Google
This cute ice cream shop is in the Harry Potter area at Universal Studios Orlando, right in front of the fire-breathing dragon. There’s usually a line outside, so it’s easy to find🍨 It was super hot out, so I tried the Butterbeer ice cream and it was so good! The flavor, combined with the whole Harry Potter atmosphere, made it even more enjoyable. They also have classic ice cream flavors and sundaes if you want something more traditional.

Google
The icecream here was absolutely delicious and much needed on this 98° day! I opted for the vanilla waffle cone and my friends got the butterbear cone and cup. I would definitely try this icecream again!

Google
Great way to cool off on a hot Florida day! Fantastic flavors soft served and hard-packed ice-cream in your choice of a cup, waffle-cone, or fancy souvenir long-stem cup.

When we were in Harry Potter land mum and I had a wonderful experience with Anthony who had served me for my birthday and had made me feel extra special allow me to ring the bell and he had given a speech🥰🎉 I was very excited to try the butter beer ice cream and it was absolutely divine so delicious. I’m so happy that I was able to spend my birthday here in Universal Studios thank you very much.🙏🏼✨ Hogwarts really is a very magical place!

Google
I went to Universal Studios today with a friend, and of course, I had to stop by my favorite ice cream shop to get my all-time favorite—Earl Grey & Lavender ice cream. But this time, something new caught my eye on the menu: Butterbeer soft-serve ice cream! I couldn’t resist giving it a try, and I have to say, it was really good—I liked it a lot. That said, my Earl Grey & Lavender is still the ultimate favorite!

Google
First and foremost, nothing really sounds better than ice cream on a hot summer day, does it? Many H.P. fans seem to agree, but the ice cream is worth the wait. Like all else in the Harry Potter universe, this shop's theming is a grand testament to the series. We got two ice cream cones. The flavors are creative, starting with the obvious (being Harry Potter) Butterbeer, and Chocolate Chili, Granny Smith, and more. Definitely worth the stop in!

Google
Lines moved well. With a limited menu and several employees to help the lines were kept reasonable. The menu is big enough that’s it’s easily readable, allowing for decisions to be made before reaching the ordering point. The ice cream quality is excellent. The waffle cones they are served in are crisp and delicious. The employees weren’t the most smiley group that’s we’ve ever encountered, but I’m sure their job is mundane and repetitive. The butterbeer ice cream is great. The clotted cream was a different flavor but still tasty. Definitely a nice break on a hot day.

Google
This was my first time trying this ice cream parlor. Usually my sweet tooth is reserved for frozen butterbeer. I enjoyed this so much more. There was a huge variety to choose from, Ice cream and toppings included, but I settled for pistachio with chocolate chip topping. It was so creamy and delicious. I love everything Harry Potter and this was a great experience. I also loved enjoying my ice cream while watching the dragon fire at gringotts. Universal days always tend to run hot, so this was a great way to cool down.

Yelp
Pros: Wonderful ambiance. Where else can you get attacked by a fire breathing dragon while in line for ice cream? Service is great. Universal has really come a long way in the past couple of decades in terms of delivering that Disney level of customer service. Love the ice cream! It's very delicious, and just what you need on a very hot Florida summer day. Cons: No cons. It's a wonderful place. Tips: Get a waffle cone, get the butterbeer ice cream, and lick fast before it melts!

Yelp
Love this place!!! Don't get intimidated by the line, it moves relatively quickly. Maybe I waited 10-15 mins and the line was at the exit door. I ordered the lavender and earl grey ice cream on a cone. It was so flavorful! The lavender and earl grey blended nicely together. My boyfriend tried the butter beer soft serve in a cone and that tasted amazing as it sounds! This place has no where to sit inside, so you just have to go outside and admire the scenery. I highly recommend this ice cream shop and would come back to try more flavors!!

Yelp
I feel like this is one of those spots that is beautiful and fun, but the taste doesn't quite live up to the hype. I did go with soft serve, so maybe that was a factor, but I don't know. I tried out the butterbeer soft serve and while it was tasty enough, it wasn't super flavorful. It did look pretty though. The line was crazy long and wrapped around the building, but it did move fairly quickly. Overall great for a photo, but I'm not convinced it's worth the money. I'd probably rather just drink a butterbeer.

