Delightfully fresh and fantastic! Great variety of fresh, healthy offerings. Non-meat protein options are much appreciated! The tofu was nicely crisped and sliced. The eating area is open and bright. Great place to meet friends and enjoy a leisurely and delicious lunch.

Google
Outstanding customer service! The braised beef was flavorful and a bit spicy. The avocado hummus was pretty bland. The portion sizes are small for the cost. I ordered extra meat and I still felt like I was short. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The food is cafeteria style. They bring the food to you. Definitely a great option for healthy food.

Google
I was really impressed with how willing they were to work with my food allergy. Very helpful staff. Food was great, too!

Google
Modern day hippy vibes meets healthier food is how I describe Flower Child. The staff radiates peaceful and happy energy, which follows through to the atmosphere of the place. The gluten-free baked items they offer are almost good enough in terms of not only taste but texture that I’ve considered converting to a GF lifestyle. The Forbidden Rice with a protein is a staple for me. I feel satisfied but not bloated when I’m finished eating it, which I think means they use good ingredients.

Google
Flower Child is one of few restaurants that are a go to for me. I order the Forbidden Rice Bowl with Salmon and it is SO GOOD!!!! I swear the guy cooking puts love in every bite.....I know I close my eyes when I'm eating, no driving allowed.

Google
Came here for dinner during the week a few times while visiting Dallas. It was busy both times, but plenty of open tables. You order at the register, they give you a number, and they deliver your food when ready. Other than that, it's self-service for your drinks and condiments. They do bus the tables after you're done. As far as the food, there's plenty of food options from mainly sandwiches and salads. I picked different salads each time and both were equally as delicious. You're able to add a protein to any salad for a small fee. Service was friendly when ordering. Restaurant was clean and they were very efficient in delivering the food and cleaning the tables.

Google
Flower Child is the place to go for a healthy quick meal. You order at the counter, and the food is brought to you quickly. There are so many things I want to try, but always stick to the broccoli and mac and cheese because it is so good. The broccoli is cooked with a tangy lemon sauce, and the mac and cheese is creamy, cheesy goodness. The salmon and shrimp were not dry and seasoned well. For the price, I do wish the portions were larger, but smaller portions are probably part of being healthier.

Google
Literally the absolute best. Gluten free and customer conscious, I couldn't have asked or a better establishment for food and family friendly feel. 100% would recommend again and again. Management cares, and that's extremely important in our community! First time here and MOD Kane, and Henry, let's support those hwo support us! LET'S GO!!! Much love to yall and for caring about your community!

Yelp
I love Flower Child. They have lots of healthy options and just good stuff in general. Open dining area with lots of windows and sun. The wraps were good. The bowl options are great. Just had the avocado toast myself which is good for sharing.

Yelp
This is the second disappointing experience I've had at the Inwood Village location. Today, we ordered 1 Turkey Avocado Salad and 1 Shrimp Avocado Salad. Out mine came with iceberg lettuce, no turkey, no avocado. My friends salad had a few shrimp thrown on top of iceberg lettuce. I took my salad back to staff and asked for the correct salad. She brought back my original iceberg lettuce bowl with a little turkey and no avocado at all. I ate half. $46 for 2 salads and 1 ice tea along with poor food quality is unacceptable. WTH has happened at this location in the past 3 months? Did the manager and staff all quit? All I see are 20 something female staff members looking lost. Will go back to Asian Mint and Mesero and probably FC Preston Royal, but Flower Child Inwood Village, like my salad today, is a wilted plant. What a ripoff.

Yelp
The food never disappoints but the pricing is a little ridiculous. The menu downs include portion, which shouldn't cost you $5-7 for a small portion of chicken, steak, or salmon. I haven't had anyone say they disliked the food just always comment on expensive pricing fofor not even being organic. A typical entree will cost you $17-20 without extra protein or anything. They have tons of lemonade varieties and amply seating inside. My recent pickup bowl got smaller packaging. I'm guessing shrinkflation.

