We had a great experience at Fleming's! Holly offered great suggestions and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was delicious and prepared just as we had requested. I mentioned at the time of making a reservation that we were celebrating a graduation, and there was a congratulatory card waiting at our table when we arrived. It was such a simple but thoughtful touch! We also received complementary chocolate truffles. We will definitely be back!

I’m a frequent Flemings visitor, specifically the one at town square. I’ve seen it through management changes and several servers, they never disappoint. My husband brought me here for our first date and it has been our place ever since. Last Saturday, he surprised me for a lunch date to Flemings (didn’t even know they opened for lunch). It was nothing short of amazing… everything I tried I had never had before and I’ve been craving it ever since. And our server Kate… you better ask for her if she’s working. She was covering for a coworkers shift the day we went in and we are glad she did. The lunch menu is amazing!! The Brie mushroom soup is 12/10, the Louise Shellfish salad is a 13/10, and don’t get me started on the barbecue salmon over garlic sesame rice and shaved brussel sprouts…. 10/10. And don’t forget the carrot cake!!! We were on a strict diet per our trainer and enjoyed the healthier less calorie meal. Thank you for an amazing lunch Kate, we will be back soon to see you!

Google
Steak was cooked to my request and was amazing. I had the ribeye. The meal was wonderful. The calamari had so much great flavors going on. Wife loved her Ceasars salad and the calamari also. The wait staff were very polite and attentive. Our waiter went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner to best it could have been. We will be back

My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and my upcoming retirement. Everything was absolutely amazing!!! The food tasted divine, the service was top notch, and all the little extras to make us feel special were so great!!! Our server Tee was beyond phenomenal!!! We will be coming back for sure!!!

Google
Was our 1st visit to Flemings. We had an excellent dinner! Our server Alan did a phenomenal job. We ordered the signature Tomahawk steaks and large seafood towers, and we were seated in a more private area, which was perfect for our company dinner meeting. Parking is plentiful and easy access off the Las Vegas Strip.

I had dinner here with some friends. The food was pretty good. I had lobster bisque and it was great. I also had bass, the piece was super small for what I paid for it, but it was good. The pickled onions that were on it were phenomenal. I didn’t like the bed of spinach, it definitely needed some seasoning. We also ordered pork chop and a special that consisted of steak, shrimp, and dessert. We had additional dessert a seasonal apple danish type dessert, it was ok, the presentation of it was beautiful though. We also had crème brûlée and carrot cake they were the stars of the dessert. Our server even recommended the carrot cake! It’s a reservation only restaurant and it does take a bit for the food to come. I will they did have a steady crowd in the restaurant. I would definitely visit here again but I work get a different entree. The set up in the restaurant was very nice. This is an upscale restaurant, so be prepared to pay a bit, my meal was $131.

Google
I recently dined at Fleming’s for the first time, and I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance of upscale without feeling overly formal or stuffy. It was welcoming and refined, making for a comfortable dining experience. The real standout, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly helpful and professional, guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed without being overbearing. And then there was the food—absolutely exceptional. Each dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor, making it clear that quality and attention to detail are top priorities here. I can confidently say this won’t be my last visit. I’ll be returning the next time I’m in Vegas for another memorable meal at Fleming’s!

My phots might not be the best but this steak was the BEST I have had in a long time!! Amazing service. Amazing side dishes. Amazing dinner experience!

Yelp
Just dined at Flemings in Las Vegas. The service was impeccable. There were four of us. My ribeye was a bit over cooked, and no less than three servers worked to be sure I received another that was properly served and the comped us a couple extra sides while we waited for another steak. The manager served the corrected steak and EVERY server worked to make sure we had a nice dining experience. They over did it with comped extra desserts. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Our long awaited date night did not disappoint! We love that you can come in casual or dressed to impress. Food was superb! We started with the lobster bisque, which was creamy and delicious--- I was supposed to share with my husband but accidentally ate it all up. For our entree, I opt for the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and my husband had the Prime Dry-Aged Ribeye. I ate the sea bass flake by flake so I could enjoy every morsel! It was divine! My husband exclaimed... now that's a steak! He ordered it medium rare and he said it was perfection. He hasn't had luck on our last 2 steakhouses--- they've been getting the temperature wrong. The chocolate lava cake looks sweet but it tastes more dark chocolate lava cake---- delicious but not overwhelmingly sweet. We will be back again!

