Worth every penny.
We love coming to Fisherman’s Cove for our oyster fix. Their raw oysters are always fresh and never disappoint. Getting a dozen ($36 for 12, $19 for 6) is a must for us every visit. If raw isn’t your thing, they also offer grilled oysters ($21 for 6) with a few flavor options. We don’t usually order them, but when we do, the chorizo butter grilled oyster is our top pick.
Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it’s seafood, what do you expect? The quality backs up the price every time.
If oysters aren’t your thing, don’t worry. Their menu is stacked with sandwiches, fried seafood, chowders, and stews. This time around we got the calamari and chips, and it was so good. Honestly, I haven’t been disappointed by anything I’ve ordered here.
The staff is always friendly and unfazed, even when the place gets busy, which it usually does. The only thing to keep in mind is the crowd. The line can get long fast, and although they have a small lot, parking fills up quickly. Street parking is limited, so getting there early is the way to go. Still, the quality of food and welcoming vibe keeps us coming back. Highly recommend! Fisherman’s Cove is a gem.
