Cute shop with home products that smell heavenly! Have been a fan of their tomato candle for years and am just now trying out their other tomato scented products. The people who work here are awesome :)

I just purchased their strawberry fruit snack as well as some of their soaps. I was honestly disappointed. The strawberry snack tasted stale and the soaps smelled OK, nothing special. The price is not justifiable for any of the products I received. Alot of marketing hype.

This company's customer service has some serious issues. I ordered product and it never shipped. After I finally got someone to assist me, I was told that their was a system error and it failed to process. I asked for the order to be sent after confirming all credit card and shipping information and I never got a reply even after I emailed them twice. Just a complete disappointment. This company needs to do a lot better.

I wouldn't recommend buying the hand soap. The pump pushes out additional soap every time you use it creating a mess and wasting product. You can get something more affordable that works better.

Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service. I placed 4 holiday orders online, but there was an issue with the local delivery option on the website so I decided to drive here and pick them up. This is essentially just a fulfillment center but I walked in and asked for help. Despite how busy everyone was, they were so helpful and friendly. Especially the lead guy in charge (sorry, I forgot his name). Honestly, I am so used to horrible customer service these days that I literally felt like I went back in time and was in the 50’s or something. That’s how nice and courteous everyone was. Just the smell of the place was phenomenal and I instantly felt calm and taken care of. I was just picking up my online orders, but wow! I’m sold! So much respect for this company, Richard, thank youuuuuuuu :)

I ordered the dehydrated strawberries, the limited red raspberry jam & the biointensive honey. I have ZERO regrets, it’s all SO delicious & it’s TOTALLY worth every penny. I will definitely be ordering again in the future. This was kind of luxurious gift to self, I can’t necessarily stock the cupboards b/c these items are very special & the pricing reflects that. As I said, to me, worth every cent. Everything is delicious, quick shipping, cute packaging with care…I am completely satisfied! Thank you :)

I spent $185 plus tax and it was never delivered, although tracking showed it as delivered. They made no attempt to make it right.

it pains to me write a negative review of a brand and place i absolutely love however i am left with no option after the really poor customer service I have experienced. i placed an order on the 20th of december for roughly $450 for christmas gifts, whilst the delivery was timely, on Christmas eve i opened up the order to wrap for family only to discover i was sent only a small fraction what i paid for. i have since emailed twice to ask for a refund for missing items only to have no response at all. This is so disappointing