Yelp
Reviewed this place about eight years ago, and I'm here to report that it is still wonderful. Ambiance is very well themed, smack dab in the middle of Diagon Alley. And eight years later, it's not showing any sign of aging, I don't think. Service is top notch. Always smiling people are always working well together to advance the very long line. So if you see the long line and want to skip it, don't. Trust that you'll get through timely and can be licking your cone in no time. As for the quality of the ice cream itself, I have no complaints. If it was out in the real world, I might skip it in favor of other, better ice creams. But it's also not like a chain place or anything. It's satisfactory, and the unique flavors they offer make this place overall five stars!

Yelp
There was a descent line and really like zero room in here. I just kind of expected more... they had some interesting flavors available. Mina's supposed to be a good bread pudding but it was anything but good. In fact it had frozen pieces of bread in it which gave it a weird texture. The flavors was ok but not exceptional. So after waiting for over 45 mins to even place our order then paying the huge prices... the ice cream was literally not great. Again I just was expecting to be, like everything else, blown away. Come on guys you can do better then this for sure!

Yelp
This place is the place to go in universal Orlando studio side for ice-cream. It has special flavour and combination that you cannot find anywhere else in the whole park. And the special one, butterbeer softserve. The service is very fast so don't be afraid even if you see a line outside specially since the queue inside isn't that long. It is themed as an ice parlour in london I think. You have the choice 2 scoop of ice cream in a cone or single soft serve in a cone, you can also put them in either a small bowl or a souvenir bowl and can also get sundae. There's also a lot of topping to choose from. My first time here, I took a sundae in a souvenir bowl and it was fantastic. This time, I tried the butterbeer icecream. I don't like the butterbeer drink but I found out earlier on this trip that I like frozen butterbeer so I decided to try the ice-cream. And it was a good discovery! It was very good! I really suggest going here if you want some ice-cream.

Yelp
Popped in here out of curiosity and with an ice cream craving. In spite of a large line, the staff moved it quickly! They offer both soft serve and hard packed ice cream, in cones or bowls. I tried a come with two scoops: Dark Chocolate Chili and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The chili has some bite let me tell you! The sticky toffee pudding was also pretty indulgent. Looking forward to some more scoops next time, or maybe the soft serve. Yum.

Yelp
Spreading misinformation. Was told w/o a cone was $1 cheaper. Please inform staff to be on the same page.
google avatar

Linda T.

Yelp
Like the other reviews, long story prefaced: - no sampling - long lines - expensive I ordered the Earl Grey and Lavendar in a waffle cone and it was alright. I'm not sure I would come back again to order due to the long waits and how expensive it was. It also did not really stand out to me as some of the best ice cream I've had. Melts fast in the Florida weather, so definitely need to hurry up and enjoy.
google avatar

Keandra P.

Yelp
The menu is limited, focusing on some interesting flavors. They even have a soft serve butterbeer soft serve, very on brand for the Wizarding World. Which I did not get to try. They did not offer samples, but I did not ask. I went with the cup instead of cone and the hard ice cream (regular ice cream) versus the soft serve. I chose two scoops. Earl gray & lavender, and clotter cream (similar to cheese cake but not as sweet). It's nice to enjoy this on a warm day, while walking Digon Alley. No seating inside.
google avatar

Meagan N.

Yelp
This is a very cute place for ice cream, but I wish there was a little more to the inside like the other restaurants. There's a good variety of ice cream here for most visitors. I wish you could try samples although I'm sure it's due to the sheer volume of customers that they can't. I recommend visiting towards the end of the day so the line isn't too long.
google avatar

Yelp
We received vouchers for flights of ice cream with our tickets. So there were 3 couples who all had the same voucher. Not one of our orders was correct. Yes they were busy, but to get all 3 wrong is insane. The flavors are not very strong--some we couldn't even decide between all of us what the flavor was actually supposed to be. Even if this was free next time, I would skip it.
google avatar

Ben Y.

Yelp
It's expensive ice cream but at the same time it's not really more expensive than your standard "fancy" ice cream place back in LA. Overall I'd say they have a great variety of flavors and if you are a HP fan you should spring for the souvenir cup cause why not?
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
Delicious! I had the butterbeer and banana soft serves in a cup. The banana was more of that artificial banana flavor than real banana, but I still liked it. The butterbeer was my favorite, though. The line was out the door but the wait was only about 7 minutes, so not bad at all!

