FLY BUY Convenience Store

The Fly Buy is my near daily stop for coffee! They have a great variety of coffee and baked goods! Theyre sandwiches are also fresh anx great quality! Ive been coming here for nearly 5 years! Cesar is extremely helpful and quick with all the orders!

This place is a HIDDEN GEM! I've been coming here consistently for two years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough! If you come during breakfast hours (7AM-10:30PM) ask for an egg with veggies, cheese, and bacon bagel. Any other time, I highly recommend their Caprese and their tuna sandwiches. Cesar and Mateo are extremely welcoming every time you stop by. They have seating inside and outside as well. Unfortunately, they don't have wi-fi, but if they did, I'd be a good spot to do some remote work. Still waiting for them to open up their smoothie bar! Other than that, I love this spot and recommend them to anyone!

I went to get a cold sub at around 9:30p on a Saturday and was told that sub counter was closed. Not very convenient given it’s a convenience store. No where on Google or your website does it state that the sub counter is closed earlier than your operating hours. Further, it was still showing as available on uber eats. Super annoying. I’d be willing to change this rating if I could get a reply to this.

Food is excellent! Prices fair. They don’t always pick up the phone, which they should get better at. I had to go in person after many attempts of calling them to place my order and then had to wait because they do get busy. What I love from this place is their tostada , so yum. I also like the tuna sandwich so fresh and delish.

I loved the sandwiches!!! They were fresh and high quality. I also loved I found my favorite snacks and drinks in one place. Very convenient.

They sell the best natural healthy popsicles! Superfood hub we love them !

Out of the many lures of Coconut Grove, Fly Buy is most certainly one of them. A real treat for locals who live in walking distance and also a treat for anyone passing through, everything you could ever need is available at the Fly Buy. From an extensive (mostly local) craft beer selection, a sub/juice/coffee bar that --im not kidding --the subs rival pub subs (iykyk), to the both unique and standard variety of pantry/household items, this bodega has it all. Let's put it this way: if I ever found myself in a zombie apocalypse, I'd raid Fly Buy first. The staff is friendly and recognizes repeat customers which I love. The location is uniquely situated tucked away in coconut grove at the cross of Mary and Bird Ave and offers parking and they're open everyday! Fly Buy is must try!

Solid sandwich in an unassuming spot. This convenient store doesn't look like much but is home to some of the best sandwiches in Miami! I had the turkey on baguette and caprese on cibatta. I did a half size which was still pretty large and great price. Service was quick and friendly. A must try place if you're in the mood for a sandwich.

Fly buy is such a great and quick spot in the Grove. Not only do they have incredible Boar's Head sandwiches that you can conveniently order via Yelp, but they also have a pretty decent selection of wine, too! They also have a few quick grab and go convenience store items that can help you stock the fridge in a pinch. In the era of having big stores make things convenient for us, I love that fly Buy is locally owned and operated and giving the community what it needs - delish sandwiches and grab-and-go treats!

The people that own and run this place are super friendly. They have an amazing selection of beers. The place is a convenience store with a great beer selection and a nice menu of Boars Head products. The AC is so cool. Wow. For breakfast I had a white claw and a croissant with egg, bacon, and cheeze. It's not your traditional croissant. This thing is like 1 and a half size of a slice of bread and was so buttery and flaky. By far, the BEST croissant sangwitch I had in a long time.

Great subs!!! A lot of choices to pick from. Had a Simple turkey and cheese which was great. Will be back soon.

Great community convenience store. They make ready to order sandwiches. You can create your own or choose from their specials. They have boars head, a decent craft beer selection and more.

This place has been open for a number of years and never disappoints. Everything is fresh and done quickly. There is constant traffic for people placing their orders. I usually do it online and pick it up.

New management has no idea what is going on. Viviana, not to be confused with Vivian, the prior owner. It's a horror show. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich, and the worker Cesar, had his hands full. I personally witnessed the new manager grabbing his shirt. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Bad customer service. Messed up my order despite instructions and then proceeded to charge me for it. Would avoid coming here

Best sandwiches in town. I always get the roast beef, and it's rare, just the way I like it. Prices are reasonable and you can order online and pick up at the store.