Yelp
Oysters were outstanding. My scallops were the best I ever had. BUT my ladies King crab legs were very small. Not worth the money. Need to get larger ones for what they are charging. Ice tea was the best I ever had and I drink a lot of ice tea. Service was so, so. Could have been better. BG

Yelp
Ordered an Espresso Martini and assumed they were bringing me the Salted Caramel one on their menu, but they brought me a standard version. I try to review as objectively as possible, but this was just the way I like it. HEAVY espresso flavor, hint of booziness, and a barely noticeable amount of sweetness. The froth and presentation could use some work, but the ratios were on point. They got busy so I couldn't get details but it was one of the more enjoyable Espresso Martinis in town, at least for me. I was going to try the Salted Caramel one, but I just wasn't feeling the extra calories this day. Maybe next time.

Yelp
Outstanding service and delicious food The Sweet chili calamari was so good! We had the Flemings Steakhouse burger &. Chicken Caesar Salad both so delicious

Yelp
The waitress and her helpers were great. The restaurant is very comfortable and relaxing. The food came out at perfect timing and was delicious. Yes a little pricey, but you pay for quality and the experience, well worth it.

Yelp
First time at this location and loved it. From the minute we walked in the hostess and the manager greeted us. We really felt welcomed. My son and I had a quick dinner before a show and this was the perfect place. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The server was very friendly and attentive. She recommended a cocktail and a glass of wine with dinner and they were both amazing. The whole staff were very professional and attentive.

Yelp
This place never disappoints! The service was great, the food was awesome. It's not cheap but indulging in the delectable food they offer is definitely a treat! To be honest, my favorite part of my meal was the chipotle, macaroni and cheese, as well as the bread with wine infused butter. The butter was sooo good! It's always busy on the weekends so make sure you schedule a reservation time. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and our food came out quick. They offered a selection of different wines, and had a complete list of cocktails. This is one of my favorite places off the strip!

Yelp
Came here for lunch on a Sunday. They were pretty busy- our server seemed to have half the restaurant but was on point with everything so shoutout to him! Their pino noir by the glass is really good, food & dessert were also really good! Overrall a great, classic steakhouse

Yelp
I appreciate the consistency of quality throughout all of Fleming's restaurants. I was at this location for a business meeting and the filet mignon was perfect! It was cooked to the correct temperature I ordered and the seasoning was subtle but perfectly peppered. Service was attentive and I even tried a new dish, the burrata and prosciutto, which was fresh and flavorful. The cheesecake was a pass for me. Our meeting space was large enough but there was so much noise coming in from the main restaurant, it was hard to hear the speakers.

Yelp
Folks, let me tell you, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to fine dining. This place has a history, a legacy, that's truly remarkable. Since opening its doors in 1998, it's become one of the best in the business, founded by two incredible guys, Paul Fleming and Bill Allen. They knew what they were doing - and it shows. They've built a reputation on serving some of the best steaks you'll find anywhere, and trust me, I've seen a lot of steaks. The food? Incredible. They've got steaks that are just out of this world, folks. We're talking top-quality cuts, cooked to absolute perfection every single time. Whether you're into a tender filet mignon or a hearty ribeye, Fleming's delivers. And for the price? It's a steal. You get top-tier quality without breaking the bank, which is something you don't see every day in the fine dining world. But what really makes Fleming's stand out is the service. Now, I've got to tell you about Sterling. This guy is amazing, folks. We always ask for him when we go, and he never disappoints. He knows the menu inside and out, makes the best recommendations, and takes care of every little detail. It's the kind of service that makes you feel like you're a VIP, every single time. And let's not forget about the atmosphere. It's elegant, it's sophisticated, but it's also comfortable. Perfect for a special night out or just a great dinner with friends and family. The whole experience at Fleming's is just top-notch, from start to finish. Fleming's has built a legacy on quality, service, and consistency. They've been doing it right for years, and they continue to live up to the high standards set by their founders. So, if you're looking for a steakhouse that delivers on every level, Fleming's is the place to go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Five stars, folks. Absolutely the best. And don't forget to ask for Sterling - he's the real deal!