Yelp
Diagon Alley is a fun little gem unto itself, a Must-See corner of the park that is unlabeled and hidden in plain sight. The first time we walked through the unmarked brick path and happened upon it, I really felt the magic of the stories, even if only for the briefest of moments, before the reality of being a mid-40s dad paying through the nose for an amazing family vacation set back in. Despite this rapidfire existential experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The cool little shops, The Ukrainian Ironbelly dragon perched atop Gringots, and the cobblestone streets with nary a right angle to be found all add to the experience. And then, that humid 95° hits you, a full blast of subtropical Florida sunshine that feels decidedly not Potterian, and you immediately think the only thing that can fix this is a big serving of ice cream. Lucky for you, this little ice cream shop has just what the doctor ordered. The stanchions inside keep the line organized, and it moves faster than you would think; possibly because the menu is not as comprehensive as it is straightforward. Everyone ordered some thing; a couple of butter beer soft serve on waffle cones, and my daughter got some kind of monstrosity chocolate sundae looking thing and a fancy martini glass looking cup. aside: the cup is now used by my daughter's cat, not unlike the fancy feast commercial. Honestly, it was so warm and we were so parched, the ice cream really hit the spot; pretty basic fare in retrospect, but sweet, cold, and tasty. What else is there when you're hot on vacation? The usual destinations theme park premium price, but who cares? As my dad says in Vegas, "we're not here for a haircut.". Indeed.
google avatar

Amy C.

Yelp
I always have to stop by and get ice cream while at Harry Potter world. There's always a wait of some sort outside but today wasn't bad. We got the orange marmalade soft serve. It tasted more like Orange creamsicle but I still loved it.
google avatar

Kislev A.

Yelp
Butterbeer - flavored ice cream! Right in the middle of Diagon Alley in Universal Orlando! We need this in Universal Hollywood!!!! Though the line was long, it moved fairly quickly and they didn't run out of butter beer ice cream. Imagine if they did?!
google avatar

Richa T.

Yelp
I really wanted to give this more stars. However, I had a few issues with the service. Pros: + Great variety of flavors + Delicious ice cream + Definitely the best ice cream in the Park Cons: - My ice cream was half melted by the time I got a scoop - No samples for flavors - Expensive IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

Yelp
Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour is a ice cream shop located in Diagon Alley within Harry Potter's Universal Studios. It's right before Harry Potter and Escape from Gringotts. This is one of the best ice cream shops located in Universal Studios. There are so many delicious and unique flavors! You can choose from a hard scoop or certain soft scoop flavors. Soft Serve Ice-Cream Banana, Chocolate, Granny Smith, Mint, Pistachio, Vanilla, Orange Marmalade, Toffee, Toffee Apple, Strawberries & Cream Served in a Waffle Cone - $5.99 Served in a Souvenir Glass - $7.49 Hard Pack Ice-Cream Chocolate Chili, Apple Crumble, Vanilla, Salted Caramel Blondie, Chocolate, Clotted Cream, Earl Grey & Lavender, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate & Raspberry, Strawberry & Peanut Butter Served in a Waffle Cone - $6.99 Served in a Souvenir Glass - $8.49 The wait wasn't too bad when we had got some ice cream from the Parlour, around 15 minutes. Sometimes, we'd see the line extend outside the Parlour shop towards the evening hours. We decided to order the following 1) Butterbeer served in a waffle cone. Shortbread crumbles. 2) Chocolate Hard Pack, served in a bowl. 3) Salted Caramel Blondie, served in a bowl. Shortbread crumbles. The toppings or additions, came on the side in a small bowl. I wouldn't order any toppings next time as it's difficult to use without proper seating. The Butterbeer soft served was good; very flavorful and had similar flavor to the hot butterbeer or frozen butterbeer drinks. The Salted Caramel Blondie was delicious! There was plenty of Blondie bites mixed within the Salted Caramel. We ended up taking our ice cream over to the Tales of the Beedle Bard Show. My daughter enjoyed her chocolate ice cream. For the price, there was decent amount of ice cream provided. Next time, I'll have to try their clotted cream.
google avatar

Eliza R.

Yelp
Loved Florean Fortescue's! The inside is cute and the servers very helpful. I had the salted caramel blondie and the sticky toffee pudding ice cream - the flavors were great! The flavor assortment was unique and they had a lot of options. Definitely worth a try if you want ice cream at universal!
google avatar

Raegan L.

