Fluffies Hot Chicken

The tenders are very generously sized and crispy. Its a good chicken tender for someone whose craving a chicken tender. Fries are tasty but kinda thick and coated, im not crazy about fries that are coated with flour or a batter. Chicken sandwich was good. Its a solid 7/10 It was one of those.....first and last time for me though. So many places to try. It was good but It didn't really hit the spot for me. The mac and cheese is horrible. No flavor at all.

I walked in with a big group of friends and we all took our orders. The servers were very nice and they took our orders. We got our food in less than five minutes. We all got different things but I ordered the Mac and cheese that came with fries and chicken. It was loaded and heavy. It cost 15 bucks and I couldn’t even finish it all. I’m glad that I’ll be able to save it for later. It tasted great too. Crispy chicken, non soggy fries, and cheesy Mac. Hands down would eat again, and you should too.

I love Fluffies Hot Chicken! It’s my first time here and the food was sooo good. The chicken was tender and the sauce is delicious. I got it with their Mac and cheese which is a great combination. Just we had to wait a little for seating because all the tables were full. Totally worth the wait though!

Fluffies is easily one of my favorite spots in the city. I always go for the Filled Fries and Mac. They truly never disappoint! The fries are perfectly crispy, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor in every bite. The mac is super creamy, cheesy, and just the right kind of indulgent. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. If you’re into comfort food that actually delivers, Fluffies is the move.

great value! I got the Fluffies Filled Fries, mild, which was the perfect amount of spice for a weekday lunch. Comes with coleslaw, pickles + sauce. Fries were top tier! Service was efficient, <5 min, packaging was very secure. Will try the mac n cheese next time! update: had the other half for dinner and it slapped 2nd update: got half fries & mac n cheese... delivery didn't come with coleslaw and pickles & the mac n cheese needed some sauce stirred in for flavor but still liked it overall. Ate half & other half will be lunch tomorrow!

Best fried chicken I've had so far when it comes to fast food. It is spicy even the plain one, but absolutely delicious. The Mac Fluffy is so so so so good! The mozzarella bites are adorable . The Cole slaw, Mac, and cheese are fluffylicious ! I'm not a fan of the location. It deserves a cool sitting place. Service colud be better. They seemed mad to be working. Attitude. Not friendly & def not welcoming. However, giving the ppl that were there, I don't blame them. Hence why I think this place deserves a better and bigger location.

NYC is a city of bagels 🥯 and Crispy Chicken 🍗😍and I believe the test should be the crispy chicken on a bun, and if it’s spicy 🌶️ you rock 🌶️ I ordered the Juicy thigh signature house-made chil haney, tooped with creamy coleslaw Fuffies sauce, all served on a soft bnoche bun. 🍗 huge portion of chicken, tender, juicy, spicy 🌶️ and really good 🤤 fluffies is a small place with big heart ♥️ of friendly, helpful staff with a very big crispy chicken sandwich. The only thing you must bring with you is wet wipes 🥰🥰 to clean 🧽 your hands from the sweet chili 🌶️ sauce 🪬

I ordered it through Postmates to have it delivered it to my job. Food was amazing delicious. I kept seeing it on instagram. So, I had to try it out for myself. The food was amazing filling. The disappointment part was mentioning them on my instagram and they took it down. I was really bothered by them for putting them on my instagram story, they mentioned it and within an hour or so they took it down. Then out of nowhere they had other people who ordered through them and they had them on instagram story. I was so confused and disappointed with them.

My son has been asking to go here for his birthday! So we took a drive to NYC and let's just say it was worth it! First let's start off with the customer service which was amazing. Both the young guy and young women were really nice and friendly as well as patient with us. They also told us about the NEW JERSEY location and the grilled cheese. I loved how they kept it clean inside at the little island for people to eat. It's not as big but they're getting the people in and out . Now to the food. Both my son and his friend enjoyed their food. I only got the fries with the sauce and they were delicious. The prices are reasonable as well.

Ambiance of storefront, bright inside lights and cashierless ordering through touchscreen kiosk drew a young crowd, but with no lack of attention to the delicacies of fried chicken. Unique menu optionality with great serving sizes.

This review is for the chicken biscuit ($12). Chicken was juicy and crispy with delicious sweet (reminds me of a spicy honey mustard) sauce, which my partner really liked! Quick and easy to order. Visit was around 2pm on a Saturday so it wasn't crowded. There are about 8-10 stools along one wall for seating. This is primarily a take out spot as it can get very crowded. For the price, I would try the fluffies filled fries next time ($14) - fried chicken pieces over fries and mac and cheese.

