We heard a lot of good things about this place so we gave it a shot. I am glad we did! It was very clean inside. Service was great. The garlic knots are a must have! We got to different pizzas. The t Rex which had so much meat. Definitely not stingy with the toppings. The other one was the Brooklyn. That was my favorite. They had a lot of interesting choices. We will definitely be back to try the other types. The small was pretty big!

You can order pizza by the slice or a whole pizza. We did both. My daughter got the pepperoni pizza by the slice and I ordered the “T-Rex” pizza. Pizza was good, could use a little more marinara we all agreed. But still a good quality pizza. I got the Bloody Mary, they make the Bloody Mary mix in house and it was really fresh and good. Nice garnishes as well. Didn’t really taste the alcohol but would get it again with a double shot. Staff were friendly. The atmosphere was also nice.

I’ve had five points in East Nashville before. This is basically the same thing. I know people who love it. It’s just ok for me. It’s always floppy and the pepperoni is super greasy. I give them credit for creating a few different flavor combinations. So my buddy made me go back and try it again and re-review if the experience was better. It was so I went up to a four star. The pie we had today was delicious.

Great location and food was wonderful. I have been to Five Points in East Nashville and this was just as good. Had the veggie slice and, because I am not a monster, copious garlic knots. Both were amazing. We had a large group of guys reuniting from college and our server was very accommodating and quick on refills. Close to the interstate as well. My workout this morning was sure ungrateful, but my soul wasn’t 😂. Thanks! My buddies had a caprese salad for an appetizer that I developed envy for, but I resisted to impose my voracious appetite upon their glorious dish.

Really liked the white pizza (comes with arugula on top) and the garlic knots were good too. The $9 salad is good, but not worth it's price tag. Ordered the pizza to go at the place and it took about 25 min to make. Bright side is it was a very fresh pizza. Nice, casual atmosphere inside with a pretty nice beer selection.

Stopped in to try and the place is very clean and nice. We came at lunch and they have great lunch specials. A slice salad and drink for 12. Very thin and crispy pizza. Perfect slice place. I loved the combo of prosciutto and basil. Basil was fresh which avoids that licorice taste that basil sometimes gets once baked on pizza. Joanna was great offered tastes of wine on tap and was knowledgeable about the selection. Also spent some time chatting with us about neighborhood and pizzas they have. We will be coming back again. Especially since it’s so close to home

This is a great place to grab a tasty pizza. We got 2 pizzas and some garlic knots. Delicious. They also have Stromboli and Salads. They have a good selection of different pizzas. The website says their New York style dough is made from scratch daily and aged in house, topped with hand crushed plum tomatoes and houseshredded Mozzarella. You can absolutely taste the freshness in each bite. There is a small lot to park for free and a parking garage. Our server was Cody today and he was attentive and friendly. The 14 inch pizzas are from about $20 to $25. They have 18 inch pizzas, also. They have a bar with local and craft beers on tap. I saw some wine on the drink menu, too. There were a few TV's spread around. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back. One last thing. They use an old school gas fired 2 inch bricks deck oven to bake your fresh pizza in.

One word: FLAVOR!!! Can't even describe this place any other way! The salad, the garlic knots, the pizza... FRESH, FLAVORFUL, FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! I walked up 15 minutes until close and they still had by the slice pizza available. Loved that they were open late for the area on Saturday night. Can't beat that nostalgic New York slice. The staff was amazing in facilitating our group of 21 people. Annali was very helpful over the phone answering my questions. Audriana, Allison and staff were very accommodating. The NY style pizzas were a big hit with everyone and the garlic knots are the bomb. Y'all... If you've been following my reviews, you know I've been on the hunt for good pizza in Nashville for the past 2 years and guys? I finally found it :) This is hands down the best pizza I've had in Nashville. It's soooo good! The crust is thin and crispy, ingredients to the edge, perfect amount of cheese, the cheese pulls very nicely, and there's an appropriate amount of toppings. I don't feel like I've been skimped on toppings at all. The sauce is so delicious. I mean top tier pizza here and I'm a pizza snob for sure. I got the Woodstock classic (pepperoni and mushroom). I ordered basil as well and it came on the side which I didn't mind. I'm not sure if they do that with all ingredients if you order delivery but it worked fine for Basil. All together I love this place. I will no longer be ordering pizza from anywhere else. This is the spot!