Yelp
Mr. Fortescue serves up some unique, delectable ice cream- I'll tell you what! For an American gal like myself it's also super refreshing to see more uncommon flavors (because the ones here are more typically popular in the UK because Harry Potter takes place there, duh) such as strawberry peanut butter, earl grey and lavender, clotted cream, toffee apple and more. You can get it in a cone or a souvenir cup. Those are your options, that's all you get. You can get the occasional topping as well but it's at least a dollar extra per topping. Most always the line is long here because I really do think it's the best ice cream offered in both Universal parks. They also have some options between soft serve or hard packed ice cream, but not every flavor comes in either consistency. Oh, and this is one place where you can get the treasured butter beer ice cream as well. My personal favorite I've tried thus far has to be the chocolate chili, it's a spicy ice cream and it is fantastic. Super chocolate rich and you slowly start to feel a burn in the back of your throat from the chili after a few minutes. It's awesome. I also enjoyed the toffee apple a lot, it's pretty much a calm caramel apple. And if you love banana runts or banana lady taffy then you definitely want to try the banana ice cream. Cheers to Mr. Fortescue!
google avatar

Steven W.

Yelp
One of my favorite ice cream shops at Universal Studios, located in Diagon Alley across from Escape From Gringots. Always a line but worth it. I love the apple/pear ice cream as the sweet and tart compliment each other so well. Definitely refreshing on a hot day! They have a wide range to choose from. You cannot go wrong!
google avatar

Rachyl D.

Yelp
The butterbeer soft serve deserves 10 stars!!! Only knocked a star off because we haven't liked any of the other flavors and the staff isn't always the most friendly, but they're always really busy so I understand! Don't miss the butterbeer soft serve, probably can feel free to skip anything else.
google avatar

Chelle L.

Yelp
Delicious ice cream and plenty of flavors to choose from! We stopped here a couple of times while in Harry Potter world because we liked it so much. Not to mention the great view of the dragon that you get even if you're standing outside in the long line! One stop here, we got the earl grey and lavender flavor ice cream and the chocolate chili ice cream. The earl grey and lavender was so good and not too sweet - I'd get that one again if I could. The chocolate chili had more of a kick than we were expecting from the chili but still good. I think another time we stopped here, we got the orange marmalade soft serve in a waffle cone and that was also tasty! Would love coming here again all the time if I could.
google avatar

Tricia G.

Yelp
A true delight for your taste buds! We ordered the apple crumble and sticky toffee. Yum! Yum! Yum! So delicious, delightful, and decadent. Creamy and nice size bits in the scoops. Enjoy your ice cream in the waffle cone. The cones are delicious, too. You're welcome for the tip.
google avatar

Lei D.

Yelp
Really good ice cream! I had earl grey and lavender, and there was a huge amount of ice cream for only 7 dollars. The staffs are really patient, and although there was a child before us throwing a tantrum for not getting what she wanted, the staffs remain professional to them and to us. I really enjoyed how the place is decorated. Out of all the ice cream places, I'd say 7.5/10, but rounded up for the service.
google avatar

Jennifer H.

Yelp
It's a long line to get in, but it's worth waiting on a hot day. It's better than the standard park ice cream options but with limited flavors and options. The best part of waiting in line is seeing the dragon breathe fire!
google avatar

Shanelle S.

Yelp
If you're thinking about whether to get ice cream or not, just do it. You can order and then eat your cone in line at the Gringotts ride. There was always a line when we were there on a Saturday afternoon, but it moved fairly quickly. You have the option of getting a cone or a souvenir cup (extra cost). They have hard packed ice cream and soft serves, in addition to more elaborate concoctions. I opted for the clotted cream, which was tasty and is a good option if you don't want something too sweet. The butterbeer tastes a little too much like root beer for me, but it's iconic. The Earl Grey and lavender is another good option if you want something a bit more out-of-the-ordinary. Credit cards accepted. There's no seating but you can get a good view of the dragon breathing fire at 10 minute intervals atop the bank. No samples. Service was friendly and efficient.
google avatar

Stacy K.

Yelp
This is an amazing place! I dream of coming here and getting their ice cream. Yes, it is pricey! If you are not a Harry Potter fan, or love exploring new ice cream shops, perhaps your money is truly better spent elsewhere, but honestly, I road trip for ice cream!!!! Or more accurately, I flew down here for a cone. It is very hard to decide which type of ice cream to order, hard scoop or soft serve. If you order the scoopable ice cream, they allowed us to get two flavors each for a single scoop (really a double scoop). In the past I had the strawberry and peanut butter and the sticky toffee, both amazing. This time I went for the soft serve toffee. Very creamy and delicious. This is a treat I look forward to every time I am here. My family also loves the soft serve butterbeer, one child gets that every time, and the raspberry chocolate cone. I am a creature of habit, but check out all of the flavors before you buy, because they are delectable. If you are not able to get to this shop, I have seen them sell the ice cream in cups with lids at different outdoor stands along with water bottles and other drinks. They may also have the ready made cups in some of the restaurants if you are unable to get into this shop. But if possible come here for a sweet experience you won't regret!!!

