Fresh off a stint at Slug in Oakland, chef Booli Huerta is serving these bountiful boards loaded with pickled grapes, chicken liver pate, vegan mushroom pate, rillettes, and much, much more. If you’re lucky, they’ll also be serving the delightful spicy tuna, made with fish from Monterey Market, with a healthy dose of black tobiko on top.
