Drive-thru pizza with a side of animated shorts lands in Henderson in April at Fly Pie - Eater Vegas

"A drive-thru pizza restaurant complete with entertainment for the kids plans to land in Henderson on St. Rose Parkway near Coronado Center Drive in early April. The region’s first drive-thru, Fly Pie pizza experience heads to Henderson - Eater Vegas

"Local pioneers behind a new custom-built, fast-casual restaurant Fly Pie are moving closer to construction on the region’s first drive-thru pizza restaurant. Newly filed paperwork confirms the 2,030-square-foot structure will move onto a vacant lot on the western end of the St. Rose Corporate Center, at the intersection with Coronado Center Drive in Henderson. Scott Godino Jr., a force behind three Born and Raised bar and restaurants including a nearby Henderson location on Eastern Avenue, created the restaurant where diners will only be able to order and pick-up from their vehicle. The space will not feature indoor seating or counter service. Designed by creative locals Sage Design Studios, early renderings hint drivers will enter a country barn-like structure, with large sliding doors and a covered arched roof. Still to officially reveal the project, or announce an estimated debut date, initial City of Henderson proposals detailed a daily schedule from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m and a specialized kitchen, adapted to hand over a customizable personal pie from order to pizza box in under five minutes." - Bradley Martin

Fly Pie to introduce drive-thru pizza to Henderson - Eater Vegas

"Fly Pie will become the first, dedicated drive-thru pizza shop in Henderson when it debuts on a corner of the St. Rose Corporate Center, a retail hub already home to Steak ’n Shake and 8 Kitchen. The proposed 2,182-square-foot Fly Pie structure will offer no seating and only accept walk-up orders at a special window, or serve patrons in their cars. While Fly Pie has not announced an estimated opening date, the restaurant hope to be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m daily. The operators will install a specialized kitchen to expedite the baking, making the process of ordering to collecting a piping hot pizza take less than five minutes. A possible menu has not been revealed, but Fly Pie is expected to focus on customizable personal pizzas." - Bradley Martin

Pizza was great! Crust was cooked and even a little dark on the bottom. Great flavor. Wait time was about 20 mins with one car ahead of us. We will definitely be back to try other items. We for a Aloha, Texas and All about the Vodka. All three were delicious! (Sorry I didn't get a picture of the vodka before they dug in!)

Fun theme and experience. The food was flavorful and portioned well. Ordering for two adults, we each got a pizza and shared garlic knots and churro tots. We each had a half pizza left over and were satisfied. - The garlic knots were cooked nicely, and generously doused in garlic butter sauce. - The churro tots were also cooked appropriately. We had the caramel sauce, and it paired well. We’ll try the berry sauce next time. - The pizzas were great too. The crust was perfectly charred to give flavor but not ruin it. We tried the impossible pizza, and found it to be quite good. We also ordered the Chefs Fave, with an added topping of sausage. There was a lot of sausage added for a reasonable price. We recommend pulling into one of the hangers (parking spots) to enjoy it while it’s fresh and hot, but the left overs were also quite good the next day. - Overall, I give this a strong 4+ star rating: while a nice experience and good food, the price for the quality of ingredients could be improved. The toppings (while of good quality) seemed to have come from a can/frozen. I’d love to see made from scratch sausage, but that may be unrealistic for a drive through style pizza place. Great place, and worth trying. We’ll come back next time we are in the area to see the different murals and try additional menu items. - If you haven’t been here try it for yourself!

Pretty cool new idea. Kids loved the mascots and the movies. Pizza is actually really good, loaded frys we’re Great. Ok so the ordering is pretty street fwd it’s hard to hear them repeat and there is a very bad echo. The need to have a menu before the menus ordering so you can decide. The app is difficult to see the menus and it seems likes it’s not the entire menu. Ordered pepperoni pizza The beyond pizza No sleep till Brooklyn fry’s Everything was really good no complaints about the quality. Staff was super friendly even when I added chocolate milks to the order at the window. If you are looking for a different pizza experience with reasonably good pizza this is it.

We were very excited to try this new pizza concept, but didn’t live up to the hype. Pizza is mediocre at best. The crust is rubbery and undercooked. We have had a better frozen pizza than this and we try to avoid frozen food. Service is just like the pizza, low quality and low standards. The restaurant manager was very unfriendly and rude. She didn’t care about the customers at all. For the same amount money that you will spend here , you will get tastier pizza and better quality at Blaze pizza 🍕 or Pieology pizza. Overall: very disappointed with the pizza 🍕 . The concept is very unique and cute, but the food is horrible and the customer service experience was not good either. So , we will not be going back. We don’t recommend this place, don’t waist your money at Fly Pie pizza.

My hubs wanted to try this place because it was pizza and drive thru. We went around 4:30 pm on a Sunday. There was no line when we got there, but there was a car at the window after we finished ordering. From ordering to getting our order and leaving was 10 min. Which did surprise us but remember the day and time we went and that only 1 other car was there, so could be different at other times. It was a cute experience, kinda made us feel like a little ride at an amusement park and that's mostly because of the cartoon projecting on the walls as we went into the tunnel/drive thru. We got 2 Chef Faves but changed it a bit, one we subbed the chicken for Italian sausage. The other removed the chicken and artichokes, and added olives. 1 Build your Own with just pepperoni. A Cheeseburger loaded fries. 1Colt's Jr pepperoni pizza meal. We were happy with the pizza, crunchy not burned and a little chewy. To us these are personal pizzas so the price was fine with us. The loaded fries were great, for me a little on the salty side, but my hubs loved it. We will most likely try this place again.

We went to Fly Pie for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! We wanted to avoid wait times so we went around 4pm and there was no line whatsoever. We tried the Chef’s Fave pizza, Mess with Texas loaded fries and the churro bites! PROS: a ton of fun for our 2 year old, open till midnight, cute clips to watch while you wait for your food (the tunnel is even scented which is a fun addition), awesome flight themed restaurant (even had legitimate coordinates on the ground!), and a pretty good variety of food, pizza is priced fairly. Cons: if you go during busy hours (5pm-7pm) lines are long, the same clip plays over and over again- we wish it would shuffle through all their clips instead of only playing 1 per day, fries are expensive(but tasty!), fried Oreos only come with 3(hence why we didn’t order it) We definitely liked it and added it to our list of places to eat! The theme really won us over! If you have kiddos or you’re a kid at heart go check it out! It’s a cute experience!

I honestly thought the pizza here was great! I had the "Chef's Fave Traditional Crust Ground Beef* Grilled Pineapple* Jalapeno*" and it really was a amazing pizza. I also got the hamburger fries 😁🍟 yo,they was so good! My daughter had the pepperoni and she said she loved it she ate the whole thing lol she's only 10! And of course she had to get the deep fried Oreos! Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is I think the wings are kinda basic I wish they would of sauced it more! Maybe next time I'll try the Dr pepper wings! Funny little movie played to but it only showed two small shorts

Was the pizza edible? Yes. Was it GOOD pizza? No. The crust was soggy on the bottom and the toppings weren’t spread out even. In fact, on my pizza, almost everything was on two of the six slices. Hubby’s pizza mostly had the toppings right in the center. Also, they have one of their workers sitting out in 110° heat under a tent (like that makes it better?) to take your order, which seems like a poor way to treat your employees. Everyone was friendly, even the poor soul forced to work out in the heat, but good customer service and an interesting gimmick can’t make up for mediocre pizza.