Yelp
My second time at Flemings and I give this place a four star rating overall for my experience and for the food quality. Service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and my family and I sat down at the bar area since it's first come first serve plus there wasn't a wait. The setting of the restaurant is your typical steakhouse setting which is a little dim inside. When you get seated, they serve you fresh warm bread on the house along with two types of spreads. We definitely had to ask for seconds since the bread was so good! We ordered a couple appetizers along with our main courses. The burrata with prosciutto has to be one of my favorites here at this spot. The poke nachos were recommended to us by our server and it was just meh to us. Yard house is much better with the poke stack and it's half the price. Probably won't get that again. Main entrees consisted of three medium burgers which isn't on their menu for dinner(usually they serve it for their social hour) and a New York steak with a side of Mac and cheese. The steak was really good and it actually had a lot of flavor. The burgers were seasoned good as well. I just felt like the burgers needed some mayo and it would've been perfect. Reason why I didn't give this place a five star rating is because of my burger being a little dry. A little pricey for dinner and will probably only come back for social hour.

Yelp
Perfect ribeye steak! It was so good we went back the 2nd night after flying in from Hawaii.

Yelp
The service was excellent at the bar. I had one of their promotions: https://www.flemingssteakhouse.com/promotions/burger-and-caymus Worth every last bite and sip.

Yelp
We celebrated our anniversary there this week and it was perfect. Our server, Adriano, was friendly, attentive and had really great energy the entire time. They placed a Happy Anniversary card on our table and everyone that came to bring us water or food wished us a happy anniversary, it was very sweet. We enjoyed the tomahawk meal for two. It was delicious and we had leftovers. They made our night super special and we're looking forward to our next meal there.

Yelp
Go see Natalie at the bar for a true chocolate martini she's extremely friendly. Great service! Thursday through Sunday are you Thursday through Sunday? I forgot Thursday through Saturday.

Yelp
We made a reservation for 5 on tomahawk Tuesday and were seated right away on a busy evening. Service was great, and we ordered a bunch of food and shared it all. We started with calamari (get it! Sweet chili sauce was amazing) and crab cakes, then Cesar salads (with prosciutto and capers - absolutely delicious). Our steak was pretty rare, despite ordering it medium and not the cut we ordered, but tasty nonetheless. The brussel sprouts, Fleming's potatoes, and macaroni were incredible. I'd pass on the asparagus and mushrooms next time. For dessert, we had olive oil cake (hint of orange flavor, warm with a crisp crust in the best way), chocolate gooey butter cake (so very rich), crème brûlée (meh), key lime pie (fresh/tart), and carrot cake (no nuts - yay!). We'd definitely do another Tomahawk Tuesday.

