This place is so dope! I've been wanting to make a hat for a while. Priscilla was absolutely amazing and Lakin was super sweet helping me design my hat. There were so many choices of hats and accessories my mind was blown. I was very pleased with the finished product. It was my first time at this location and was shocked that there was a restaurant in the store. My lunch was delicious. Looking forward to designing a summer hat . I had a great experience!

I have been a loyal customer since y'all opened the Frisco store and have made many hats and purchased so many cute things! LOVE everything here. I can't say enough about how amazing Priscilla is. She designed the cutest hat EVER for me and every time I visit the store she has the BEST attitude and sweet personality. Love this place and I have found unique clothing and hat accessories everytime I visit. They have excellent customer service and went above and beyond for my group of girlfriends during our recent holiday hat bar styling experience!

My friends and I popped in here on Wednesday (3/22) evening and had a ton of fun at the hat bar. Our stylist, Hannah, was very helpful and incredibly patient. LOL And Mel (manager of Heirloom Haul) was a ton of fun helping us pick out hat accessories and bringing us bubbles. 🥂 They even stayed late for us to get our hats just right. These two made our night!

We held an event for my daughter in the event room and afterwards we went into the hat bar to make some custom hats. I just want to give a shoutout to Priscilla for making our experiences great ones, as it was our first time doing something like this. She was patient and a visionary! Her professionalism and outgoing personality added so much value to our experiences! We will be back with friends to experience this! Thanks Priscilla for our awesome hat-making experiences!

I had an amazing experience today customizing my own hat. Lots of options to choose from too. Priscilla assisted me and she was phenomenal with the patience of Job. Her attention to detail was spot on. She was a whole vibe. Friendly, genuine and personable. Her service is the cornerstone for a successful business. The place was spotless and the ambiance was great!!

Such a cute store, we ended up buying a few items from here as a gift and for ourselves. The girl cashing us out was super friendly including the lady wearing a cool western hat. Would love to shop here again!

My mom and I made a visit to personalize our hats at the hat bar. The staff was beyond friendly and asked us innumerable times if we needed help. They offered inspo books, their recommendations, and let us play around with all of the different options in styling. We didn't make a reservation but just came in with our own hats- if you bring your own in there's a styling fee of $25. We picked out all of our goodies and Lakin took care to style it on our hats and make it perfect. We had so much fun! It's definitely pricier than crafting yourself at home, but it's so fun to see everything in one space and have some pros help you out. Definitely would recommend for a girls day!

Visiting the Dallas area these last two weeks. My cousin brought me to this super cute store. Upon driving into the shopping center I knew this would be more of a high end store. When you first walk in you notice how cute the store is. Everything is organized and clean. They have a coffee shop and a cute area to sit at. Great place to meet up with friends and do some shopping. Their clothes are unique and fashionable. Lots of things I loved. Prices are a bit on the higher end but not bad. This is a place where you get that one of a kind blouse that will never stop loving. They even have an area that creates these beautiful hats. I will be coming back to this store next time I am in town. If you are in the market for a new IT piece come here!!! You won't regret it. I promise you will find something no one else is wearing.

Had my afternoon chai latte with cheesecake here. The place is busy on a weekday afternoon. The place is well lighted and fully stylishly decorated. They sell some one of a kind items. This place sells fashion women's clothings, fashion purses, home decor and has a coffeehouse that serves sandwiches, pastries, cakes, beverages, wine and coffee. They have private rooms and suites that can be rented. My chai latte taste great with almond milk. The cheesecake is light and delicious. Service staff are friendly and helpful.

My husband and I came here today for our anniversary not knowing what to expect and WOW! Our expectations were exceeded. Hannah was our hat designer and she was awesome. She was very patient and helped us out with any questions we had or when we got stumped on having too many trinkets; letting us know her honest opinion on what item would look better. The quality of the hat and the materials are top notch and the whole experience was a 10/10 for us. We had so much fun and I cannot wait to wear my hat every chance I get!

Such a cute gem in Frisco, TX with one of a kind finds!!! Clothing, furniture, small decor and art pieces, jewelry AND a cafe for light bites. :) The decor - 5 star. Definitely picked to a girls dream closet. Vintage prints and palm spring vibes, I'm loving it. The selection was great with high and low prices. I walked the store several times to to make sure I saw everything. I ended up grabbing a easy denim top for $28. I will definitely make my way back again. Enjoy some of the photos.

