I just wanted a quick salad with some protein before my flight. I don't expect gourmet cuisine and I do expect to pay a lot but this was just bad. The lettuce was limp, the salad was underdressed, there were very few toppings and worst of all, the steak was awful. Overcooked (I asked for medium), tough and underseasoned. It was a lunch of regret.

Google
I must have lucked out because the food and service were both top notch. I had the meatball sub (I ordered without cheese, so don't judge that in the picture) and salad and it was lovely. The bread was fresh and had a good crust without being a risk to the roof of my mouth. The meatballs were tender and well seasoned and did not appear to be from a bag. The sauce was reported to be scratch made and I believe it. Lastly, the salad was very fresh, dressing nicely balanced, and the tomatoes were perfectly sweet. My bartender was friendly, attentive, gave good advice, and was never pushy or abrasive. He was also quintessentially a New Yorker in the best possible way.

I had such a great experience at LaGuardia Airport thanks to the amazing service from a blonde server with short hair, I wish I had caught her name! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The food was also delicious, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s not every day you get this kind of service at an airport. Thank you for making our visit a pleasant one ,you’re a star! 🌟

Google
Omg the wings are soooooo good! It's an airport restaurant so I wasn't expecting much but omg I kinda wanna book a flight just to go to LGA to have these wings. They're really good! I wish they had locations outside of the airport

Google
The service here is extremely lousy and I’m wondering why there are even servers at all, it would’ve probably been a more pleasant experience if this restaurant just used the robot waiters. To start off I was greeted by the host who didn’t even make eye contact with me and was too busy looking down at their iPad. The host which was also my server charged me for the the meal beforehand (which is fine I have done this at other restaurants before) but they automatically included a tip for themselves without telling me. Then when my food was delivered they not once came to check on me, did not refill my empty glass of water, did not ask if I needed anything. I had to grab napkins from nearby tables and use them because they couldn’t even offer an extra napkin for me. I had to literally flag down the server who was busy talking with others to ask for a straw. The servers had no problem going to the tables around me but couldn’t do the bare minimum and check on me, and it was barely busy. If you’re already going to include a tip for yourself the least you could do is check-in on your patron that already paid. I paid $40 for a mid steak sandwich and lousy service, but yet I’m more disappointed in the service and the price I paid for it.

Google
A few things for the 2 stars review: 1- I was looking at the menu to order and got a phone call (it lasted 5 minutes). The server came to take my order doing mimic so I could tell her what I wanted while I was on the phone. I did the sign to please give me a minute, and she just stood there until I hung up. Disrespectuful. 2- She got me the wrong order. I didn't complain because I was in a rush. 3- She charged me with a tip even before they brought the food to the table. 4- I asked for the receipt, she said no printed receipt but sent it through email. I got aan email from them right away so I thought it was the receipt, but later when I opened the email it was just a message saying that they opened a tab with my credit card. Not going back.

Google
I had a very long flight and was starving, and I saw this restaurant. The food is very good and the service is excellent... the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and served us wonderfully. She was very friendly. I think her name was Jhoana. I really recommend it.

Google
Flatiron Tavern and Provisions in Terminal C at LaGuardia airport has a service model difficult to swallow. If you are not comfortable ordering from your phone, including typing in all your credit card information, skip this and eat somewhere else. But don’t bother going across the hall to the bagel focused restaurant, because they use a parallel system. System exclusively uses QR code for menu and ordering. System requires providing a tip at the front end. Only benefit here is payment made without having to wait after eating. Music distractingly loud. Service was acceptable but impersonal. Food ok for airport fare.

Yelp
Flatiron consists of both a tavern restaurant and a provisions store. My husband and I did not visit the tavern restaurant. Instead, we purchased two sandwiches and a bottled smoothie from the provisions store. We used touchscreens to place our orders and to process our credit-card payments. I thought that my turkey and mustard sandwich contained fresh ingredients but tasted just OK (3 stars). My husband thought that his chicken-salad sandwich tasted "plain" (3 stars). He did enjoy his Naked-brand strawberry-banana smoothie (5 stars). Furthermore, we thought that the prices were very high. My simple sandwich cost $15 plus tax! My husband said that his sandwich cost about the same price. Overall, we did not feel thrilled with the variety and quality of the foods or their prices, but we do feel thankful to have filled our stomachs.