Yelp
The service at Flemings attentive was outstanding. Our server, Allen, was attentive, and knowledgeable, and provided top-notch hospitality throughout the entire meal. He was quick to address any requests and demonstrated a genuine interest in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance was inviting and upscale. The warm and elegant decor created a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere. Whether you're here for a special occasion or a casual night out, the restaurant offers a welcoming setting that complements the overall dining experience. The Old Fashioned cocktail I ordered was expertly crafted. The balance of flavors and the attention to detail in its preparation showcased the bartender's skill and expertise. It was a perfect complement to the meal, setting the tone for a delightful culinary experience. The culinary experience at Flemings was nothing short of exceptional. The warm bread with pumpkin and cream cheese sides provided a delightful start to the meal, showcasing a creative twist on traditional bread service. The Crab Cakes were a fantastic starter, offering a burst of flavor and a perfect balance of textures. The Wedge Salad was crisp, fresh, and wonderfully prepared, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. The Angus Beef Ribeye with Seared Scallops was a highlight, cooked to perfection and bursting with rich, savory flavors. The choice of seared scallops as a side was a brilliant pairing, adding a delightful contrast in taste and texture. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Bacon side dish was a wonderful accompaniment, providing a satisfying crunch and a delightful smoky flavor. The Sautéed Mushrooms were a savory addition, enhancing the overall depth of flavors on the plate. To conclude the meal, the Crème Brûlée dessert was a delightful finale. The creamy custard with the perfectly caramelized sugar top was a heavenly combination, providing a sweet yet not overpowering note to end the dining experience on a high note. Overall, Flemings offers an exceptional dining experience with impeccable service, a sophisticated ambiance, and a menu that showcases culinary expertise and creativity. This restaurant is a definite must-visit for those seeking a memorable dining experience in Las Vegas.

Yelp
Came here for a work dinner & one of the servers weren't very kind. Overall remaining staff great. Big portions NY Strip - MW, delicious Brussel Sprouts - Cripsy + Tasty Other sides - delicious

Yelp
What a great place to spend a birthday dinner (off the strip). Reservation is suggested. We arrived on time and was seated fast The hostess was great. Our server seemed to be more into the other guests (the bigger table) that he had near us. He laughed and smiled a great deal with them but was very blah with us. Needless to say, we still managed to enjoy our meal. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. My lobster was melt in your mouth tender. Dessert was great and the truffles that were given as a gift were delicious Birthday 2023.

Yelp
Great place for date night. The food was fabulous and our waitress Tiffany took good care of us. Right from the point that we drove up, the service was perfect. Management is doing a great job here and we will be back. The Martin's

Yelp
The Basil Hayden old fashion was the best. I'm truly not sure what has happened to this restaurant as about six months ago it was great, you could make a reservation and be seated at your reservation time, food timing was perfectly spaced out, and they honored whatever their website reflected. Tonight our experience was not good. Despite checking in at 6:30p for our 7pm reservation we weren't sat until after 7pm and our dining experience was rushed as we checked out at 7:58pm. While their website reflected and allowed a reservation for Tomahawk Tuesday they didn't honor it stating "not during the week of Valentine's" and when addressed with the manager she also wouldn't honor it reporting "oh that's weird, the website should have had it." Our Tomahawk was ordered well-done but we got it well and super fatty. We ordered crab legs that were cold and the meat was difficult to remove. The steak needed salt as it had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were really good. Def not happy that they obviously overbooked.

Yelp
Our party made a reservation for 7 in celebration of a birthday. When we were seated the hostess presented our birthday girl with a card for her special day. The service throughout dinner was wonderful. Very attentive staff that made wonderful suggestions and kept the drinks coming. The restaurant was clean and classy with a mixed crowd. There were families in casual dress clothes out for dinner and couples dressed up for a nice night out. The food was so delicious. From the ribeye to the filet mignon, all cuts were cooked to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese was the star of the show and the Flemings potatoes are a must. Overall Flemings did not disappoint. We will definitely come back to this location.

Yelp
I like the one in Newport Beach California better. Still they do it right, top notch. Moments like this you're glad it is Corporate.Mother Company is Outback.

Yelp
For my birthday I got a gift card to Fleming's and decided to check it out for lunch. The menu included dinner favorites and nicely priced lunch options. We opted for the Mushroom Brie Soup, Fleming's Prime Burger, and the Filet Mignon Sandwich. Everything was delicious and the service was quick. Compared to dinner, the ambiance was relaxed and the restaurant had a quiet hum to it. Will be back!