Seen this place all over tiktok and decided to try it out. It was a group of 4 of us on a Sunday evening. The spot was super packed with teenagers and was loud as heck. Seems more like a battlefield of anxiety when I was there. I just wanted to get my food and get the heck out. it's def more of a takeout spot unless you wanna be squished next to a whole bunch of rowdy teens. We ate outside standing up and couldn't finish our bowls since the portions were pretty big in size. They messed up our orders, but resolved the issue & the food came out super quick. Taste wise? Very mid IMO! To me it was really nothing special at all. The sauce was nasty. The sliders are overpriced. The Mac and cheese was actually decent though. & The fries were also good. Chicken was mediocre. The mango lassi was way too thick and gave me the runs.. Overall the food is picture worthy but I can't say I was in awe. Nice concept and portion sizes though.

Such sweet staff and good service even though it was PACKED. Well worth the wait. The slider honestly almost comes close to a burger and it's a hefty piece of chicken in there. ($6) The slaw and sauce pair so well (I don't usually like slaw) and you can get it not spicy or mild or medium or spicy. Really yummy bun as well, they did not miss! It's a small location with counter seating so I took mine to go but I'll def be back to try some loaded fries.

First time seeing this establishment, so I decided to give a try. It's a small place, but the food packs a big punch. I ordered the Fluffies filled Mac & cheese with mild chicken and the fluffy sauce with a strawberry lemonade. When I went to pay though I didn't like that they force you to give your phone number just to send you a text that the food is ready. Even when I said I'm not going anywhere I'm waiting here. The food was ready in about 5-10 minutes. I ate the fluffy which was delicious. I didn't know what to expect with that combo but it was great. The fluffy sauce took it to another notch. I think it has a little spicy kick to it which I like. The strawberry lemonade was super sweet, a little too sweet. I poured out half into another bottle and added water and made two strawberry lemonades which hit the spot! All in all, this is a nice spot to get a meal that will fill you up and keep you going throughout your day.

The enticing smell hits you as soon as you open the door! There was a lot of people waiting on to-go orders and the bar was filled but there was no line & the order came promptly! As soon as we sat down to wait on our food the line was to the door! Thats a great sign you are in the right place for good food! We are from Nashville so we had to stop by for Nashville HOT chicken! I don't eat meat but it send s good! The best deal is to get the Mac bowl with half fries half Mac for $14. Same price as a chicken sandwich alone. Would highly recommend!

Nice grand opening! They still had free sliders when I got there! This place is a small eatery with some really good chicken. The slider was amazing very flavorful and had a nice kick. The coleslaw is not too sweet and the pickle was very good. The lemon pepper wings were amazing!! Not too salty like other shops. The service was very good and prompt. The woman who took my order was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. She even asked if I wanted my sandwiches separated for travel! Bonus points from me. Check them out and show them some love.

Fluffies Hot Chicken in the LES was fantastic! The mac & cheese was so creamy, and the chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The spicy mayo added an extra kick and made it even better. The portions were huge--enough for me to split between lunch and dinner. The service was quick too, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. There's only a few seats tho so this is more so a spot for a quick and grab meal. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

This chicken sandwhich place is small but packs a mighty bite. This place had big groups lined up and is constantly busy. Since the place is small they take your number and call you when the food is ready. I had the spicy mac and cheese and it did have a spicy kick amd was super cheesy and creamy. The chicken sandwich spicy was great with a good sized patty it was well seasoned with a decent kick. The slaw is perfectly tangy but fresh it adds a good contrast and texture to the sandwich. The fluffy sauce is A+ in flavor adding sweetest tang and flavor. Also the mango lassi is very strongly mango flavor perfectly balanced not overly sweet. WOULD OBVIOUSLY reccomend and go again GOGOGO

Small space but busy. Waited 20 minutes for our chicken delights.... and 1 best banana puddings I've ever tasted (besides my own!) .... the staff was quick and No nonsense so No friendly chit chat.... they're too busy keeping track of people and their orders. This is on my old neighborhood which has changed drastically.. but I will always come back. Ohhh FOOD was good. It's worth a visit