Yelp
It was definitely OK, which was good enough under the conditions. But I have to add, that one member of the staff went above and beyond for us and I have to compliment the management for that. She made a meal available when we really needed it, and it was tasty too. It was a place to sit and eat it, with bags in tow. Which apparently is not that easy at Laguardia. We walked very far to find this as we had a sadly long layover. Our original flight was cancelled in schedule restructuring a few months ago, so our 2 hour layover, for a meal turned into a 5 hour layover. And problem with our incoming flight cause an equipment change that added at least an hour more. But rather be safe of course. I have not been to LGA since the new terminal was built. Having flown to and from here since the 70s, it is a welcome change. We had heard there were plenty of good restaurants for layovers, because it you destination is NY, you have better meals in mind. But the layout of the gates and eateries is wild and far apart. We walked a long way looking for more than a walk up window. This was it. But totally packed and with tables only a few inches apart and nearly all customers with bags, like us. We were greeted immediately and told it was full but with a quick glance around the host said she could get us seated in 5 minutes or so. True to her word, she did. But could we squeeze through to the tiny table for too, amid a sea of others and their bags? We could, but barely, and we are small people. As we sat down, we saw the QR code on the table to order. We have never learned this system so we asked for help, and she immediately took over, even reading the menu to us. But a quick choice for a NY staple was made for each of us. A meatball parmesan and mozzarella on an Italian roll. Perfect. And drinks. All came quite soon, perfectly hot and classic. Even in an airport this should be expected. After all, it is NY. The table of folks adjacent to us changed over mid meal. Quite an endeavor for all of us. They played with the QR codes, ordered little and left. Not a great system really for many people. My feeling is if you can get by with a slice at a walkaway counter near your gate, do it. This was good food, but very complicated, even just sitting there, though the food and staff were just fine. Even if I was handy with QR code ordering it, would have been a substandard eating experience, even for an airport, other than the actual food and one wonderful staff member, whose name I wish I had gotten.

Yelp
Peek the martini in the first picture, nothing but vodka splash of coffee. Second photo asked for baileys, it's all baileys.

Yelp
Terrible food. - Something very wrong with the scrambled eggs. Odd taste and texture. - Deep fried bacon. - the breakfast potatoes tasted and felt like they were days old. Absolutely horrible. The atmosphere is good but completely overshadowed by the terrible food. No way I would go back. Service is odd. Must use a QR code to order and pay, yet they have a lot of servers. I guess their role is to bring you your food and drink order. The problem is that they still expect the same level of tip.

Yelp
First the positives: I had a cappuccino and it saved my life. Really solid for an airport restaurant and modestly priced for the size. Definitely would order again. On to the rest of the review. As someone who spends a lot of time traveling, I have become kind of a connoisseur when it comes to airport food. Hungry and with some free time before my flight home, I decided to stop at Flatiron Tavern at LaGuardia and opted for the chicken club because the concept of toasted bread, grilled chicken, smoked bacon, and aioli sounded fire. So imagine my surprise when I received the saddest club sandwich I'd ever eaten: the thinnest, most lifeless, dry chicken; bacon completely absent; and white bread so basic and barely toasted it limped across the finish line. Also, a club sandwich insinuates multiple levels of meat and toppings -- this sandwich had a single piece of chicken which, again, was SUPER small and flat. At $22, I can say this was one of the biggest letdowns in recent airport history. The only reason this doesn't get lower than 3 stars is because, again, the coffee I ordered was so solid and the fries I got with my sandwich were crispy, salty, and fresh. The service was standard for a spot where you order via QR code at your table. As far as decor / vibe I'd say they're aiming for upscale, midtown casual, but the space is pretty cramped and for bigger people (like myself) it was somewhat difficult to enjoy my meal because of how they pack people in. NOTE: I also feel like the sliding scale for airport food is super lenient because it's always expensive and not the *best.*