Yelp
Still a Great Steakhouse even after a disappointing Dinner last night. It made a reservation for 4:45 and asked for a booth, and was told that wouldn't be a problem. We had to make an emergency stop and I called at 4:30 to let them know we would be 15 minutes late. They said "No Problem." When we got there we were seated at the darkest table in the restaurant next to the glass, so that the exterior lights would occasionally shine on us. I had you use my I Phone torch to read the menu. The service was ok, but we waited 10 minutes to get the bill. The manager came by and I explained my frustration. She apologized but didn't offer any suggestions on how to avoid the situation. I know it was busy, but for $300 plus tip, I would not go back to sit at the same table. Still the BEST steaks, but this visit was disappointing. Recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Highly recommend this Flemmings! April, the Manager delivered "exceptional" customer service and made us feel like valued patrons. Every time my husband and I come into town, we come to this flemmings because their food and service is phenomenal. They also take care of veterans with a very nice discount! Our steak was made slightly more rare than what we were used to, and within a few seconds of speaking with April, no questions asked, she made the situation right and still delivered a wonderful 5-star experience for us! Definitely will be repeat customers!

Yelp
Wow! Can't wait to come back!!! That ribeye hit the spot! My family and I made reservations a month ago for Thanksgiving! They only had a few openings left so we decided to go at 1:30. They had a prix fixe thanksgiving menu already. It was all a smoking deal!! The turkey with the sides and desserts including a salad or lobster bisque was $59. If you wanted to upgrade to filet or the 20oz bone in ribeye..it was extra. Of course, we had to go for the bone in ribeye. I heard all great things about this ribeye so I had to try it! And surly were they soooo right! That's one of the best ribeyes I've ever tasted!! I got mine medium. It was perfect!! The seasonings were on point and it was easy to cut. Not chewy or dry. The fat of the ribeye made this extra delicious! The stuffing and mash was sooooo goood with it as well. My husband said this was the best stuffing he ever had! Beans were also delicious. We got the lobster Mac and cheese which wasn't really my fav. It was too cheesy and I wasn't a fan of the chipotle. I don't think I'd get that again. I'd like plain mac and cheese that isn't too cheesy. The tuna appetizer was fresh and addicting. I could have had more! Their bread was also very good with the pumpkin butter. Salad that came with the meal was okay...needed more greens. It literally was just lettuce with toppings. Nothing special. My brother and husband liked the lobster bisque. Dessert- omgooodness. Best carrot cake I've tasted. That was so moist!! I literally ate mine and husband's to-go slices. The cream cheese frosting wasn't too much! Just enough. Loved it. My brother's birthday brownie was very rich but soft. A little too sweet for me. Ambiance- causal. We came dressed up though! It's fine dining people! I expected people to be dressed up here. I guess people don't care at lunch! Service- I was going to take a star off for this since service was slow but it isn't their fault. I'm assuming it is because it is a holiday and they are one of the few places open that day and people could have called off. I will give them the benefit of doubt. Sterling though was on top of it!! He was so busy but made sure we got everything we need with a smile on his face! Great job Fleming's for making this a first time great experience.

Yelp
We visited Fleming's today for our anniversary. The service was impeccable! We were greeted kindly from the hostess. After asking if we preferred a booth or table, she advised us who our server would be. We were graciously placed with Holly, who was phenomenal! She knew the menu and advised us of her knowledge on our selections. Loved her style! Where do I start? We ordered a starter, which was the sweet chili calamari. Let me tell you! This is the best calamari that I have ever had IN MY LIFE! No lies told! I hope this is something that stays on the menu. I ordered the petite filet mignon with a side of Brussel Sprouts. 5 out of 5. My partner ordered the lobster tail with a side of mashed potatoes. He loved it. I tried the mashed potatoes and they melted in my mouth. To end the night, they brought us chocolate truffles! Just to add another tidbit, because this is a must, the bathrooms were spotless! Loved our time here! 5 stars from me in every area!