I am not a snob about most things, but I am a snob about pizza. This isn't to say I won't eat low quality pizza - heck, I bake Tony's frozen pizzas with glee! I'm a snob in the sense that I grew up in the Northeast, the land of perfectly chewy crust NY style pizza a-plenty, and I have been underwhelmed by most slices I've tried in the South. Five Points is the closest thing I've found to GOOD pizza here in Nashville. Nice & thin crust (but not cracker-y & weird), simple sauce, & they don't complicate the cheese !! (I hate it when the cheese gets complicated.) The service was prompt and attentive, but not overly so in that irritating way, haha. Even though my heart belongs to the pizza back East, it'd be wrong to give Five Points anything less than five stars. They're doing it right!

Five Points Pizza is a nice pizza joint with pretty good pizza! I visited for a late lunch/early dinner with a friend on my recent trip to Nashville. The atmosphere is pretty casual and the servers were all really pleasant. Our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The menu is pretty limited to just pizza, so don't expect many other Italian dishes to choose from. We ordered the garlic knots and two different pizzas - all the food was good and the portions were generous so we had enough to take home. Overall, I think Five Points Pizza is a good choice for a solid pizza place in the Nashville area. It isn't anything fancy or extraordinary, but it gets the job done.

Hands down best pizza place in nashville!! I implore you to order your favorite pie right now if you have never tried five points you'll be in for the most delicious treat. I generally order takeout and Bailey is the best guy to help facilitate the whole process he's always cheerful and I can tell he enjoys what he does. Everyone is always nice and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience or incorrect order which is another reason to keep coming back!!! Thank you to the guys in the back who work so hard to make the best most yummiest food!! I can tell management is on their A game here so thanks to mgmt too! If you do dine in just know they don't serve hard liquor but for mimosas and bloody Mary's on weekends but they have a nice draft selection and some cool canned drinks. Overall 5/5 stars experience!

This is my favorite pizza in Nashville! I order from here at least twice a month. I normally do takeout but recently went in for lunch with friends and ordered slices. The slices are huge, Pepperoni is always amazing but I also got the meat slice of the day, it was ok - I wish it had more garlic. To emphasize how good this pizza is - my sister (a teenager) only eats pizza if there is a bucket of ranch nearby. When she visited me, she ate the pizza without any ranch!!!!!! I thought something was wrong since she wasn't using her ranch and she said "this pizza is so good I don't need ranch". Mind = . So this pizza is loved by adults and children alike. The only downside to this place is the price for a full pizza.

Loved our first experience here today. Loved my salad and slice ($12) with meat pizza of the day and spinach Gorgonzola salad. Loved that the waitress brought our kids pizza dough to play with and offered to double-slice their cheese pizza into smaller portions for less waste. Crust was just thick enough to not be Neapolitan but not so thick that every bite is mostly bread. We'll be back!

So we were in Nashville over the Thanksgiving holiday and tried Five Points Pizza, on the recommendation of one of the bellman, from our hotel. It was incredible and we are so glad that we tried this place. I should clarify that in this review, by "we," I actually mean me and my toddler-aged daughter, not actually my wife, this time. Five Points Pizza is a fantastic pizzeria that offers excellent pizza at a moderate price. Maggie and I decided to try an order of garlic knots and a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. The garlic knots were good but not great. The tomato sauce that was served with the knots was poorly seasoned and slightly bitter, almost like plain tomato paste. It was discarded after the second dip. The garlic butter was scant and had acquiesced to the bottom of the bowl. Due to the shape and hardness of the knots, dipping them in the butter that remained was messy and difficult. Fortunately, we only purchased a small order. While the knots were merely "good," but the pizza was excellent. The large slices folded easily and the crust was the perfect trifecta of chewy, pliable, and "springy." I had feared that the dipping sauce that was served with the bread would also be the sauce on the pizza and, thankfully, this was not the case. The pepperoni was slightly spicy, possibly uncured, and a good balance of salty and savory. My daughter absolutely loved this pizza and I struggled to cut it up, as fast as she desired to eat it. I highly recommend Five Points pizza and, on a dad point, this place does have a nice baby changing in the men's room, so that is a helpful, convenience that is scarcer than one might think.