Yelp
Since we left home at about 6am on a Thursday and had quite some time after going through security, we wanted to grab breakfast. Flatiron Provisions look like they could bang out solid food- but their getup is deceiving because food lacks. Aside from their bagels and omelettes (not sure if those are made on the spot), everything else is mostly processed and microwaved even down to the eggs in their 'Breakfast Sandwiches'. The eggs in my sandwich are so fabricated, I ended up removing them and ate just the bagel. Go for a buttered toast- I don't think anybody can mess that up. But if you want apocalyptic, pre-packaged eggs, go for it.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stopped by Flatiron for a drink before our flight. We loved the vibes of the restaurant - super bright and spacious. It is also very clean and well-sanitized. There are plenty of TVs around the tavern often showing sports. You order on the iPad and the servers bring out the food/drinks. Payments are handled by yourself using a QR code, and there are machines to swipe your card in front of almost every table/seat at the bar. Service was excellent and quick, and the bartenders were very friendly. Overall rating: 10/10

Yelp
It's an airport...I expect things to be a ripoff. That said, my bagel was actually pretty cheap for an airport ($4 and change for an everything with lox spread) although the quality was not exactly fantastic - God help anyone who comes here thinking this is a New York bagel. Got an Aperol Spritz, which was $16. The thing that irritated me is that it took 25 minutes for my bagel to come out. How long does it take to toast a bagel and smear some cream cheese on it? The bartender was on point and my drink was out pretty quickly.

Yelp
HORRIBLE will never be returning. Disrespectful and aggressive staff I was there yesterday 6 PM 5/14/24. I unfortunately I was present to witness a highly uncomfortable conversation between a manager and some patrons/a staff at this location. I first off, encountered a manager, who was a woman at the time brunette hair. She was speaking extremely disrespectfully and harshly to a employee at flat iron market, her tone and demeanor were highly unprofessional, and the conversation took place in the middle of the restaurant. This was not the right place to have a conversation about one's performance. And the manner in which she was speaking to him was highly, rude and aggressive. After this conversation took place between the manager and the staff another patron who viewed the event approach this manager, and told her about how her actions were disrespectful and highly inappropriate. In response, this manager ended up arguing and getting loud and also aggressive with the patron. Viewing this situation was highly uncomfortable and made me and the party of clients I was with very uneasy. I do not believe I will be returning after seeing the entire event unfold.

Yelp
The fries were surprisingly delicious, lightly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside! I was honestly not expecting the greatest food at the airport but I also needed to grab a bite somewhere since I have not had dinner yet. I decided to stop by this restaurant and I ordered the steak sandwich via the QR code they had on their dining table- they had 3 prong power outlets on every table/bar-top if that's helpful!. I found it odd on the customizations they didn't have an option to have the steak cooked a certain way, only an option to change the quantity of the item. I'm assuming this is because they are newly opened. The sandwich was pretty good, I liked that they didn't overly cook the steak and left it medium well. The buns were also lightly toasted too so it was easy to eat! I didn't give it a 5/5 since the waitress forgot to bring my beverage over but other than that I had a great experience here! I'll probably come back here to work while waiting for my future flights!

Yelp
If you are flying Delta, this restaurant is an obvious choice. It's located right at the base of the escalators and the decor is eye catching and inviting. But the prices are high and the food is just okay. Tables are jammed together where it feels like you are eating with strangers. Plus they use a QR Code ordering system, so you can pretty much forget about any real service. You are better off grabbing a seat at the bar where you will have an attentive bartender. Just be aware that if you have a morning flight out that breakfast ends exactly at 10:30 am, so if you pull up the menu at 10:25 am, you have five minutes to submit your order or you'll have to start over with lunch. Not really worth it unless you are rushed for time and don't want to wander around the terminal looking for something else.