Yelp
This review is long overdue. This place is amazing. We've been a few times, but the last time when we came for my birthday we went all out, and it was just such a fantastic experience. Food was delicious, service was attentive, but not overwhelming. Seafood tower is worth it! There are so many steakhouses here in Vegas so I wasn't expecting a chain to stand out, but there's a reason they have so many 5-star reviews. They delivered a great experience that is so consistent. There's a reason it makes it to our list every time we think about steak!

Yelp
FLEMMINGS was very disappointed Sat night I purchased their $ 65.00 Special Filet Migon & Lobster Tail Stuffed with Crab Meat. It was a Horrible small Tail . Surprised for Flemmings poor Quality. Waitress was Excellent & service was good. We eat there quite a bit but last night was very dissapointing.

Yelp
I always enjoy visiting Fleming's steakhouse. I take my family there every time they're in town from the East Coast. Drinking in the atmosphere as we go in early to sit at the bar area and enjoy a drink or two. My wife always enjoys her salmon while I look forward to a nice bone-in ribeye or a filet mignon. All the staff are kind and attentive from the hostess at the front door to the servers at the table and bartenders.
google avatar

Laurie Y.

Yelp
This is a fancy steakhouse and very expensive! Very nice ambiance as there were 8 of us sitting in a booth! We got there early so had drinks and appetizers. The fried onion rings were gigantic, crispy and delicious! The meatballs were tiny and dry. The chicken bites were so-so. Stick with the Onion Rings! I had ordered the onion soup which was too salty so i couldn't even finish it! The 2 crab cakes were also too salty and very dry! I shared a Rib eye steak with bone in with my spouse! He ordered medium rare but came well done and burnt! Not good for a steak house to get it Right! Fortunately, the manager came over to apologize and remove it from the bill! By the time the steak was redone, it was too late as our whole party was done and i wasn't hungry anymore. Luckily, we gave it to our host to take home as we were visiting from Honolulu and wouldn't get to eat it! The banana pudding dessert was dry without any I don't think we'll be back!

Yelp
We came in for tomahawk Tuesday and it did not disappoint. Started with the carpaccio, moved on to lobster bisque and the Caesar salad. 20 minutes later, being rolled out on a cart, we had a perfectly cooked steak, Flemings potatoes, lobster mac and brussel sprouts. Finished our meal with carrot cake and crème brûlée. Wonderful service from the bartenders T and Sarah with a special shout out to Sochi, the greatest back waiter I've ever seen!

Yelp
We came here to celebrate Diane's birthday, and this time enjoyed a five-star experience. A Shrimp Cocktail was meaty, enhanced by zesty Cocktail Sauce. And a complimentary Bread Basket with Chardonnay Butter and regular butter was another welcome opener. A crock of French Onion Soup for me contained nicely caramelized onions and well-melted cheese, while Diane liked her bowl of Lobster Bisque. And a Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese Dressing and bacon was cool and refreshing. Then we both had double Lobster Tails which were sweet and delectable dipped in heated Drawn Butter. I joined my crustaceans with Double Cut French Fries which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while Diane dressed a well-cooked Baked Potato with cheese and bacon. Chocolate Lava Cake was selected by Diane for her birthday dessert (paid for), and it was presented with a Pistachio Cookie, wafers, two scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream, Chantilly Cream, and four Chocolate Truffles (complimentary). Service by Marcus F. and his assistant Brody was great, with water and Iced Tea refills regularly provided without request. This Fleming's will continue to be one of our regular go-to fine dining restaurants.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that while I LOVE hamburgers, I only eat 1-2 per year because they're so fattening. I spent days researching which burger I wanted. I wanted a high quality burger with excellent toppings. One that I could have "black and blue," have it be delicious and decadent, without making me ill. While not perfect, Fleming's burger checked off many of my boxes. The burger itself was made with prime beef and cooked perfectly. That said, the cheese was overdone and wasn't gooey. There was hardly any of the onion confit (although the little bit on my burger tasted amazing), and they didn't remove the hard core from the top of the tomato before slicing it. For the price, I would have expected better lettuce than iceberg, and it would have been nice if the ketchup was homemade or jazzed up. Yesterday, my husband and I went there for lunch. We each got a burger, and we split two sides - the truffle fries, and the baby kale & beet salad. The fries were just ok -- some were very soggy, and the tarragon aioli was unremarkable. The salad was the star of the day, and I wholeheartedly recommend it (even for people like me who don't usually like kale). The service was mostly ok, but our water was never refilled and our server never checked to see if we were enjoying our food. All told, this was a solid three star experience.