Let's chat about a Fluffies Hot Chicken franchise in Ridgewood, Queens/Buschwick, Brooklyn (message me)! Fluffies Hot Chicken was hustling with a line of patrons waiting to order, picking up orders, etc. The ambiance had limited countertop seating and outside high tops to eat on (more of a take-out establishment/fast food). The countertop indoor area had stools to sit-on but if it's their busiest time...folks will be hovering over you waiting on their order(s), etc. There was some confusion via picking up orders within delivery services and folks taking the wrong orders, etc. I think a better system needs to be in place, so orders aren't being remade or given out to the wrong client(s). Productivity = Money (gained and lost). I was prepared to order due to their social media presence on Instagram since their Grand Opening in October. I've been meaning to visit for about a week now with the following in mind - half Mac & Cheese/French Fries and Hot Chicken on top. The chicken is marinated to perfection and full of flavor with no sauce. You can customize your level of spiciness or it's delicious plain as well! The Spicy Nann was great as well, however the half on the bottom was squished/smooshed so the presentation wasn't ideal. Hmm...let's think of a new solution to packing the Nann?!? The Biscuit Sandwich looked scrumptious but I didn't even get an opportunity to take a bite because it was swallowed and throughly enjoyed by my significant other. The food was very filling which gave me no room for dessert. Next time, I'll be ordering the Tres Leches or Biscoff Tiramisu! This place would do wonders in a hipster and trendy neighborhood. My guys kept telling me about Fluffies in Jersey. They told me the Mac and cheese bowl is really good. When they opened up in LES, I went to try it myself and they did not disappoint. The service is pretty good they fry the chicken fresh for every order. The Mac and cheese mixed with the spicy chicken well. They allow you to adjust the chicken spice level too. This restaurant is drawing a lot of people definitely check it out.

I'm from the south and we do Hot Chicken very well there so I was trying to find a place in the city that could replicate that feeling of home, so I found Fluffies. My standards are pretty high, so I thought the food was alright. I got a half order of fluffy fries and a half order of fluffies Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese wasn't as creamy or flavorful as I hoped. The fries were average, a decent amount of crispy. I did like the fluffies sauce, I got medium heat! My order was for takeout and it was quick service despite the line. And the ambiance is very "local late night spot" vibes.

Filled Mac & fries - pretty good. sauce is not bad, i prefer saltier foods so the sauce is a bit sweet for my taste. The Mac & cheese sauce could also be a bit saltier. Overall 4/5 Large biscoff tiramisu - disappointingly small for $12 :( the container is smaller than my MetroCard. It doesn't taste like tiramisu at all but it does taste great. I feel like this should be marketed as cheesecake instead because that's what it tastes like. It's unlikely that they used mascarpone because it tastes to me like cream cheese. I would rate this a 5 for the taste but the pricing is a bit exorbitant especially since they're calling this the "large" size so I'm giving it 4/5 Glad I ordered online because the store was packed. The in-person ordering line extended outside. My interactions with staff were very brief but they seemed nice

surprisingly, discovered the Fluffies storefront by walking the LES before the location opened and not via social media. exploration via reality LIVES! anyway, Fluffies Hot Chicken is a fast casual spot that serves a variety of its signature fried "hot chicken" in a variety ways--sandwiches, sliders, rice bowls, and more. there a few standing tables outside and a few places to sit and eat inside, but the interior is super small, so my advice would be grab-n-go as eating here would be kinda cramped. the interior itself is neatly and cleanly maintained...brightly lit and casually modern. ordered Fluffies Filled Fries (with 1/2 macaroni & cheese) which is part of its signature menu via UberEats as a takeout order. the Fluffies Filled Fries is basically a bowl filled with fries topped with Fluffies hot fried chicken and the signature sauce. opted for 1/2 mac&cheese ion my order so it was 1/2 fries + 1/2 Mac&cheese topped with chicken and sauce. the order doesn't skimp on the chicken as the bowl is pretty weighty with a generous amount of chopped up fried chicken. the chicken was nicely fried, so you get a crunch with a moist tender piece of seasoned chicken. the sauce is fairly sweet and tangy with a tiny amount of heat. the fries beneath the chicken were so good, seasoned well, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. the macaroni and cheese was fine, not very memorable as most of the flavor and texture really comes from the fried chicken, sauce, and fries. oddly, my order was supposed to come with coleslaw and pickles, but it wasn't there--maybe Fluffies changed what's included in its Filled menu items or it was forgotten (i only know they were missing bc you can opt to remove them in UberEats). chose MEDIUM as my heat level, and it was pretty mild with only a little bit of spicy heat, so if you're hot food enthusiast you may want to opt for HOT or BLISTERING HOT. Fluffies really delivery on fast casual fast food-ish eats--realtively quick as a comfort option that is filling. my order was ready even though i was early to pickup. the staff were very attentive in noticing me and asking me if i was there for an order. it was extremely busy with people eating as well as people on line to order, so i appreciated the staff being on top of things. my order was packed neatly. if you are in a fast food mood but want something more substantial, Fluffies is a good option in the Lower East Side. hope they keep the generous amounts of fried chicken in the Filled menu items. thoughts on Fluffies: 1) don't use UberEats, the Yelp ordering link, GrubHub or any other food app for pickup as the menu items are priced like ~30% higher (eg. my order was like $18 + tax in Uber, but via Fluffies website it would be $14 + tax) . Fluffies has its own proprietary ordering system on its website for pickup orders and it's way less for each menu item. if you're ordering delivery, everything is way higher as you'd expect it bc that's how food apps make money. 2) skip the macaroni & cheese and opt for the French fries as the fries are superior to the Mac& cheese but the Mac&cheese its okay at best and really isn't very flavorful or cheesy. it kinda reminded me of the instant Mac and cheese from a box. 3) oddly there is no description on any menu item other than its name on UberEats menu or any other food app menu. the descriptions are missing from Fluffies website menu as well. not the biggest deal, but Fluffies should fix this as some people want to know exactly what they are ordering and what is included. the only place where you can find actual descriptions are on the menu in-store.

