Flour + Water Pizza Shop

Place was great. Draft beer menu was small, but had some local options which is always a treat. Tried the following foods: Pickled Veggies - Fantastic Mozzarella Sticks - Fresh and full of flavor Margherita Pizza - A great example of a classic margherita. Fresh Basil, great cheese and sauce

Absolutely loved the genuine, friendly service and great food here. Service was a team effort with everyone going out of their way to be sure we were taken care of. Appetizers (Brussels sprouts and mozzarella sticks) were so tasty. We each ordered our own pizza and all 3 were delicious--extra pieces of each kind found their way into a box to enjoy later.

This place is special! However, not everyone knows it yet. Which does well for not having to wait in line and finding a table. The atmosphere is light and laid back. Their service was prompt and helpful. I follow their IG page and was aching to come try the Big Slice (add pepperoni). Well, you should know that there is basically two different locations in one building. There's the pizzeria and the pizza shop. For the Big Slice, you have to go the pizza shop (basically, the other end of the kitchen counter). The pizzeria only do whole pizza pies. You can get appetizers from both sides. Speaking of sides, the magnificent mozzarella sticks with unfathomable cheese pull are a must try! And yes, get the ranch. I added Abuela's Sweetheat Chili Crunch to my ranch, and it was absolutely delicious 😋 Now the Big Slice, this thing was freaking phenomenal 😍 I added pepperoni and the peps came out cupped and charred! Which is to say it was perfect 🥰 Also, the Lloyd pans they use for this Big Slice are exceptional 👌🏽 By the way, coming out of the pizza shop I noticed that Tony's across the street had a huge line. Honestly, the pizza at Flour + Water is much better than Tony's (imho).

I personally love this pizza place. The slices are sort of a mix of Roman style and Detroit style. The crust is really crispy, and they make fresh pizzas constantly. They have bathrooms and drink options, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Would recommend for a quick bite at a casual pizzeria!

Ordered on Doordash. Even though the pizza is super thin, it came hot! The flavor was wonderful especially the pesto one. They were nice and crispy on the edges. However, I have to take off one star because my jaw started to hurt by my fourth slice from chewing so much. I had to take a break for an hour before I could eat again because there was too much gluten development in the dough. I haven't had that happen with any other pizza so it was weird. My jaw gave out from exhaustion.

This is one of the best spots in the city to get pizza. Everything was excellent. Pepperoni pizza and cacio pepe pizza were cooked perfectly.

Okay Margherita. Too cheesy to be truly Neapolitan. Tomato sauce was good. Still nothing on Napizza’s Margherita

Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t expect the cheese to be perfectly crisp on the crust and throughout the pizza. I am floored.