Yelp
Never disappointed to come here. Love that they have a rewards program and you can scan in your receipt. I was able to redeemed a free gluten free lemon cake. It was in fact delicious. I always get the Mother Earth and it's so good. Sometimes added protein and sometimes not depends on the mood. It was pretty crowded and the bathroom was too. Can't believe they only have 1 stall...

Yelp
This place is so cute! I loved the vibe inside with all the different seating options. I got the chicken yakisoba noodles (no cashew) and my fiend got the turkey avocado Cobb. I also got a Poppi (why was this $6.....). The noodles were good! It felt like I was eating healthy lo mein.

Yelp
Full steak meal cooked to perfection with 2 sides and a drink for $20, and you feel healthier as soon as you walk in ... I mean what more can you ask for !? I came in for lunch, based off the recommendation of a coworker, so my expectations were tempered. I'd walk by Flower child in the past on my way to other places in the plaza, so I figured what better time to finally give them a try. Walking in can be a little overwhelming if it's busier, it takes a few seconds to get your bearings and figure out how the flow works. The menu is large and in charge, so rather than overwhelm myself, I just ordered directly from the center and went with the entree + 2 sides (steak, roasted broccoli, and fresh fruit) all of which were not only cooked perfectly, but seemed to almost come out instantly. Great experience, and glad to know that I have a new healthy go to option near the office.

Yelp
I love this place! The atmosphere is wonderful, especially the patio area, and the staff and management are great! I crave the avocado hummus and roasted broccoli... YUMMM!! Highly recommend for healthy dining out options :)

Yelp
Mother Earth Bowl with Salmon Pretty solid bowl! Very filling. Super health food. I pretty much only eat here when my friends make me haha. It's a really cute interior, really healthy food. Easy parking. Salmon cooked well, the individual components of the bowl are yummy. The sweet potato is my favorite!

Diana P.

Yelp
Love this place. Great food, excellent atmosphere friendly people. It's always a pleasure to visit.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible food..kebab were fatty, grisly entirely inedible..I brought to the attention of Mario ..a manager and he was totally rude and unhelpful..his direct report Felicia was no better just really other than a half -hearted apology

Yelp
As soon as you walk up, you see the crowd. This automatically makes me excited because it means the food is good. The line was very long, but service was prompt and rapid. I placed my order to go. It didn't take long for me to get my food. Everyone was very pleasant. The ambience is very lively. There are many people here on their lunch break because it's in a business district so it gets crowded. I enjoyed my food. It was very delicious. Very fresh and hot. The portion size was adequate. The flavors were robust yet clean and organic. I paid $35 for my bowl and my beverage so they are a little high but healthy food is often high. This is the spot I recommend and would come back to.

Yelp
Did a curbside pick-up for my favorite Mother Earth bowl. I've been going to other locations for a while now. Came back to this one since I was in the area. I won't come back to this location again. The bowl is usually filling and delicious. This time, it was lackluster and not worth the money. You can look at the most recent picture and see what I mean. Barely anything in there. The bowl had 3 little pieces of sweet potato. One of those pieces was hard and inedible. I used a napkin to soak up some type of liquid that was in the bowl. My best guess is they washed the greens and threw them directly in the bowl. I'm hoping thats what it was. I'm not sure, but it definitely was a bit gross. Sidenote - I did get steak and shrimp. I almost always eat the steak before I make it to my destination. The steak was delicious. Every location has that seasoning down for the steak. It was laying right on top, so I didn't touch anything else in the bowl while nibbling on the steak. The pic is just what the bowl looked like. To top the not so great food, the young lady that brought out my order didn't say a word. She handed it to me and walked off. Not quite what I'm used to, service or food wise, with FC. I'll stick to my other location to avoid the disappointment next time.

Yelp
I rarely write reviews. Second bad experience with Flower Child delivery through their app, which used Door Dash. First time, our order was not picked up and delivered at all. Never got order and said it was delivered. Second time Door Dash could not find our home and delivery person could not speak English. I contacted store for help and they took no responsibility for the service they use. When we finally got our order it was cold and portions were not the same as in restaurant. Chips and queso had half-filled queso bowl and all broken chips. Not a good look, Flower Child.

