Terrible customer service! I waited alone at the register to place my order for over 10 mins with workers just looking at my direction with no one approaching. Every time I order here someone has an attitude. Sad to say the service has declined over the years. I no longer go to this location due to the horrible service.

Normally I am very happy with five guys, but today the fries were hard. I think they refried them. Service was quick aa I placed my order online. I saw the cook drop fries, so naturally I thought they were fresh. I will make sure to check in the future.

I have not being to Five Guys in so long I decided to stop at this mainly for the fries (I love fries and love the extras they give) so I ordered a cheeseburger and large fries. I went to the side amd noticed the fry person has about 3 basket to the side of pre fried fries just sitting then he drops them as need. That's NASTY bcos the fries would definitely come out soggy. When i got home, there was hardly and fries in the bag as expected for the extras they give and the fries were extra brown and soggy I asked for a large fries no salt with Cajun on the side... I didn't get any of.my reqiwSo if u like your fries soggy, super brown then this place is for you.

I stopped by this five guys location recently. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The food quality for me never changes at this location. Overall I would def come here for a quick bite when I want five guys

You get better service at McDonalds and at the fictional McDowell's from Prince Hakeem. I'm not familiar with the Five Guys motto or what one should expect when patronizing one of their locations. Since I do not eat red meat I never had an interest. With that said I am familiar with basic courtesy, cleanliness, and customer service. All which were clearly absent on this evening's visit. The gentlemen at register was not pleasant and simple questions pertaining to the menu seemed to pain him to answer. As previous stated I don't eat red meat so I simply added fries and a milkshake to my nephew's order. As I was doing so I attempted to inquire about a milkshake flavor and the mere question seemed to be annoying to the guy actually responsible for taking orders.... go figure. I disregarded that exchange, and we completed the order (to go) and proceeded to wait. The floors where extremely slimy and slippery and several tables were littered with trash and sticky residue. Our order was to go so there was no need to focus on these issues too much. However, the final straw was when the order was finally completed. It included three different flavored milkshakes. The same unpleasant gentlemen taking orders made the shakes and stated: "you need to taste them to figure out which flavor is which" Wait.... What? Absolutely NOT!!!! Over $35 (3 shakes, 1 fry and 1 burger) and you can't properly label or tell me which flavor each of my shakes are? You gotta be kidding me!! Yes, I requested he re-make my shake, properly identifying the flavor. However, I should have never had to make that request or wait additional time for him to do so. There will be no need for me to ever return. I can get fries and shakes from anywhere.... with way better service, better upkeep and better appreciation for my patronage! Just A Note: Heading to queens to hit McDowell's drive-thru as we speak.

I dunno how but Five Guys recently shot to the top as America's best Fast Food Burger Joint. Whatever the reason, this location sure can't be reflective of that judgment. Nothing crazy, but my burger was just really dry. I've been eating Five Guys for years, so I have an idea what it's supposed to smell and taste like. And the copious amounts of grease was suspiciously missing. The bacon was also really dry but it was a slow day, so the bacon was probably cooked in bulk and waiting for someone to eat it. Workers were cool though, joked around a bit. I think he just left the patty on the grill for too long. This location even has an outdoor eating area; now that's something I haven't seen Five Guys do. Too bad your only view is of other stores and a highway.

The server had a nasty attitude. I can say with the utmost disgust that I will not be coming back here ever again.

Great burgers and love love love the Cajun fries. So glad they opened this one in the throggs neck area. Burgers are cooked perfectly and they give you a ton of fries. It is a little pricey for fast food but I never mind paying a lil more when it's worth it

Five Guys is Five Guys. It's a chain so expect the same thing. My father is obsessed with Five Guys Peanuts! So wherever there is a five guys we must stop and get something to eat so that he can get the peanuts. This place stands out because it has very good service and it's clean. - I like their salted caramel shake - Fries and add the malt vinegar - Peanuts!!

Haven't had five guys in ages so decided to today and was quickly reminded why... this over priced bland burgers. $22 for a bacon cheeseburger Cajun fries and shake... the fries just gross... and they use Cajon seasoning sprinkled on the fries way too much.. popeyes fries are way better... and a quarter Linder from McDonald's has more flavor then these beef patties... and i Got the burger all the way.. the grilled onions and mushrooms were cold.. oh and let's not forget they built the burger backwards so the grease from the onions and mushrooms as well as the burgers made the bun mush... then i had to tell the cashier 3 times to get me my shake to which he came back to me 3 times to see the receipt .. like dude how short is your attention son bro?? Never again ..