Yelp
Hidden within Diagon Alley in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, this fun little ice cream joint is a must-hit. Not only do they have some truly unique flavors, but they have Butterbeer in my 2nd favorite form. The staff is always very helpful and willing to assist in finding you the perfect flavor. I just wish they had a little more to offer. My only tip is to get there early. The line to get ice cream here gets hectic sometimes, especially in the Summer.
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Favorite Ice cream place in all of Universal's Orlando. Located in Diagon Alley on the Universal Studios side of the theme park. Their soft serve with mint is really delicious as well if you like sweeter soft serves. I opt out of the syrup this time. The soft serve is so delicious here because it's not too creamy and sweet. The waffle is always fresh and crispy.
google avatar

Paulina S.

Yelp
Interesting selection in flavors, went with the butterbeer ice cream, and I think its best to stick with the frozen butterbeer instead
google avatar

Kelli B.

Yelp
Love the Butterbeer ice cream here! I get the waffle cone and share with my friends. Definitely a park favorite. Plus there's a fire breathing dragon outside - how can you top that?! Today TMs Edward and Erin helped me out!! #UOFistBump
google avatar

Leesa C.

Yelp
Cute shop inside of diagon alley at universal. A lot of flavors. We had the butterbeer ice cream and the Earl gray with lavender ice cream on cones. They give a generous scoop and it is so delicious esp on a hot day!! We came back a second time to try the salted caramel blondie which was my husband's favorite. Would love to try all the flavors!! Usually a long line.
google avatar

Catherine L.

Yelp
The vanilla hard ice cream was really great. It was kind of light and airy, and it had a really nice flavor. I'm sure you're going for the butter beer, and that's worth trying, but the vanilla is the best.
google avatar

Minna H.

Yelp
A delightful ice cream shop inside the magical diagon alley! Both the soft serve flavors and hard ice creams were so yummy -- a must-try spot! Highlights: - strawberries and cream soft serve: just tasty and refreshing, recommend on a cone - Granny Smith soft serve: more sweet apple notes and not tart, refreshing and yummy - Earl gray & lavender: subtle flavors of both, even folks who are huge fans of these flavors will find it clean tasting Less enthused: - inconsistent portions: I purchased 4 ice creams in 2 separate occasions -- depending on who serves you, you either can get a substantial amount of ice cream or a dinky portion that seems to already be melting. Def speak up if you get a cone/cup of already melting soft serve -- they will remake it for you as it depends on the machines.

Yelp
Holy cow y'all ..... I don't know if it's the buttercream level or what- but this stuff, is FIRE! Clotted cream is amazing- chocolate rasberry is decadent- strawberry peanut butter (Harry's first taste !) also lovely- butterbeer soft serve also... interesting! You're forced to get 2 scoops but at least can get 2 flavors. And whoa tender thin waffle cones !! Not to be missed !

Yelp
The Basics: Florean Fortescue's is located in Diagon Alley in Universal Studios. This is a small ice cream parlor that features both soft serve and regular ice cream types. There are many creative flavors including: Butter Beer, Strawberry & Peanut Butter, and Earl Grey & Lavender. Things I like: The ice cream favors are creative and this store is straight up fun. It's exciting to be in a Harry Potter themed ice cream parlor and the flavors are something different than you will likely find in a regular ice cream shop. I ordered the Butter Beer Soft Serve ice cream and I enjoyed it very much. It was very smooth and soft and great for a hot day in the park. However, it pretty much just tasted like vanilla with some light butterscotch flavoring on top. I didn't mind this, but some who want a strong flavor of Butter Beer may be disappointed by this flavoring. Things I didn't like: The lines in this space can get very long. It's a very small store so the lines will often extend outside. Therefore, just be ready to wait for a bit if you come here. However, when I went, the line moved quickly and it only took about ten minutes. Overall, I'd highly suggest stopping at this fun location as part of your time in Diagon Alley in Universal Studios. The flavors are creative and the ice cream is delicious.
google avatar

Carrie G.

Yelp
We always come by this place for ice cream! I've had their butter beer ice cream before and it's definitely much more tolerable in terms of sweetness than real butter beer. This time around I got the clotted cream, which was interestingly sour in a good way and the sticky toffee pudding was perfectly sweet not too much and not too little. Would definitely recommend trying!
google avatar

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Strawberry peanut butter - tastes like peanut butter jelly sandwich Earl grey lavender - delicious
google avatar

Alexandra Z.

