seriously considering calling my credit card company and disputing the charge. Moral of the story if you go into a restaurant and there is nobody in there, turn around and walk away. Just wait in that restaurant that is packed.

Yelp
Not too shabby. I visited for a private dinner party that my friend was having, and the service couldn't have been better! There's much to rave about with Firenze's customer service. It was fantastic! The owner even came out to check up on our group of 40. And since there was such a large group of us, I was impressed by how often the servers checked up on everyone, making sure we were all having a good time and received what we needed and ordered. For group dining, there were three entrees to choose from and we ordered several bottles of white and red wine, which the servers made sure to keep refilling our glasses with instead of us doing it ourselves! For me, I chose the salmon entree, which came with roasted potatoes and green beans, and each item started with a house salad. We also had a few plates of the antipasto platter for all of us to share. Of everything I ate, I actually was surprised by how much I liked the antipasto plate! The prosciutto was sooo good and it went well with the cheese and olives also provided on this platter. All of the charcuterie meats were solid though. My salmon dish was fine. The salmon was slightly overcooked, but still was tasty; yet wish there had been more roasted potatoes. It seemed disproportionate, especially to the green beans. But in total, it wasn't a bad dish. Overall, I had a fun time at Firenze! Firenze is located at Crossorads Mall, where parking is easy to find. You don't be disappointed with the awesome service while finding traditional Italian dishes offered here.

Andrew N.

Yelp
Only one server and she seemed very stressed. Overpriced for the most mid tier italian food i've seen on display. I recieved my meatballs without the house bread that was supposed to supplement them. We recieved 4 pieces of bread total for a party of 6. Go to Olive Garden for a better overall experience.

Kristine K.

Yelp
Breadstick were stale and cold. Veal was over done. Sauce luke warm. I would not go back