First time here overall good. Food/Drink: Pretty decent New York style pizza. Regular amount of options and combos. Full Italian style menu, appetizers, entrees, pizza, soups, salads, and desserts! Pizza: Needed more crunch not too much, left me wanting more of a bite. Very flavorful, super oily though, Sauce was good not too sweet could have used a little more garlic but hey is it ever enough?! The answer is No... Dinning Area: Pretty small, open, area. Benches, large counter, Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively cheap. 2 slice and fountain special for $9.95! Parking: Plenty of space, shared strip mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and regular size. Atmosphere: During the weekday lunch rush, it was a huge snow storm so this would be unfair. It was empty. Staff/Attendants: Staff overall was young, and unsociable. Decent experience...idk maybe one more try! 7/10

My mom and I were visiting from Philly and searched yelp for a place to eat. This place is packed up for pizza and had decent review so we decided to give it a try. Maddie was our waitress and she was very prompt and friendly. Service was quick, and the food came out in a timely manner as well. The drinks flowed, Maddie stayed on top of our beverage refills, which I'm very appreciative of. We had pepperoni and mushroom pizza, the 14 inch which was good enough for the two of us and lunch for the next day. The garlic knots are delicious! They were also good the next day. Came for dinner on a Saturday evening around 6:30 pm, and it was initially not too packed. Service was still pretty slow, taking about 30 min for us to get our pizza after it took about 10-15 for our order to get taken -- maybe because it got busier throughout the evening. We got the 14 in vodka sauce pizza, which ended up being more than enough to feed 2 people. The pizza was super fresh and tasty; would've loved the sauce to have a little bit more kick, but overall delicious! Can see myself coming again at a less busy time.

Great place for a fast, delicious meal! We came on a Friday afternoon for lunch around 2pm. We ordered 4 different slices: pepperoni, prosciutto & basil, veggie of the day, and meat of the day. When you show up and want to sit on the patio with your dog because it's a beautiful day, and the patio is ready, but the hostess tells you the patio isn't officially open for two more days, but you are welcome to order carry out as long as your dog waits in the car. Never had this issue at NY Pie. I go there instead.

The previous visits to this restaurant have been at least acceptable to good. However, today did not meet expectations. The service was extremely poor from the gentlemen at the take out counter. Additionally, the pizza was significantly over cooked with a charred bottom and dried cheese on the top. Finally, they were late on the projected time to have the pie ready. For the record, my check was #84 in the event that management would like to use it for quality control. I would not recommend this place!

Reading the reviews, I thought that garlic knots would be the dream for garlic lovers. But they are huge knots and not much garlic. Reheating the next day, I tried to add more garlic, but it was just very doughy. Not something I would recommend. In terms of pizza - we got the large Hot Hawaiian, and I have to say that we enjoyed it better the second day. Maybe it wasn't fully cooked the first? I don't know but that isn't to say that the 2nd day was fabulous either. It was just average NY large slice pizza

One of the best pizza's out here in Nashville! We ordered a half and half pizza (T-Rex and Veggie) since some of our party do not eat pork. They do not have any meats that do not contain pork when I went and I wish they had more variety of options for meat. The T-Rex is my personal favorite, but the veggie was pretty good. I believe it's pepperoni and sausage. The crust is perfectly cooked and they load the pizza up pretty nicely with toppings and not too much cheese or sauce. The garlic knots were phenomenal as well. Good size and it had a lot of garlic and the right amount of oil. You have to dip it in the marinara. Nice outdoor area to eat when the weather is nice and they have a pretty spacious indoor area as well. If you were getting to-go, there's a special entrance and side for it. Sometimes the line gets long and wraps around the parking lot for pickup! But so worth it!