I get the Hype I do. I'm currently here right now eating my bowl as I write this review it's definitely a spin on Indian food with an Americanized twist. I got the fluffies filled bowl MILD with only Mac and cheese, spicy cheese naan, biscoff tiramisu and strawberry lemonade everything came out to $40. It came out quickly this place is small so grab a seat if you can and let me just tell you everything came out HOT AND FRESH AND QUICK. I'm assuming because it's so busy they have to move quick but I literally got my order minutes after I ordered. The bowl is filling and all you need honestly. The sauce and chicken is what gives the Mac its flavor without it is bland. I love that they give you huge chunks of chicken it adds the to filling effect. The garlic naan is not the normal naan you would expect it's more like a cheesy bread type of dish if cheesy bread was spicy. The tiramisu taste like an ice cream dessert. All and all would come back to try the chicken over rice or chicken sandwich or chicken wings the portions are huge. 10/10 recommend

I've been here twice in one week and I think that tells you enough about how fire this spot is especially because I'm sick of hot chicken and thought I'd never touch it again. I had the opportunity to be convinced and give Fluffies a chance during their grand opening when they gave out free fried chicken sandwiches to the first hundred and since then I've been back. There's a few high stools to sit on and eat in the restaurant and some high tables outside but otherwise if you want to sit and eat and all surfaces are occupied there's a random park around the corner. Service is speedy quick and you'll have your food in under five minutes and LOADED. These guys DO NOT skimp on ANYTHING. I've had the loaded mac twice now and they give you the opportunity to do half fries or a quarter fries/Mac if you so choose and it can easily feed two people and weighs a ton. I swear every surface was covered with chicken and doused with sauce. Mac and cheese is flavorful and perfectly cooked, fries were crispy and fluffy on the inside, and the chicken is juicy and fantastic flavor whether you get the spiciest or the mid range. One tiny disappointment was I came an hour after opening on a Saturday and they were already out of biscuits. I know they've been getting a lot of business but that was quite surprising. Guess I have to just come back again for that lol.

The food at Fluffies is overrated. I got the Fluffies Filled Mac and Cheese and 2 Sliders in Blistering Hot. The mac and cheese was cold and flavorless. It tasted like public school served mac and cheese. The chicken came in big chunks, lacked spice, and genuine flavor. The sliders were sweet, but the spice was not there. If you were to come, save your money and get the sliders. The fries was just basic. There is also no seating, you either eat outside in a standing table or sit inside, but it's against the wall and limited. Overall food quality is 2/5. Go to Dave's Hot Chicken if you actually are craving something good and spicy.

Stopped by for a quick meal and was served just as quick as I was out. Food was delicious and I really enjoyed the meaty patties served in the sliders. There's a really nice texture that's not too crunchy nor too soft when eating the slider. Out of the spice levels offered I ordered the "hot" spice level which was one before the hottest options and if you're someone with a high heat tolerance, you'll find it to be not too hot but was definitely something mild that's enjoyable and a very nice addition to the dressing and coleslaw served with the slider. I got the seasoned fries and they were very nice and crunchy and I'd recommend if you like crunchy fries. Obviously it's not like eating chips but there's a nice crunch to the fries and they pair really well with the sauces. For the drink I must say it's a bit of a strange one as it tastes good but there's consistency is a bit strange. It's not a tough swallow but it's strange to pair with the food as opposed to something more liquid-like such as a coke or other juice. Overall it was a great meal and the location could get pretty full but other than that great!

So mid and overpriced, should have gone with the og Wingstop, they wouldn't have let me down

Was very excited to try this place , but i was let down , the chicken sandwich was ok , the Mac and cheese was not very good , the Mango drink was probably the only good thing I had , I order a tiramisu for dessert but it wasn't even in my bag with my order when I got home, overall 3/10 . 60$ something dollars wasted .

Excellent food, chicken wasn't overly spicy but still had great flavor. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, especially Katie.