Yelp
Definitely worth the stop! I've tried something different every time I've been here. I've had the banana soft serve ice cream served like a hot fudge sundae, butterbeer soft serve, earl grey lavender hard pack ice cream, chocolate hard pack, salted Carmel blondie hard pack ice cream, and the strawberry peanut butter hard pack. They were all fantastic. I look forward to trying more flavors next time I go! Definitely recommend stopping in here for some unique ice cream flavors!

Yelp
Because it's Universal, and Harry Potter to boot, you already know that it's going to be one of the more expensive ice creams you've ever had. Thankfully it's quite good in the taste department as well. The waffle cones come with two scoops; I had my heart set on the Salted Caramel Blondie ice cream and there just weren't any other flavors that seemed to be a good match (the server suggested something that would be like apple pie but I'm not about that life) so two scoops of the Blondie is was for me. And it was delicious! My only complaints besides price are that the line moves laughably slow. I would think they could improve this system and in turn, sell more ice cream as several people left, deciding they would rather go somewhere else.

Yelp
Looks like an extremely old establishment and needs some updates. Yes, I'm aware it's universal but it was very dirty and looked really outdated. Super crowded and 0 social distancing. On the brighter side, ice cream was decent. My son enjoyed his ice cream on a hot 100 degree day!

Yelp
Best freaking ice cream I've had thus far!!!!! I don't even know how they make it look the way it does. I can't even explain how soft and incredibly cloud like the texture feels in your mouth!! - maybe I just did haha - no but seriously! This place is a must try when visiting Harry Potter. It's too bad there aren't many of these around the world. I got here early so I didn't have to wait long which was great, I tried to come around before leaving to have one more cone and the line was ridiculous.

Yelp
Delicious flavor combinations--I chose the hard ice cream (you can pick two flavors)-- clotted cream and salted caramel blondie. Clotted cream was described as cheesecake but it was like tart frozen yogurt. Sad there weren't many blondie bits.

Yelp
Lovely shop with exclusive flavors only known to Harry Potter buffs. Didn't matter what I got, always rich, creamy, and unique. Every day I was in the park. I had to have a hand at my daily flavors. Favorite hands down is the chili chocolate. Flavorful and dense with a little kick. It is a must to to stop here. Only issue is line is always long and prices are of course on the higher end. Double scoop currently averaging about $7 in a cone or cup.

Yelp
Enjoying a Butterbeer ice cream cone from Florean Fortescue's is a magical treat that should not be missed at Universal - it's also my favorite way of enjoying Butterbeer (yes, I have tried all the others: regular, frozen & (seasonal) hot drinks, fudge and Potted Cream). I have tried other flavors (Earl Grey Lavender) here once, which were delicious & different from flavors you can buy anywhere, however, Butterbeer is the only one I will ever buy again. It's so delicious! The Butterbeer is soft serve & reminds me of the Flake cones you get in the UK. They're ice cream, but also taste like stiff whip cream has been folded into the ice cream after it's been frozen. It's slightly different than what we eat in the US. You can get Butterbeer ice cream at The Leaky Cauldron & Three Broomsticks (Harry Potter sections of both Universal Parks), however, it's not served right out is the soft serve machine. Florean Fortescue is the ONLY place to buy a proper cone of Butterbeer ice cream!

Yelp
So so so yummy! You can tell the ice cream is made with fresh cream and high quality ingredients! The waffle cone was delish! Highly recommend the butter beer and pistachio flavored soft serve

Yelp
Nothing's better than ice cream in a hot day... and when you have a massive stone dragon breathing fire on you from above in Diagon Alley, this little ice cream shop was a perfect stop. They have some pretty cool specials here. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone a bit and order something rather than the usual chocolate or vanilla. I ended up getting the Chocolate Strawberry Peanut butter ice cream Sundae with hot fudge and shortbread crumbles. Something about strawberry and peanut butter just makes me think that shouldn't work... but it did! I honestly loved it. The ice cream itself was really tasty. The crumbles, although a bit messy, added a nice little crunch to each bite. And the hot fudge at the bottom is always a nice surprise. The souvenir glass it came in was a nice touch too. There's a ton of places to get ice cream at Universal but this is one of the few places devoted to only ice cream. They also have butter-beer soft serve ice cream, which is always a nice way to fully immerse yourself in the world of Harry Potter. This place is definitely worth stopping in on your way to Homemade Station.