Yelp
Wanted to pick up a quick meal before heading to the airport and saw that Flower Child was in a fairly busy area that had some nearby shops that were perfect to kill some time at. It was quite busy on a weekend during the lunch hour but the process to order and get your food was fairly fast. We ordered the shrimp bowl with mashed potatoes and seasoned broccoli and the grilled salmon with kale salad and corn quinoa (about $35 total for the meal). The quality of the ingredients were decent but I think everything was under-seasoned. The food felt very homey but wasn't really overly complicated or flavorful. Portions were also pretty small and I was definitely still hungry afterwards. Overall, the experience felt very lackluster and disappointing, especially because the reviews raved about the food here.

Yelp
Seriously YUM! Flower Child is always a go-to of mine and I can truly say I've never met a menu item I didn't like when you walk in, you head to the counter and order and pay and they bring your items to you which is easy bc you don't have to wait for a server to come to you lol I typically get the Mother Earth Bowl with salmon and it's so yummy. Their hummus is also amazing and the sangria is divine. The staff is always fun, friendly and super helpful! I love that the atmosphere is chill and easy going but still a cute vibe!
google avatar

Yelp
This location is my go-to Flower Child lunch spot, almost always happy with whatever items I choose. However, today was a disappointment. I bought a dozen delicious GF cookies to share with grandkids tomorrow. Ate a Caesar salad and decided to have sweet potato fries. I won't order those again. They arrived cold, most were hard as a rock or 75% over-roasted. I should have had them taken off my tab. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Jess N.

Yelp
the mother earth bowl has a very cohesive flavor profiles, just wish it had a bit more arugula. the corn and quinoa was refreshing as it has greet yogurt and the broccoli is citrusy. the tofu had to be eaten with some hot sauce, but as to be expected with tofu. im giving it 4 stars just bc its a bit pricey
google avatar

Cynthia M.

Yelp
AVOID THE STEAK AT THIS LOCATION. I usually go to Flower child for the thin medium/ medium-rare steak and it's always great. Not at this location when I saw it in the car I decided to go back and asked for them to remake it. To my surprise it was made exactly the same way and the Manager even brought to me and opened it asking if it was ok. I gave up and took the bag.
google avatar

Wendy J.

Yelp
Looking for a healthy and quick meal? This is your place. I love the online ordering option. The glow bowl is my go to favorite. It usually takes about 10 minutes for online orders. Walk in and pick up on the right side of the cashiers on the stacked shelving. Do yourself a favor and sign up online for an account. There is typically a joining perk and you will quickly add up rewards.

Yelp
I love the food here so much that I drive 40 mins from Frisco once in a while! From the ambiance to the taste and variety offered here, it's all amazing. Their portions are balanced, I never felt like I overate, just the right amount. You do need to order at the counter and the servers will get to your table. The service has always been very prompt, I never sat there waiting for my food for more than 10 mins. Let's talk about food!!! For the appetisers, l like their avocado hummus( don't forget to ask for more pitas :)), and for entrées, I love their choose 2 sides options and their Chicken /tofu yakisoba noodles. The overall combination just glued together properly making it a complete meal. Also, if you want to replace a protein for a dish item you like, they will happily do so. Love coming here with friends and family for a scrumptious meal *_*

Yelp
Hard to not love these restaurants that actually try to please their customers with healthy delicious food, great service and restrained prices. Literally a breath of fresh air these days. I went a different direction than usual today and tried the chicken enchilada bowl! Delicious! I wanted Mexican food but wasn't in for a lot of chips, margaritas and bulging Tex Mex plate. The chicken enchilada bowl pushes all the right buttons. It was creamy, cheesy and flavorful without making me want to nap afterwards. My companions Forbidden Rice with salmon was equally impressive. If you want to eat healthier, lighter or just different once in awhile,I highly recommend you... go!

Lisa B.

Yelp
Food is amazing and so fresh. There are so many wonderful options for those of us with a gluten allergy.
google avatar

M W.

Yelp
Flower Child is pretty consistent and offers a lot of good healthy choices. I usually do the salmon, Mac and cheese and broccoli. The service is good.
google avatar

Alicia D.

