Flip'd by IHOP

An inexpensive lunch which was surprisingly really good. I had a taste for pancakes and Flip'd did not disappoint. I sat inside to eat because I didn't want to eat cold soggy pancakes when I got home and they were brought out hot & fresh. The Blueberry to pancake ratio was good and the bacon was crispy. I washed it down with an orange juice and would stop by again if ever in the area.

Great place for a quick breakfast. Easy ordering set up. Delicious pancakes. Friendly staff. Will be back again.

Tried Flip'd last weekend with some friends and absolutely loved it! The pancakes are fluffy perfection! I had the strawberry and banana pancakes and they were heavenly. I also had a cappuccino which was very good. My friends had The Garden Bowl and The Classic Burger and they loved it. The employees were super friendly and happy. Very easy to order and you can take it to go or eat inside. Can't wait to go back and try the Double Blueberry pancakes.

First time here and great experience. The store is clean. You can see how the pancakes were made, really satisfying. Highly recommend pancakes🍌🍓🥞

Neat looking quick orders on 23rd street near Park & Lexington Ave, helpful Roderick orients self-order process & counter orders,takes verbal counter orders, contactless payments preferred. Flipd bowl pancakes better plain than w/wilted strawberries! Reg.Coffee w/self-serve almond milk, not conractless, Quick order pick-up at end of counter, seated Capacity ~20+ persons, kind staff chatting between cashierong,prepping food,bagging orders, need job description review to enhance customer-services like refill empty carafes of milk,creamer,etc. Attracting loud crowds, crying children, this place needs a microphone to stand aloud the noise and call out "order ready" for hungry customers to pick up their order

The food is great however the customer service is excellent! I’ve been greeted by every staff member once I did enter the establishment. The cashier was super friendly and made sure to ask my order twice just for reinsurance. Highly recommended

The place is nice, but the attention is very, really very bad. We were waiting for a table and they cleaned them all but not where I was sitting.

We had an amazing time here. The food was delicious and staff was really friendly. Overall we had an amazing experience.