They must have changed ownership or something because I've been coming here for years ordering the same sub which was honey turkey and ham and they refused to make the sub for me with honey turkey without charging me double when they have a turkey and ham sub on the menu. Again I have ordered the same sub for years. Customer service was horrible and the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. They have lost a long time customer.

It is pretty much a fancy convenience store, I don't say it as a bad thing. It has a very good mini market selection, a great deli/Sandwich shop/cafe. Great service, celan bathrooms, a few parking spots for customers.

Another place I go to everyday but somehow never ended up reviewing... this place is amazing. First off, lets talk about the ready made food; they have a boars head sandwich counter that compares with Publix subs all day. They have a variety of homemade pastries that are delicious, and their cafe con Leche and espresso are as good as you can get anywhere in Miami. They also have fruit which always seems to be perfectly ripened. So there's that. But then it's a convenient store with one of the best beer selections I have seen... individual bottles from all over the world and part of the fun is trying new beers every time you go. The staff there are always super friendly and polite. When I have friends in town we always start our mornings here.

This undiscovered convenience store is a definite find for me. Sandwiches are a dime a dozen but a good sandwich on good bread with quality ingredients is not found everywhere. We recently stumbled upon this small spot and it is now our go to when we need to feed our sandwich craving. Order by phone or at their store. They have a great selection of Boars Head sandwiches. Pick up other things you need while you there like beer and other essentials for a good day! Also get you coffee fix with a "cafecito" or "cafe con Leche". Easy and friendly service! Parking right in front so you can run in and out if you are in the go. Great neighborhood find which I will be returning to on a regular basis.

Great sandwiches the only issue is the language barrier. I order from here 2-4 times a week. Never disappointed.

This place right here! OhEmGeee the best subs, not slacking on a thing, from dollar drinks to the highest priced wine, and the best snacks! A little pricey but worth it definitely!

Wow! Holy shirt! This place was life-changing. Stopped by to grab sandwiches on the way to Stiltsville for the day and I'm so glad we did. The sandwiches were unbelievable! The coffee con leche was stimulating smooth, and creamy. Can't wait to visit again.

Closes way too early and they won't make you a sandwich with eggs in it past 10am. 2 stars for cleanliness, but that's about it.

The sandwiches here are delicious!! I had a cheese sandwich on wheat bread and my friends got the turkey and everyone loved it - definitely add their special dressing to your sandwich! I loved the breakfast sandwich on a croissant as well! Perfect option for a quick and affordable meal!

For a neighborhood convenience store, this place really packs in nearly everything I want on a daily basis. Boar's Head sandwiches made to order, freshly steamed cafe con leche, bon bons from Argentina, and the standard medley of corner store items you've come to expect. Better yet, there's a proper selection of craft beers. A true family-run business, you're bound to find one of the five members of la familia running the register or fixing up a sandwich. It's clean, classy and caters to so many of my daily whims. Fly Buy is my go-to.

This place is really cool. It's got a very good craft beer selection, especially abbey ales. They have great café con leche, and there's a Boar's Head deli that includes all of the company's other products. They have fresh juices, milkshakes, and smoothies. It's family owned and operated and the service is top-notch. There's also a couple little tables inside where you can eat your sub if you need an air conditioned spot. For parking: use the off-street to the left of the store, if available. Just don't block the sidewalk. There's also off-street parking past the store on Bird Avenue.

Local convenient store under new management, newly remodeled and is definitely improved. I came here from some quick items & so that Duh could use their ATM. The store was very clean & properly maintained. At a quick glance, their prices didn't seem too far off from it's competitors. I will be back for further inspection. Carry on!

Wow super unexpected place for a fresh sandwich. Love hitting this place up whenever I am in the area. I usually, who am I kidding ALWAYS get the prosciutto sub. Fresh bread, mozzarella, basil.... Never fails. GOOD JOB!