Yelp
@ LaGuardia Airport. After taking a shuttle & walking so far to transfer to our flight to Albany, stopping at Flatiron Tavern was a wonderful idea. We each had a drink. A lager beer for me & an Old Fashion with Basil Hayden for my partner. We also had their Bruschetta with Goat Cheese, small portion but it hit the spot. Sorry forgot to take a photo. Trust me it looked as good as it tasted. Gave us both a second wind. A shout out to Leandro who took such good care of us. I love New York.

Yelp
Great setup for an airport restaurant with tablets to order table service; however, service was incredibly slow and backwards. I received my drink (just a soda) 30 minutes after ordering and finishing my food. A LOT of flies for a place deep in the terminal of an airport. And, of course, insane prices.

David A.

Yelp
I ordered lunch at the Flatiron Tavern in the Delta gate area. My order consisted of a Bloody Mary (standard), a grilled chicken panini, and fries. I paid $55 plus 20% right away, because I had to. The drink was basically tomato juice, the fries were heated up after sitting under a heating lamp--in other words, warm and stale. The chicken sandwich was good but, again, I feel like the panini was toasted an hour before and left under a lamp until someone ordered the sandwich. I know it's an airport restaurant, but I was expecting more...there's no way what I was served was worth $55, and there was nothing I could say to get a refund, because of the upfront pay policy. Please keep this review in mind if you choose to eat there--it might be better to walk 5 min to one of the other restaurants in the C terminal.
google avatar

Yousif A.

Yelp
The place looked really nice but the food was just alright. My wife's diet coke was flat (in retrospect should've just gotten a 20oz bottle from next door) and our breakfast sandwiches (mine on croissant, hers on an onion bagel) seemed prepackaged and just warmed. The positive was the pancakes - they tasted great (and likely took more effort, I guess explains why it cost 3 times my sandwich).
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
Well... tried it. For almost 9 dollars for a grapefruit it was hacked in parts so sloppy i had to make a big mess to eat it. Additionally the tea option failed so instead of giving me further options they brought me out one and said we didn't have what you wanted so we brought this one other option when they seem to have several on the menu. Maybe bring out a few next time? I had no idea if my honey or lemon was included and the drink was all half and half. 30 dollars later and i got water tea and a grapefruit. Do better please

Yelp
The service at this location is awful. I ordered cheesecake and they never brought it. I had to go speak to someone to finally get it. The cheesecake was not very good and the slice was quite small.

Yelp
I had a burger at 11:30am on a Tuesday/ Sat solo @the bar Pros: Everything (ordering/ reordering/ payment/ tipping)is handled on your phone with QR code. There are plugs (standard USA and USB) at each seat. The burger was absolutely delicious...and was accurately prepared. There are a variety of TVs. Food is made fresh. Cons: It's pricey. There is no formal server. Food will be delivered but any requests or ordering is done via the app.

David K.

Yelp
Service is nonexistent... everything is by QR code including ordering drinks. Had the club sandwich for $22. The food was okay but the prices are way too high even for an airport

Cindy W.

Yelp
Club sandwich came out with toast so burnt it hurt my teeth trying to bite into it. They acted like they were irritated with me asking for a new one. You place your order at the table and pay there, and then they never come back to see if you need a refill on your water or soda.
google avatar

Sarah Mae D.

Yelp
I ordered a burger and fries with a soda. Was it overpriced? Yes, but that's basically how a lot of airports go. The worst part was that I was charged THREE times for the same order that day. Furthermore, I was charged an additional TWO times for the same order another day. This means I've been charged a whopping $166.50 for a burger, fries, and a drink. I've since changed my credit card number. There's no way to call this place and you can only give feedback via a form at the bottom of the E-Receipt. I'm no working with my credit card company to get this charge disputed. What a nightmare.
google avatar

Yelp
What's with the ordering system - you can ONLY order food if you have a smart phone or your battery is low from being on a long flight (with no chance to recharge)????? At the sake of sounding like a luddite, when did we stop putting the customer first and focus purely on the business systems. I didn't eat here because I couldn't work out how to order and the staff were in their own worlds and not paying attention to anyone, so they were of no help. Great business model guys!!!!