Yelp
Nice, relaxed environment that's not, happily and decidedly not TXMX. As a native, I am in favor of TX, but I want variety tastes, freshness and varied options. Healthy and satisfying. Flower Child never had failed, except for not having the yummy asparagus slaw on the menu for a while. ;) I like Lovers Lane location as PR is often loud, not their customers, but poor interior's acoustics, and parking in challenging during peak times. So glad y'all are in Dallas!
google avatar

Stephie B.

Yelp
Extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. It was our first time and the lady at the register made excellent suggestions and did not rush us. We will likely be back soon, but next time we will plan to stay and eat. Casual laid back dining atmosphere with a healthy flair.
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
Flower Child never misses! Their food is always fresh, delicious and FLAVORFUL! I love to order their salads. The Cobb is one of my favorites, but I tried the Miso Crunch salad with chicken this time... ALSO AMAZING! If you enjoy unique, seasonal drinks I highly recommend trying one of their lemonades - I tried the Rose lemonade and it was divine. Last but not least, their staff at this location is fantastic. Down to earth, fun and helpful! :)
google avatar

Yelp
I LOVE flower child! HIGHLY recommend for healthy, flavorful dishes. My favorite dish is the Mother Earth bowl. It's a perfect mixture of textures and flavors. The staff is always so friendly and I've never had to wait long for my order. One of my favorite places to eat!!!
google avatar

Pam H.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Was able to accommodate a special diet. Enjoyed their salmon and rice.
google avatar

Sarah F.

Yelp
Came here while visiting Dallas and I'm so glad I did! The food here is SO good and they have so many delicious healthy options! I will definitely make this a regular stop for future Dallas visits. This is a new favorite for me. The service was also amazing and I have ZERO complaints. The atmosphere is also beautiful and cozy and welcoming and it's got a very relaxed vibe.
google avatar

Karla M.

Yelp
Better than expected. Love the atmosphere here!! Decent amount of plaza parking. I loveeeee this place! I've been meaning to visit for a long time, and I finally made it for lunch. It was definitely busy for a weekday lunch hour, but there are lots of tables. This review is a few months late but we got a mix&max entree of tofu, butternut squash. One con I did not expect is that the food was too rich in flavor. It was so busy so I was not able to grab pics but can't wait to go back to try again! It is such a perfect use of so many boho yet elegant touches. Thank you!

Yelp
Flower Child welcomes you with a bright, friendly, and clean vibe - only to be overshadowed by the even brighter & bold flavors in the food! Think of it as a more-local & better quality version of "healthy chain" Zoe's / Cava. * NOTE: Flower Child occasionally changes their menu, so be sure to look out ahead of time; however, after this experience, I'm sure you won't be disappointed in whatever you may find. My girlfriend & I went with the Entrée + (2) Sides option. Steak | 8.75/10 Cooked medium (standard). Absolutely well-seasoned & flavorful. Juicy!! Chicken | 6/10 Pretty basic / unseasoned chicken. Somewhat bland. Red Glaze Sweet Potato | 8/10 Well-cooked & deliciously crisp exterior - mashed / gooey interior. The red chile glaze is minimal! Corn + Quinoa / Yogurt Mash | 8.8/10 Very unique - it tastes similar to cornbread. As soon as I saw the "yogurt" in the description, I knew this would be worth trying. Yuzu Asparagus | 7.7/10 The glaze is just enough to make the asparagus INTERESTING! Love it & the slight slaw it comes with. Very bold / acidic flavors dance together well. Smashed Gold Potato | 7.5/10 Kombucha on Tap (Local Lemon) | 8/10 Vegan Chocolate Pudding | 8/10 Gets better with every spoonful!

Yelp
So happy to try this location of flower child. I love that I can walk in and order anything and know it's healthy! I was stopping by with a friend and just wanted an appetizer like snack and got the avocado hummus! Wow! Perfect nourishing snack.
google avatar

Liz H.

