Fisher's Roma

My family of five recently visited Fisher's Roma Norte and we had such an incredible experience that we returned for a second meal the very next day. From the moment we arrived, we loved the energetic atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff were experts in their field, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel right at home. We indulged in a wide array of dishes across our two visits. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared. Highlights included their excellent oysters, whole fish, tender pulpo (octopus), and a variety of delicious aguachiles. The shrimp dishes were also fantastic. The food and service truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend Fisher's Roma Norte to anyone looking for an outstanding seafood experience in Mexico City!

The vibe is laid back and the food will smack you with flavor. This is a great CDMX chain and I highly recommend it. We enjoyed this way more than we thought we would.

To kick off the meal, every guest is served a comforting fish soup—a nostalgic touch that reminded me of a similar experience at a Mexican restaurant in San Diego. The star of the menu for us was the fish taco, elevated by their house special sauce that added an irresistible burst of flavor. Another standout was the grilled octopus, perfectly charred and seasoned, showcasing the skillful preparation that defines this restaurant. One of Fisher’s charming quirks is serving beer in a duck-shaped boat, a playful signature that adds character to the experience. Despite the language barrier (the staff primarily speaks Spanish), the service was warm, attentive, and efficient, making us feel right at home. Dining at Fisher’s Roma felt like discovering a hidden gem—a local treasure offering authentic Mexican cuisine with a focus on fresh, flavorful seafood. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in Mexico City’s culinary scene beyond the usual tourist spots, this is a place worth visiting.

Food is good, nevertheless the service may vary a lot. I Visit the place twice and the service was so different. Last visit in the evening wasn't so nice anymore because it was too loud. That wasn't the real problem. One of the staff dropped something to the food and didn't notice that. Well, she did but didn't mention that. And when we wanted to pay they forced the tip to the bill three times. Even the supervisor or hea of the staff tried to add tip although we refused to give this time.

Great food and great cocktails. This must be one of my favourite places in Mexico City. Their margaritas as some of the best I’ve had in Mexico and every dish on the menu is something to write home about. The great thing about Fishers is that it’s not overly expensive like a lot of other restaurants in the area.

Outstanding service, fun club music atmosphere, open air roof, all sorts of food and drinks just be careful if you sit at a sidewalk table because the peddlers will not leave you alone.

Amazing food with affordable prices and a lot of space. We had the ceviche peruvian, carpaccio de salmon, tostada de atun, taco de pescado, and taco de camaron. All very tasty and fresh. They also bring complementary fish soup that i didnt try because it had shrimp.

The waitress asked me 20% tip although I clearly said 10%, and she didn't bring the factura over 15min. It was horrible experience since I live in this city from January.