Allan S.

Yelp
Good burger and fries. With a soda and non optional tip for $35 seems alot, even for an airport.

Yelp
A great find in the new Delta terminal at LGA. Trendy atmosphere and music with lots of sports on tv so I can work on my fantasy football team rosters. iPads on tables indicate you order and pay on your phone and the server runs your food and drink to table. Everything is very clean with utensils wrapped. Note you do order your drinks on the screen as well so when your server asks you need to also enter it on the screen. I loved the cold caesar salad -- not too much dressing, crispy lettuce and lots of thickly shaved Parmesan and black pepper. Staff is very efficient. My daughters penne with vodka sauce was super creamy delicious and she nearly ate the entire adult portion! Herb w olive oil bread was light and not overly greasy. Hubby had the Arancini which were generous risotto bites stuffed with mozzarella cheese and resting in a bed of marinara sauce -- cheesy goodness right there in a bowl! Now a word of warning -- the steak salad on the menu does NOT mention almonds. While a beautiful salad it does in fact come with almonds that are chopped. We have an allergy and he couldn't eat it and learned the hard way about almonds. Ok to him but much too scary to me!! It was a pricey lunch ($98) and I know it's the airport and it's New York........still! Overall we did not feel rushed at all and I recommend Flatiron Tavern!
google avatar

Jake H.

Yelp
My flight from houston to washington have to stop over to LGa so since i have 1.5hrs to spare might as well eat lunch and try this spot. I order Flat iron steak salad and side of beer total roughly $44. For an airport price u should be ready to pay little extra i'm fine with that as long as food quality is good. I order medium rare for my steak and they deliver well. The salad with steak satisfy my hunger so i'm giving them 4 star for good quality food and timely service.

Yelp
As expected when grabbing a bite at an airport terminal, you will overpay. But a lunch order of 2 sandwiches, two juices and one fries sets you back with $60. Ok.. it's grossly overpriced but at least you could expect some decent flavor. Please don't order the meatball Parmesan hoagie which is so under seasoned that it tasted like cardboard with some cheese and minimal sauce. Now to the very dry club sandwich.. it's actually hard to make it bad but they succeeded. Hopping that there is a minus star but I can only do 1.. Please avoid!!!

Yelp
Flatiron Tavern in a restaurant at the Delta Terminal in the LGA Airport. It's easy to find, but maybe not worth your time. Location/restaurant: I am not all to familiar with the LGA airport, but if you are over on the Delta side this restaurant is very hard to miss. It stands out, looks cool, has lights and tvs every where, and looks like it has a lot to offer. It has a restaurant side, a bar, and a convenience section. The best part of this restaurant is if there is an open table you can eat there. All you do is plop down at an iPad at an empty table and you are good to go. While you sit there are tvs for you to watch, you can play on your iPad, or do whatever you normally do at a restaurant. In the end the restaurant is small, but it has a lot of charm for a place to visit when you are stuck at the airport. Food/service: This is where it all goes wrong for me. To start with the service, the employees here need a little bit of friendly training. When I sat down I was greeted by a waiter that explained to me the restaurant and how to order. I was totally fine with that and appreciated it. Then a different waiter came up and questioned why I was there and that I had to order something. I said I already did and they walked away. Then a third waiter approached me and asked me if I knew how to order. I get it that some people might just sit at the airport and not buy anything but I don't need to be asked 2 times after the first wait showed me how to order while i wait for my food I had already ordered. It is very off putting and the waiters had bad reactions to me saying I had already ordered. Next up is the food, which after all this trouble wasn't really worth it. I ordered wings and 2 salads cause everything on the menu was too overpriced and I couldn't justify that while I wait for my plane. The salads were fine. Just your normal, okay salad. The wings had decent flavor, but them being dry took any enjoyment out of them. The food was just nothing to write home about. Overall: In the end Flatiron just wasn't worth the visit. I'm not mad about trying someplace new and the restaurant has a really cool feel and look to it. Just the food isn't notable and overpriced. In the end I will not be coming back here if I am looking for food at the airport.