Yelp
Outstanding everything...... The Service, food, ambiance, and the dessert. I've been to many steakhouses and this one by far, is one of my top 5 restaurants to get a steak. Get the Ribeye. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I ordered a tomahawk and some sides for a birthday dinner I was attending. The guest of honor can't have sugar so instead of a birthday cake, we got him a birthday steak. I called Fleming's twice before putting in the order to ensure that the tomahawk would be packaged in ONE PIECE with the bone on. I was told multiple times that they can guarantee that the tomahawk would not be cut and taken off the bone. So I put in the order and picked it up at the restaurant where it was packed very securely (multiple staples on the bag). I definitely should have opened it up there to ensure everything was correct but since I was given so many guarantees about my very specific requests I figured I could trust it was done right. Wrong. They took it off the bone anyway! That one thing I asked them not to do. Super disappointing. I would have given this place 1 star if it weren't for the service. I'm adamant it wasn't the hostesses fault because she went above and beyond to help me over the phone. And based on the order paper stapled to the bag she made sure to let the kitchen know not to take it off the bone. But they still did. Truly unhappy to have paid so much for essentially a ribeye with a bone on the side.

Yelp
Have been to this location before but this visit wasn't up to par. Had reservations and arrived early. 4 hostesses at the check in yet we still waited to be seated at 6 open tables. After being seated we had to ask the runner for water. She was busy and doing the best she could to keep up. Service just seemed to be slower than usual. Went for the tomahawk Tuesday special. Eh. It's was less than expected as well. Portion was small and not cooked to request but by now we were starving. Maybe it was just an off day. This location is the go to spot for our corporate lunches and dinners with high end clients. Will give it one more try

Yelp
The ambiance was nice and they had a full menu of options. Service was helpful and attentive. Went with the prime bone in ribeye with lobster tail and lobster bisque as a appetizer. Everything was cooked perfectly and was equally delicious. Wasn't my top notch best steakhouse experience but definitely worth it if you are in the area.

Yelp
We went here for our anniversary and we were very happy with the experience. They treated us so nicely like we were the only ones eating. The food was amazing and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a special night out.