This was the worst ever 5guys I've ever been to my son used to work at one my husband love the burgers my granddaughter love the fries, well first my husband orders a milk shake that was so extra sweet it was unreal. Then I tell the person taking my order I have food allergies I'm allergic to tomatoes products. The fries were soogie when I asked for me 8 was told to bring the cup back by the manager it was just a horrible experience for us here.. oh then my husband gave him 5 bucks for my small drink the receipts said 10.00 was given and only 1 buck given back.. good luck with the short draw. 2 stars because I really like 5guys.. but these guys need some training even the manager..fix this store please..

Was in the urgent care center across the street and saw Five guys so I had to try it. This was my first time trying it and I'm so glad I did. I had walked in thinking to myself I want 2 double cheeseburgers and fries but then thought it would be to many calories so I switched my mind to one patty burgers. When I ordered, it took about 15 to 20 minutes for me to receive my order but it was well worth the wait. While you wait you can serve yourself an unlimited amount of peanuts which are delicious and easy to pry open with your fingers. Didn't want to eat to much to save my appetite for the burgers. As I waited I saw them filling a whole cup with fries which was the small size and putting it in a bag. Then they took an entire separate container of fries and dumped it in the bag!! As if things couldn't get any better! I finally get my order, open the burgers up, and to my surprise they were double cheeseburgers!! It's like they Chris Angel'd me and read my mind. The burgers by default come with 2 patties unless you tell them otherwise. Best burgers ever. Left very satisfied.

Do not eat here this place is disgusting, The fry cook got upset with me because I saw her drop the fry basket on the floor and then put it back in the fryer....do not eat here

They are rude and they were 15 mins from closing but to lazy to take an order that was already made for pick up! HORRIBLE!

Can someone explain to me why I have to wait to place an order because they're not taking cash at the moment... because "the person who handles the cash register is on break" and comes back in "about 10-15 minutes" ?!! Customer service is pure comedy.

There is not enough stars for 5 Guys. If you're not American, forget everything you were ever told about American burgers and run to 5 Guys order whatever gets your attention. It doesn't matter what you ask for, it is good, they're fries are ridiculous, it's hard to stop eating them. As you wait for your order you can help yourself to the soda fountain and fresh crispy peanuts (kids love this part). When you're ready to go you can ask for an extra paper bag to grab some peanuts to go. *just a tip- please clean up after yourself before you leave. The staff is friendly the place is cosy, clean and family friendly. It kind of sucks when people leave all the peanut shells lying around.

This place is pretty new. I just hope they can keep up the good service we experienced. Burgers are generally well done but the ingredients are fresh and you can peek in and watch to make sure your burger is done right. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which was fine. The fries are also decent.

I've no idea the names of the two gentleman working at the establishment, but my hats off to them!! No line Folks are eating Service is moving smoothly And they were polite and efficient.

This five guys is absolutely trash. The burgers buns were soggy they gave way too much mustard is tasted disgusting. I got all the way and t seems like they squeezed the mustard all the way. The cheese was not melted they put a frozen cheese in my burger. Absolutely disgusted by the burger could not even finish it. I only ate the meat inside and threw everything else out. Had to clean the nasty mustard off to eat the meat. Mustard got on everything else and was leaking out the the foil. When I tried to complain the worker got mad at me. Terrible customer service and nasty behavior. People here do not know how to make a burger.

I have been to this Five Guys well over ten (10) times! This is my favorite Five Guys for two reasons: Quality Control + tons of seating for the busy crowd. This location is on top of a Target, and right next to a Chipotle and Sarku, and I always choose burgers over the others. There is always a line here, but it never bothers me, because the grill staff is top notch! It reminds me of the Five Guy I visited in Florida - perfect pit stop coordination. While you wait, you can try using their soda machine, which is one of the new ones that will give you ten flavors for almost any soda. Gotta love that. Prices and menu options are typical for all Five Guys, but for those that require #glutenfree trust the fries are safe, but beware if you have a peanut allergy (they are fried in peanut oil). Also, just request a bowl for your burger and enjoy - a salad burger! If you are a fan of Five Guys then have no fear, when in the Bronx, just jump on the Cross Bronx Expressway from the Bronx or Queens or the City and head over to Brush Avenue!

