"We’ve tried the rib rolls from nearly every Miami Flanigan's location, and the ones at the Kendall Flanigan’s were the best. But we also discovered an entirely new favorite Flanigan’s order here: the pasta caesar (not to be confused with the caesar salad, pasta salad, or plain old salad salad). And now, not unlike the colorful lures displayed on the booth dividers, we’re hooked on it. But another thing we enjoy about this Flanigan’s is the hidden back patio—the perfect place to sit at a long picnic bench that looks like it was constructed from an old kitchen prep table while enjoying a cool winter night under a giant American flag. Great experience at this Flanigan’s location. From the hostess Taylor who welcomed us with a big smile to our server Carla and the mgr Nate. They made of our night out a very special moment! The food was incredible and it came out promptly. Definitely recommend!

Every time is a good time at flannys!! During the weekends or late dinner it does get busy, so use the get in line option, online or you’ll be waiting! Otherwise - we went on a Tuesday evening and got sat immediately! Mikel was a great serve constantly checking up on us! We were in and out in less than 2 hours!

I barely put negative reviews but this location must have changed management. I had all but good things about tbis location but today after waiting over 1hr to be seated we went inside when having 2 seats in front & 3 tables were sat inside 2 of which put their names down after us & the seating never changed. When i asked the waitress she said because i was for inside seating, granted they were sat inside. We were only a party of 2. I order ribs to go & get home & the ribs are burnt.

Hands down the best baby back ribs and Dolphin fingers I’ve ever had!! That dessert special with the cookies.. WOW!! Can’t beat the drink specials!! Everything was served to me hot and fresh and super fast!! Dayanis (The manager) and the entire staff from bartender( Gia) and my waitress (Gabi) were excellent!! Super friendly and they did everything to accommodate me since I’m in a wheelchair!! Go check them out!!

This place was awful. The music was so loud that everybody had to scream to talk to each other, which they were doing, screaming! Our server could not answer any questions that we asked her. She did not know how much the drinks were, she did not know what came with the dinners, the poor girl did not know anything which is really not her fault, that's all on management. Then our ribs came, oh my god it was disgusting as you can see in the picture. Nothing but fat, and the barbecue sauce was just ketchup with a little flavor in it, again disgusting. We both ate a couple of bites, explained how bad it was to our server, got no reaction, and we just left. The place was filthy, I would never go back to this place and do not recommend it. If you like bad food and people screaming to be heard then you'll love this place.

Ordered online. Received a text that the food is ready at 4:18. I'm finally able to grab my food at 4:38. Then they tell me I can't have sauces. So I asked for a refund. Stephanie just wrote my card number down and my name told me to check back in later in the week. No confirmation of a refund. Never going back. Horrible service.

Always good ambiance and good food. The waiting list is almost one hour any time... but you get seated in aprox 45 minutes.

Jason, Dania, Tina, Jaz, and Iris thank you for making my visit awesome this past Saturday at the bar!! Had a rough week and they made it better with their AWESOME service and friendliness! …closed out with first shift and opened a new tab with the second at 6 pm, I didn't want to leave as the friendly service with a smile, great food and awesome jukebox music had me here all afternoon and evening..ran up a tab both shifts which i gladly paid and drooped a huge tip, worth every penny, will be back again and again! Many regulars like me feel the same too based on talking with them at the bar. 🎸 i have made great friends here over the years, it’s like your neighborhood bar like the show Cheers. 🍻