I used to love the sandwiches at this place but lately it has gone downhill. I went in today to get a sandwich and as the guy started making it he sneezed into his hand/arm. He then proceeded to make the sandwich without washing his hands or even changing his gloves and continued to keep wiping his nose on his arm while waiting for the sandwich to heat up. I almost gagged. One of the most unsanitary things I've seen in awhile.

I really like this place. They serve good breakfast food at a considerable fast pace. The prices are a bit high but it's the grove and the service is superb. The large cafe con leche is huge and delicious. I have tried all of the breakfast sandwiches and the best way to eat them with is croissant. Bacon, egg & cheese is hands down my favorite. Parking is a pain in the ass but not everything can be perfect. Also this place is also a convenience store and the prices are what you expect from one of the only convenience stores around the grove.

Family owned and operated. Love that it's truly a "mom & pop shop" and that they listen to their customers requests. The coffees and sandwiches are consistently delicious and made to order (however you like it) wish they would stay open later but we still love this place!

Words cannot express how much I love this place!! The sandwiches are so good and the service is so fast!! Everything you need is one location and so inexpensive it's a sweet deal! Their chipotle sauce is SO good! And every single person that works here are extremely nice and attentive! Highly recommend!!

Great sandwiches, good breakfast pastries on the go but it's the most exspensive convienience store in miami. But very clean and well run!

I wish I could give this hidden spot 5 stars but the service was not good. I will give credit to the freshness of the ingredients and great prices. I don't know if I'll be returning.

This is one of my favorite places in the grove to stop in for a quick snack - a real neighborhood spot right within all the hustle & bustle off of bird rd & US1. The sandwiches and coffee are great and theres almost never a line. Theres only a few designated spots for parking so it can be tricky but you're sure to find extra spots on the side street next door

So clean and so fresh! But the best part about this corner spot is the family that runs the Fly Buy! They make me want to walk the additional block pass my old corner store to go to theirs. They make amazing sandwiches which are served with a smile and are out of this world. The selection is growing and couldn't be happier.

Arguably the greatest hidden gem in allllll of Miami. I've been going here for subs for about five years and it remains my favorite place in Miami for a sandwich. I get the hot roast beef every time on white bread - the bread is key here, it's perfect. It's family owned and operated, they're nice people. Longtime fan of the Fly Buy and will be as long as they're selling subs.

Great store!!! A very nice family purchased the old Food Spot that used to be here. They bought the old store and renovated it and it is stellar! Great convenience store. Wonderful service. And AMAZING LUNCH SANDWICHES. The owner, Julio, and his wonderful family actually own and run the store day to day. All prices on things are fair. Great coffee, food, etc. Honest people. Feels so good to give my business to the everyman, not some chain like EZ Kwik. Plus, if you live close enough, Flybuy delivers! Flybuy rocks!

I'm always at this store. It's very convenient and centrally located. They keep it clean and the clerks are polite. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's expensive-maybe because it's in the heart if Coconut Grove but I guess you are paying for the convenience.

do yourself a favor and dont. the prices are absurd! $13.07 for a vegetable sandwich, no meat or cheese just veggies, bottle of water and bag of chips. i realize times are hard but dont try to get your months rent in one sale! the ingredients werent even fresh to add insult to injury!!!

What a great asset for the neighborhood. Come most mornings for cafe con leche. Top-notch service, astoundingly clean. Family-owned and operated, and it shows. Biggest surprise may be the beer selection -- best in Coconut Grove, for sure. Also, the Grove's best deli. We continue to mourn the loss of E-Z Quik here, but Fly Buy is a worthy successor.

The owners of this place tried to rip me off multiple times when I ordered sandwiches. On multiple occasions, they tried to sneak in a two dollar charge for putting onions and other condiments on the already overpriced sandwich. Plus, they have given me sandwich bread that had a green substance that looked like mold at least two times, and refused to return my money when I showed them. This place is garbage.

This is a great convenient store that is extremely clean with good pricing. Family owned and operated with very friendly service. This is also a hidden gem when it comes to BoarsHead subs. Everything is always fresh and made to order. Very thankful when this store was purchased and renovated. About as good as it gets when it comes to convenient stores!
