Where to Find the Best Halal Food in Orlando, Florida | Eater Miami

"The humble eatery may not hold the cachet of neighbors Bosphorous, Christini’s, Domu, or Bartaco, but as a kebaberia, it more than holds its own. Owner Rafat Hamdeh knows his rice and the vermicelli-streaked long grains complement and augment already flavorful kafta kebab, shish tawook and rack of lamb. Traditional starters are all worthy but consider crunchy fattoush salad and pizza-like safiha for a change. Baklava is served cold, but Turkish coffee is properly steaming." - Faiyaz Kara

The food here is always 👌. Best place for Palestinian and Middle Eastern cuisine. You also get wings, burgers and shawarmad. Leg of lamb is my favorite. Their Falafel is also very amazingly good.

The food was okay at best. The chicken tawouk wrap was 6.5/10. We asked for no tomatoes but all the wraps came with tomatoes anyways. There were no other customers at the time but it was still loud as they had music playing and the TV going.

Flame Kabob is a fantastic spot for flavorful, well-prepared Mediterranean food in a warm, relaxed setting. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance felt friendly and laid back—perfect for enjoying a meal without feeling rushed. The food was excellent across the board. The meats were perfectly flamed, tender, and expertly seasoned, delivering rich, smoky flavors in every bite. We started with the grape leaves and hummus with pita—both were fresh and delicious, with the hummus especially smooth and flavorful. For the main dishes, the mixed kebab plate was outstanding, offering a great variety of meats cooked just right, and the gyros plate was equally impressive, packed with flavor and generously portioned. Overall, Flame Kabob delivers delicious food, great flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place we’d happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying, high-quality meal

Visiting Orlando for the first time. Came for dinner to Flame Kabob and I must say the food is spectacular! We had the Lamb Shank and the Kabab platter, very flavourful and juicy. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal after a busy day! Service was a little slow today as the place was packed and only two servers. But the staff was very sweet and friendly. Highly recommend you try this halal food spot!

This place is a true hidden gem here in Dr. Phillips. My husband and I stopped in today for lunch had a gyro and he shish Tawook. Both of these meals were fully flavorful and well seasoned. The staff here was very kind. I was torn between two things. I picked the Gyro based off of the waitresses recommendation. I’m so excited that I have all these leftovers. Their lunch portions are huge. I also can’t wait to stop back in when I’m up in this area again. In the atmosphere is really cute. We like the different wall textures the little lamps that were above the booth.
