"Out near Laguna Gloria on West 35th Street, Flo’s Wine Bar is, well, a wine bar (and bottle shop). On any given day, you’ll find about 15-20 options by the glass, with a longer list of wines available by the bottle. Tons of windows means the space gets plenty of light, making this a great spot to spend the afternoon.