Yelp
I want to give a zero star to this place. This place SUCKS!!! They got so many orders wrong!!! I got my salad and my husband waited over 30. Minutes until he got his?!?! Why!??? The kitchen was smoking and set off the alarms. Awful host and awful food. Ewwwww. Just ewww!!! Do not eat there!!
google avatar

Yelp
I walked out after seeing the wine prices! 23$ for a 6oz glass. Add tax and tip its a $30 glass. What a ripoff!
google avatar

Joe D.

Yelp
The food is decent, but it's the dollar-to-calorie ratio that's wildly bad. $50 for three pieces of white bread, one piece of chicken, one piece of bacon, one piece of lettuce (called a "club" which uh lol), a side and a drink. Really bad.

Yelp
My girlfriend demanded I take her to the most expensive restaurants in NY. So I took her to Flatirons in the Laguardia airport.

Yelp
The pancake quality was rather poor. The service was not terrible but the sheer quality of the food made me wish I ate before arriving. "What's the deal with airline food?" I'm not quite sure but this establishment surely exemplifies it.

Bella B.

Yelp
Currently in the airport and I wanted a table away from the music so I could work amd call clients. The restaurant is pretty much empty. Not one but two rude servers denied me an outer table (4 top and 2 top denied). One said they weren't serving there. The other said it's a four top and I can't have it. I noted the 2 top and the empty restaurant. Basically they don't want your business. So I'm currently at another restaurant with an $80 check and a happy server who is getting 30% on his top. Be a happy customer and don't go here.

John J.

Yelp
Truly terrible Told in tight timeframe when seated 20 mins before they started cooking scramble eggs I was sitting at kitchen facing seat $33 for a soda and food never showed They should be outlawed from even LGA!

Robert B.

Yelp
"Our take out orders average 35-40 minutes wait time", said the manager of Rossi Pizzeria/Flatiron Tavern in Laguardia terminal D at 7:30 pm on 2/25/22 when I complained to him of the excessive wait for a club sandwich and meatball parm. OMFG! 35-40 minutes per order??? Seriously? And they're not ashamed of that?? He thinks that is normal? He thinks that is remotely acceptable?? I would NEVER eat here again. First: $60 for three elementary items, not including any beverages: Extortion. That had me infuriated. Almost $20 for a sub par club sandwich? The bread wasn't even toasted; it was barely warm. But I have two kids who needed to eat, and this restaurant, which operates in D concourse of LGA, was about the only game in the terminal (the same operator for both restaurants across from each other, using the same kitchen). But the service? Ludicrous! Unbelievably inefficient. They don't post the prices on their reader board for obvious reasons; they'd scare the customers away. But they have a 'take-out' line, which is the most asinine setup I've ever seen. You order at one terminal, but you don't pay there. You have to take your receipt to another terminal where you pay. Once you pay, your receipt is then stamped by the hostess type person. Then--get this--she takes your receipt from you, leaving you with nothing! No record of your order in your hands. She mostly monitors the order line (which was not long--and the restaurant was not busy. Lots of empty chairs at 7:00 pm when I ordered). She teaches people the process of ordering on multiple terminals, because it is intuitive to exactly no one. But then: She is also the person who eventually goes to get your food from across the hall. She wanders back and forth between the two places. After almost a half hour of waiting for the two sandwiches, I asked for a manager and gave him a dressing down. That's when he informed me that their average wait time for a take out sandwich is 35-40 minutes!! And he wasn't even embarrassed by saying that! He thinks that is perfectly acceptable! Un fucking believable. I'd had it. I'd been in airport terminals and on planes for more than 12 hours already at that point and I was done. I've managed restaurants before. I also worked as a server for years.  I know how restaurants are supposed to operate. This was outrageous. I shouldn't have told him to go fuck himself, but I will NEVER eat at this restauranteur's badly managed ripoff tourist trap. That management team should be fired. That owner should be ashamed. I didn't even eat half the club because it was garbage--limp (warm, not even what you could call toasted) bread. I'm still furious, six hours later on my couch, finally home. Getting ripped off on outrageous prices for sub-par food is one thing. Horrendous service, a 35-40 minute per order average wait time by the manager's own admission, is just insulting and infuriating. I sincerely hope they go bankrupt.