Popped in here for a quick shopping experience and ended up staying in for an hour browsing around. Such a fun vibe here...light and airy....great shopping and adorable gift ideas. They have a variety of clothing jewelry candles & home goods... And right next-door they have what's called "The bar". Inside this area of Fleastyle you can build your own stylish hat at the "Hat Bar". They also have a cute "plant bar" and "bandana bar"! Whoever thought of this concept brought your favorite Arizona-Cali Instagram account to life! Just genius!! And affordable price points too!! The staff were all super stylish helpful and friendly and I loved seeing all the women dressed so cute & fun! I wished I had more time and more budget but I will be back!! Ended up getting a gift for a friend and a gift for myself. LOL! They also have a lovely little restaurant attached that also a patio outside... It's called Heirloom Haul...A staff member mentioned they were open from 10 to 5 every day and they serve brunch style menu options including mimosas and frosé!! Looking forward to bringing my girlfriends here for lunch or early HH! Thankful we finally have a fun little boutique like this in Frisco!! You will not be sad you stopped in.

This store is a scam. Their return policy is store credit only, but when checking out they do not inform the customer of this. My wife spent over $200 to find a dress for a wedding but we can't get our money back. Store credit is of little use, as their selection is minimal and favors exteremly small body types. When we tried to pick out alternative items, we could not find anything that fits. If this store does not update their return policy, I would not recommend shopping here. There are much better places to spend your hard earned money.

I wanted to love this store because I like the idea and love supporting women owned businesses! It's a cute place with some unique finds but that's about where the good stops The restaurant attached just wasn't good. The atmosphere and decor are darling but it just misses the mark otherwise. The food was nothing special and way overpriced! My party of 4 felt the same way and we all got different items. Service could definitely use some improvement. The one thing that really irritated me is that they market items as vintage designer but what they sell is actually cheap sweatshirts and tee shirts screen printed with infringed copyrighted designer logos on them. They are not designer at all and frankly, I don't see how they get away with this!! Tee shirts, sweatshirts, hat bands, etc...they're all so tacky not to mention illegal to sell! I hope they come to their senses and get rid of their counterfeit items and stop trying to trick people into thinking they're buying vintage designer items, especially for the ridiculously expensive prices they sell them for!

100% recommend this boutique! I love shopping small and this one takes the cake! The girls were so inviting and made the process of decorating a hat so much fun. Can't wait to go back!

Made a custom Stetson. It is worth paying the $20 for a personal stylist to help get it right. They have different price points for hats so you don't have to start with an expensive hat if you don't want. Cute cafe inside, lotsa ladies lunching. Ask for Hannah at the hat bar. Very good eye.

This is a great go to spot for coffee and conversation. Heirloom Haul makes excellent lattes! I sometimes shop and it's a decent experience. The goods are unique and the ladies working are nice enough. Today I wasn't feeling up to shopping much, so I tried a few things on and found one treasure. I started looking at the great fashion jewelry and went a little nuts. I was most impressed by a young lady named Shea. She renews my faith that there are still attentive, knowledgeable and kind salespeople. She has a beautiful smile and wrapped everything with such care. It was the best experience and I'll absolutely come back to see her. She is a great advocate for your small but growing business and has an infectious personality. I had a wonderful career in luxury retail management, so I take excellent service to heart.

Wasn't told that their return policy was for store credit only. It is shown in the receipt (after you buy). Manager refused to refund even though it was returned in 2 days perfect condition. Make sure you love what you buy here, because it is yours.

So much work needs to be done here to elevate the customer experience. If you wish to return something you do not get credit back to your card/cash. I was told I would only be able to use store credit with a Gift Card. This is not on the receipt. You would have to go to their website to read their return policy. It did say on the receipt you could make returns up to a certain date. A little misleading? Fine. Ok. Moving on. I specifically asked if I could use the gift card to make reservations for the hat bar. I asked twice just to make sure and was told yes, I could use the card to make the reservations online. I tried and it wouldn't work and so I called the Store directly for assistance. Took me 3 attempts after being transferred then disconnected to get someone on the phone. The employee also said yes that I should be able to make reservations. Told her it wasn't working. She put me on hold to ask her manager and returned to tell me, NO I would not be able to make reservations using the gift card. I had such high hopes for this place and what they offered. But I guess all that matters is that it's aesthetically pleasing and that's suppose to be enough? With today's technology I think this business needs to step up their game by educating their employees and establish some common payment/transaction practices for the client who chooses to shop and have a "hat bar" experience at their store. I'm not expecting greatness when I finally do make my reservation and go. If this wasn't for a gift to my daughter already given for Christmas, I wouldn't even go at this point.

Thought we bought a vintage one of a kind Cowboys jersey and paid $78 then walked to Cowboys pro shop half a block away same day. We bought exact same item for $45, (45% less) and flea style refused to issue a refund, only store credit