If you like this resturant well enjoy it as much as you like and more power to you. But I really don't have good experiences with this chain. When food is served it's served all wet and overcooked and I shouldn't have to feel belly pains after I finish my meal. The burgers are overcooked the cheese is wet defrosted and stale in terms of flavour giving a bad stomach. Hot dogs? Eh... They arlight I guess. The fries well the over exaggerate with giving you a soda cup with 1000 fries. The fries are Bellow special with not enough salt and coming off water wet. People hate greasey stuff. But this restaurants greasey is the wet watery type of greasy like putting water on food. This isn't something I'll recommend.

This place is clean and they have outdoor seats Good place for the summer time and has tons of parking

This particular 5 Guys location is tucked away in a strip mall by the Whitestone bridge. It doesn't have high foot traffic. This may be particularly responsible for the lack luster service and sloppy food. My fries were soaked in oil, extremely salty and dumped in my bag so carelessly that when I found the actual container there were enough fries spilt in the bottom of the bag for a whole other order. Clearly the fry guy is careless and not properly managed. Furthermore, the restaurant is adorned with press stating that 5 Guys has award winning fries. In summation a burger, fries, and drink for two is $33.00. At that price properly cooked fries should be guaranteed. Never eating at this location again.

Food wasn't bad but the customer service here is sub standard it was 4 of us buying and 2 of our orders were completely wrong. The worker looked like he was high lol and just didn't even understand what I was saying regarding the issue we had with the food ! Whatever the two stars are for the free peanuts and just the overall flavor which was good for two of us lol

Went there to order a burger, fries and soda yesterday. Employees were goofing around and joking with each other so much that the burgers were overcooked and the fries were gross and undercooked rather than crisp. This is the second time I've experienced this type of nonsense at this location. Gross fries, no condiments, and inattentive, unprofessional staff. I won't be returning.

I love cheeseburgers and hot dogs, plus they have that Freestyle Coca Cola machine. A little more than you would want to pay for a cheeseburger but I suppose it's worth it.

Hey is this the first one in the Bronx?? Yay...well don't eat burgers much but when i do I want a good one. These are good and i also am a fan of their Hot Dogs. I thought this location would be empty but it is packed over here and great service!! There are other stores and eateries in this small mall and TARGET is underneath!

Disgusting . I ordered a cheeseburger and fries , I couldn't eat the fries full of salt omg I don't who can eat this . I'm very very disappointed I prefer to go to McDonald's better. Feel like I wasted my money . Also very greasy.

I'm not lying when I say this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had! The patty was tasteless, no seasoning whatsoever, where is the salt?! On top of that it was super over priced! The only good thing was the milkshake, but I didn't go there for that. This place doesn't even live up to shake shack. Never again!

The employees are not welcoming! When you walk in it's almost like you could hear the disappointment. I ordered 2 Cajun fries 2 Sodas 2 burgers my total was 43$, worst mf'ing 43$ I ever spent! The burger was cold! The fries were soggy and cold. The worst part is the amount of Cajun spice they added to the fries. When I dumped my fries out of the cup I couldn't stop sneezing from the amount of Cajun spice. It's like they tried to disguise or make up for the soggy fries. It's was sooooooooo MUCH CAJUN to the point I could barely see my French fires. Make sure when you order, you monitor the amount of Cajun. The fries had so much it WAS NOT edible ! I was eating CAJUN with a side of fries, Lmfaooo! This place is a damn JOKE. Mind you I went in the store to order & purchase and got in my car for a 10 mins ride home, so there's no reason this food should've been this TERRIBLE. The Cajun KILLED ME lol ! I want my money BACK FIVE GUYS ! MANHATTAN would NEVER ( do that )!

Love this place!!! Usually no line and the food is always hot and fresh. Ordered online and picked up my food, fries were made once I arrived so they would be hot and crunchy. The portions are always large and they have great customer service.

Wish I could give this place 5 stars because I've been to so many others and the food and service were amazing. But tonight, I caught food poisoning at this location.