Yelp
I used to love coming to this location but my past couple of visits have been disappointing. Food is consistently taking longer to get out (while you watch employees joke around) but my most recent visit, I had a shard of hard plastic in my to-go bowl. I didn't notice this until I got home and started eating but this turned me off to this location all together. I'll only be visiting the downtown location from now on. fyi- I ordered a salmon entree with the green beans and sweet potato
google avatar

Rohitashwa J.

Yelp
Fantastic food, ambience and service. I am A vegetarían and I ordered the Mother Earth Bowl, loved every bite of it. Would definitely come back and even get my team if possible
google avatar

Yelp
Janae was amazing! The sweetest employee! Casey also helped and was super sweet. Valeria was also super welcoming!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing food taste nice refreshing and clean!!!! My son took me to lunch for Mother's Day early and I can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Coco M.

Yelp
If you don't feel like cooking at home and need a healthy alternative, this is the place to go! I got a yummy Italian Cobb and cauliflower that filled me up. The rose lemonade was very refreshing as well.
google avatar

Vania B.

Yelp
I've always loved going to Flower Child for the healthy options! Service is good and the ambiance is nice, but this place gets packed and parking can be a nightmare at times. Normally I order the flying avocado wrap (which I love) but this time branched out and got the Mother Earth bowl. It looks small, but is so filling and tasty! I can see why it's popular.
google avatar

Jessica H.

Yelp
The food is fresh and delicious. The ambience is nice with a great photo op. People there show good customer service.

Christina G.

Yelp
Our family loves Flower Child. We had a late night and there wasn't open except for fast food. It was literally 5 min before closing and they allowed us and the couple behind us to dine in! Customer service is always impeccable, even when its close to closing time!

Crystal R.

Yelp
First time eating here, the quinoa and corn is literally the best side! The GF mac and cheese was very good as well as the chicken. Great ambiance and Janae was so great to us and welcoming! Coming back again soon!
google avatar

Terrance G.

Yelp
Having started a new job in the area i was looking for some healthy food and stumbled upon this place. I was definitely not dissapointed. The service was great from the beginning with me asking for recommendations. It is slightly pricey but a very nice place that was quiet but with plenty of space
google avatar

Long N.

Yelp
TLDR: one of my favorite "healthy" food options. Decent price. Adequate portions. Nice ambience. And you can feel you just converted your body into a temple. Food: (5/5): I always get the protein plate. ?Grilled chicken breast (hit or miss if it's dry, but it isn't nasty dry) + two sides. I do the chili sweet potato (hit or miss if it's just right , little tangy, little sweet) and the corn quinoa. They used to have two versions, a sweet mix and a minty one. Both are amazing ! Ambience: (5/5) Pretty spacious, nice view outside the plaza.
google avatar

Eli T.

Yelp
I got the sweet corn and quinoa, steak and indian spiced veggies. All of it was incredibly delicious and well-portioned. I highly recommend this place.

Shane H.

Yelp
Been coming here for a while now and the food has always been top notch. Quick and attentive service as well. The staff are incredibly sweet and add to the relaxed atmosphere that I come here for. Yvonna specifically always asks what I'm reading and is always a treat to chat with. A great spot to read or blow off steam for an hour.
google avatar

Adriana C.

Yelp
Mother Earth + chicken 8.5/10 (with shrimp is 9.5/10) Mac n cheese 8/10. Definitely recommend
google avatar

Denise S.

Yelp
I love the food here. Everything is fresh and great. Service is adequate Ambiance goes with the food offered.
google avatar

Adam C.

Yelp
We popped by Flower Child for a quick and healthy lunch. They have a large menu, with vegan and vegetarian options. I ordered the chicken entree, which came with a choice of two sides. I went for the roasted carrots and sweet potatoes. My chicken and vegetables were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The roasted sweet potatoes were particularly delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
google avatar

James W.

Yelp
First timer but not a last timer. They have a great selection on their menu, and the staff is extremely friendly. I enjoyed my meal very much as did one of my team members who I brought here for lunch. The only thing I would've changed on my meal is no cashews. Though I love em, I do not like any kind of nuts on my meal. I'm weird about that. Worthy of a bookmark and a try.