Yelp
I've put off coming to a Fleming's location back home in California for awhile. Like it's always been on my list, but never a priority. However, after visiting a friend over the weekend, she was craving steak. Luckily, she lived by this locaiton of Fleming's. My husband and I and her husband and her haven't tried a Fleming's at all, so this was an opportunity to pop all of our cherries. [APPETIZERS] Free Bread & Butter (5/5) - They served freshly baked bread with regular butter and a sundried tomato butter. Both butters were delicious, but something about that regular butter really stood out. Wedge Salad $16 - Split it amongst my friend and I. Nice starter - light and refreshing. If you're not a fan of blue cheese, skip out on this. Burrata with Prosciutto $17 (5/5) - Loved the flavors of the roasted tomatoes and roasted garlic on top of a spread of burrata and sprinkle of arugula on garlic crostinis. I didn't care too much for the prosciutto part. Beef Carpaccio $22 (5/5) - Enjoyed the capers with the drizzle of caper creole mustard sauce. All the flavors complemented each other very well and paired perfectly with the gruyere toasts. [ENTREE] Petite Filet Mignon (4/5) $53 - My friends were pleased with their orders. Prime Bone-in Ribeye 20 oz (4/5) $67 - My husband and I felt like our steak was a bit salty, so we didn't eat it with the bearnaise sauce. Even though we ordered a medium rare steak, it came out a bit more rare. So, we just ate more of the cooked bits and saved the rest to reheat later. [SIDES] Seasonal Pecorino Creamed Corn (4/5) $16 - Corn bits are pretty small, but the flavor from the chile jam and pecorino was delicious. Mashed Potatoes (5/5) $14 - Nice and creamy. Well seasoned. Chipotle Cheddar Mac & Cheese with Lobster $14 + $10 (5/5) - Good amount of lobster bits. More on a watery side. Loved the choice of catavappi. Our service was nothing short of amazing. We had our friend's baby with us, and both a manager and a server came to our table to check up on us. Our server's name was Kate. The ambiance is pretty dim-lit and upscale. However, we did show up in casual clothing. There's free parking available. What I thought was pretty cool was that they do deals on certain days like Tomahawk Tuesdays and Surf & Turf Sundays, so definitely check them out!

Yelp
What can I say about Flemings prime steakhouse? That has an already been said? This place is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment. You walk in the ambience is epic. It is a great place for delicious food all around. The server was spectacular. And was very helpful and taking our order. The tomahawk steak is what we chose and it was mouthwatering. The sweet chili calamari was something you have to try at first I was wondering where the dip was but once I've been into it, there was no need overall, I truly recommend this place the entire restaurant was clean.

Yelp
Went to this location while on break and it's always a great experience. The service by Steve and Brody was fantastic! My kids enjoyed their steaks, as always. Highly recommend this location. Nice, quiet environment, away from the Vegas Strip

Yelp
What a TWOSday it was. We had never been to Fleming's and after getting a family member an gift card for the holidays we perused the menu. We saw their Taste for Twosday special and felt this was perfect for us. We did make a reservation via Opentable and were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant. The Twosday special includes: a salad for each, a side for each, a dessert for each and then your choice between two meat selections (a tomahawk or a NY Strip + Filet). What we ordered: *Caesar Salad with no capers - delicious and good sized *NY Strip + Filet - scrumptious and came with three different salts. This was good exactly how we had desired. *Onion Rings & Mushrooms - fantastic and there was so much we brought some home *Cheesecake & Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake - we are grateful we left room for these and that we ordered two items that were such opposites. The gooey butter is like the softest brownie and rich while the cheesecake was nice and light. We would recommend all of these and if we went again, we'd duplicate this order. The wait staff was also tremendous. Our waiter was Jeff and Seth helped him out throughout the night. Our water glasses were never less than halfway. Seth was there consistently to help us out and in the end boxes up our leftovers. Not to mention, he brought us more of the cheddar spread for the bread because we went through that quit. Jeff took great care of us and answered all of our questions as we went through the menu. Also shoutout to Cory the Operating Manager who came and checked in on us during our meal. Overall, this was the perfect first date night of 2023!

Yelp
Hubby & I decided to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary with dinner at Fleming's on Las Vegas Blvd. Every employee we interacted with from the greeter at the entrance to the manager, Maryanne to our servers, Jacinto & Isaiah were amazing. The ambiance was nice & comfortable. Our food was cooked perfectly. Our beverages were delicious. Nice surprise of truffles for dessert for our anniversary. Only had one issue that we didn't realize until we got back to our hotel. Although I asked Isaiah to place ALL of the sauces in the bag with our take home containers, he didn't put any of them in with our food. Now we have no drawn butter for our lobster or crab legs and no béarnaise sauce for our Tomahawk steak. Guess the plan to have our leftovers for a midnight snack will have to wait until we get home. I'll be sure to check the bag myself from now on.