The slice of pizza that came out was large too under two paper plates as it was so big. The salad options are good and nice size bowl. Plus, your choice of fountain drink. I read so many good reviews about this place and my hubby is a real pizza lover--me, not so much. It's truly one of my least favorite foods. But Five Points won me over! The pizza was so flavorful and good. Not too doughy, not too saucy-- the perfect amount of everything! We ordered a large 2 topping pizza half pepperoni and sausage (for me) and half double pepperoni (for my hubby). Okay, I don't know where to start. It was soo good, honestly! Remember, I'm not the biggest fan of pizza but the bottom of the crust was crisp and held up to the toppings, the sauce had depth of flavor and wasn't too sweet, the toppings were plentiful but not too much that they made the pizza too heavy when you picked it up. Definitely 5/5 for pizza! Now let's talk garlic knots-- if you don't get garlic knots WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING!? They really were some of the best I've head. Smothered in butter and pieces of fresh garlic and topped with basil, so yummy! I'm a true garlic lover so these spoke to my heart! Don't second guess yourself, matter of fact don't even think about it, JUST ORDER THE GARLIC KNOTS, and thank me when you take your first bite (you're welcome)! Now let's talk about service.. the service was great from our hostess who was friendly and immediately sat us to our server who was knowledgeable and attentive. Service definitely 5/5. Overall, I wouldn't say I'm a pizza lover but I'm definitely a Five Star Pizza lover!

Five Points Pizza is one of several places that is working hard and definitely carving a spot in the pizza city hierarchy for Nashville, Tennessee. If you are thinking great U.S. cities for pizza, Nashville would normally not jump to mind. Yes, you would think of New York City, New Haven or Chicago, but Nashville would not immediately register. However, with places like Five Points Pizza popping up in Music City, Nashville is coming into its own as a city that can produce a quality pizza pie. Five Points Pizza definitely has a cool vibe, hip and urban. It immediately sets the mood for a great experience. Their pizza definitely continues the positive experience. All in all, I definitely woukd recommend this place for pizza.

Picked up a couple of pizzas for carry out from Five Points West Nashville. The place was pack on a week night but they were staffed very well. Waited only a few minutes on some piping hot pizza right out of the oven. We had a large pepperoni and a large pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and onion. Both pizzas were exactly as ordered and very good as always. Have not had a bad experience here or there other location in East Nashville. Always great with no disappointment ever!

This spot definitely has a reputation of being delicious so I had to give it a try! When we arrived we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Our server was incredibly lively, quick, and attentive. She was also very dedicated to making sure our needs were met and we were happy. I got a flight of 4 beers. I didn't care for one of them and our server quickly swapped it out for one I preferred better which was so great! They have a nice selection of beers. We ordered a side salad, which was only okay. This really isn't a place to get salad...next time I'd swap my salad for some garlic knots. I really want to try those. They look awesome. Their pizzas are BIG so you definitely won't go home hungry. We got half cheese and half vodka pizza (sans pork). Both were good. My hubby preferred the vodka and I really preferred the cheese. Sometimes you just crave traditional cheese. I would definitely come back for a delicious, affordable, casual night out...especially when I'm craving tasty pizza!

Kids had basic pepperoni and the other got a plain cheese..boring but still tasty. Place gets crowded, so plan accordingly and go early or expect a slight wait. Their always on hand prosciutto/basil slices for $5 is on point. Again, big slices and very good quality. Not heavy and greasy/cheesy which is the right kind of slice for NY/BKLYN style. I ask to always leave it in the oven a little longer to get it darker and more crispy. Can't go wrong here.

Once you get over the fact that this Five Points isn't located in the original East Nash, you'll be awed all over again by their signature, New York-style pies. I recently indulged in a large pesto pie for a late lunch on a weekday with a close friend. Service feels pretty laid back and casual, but everyone (guests and servers alike) seemed to establish a pretty strong rhythm. It was slightly difficult getting our servers attention, but I think it's simply because of timing: it was around 12:30pm, and there was one main person taking orders for the whole section. Still, our pie came out in record time and piping hot. I would say, if you're particularly hungry, don't say no to a helping of garlic knots. You can even get a half order of about four with marinara as well. It's pretty filling, so make sure you save room for the sure-to-be epic pizza you'll enjoy with friends. I noticed they have pretty great weekday lunch deals in case you work near the area. You can get a slice from a selected menu with a salad and drink as a combo or a similar situation with either two slices and a drink or a knot, slice, and drink. Yum to those combos, all around! The drink menu is pretty standard fair with a great selection of Coke product fountain options and a beer menu for in-house dining. The parking is decent, and they have a two level garage for restaurant frequenters. However, be extremely carefully when entering and exiting: I've nearly gotten into an accident every single time parking here because the thoroughfare is quite narrow. Also, people are typically rushing in and out of 8th and Roast nearby or with their carryout pizza. Lovely service and delectable pizza. What's not to love?