I enjoyed myself at five guys burgers I got a cheeseburger with every on it with fries, the burger was well done and juicy loved it I got a tone of fries well done not burned or to soggy perfectly done, I had peanuts while I waited, workers were polite and friendly, the place had plenty of seating,, I really enjoyed myself also clean environment

No complaints here. Staff is friendly, and efficient. We've never had to wait too long for our order. The restaurant still looks brand new and the employees maintain the floors and tables, cleaning up after all of the peanut shells, which I'm sure gets to be quite annoying after a while. Plenty of seating, food is always as tasty as I remember. The milkshakes are great too! Great spot for a quick bite while shopping at Target, my most favorite store ever

The food is great is true it can get very busy at times and I do agree as someone mentioned the fries (sometimes they're dead-on crispy and soft, other times they can be soggy and greasy) and the burgers are good. Staff in All are nice sometimes they can get a little out of hand but they aren't bad. I like the food but it is a bit over priced as well but not the employees fault as remember they are only employees not owners and managers and they don't put the prices, people please keep this in mind. All we do is follow orders.

I love that the food is freshly made and you can add all the toppings of your choice! Compared to other fast food options, Five Guys certainly is a winner.

A lil expensive for burgers and fries but you will be getting one tasty burger and fries and if you are really hungry don't forget to get you meal with one of their milkshakes that you can add toppings to I stick to the strawberry banana milk shake delicious!!!! And you can eat salted peanuts while you wait this is a big franchise with home style food

Burgers are always great as well as customer service. There are always seats available and plenty of peanuts to eat while you wait for your order. Great place!

If you want a classic burger and fries, come here. I actually got overzealous and ordered the regular (2 patties) but next time I would just get the little. And the chocolate milk shake is the chocoatiest.

This location is always clean and has seats availble as well as polite staff only negative is bathroom is usually always dirty aside from that the service is great and the Cajun fries are awesome

I moved from Queens to the Bronx and was ecstatic when this five guys opened! There are about 3 I used to go to in queens and it's the only burger chain restaurant I'll eat from. Although it's a new location, the food is the same, cooked well and served with a smile! I was also glad to see many young folk behind the counter. Kudos to this five guys for helping adolescents/young men and women become productive individuals!

Nothing beats a burger and fries from five guys! This place always has quick service and amazing food

I usually come here after shopping at the nearby Target for a large fries (Five Guys fries are the only ones I'll eat), so I've been here quite a lot, at least 2-4 times a month. Most of the staff are courteous and though it's expensive, the food is always freshly prepared. This location gets one star because there is this one staff member that works in the evening shift (tall, skinny with facial hair) that has very bad food handling practices. You would think after Chipotle had to close due to the nationwide E. Coli outbreak Five Guys would be proactive and reinforce good practices in their staff, but no. This guy is the epitome of a dirty food worker, everytime I come here I pray he doesn't prep my food because he always does something gross: he wipes his hands on his dirty apron, speaks over open food. I have never seen him washing his hands after handling raw meat and ready-to-eat food. Today, he went behind a column next to the fryer to sneak a fry (while wearing gloves) and then starting prepping fries for customers without washing his hands. I was so angry I lost my appetite. He gives his co-workers a bad rep, which is a shame because they actually try to be clean. I am not coming back to this location, I would advise you to be extremely vigilant if you decide to come to this location.

Its a high priced McDonald's.. Went on a busy Saturday evening just for the only thing I love .. Is there cherry vanilla milkshake.

a quick stop at five guys in the bronx off the hutch parkway was also a first visit for my buddy from italy and he enjoyed eating something besides pasta . the typical 5 guys decor of red and white interior and the typical 5 guys menu of burgers , hot dogs , fries, shakes , sandwiches and the double soda machines with many choices. plenty of tables to sit which is not the norm for the few manhattan spots i have visited in the past . the burgers are a bit pricey but them suckers are tasty especially when you add a bunch of toppings , hot dogs are not bad as well, veggie burgers are not that good in my opinion and i never had one of their sandwiches . the shakes are sweet but are gut busters and if you do a triple header of chesseburger , large soggy fries and a large shake i can only say is god bless and it was nice knowing you (lol). my buddy had the double patty burger with the works and fries and was wolfing it down like it was his last meal on earth , i am simple by ordering burger with grilled onions , mushrooms , relish with a large diet fruit punch and i am happy even though this lunch cost me almost 30 bucks . 5 guys burgers is my once in a while guilty pleasure cause more then once in while might not be a good thing.

My first time at Five Guys was at this location. I have always heard good things about them so I decided to try it. The menu was pricey but it was definitely worth every single dollar! The wait was about 20 minutes but there were a lot of customers. Food was made fresh! The service was amazing and the staff was great including the cooks. The burgers were to DIE for and so were the fries! They came with two burger patties by default. I absolutely LOVED this place and will be visiting more often.