Yelp
The well done signage entries us in for breakfast between flights. I was excited to have avocado toast, but when you arrive at your table you scan the code in and order on your phone with a limited menu which doesn't match the enticing posters. Our food was served horribly cold, I ordered hard cooked eggs-they were soft- we ordered wheat toast and were served white. There were very few people in the restaurant so I'm not sure why it was so slow and inaccurate especially for airport pricing. The Bloody Mary @ $17.50 was the best part. The server was a nice guy. We just ate what we after given and flew away.

Yelp
Don't go ever. Dined here for the first and last time. Ordered a chicken caesar salad and nothing about it was fresh, tasty or homemade. The dressing came from a bottle, the chicken was cold and stale and looked as if it was seasoned as chicken tikka masala (i.e. the chicken seasoning was red), the croutons came from a box (you know what I'm taking about). Hell even the romaine was not fresh. Add to the overall misery was the cost for this salad and the small glass of wine. I say small glass because for $10 more you can have a 9oz pour. $53+ dollars later I was fuming. What the hell! Service is down the drain and so is food.

Yelp
Worst experience ever! From the table, we had to order our meals via cellphone and pay up front, including the tip. That was fine...except..... Half an hour later my husband received the sandwich he ordered and I was not given any food. We patiently waited; finally, after another half hour (a full hour!) had gone by I received the soup I had ordered but not the meatballs. The waiter turned around to leave our table. I called him back and asked him when I could expect the meatballs. He said, oh...they are not coming. We don't have any. I replied that I had been required to pay for them up front, was never told that there weren't any meatballs until I had waited an hour, and would like reimbursement for the meatballs and the tip. He didn't want to do that and offered to get me a sandwich. I replied that we had to catch a plane and could not wait another half hour to get it. He said he would get the manager and walked away. After waiting another half hour to get the refund, asking repeatedly what was happening on our bill, and being told that the manager was coming (he never did), we had to leave to catch our plane. Before we left, the waiter assured us that a credit would show up on my credit card account. Five days later and no such refund has been made. We feel that we were taken advantage of and scammed. This place has a constant patronage of travelers who are on tight schedules; no reason to deliver what has already been paid for and no recourse for their actions.

Yelp
Didnt expect much, but was still disappointed. Ordered a simple bacon, egg and cheese on a roll. Fake eggs, stale bread, and a sliver of ham, all cold, for $13. Awful place.

Yelp
Warning, Check you credit card statement, I was at the restaurant on Oct 26 and was charged 6 times for 1 order. 3 times on one card and 3 times on another because I was told the first card didn't go through. So far I have been unable to reach the restaurant as their emailed receipt does not contain a phone number and texted them but no response. Hopefully I find a way to resolve but just a heads up.. Food was good.

Yelp
I enjoyed my steak sandwich and fries. However, I was disappointed with the service. I was asked to move to make room for larger parties and watched as other 1 person parties who do not look like me were permitted to sit in the area where I was.

Yelp
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My husband and I had a 3 hour layover at LGA and decided to stop here to grab drinks and an appetizer. We sat down and ordered our drinks. Immediately after receiving our drinks, the waiter came over to inform us if we weren't ordering food, we would be limited in the amount of time we had to sit down. We ordered food, and then waited over 30 mins for it. While we were sitting here, a young woman sat at a table for two and she was told to switch tables. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy at all. Interestingly enough, the waiter only had snide comments and things to say to the people of color that were seated at this establishment. Not that I was anticipating stellar service at an airport establishment, however, his attitude and lack of professionalism will ensure that we do not dine here in the future. Advice- train your staff on being hospitable and nor rude to patrons that intended on spending money.
