What a wonderful experience. From de service to the food to the ambiance...espectacular! Aine was extremely professional and kept the standards of customer service to a whole new level. This is a must do. I will definitely recommend this magnificent place to everyone. Thank you Fogo de Chao and thank-you Aine. People like you makes the difference between just another restaurant and a I WANT TO COME BACK EXPERIENCE!

This is my choice of every Wednesday lunch. The food is fresh and warm, super yummy. More importantly, the service is wonderful! David and Lina took wonderful care of me. They frequently check your water, and ver considerate to check if I need more cheese balls or bananas. The second time I am here, they already remember my preference. It is such a great experience, and I definitely recommend it!

This place is absolutely beautiful—the interior design is elegant and creates a great atmosphere for dining. From the moment I walked in, everything felt top-notch. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The variety and quality truly stood out. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. The staff was attentive, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Today was my very first visit here at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, and all o can say is that it was truly amazing! The options, the atmosphere, the taste of the food, everything was beyond great! But it wouldn’t have been as great if it wasn’t because of the on-point service provided by Aaron and Kathy! Their customer service is truly attentive and caring, taking care of our needs throughout our visit here, and making the experience truly an unforgettable one! They are doing an amazing job!

This is our 5th visit in 2 weeks! The bar bites and service are amazing! Luis, Aranza, Kathy & Alejandro are great! We have ordered just about everything on the menu! Have enjoyed every dish! Order the sliders! And the steak board! Had our son’s graduation celebration in the private room last Sunday. We had a wonderful brunch/lunch! From Ivette who set it all up, to Matteo who hustled and Carolina who took care of us all afternoon, we truly enjoyed our celebration, as did our 30+ guests! No one wanted to leave! I must admit, the sitting at the bar is our favorite! Just a fun place to sit, sip & eat! Our new favorite place!

David was our waiter today and his attention was absolutely superb. I truly enjoyed our lunch and will continue to give him praise because he was fantastic! He even added a few jokes throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back!!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Fogo de Chão, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly special. The food was outstanding, every cut of meat was perfectly cooked, and the Market Table was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit!

Everyone was wonderful Aine was great kept coming around making sure everything was good with us. And our server Jeffrey was amazing as well. It was my parents first time and he explained everything very well . We definetly will be back

Beautiful decor, greeted immediately and warmly. The manager greeted each table which was a great touch. We only had the salad bar but were very impressed. Fresh cheeses and charcuterie, all types of mixed salads, vegetables, and fruit. Additionally you can also have white rice, black beans and soup with little baguette slices. The price is right, a little less than their competitor across the street, and they open daily for lunch. It's a definite repeat. Next visit will be happy hour bites and drinks as the bar area looks beautiful with many choices.

I'm honestly not sure how this place has such high ratings. When we arrived, it felt unusually empty, I assumed it was just because of the Memorial Day. Things got off to a terrible start with a waiter who was beyond rude. I was ready to walk out, but the manager came over. I told him straight up: if we don't receive a different server, we're leaving. Tbh I really wish we had just left. The manager seemed to laugh it off, but to me, it felt like he was laughing because he knew that older gentleman had no business serving tables. Thankfully, we were assigned a new waiter who completely turned the experience around. He was excellent and made the rest of our visit much more pleasant. As for the food, it was average at best. Will I ever return? Absolutely not. To top it off, the ceiling was leaking directly onto our table. The manager was well aware of it but clearly did not care. Honestly, the health department should be notified.

I'm so disappointed in this location, AVOID! We were so excited to have a close Fogo, anytime we travel and see one we normally make sure to have dinner, we love the concept and that the food is always tasty.. However this location couldn't be a bigger let down, the service was horrible, we asked for specific meats that 3 different servers asked what we were waiting for an never received most meats. We complain to the manager that night and the coorprate, only for a meal card that expired two days later and zero response from their corporate.what a waste of money. Definitely try another location.

I went last night with my boyfriend and loved it! We had the full churrasco experience. It was absolutely worth it but yes a bit price, we ended up playing $144 for two people, so it's good to keep the price in mind when you think you're full. The ambience was also beautiful and well themed, a bit loud but when you're busy eating that isn't a problem. Service was great, they were attentive and in a place where they bring food to the table it's important that they are good. Overall, we got home very satisfied and the food was extremely delicious, I want to back for my birthday.

Sorry, this was a hard "No"! Made reservations to celebrate Father's Day's-Party of 4. Service was horrrrrrrrible! It took 15 min for a server to greet us and offer drinks. Drinks arrive 20 min later. The food bar island was 80% empty. Had to call over the hostess to find someone to address the issue. When the meat finally came around, it was red and bloody...My son ordered the salmon off the menu and that took 40 min. No one came by to fill up our water glasses or pick up our dirty plates. I had to pick them up myself and laid them on another table. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring us the check. Never again! The one in the Gables is much better! This Dadeland location is more like a fancier Cafeteria and lacks management.

This was my first time at Fago de Chao. The ambiance was upscale, service was attentive, the buffet bar was good, not great compared to Texas de Brazil. Could have had more salad items. They had Hummus but no pita. Smoked salmon but only bread I found was small pieces. Meat cuts were very good at a good temperature, with a wide variety. They're known for their Churrasco and it was amazing very flavorful. The Lamb and lamb chops were great. Ribeye was excellent. The filet cuts were good not great as compared to top steak houses, insofar as tenderness, flavor and temperature. The manager did a great job at our table asking what's our favorite cuts and then he brought it. One other waiter did the same thing but then forgot to bring it. Waiter Michael was excellent. Overall very good, I joined the rewards and I will be back. Restaurant response

The steaks were good and fresh from the grill also had chicken. Service was great! Very attentive! The environment was super chill but classy.

I've never met a Fogo de Chão Brazilian Restaurant I did not love but there are some I love just a little more. Like the new location at Dadeland. A bit smaller than some of the others but this is one example where size does not matter. Same great market table with fresh salad, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and tons of delicious fruits. Same wonderful variety of perfectly prepared meats. Same impeccable service. Perhaps it is because it is a smaller restaurant or perhaps it is the quality of the staff or perhaps it is the way that this particular restaurant has managed but all I can say is that the two times I have been here have both been extra extraordinary experiences. They simply went out of their way to make sure I got the exact meat. I wanted to cook the exact way. I wanted exactly when I wanted them. If I asked for something in particular and it was not ready. They let me know when it would be, and even checked back to make sure that it had been brought to me and was to my satisfaction. I just loved it here and despite the premium price tag. I find the quality of the food to be practically a bargain at the price. I wasn't even out of the parking spot yet when I was already talking about when my next visit would be. This is a real winner among Brazilian steakhouses.

Shortly after this review was posted, the manager reached out to me and offered her sincerest apologies, and wanted to make it right. She personally delivered us a brand new order today which was truly delicious. I am very happy that we were able to give this a second chance, because today we ate the food I was truly expecting! This customer service we experienced today was incredible and I can't wait to dine with them in house to experience it even further. Thank you to the management team for correcting this issue so promptly and for exhibiting such incredible service and quality. Until next time!

The ambiance was great. They have a very good assortment at their salad bar which includes soup for only $18. Loved the polenta fries a must have. We were seated immediately. The hostess was holding the bar and restaurant menu. Never gave us a menu. Flagged a waitress who got us the menus. Finally after waiting a while, we ordered drinks. The waiter took our menus. Had to flag someone else to give us menus. When they finally came to take our order, the waiter was wonderful, and everything ran smoothly. They have been open for several years, but the poor service was disappointing. We walked in while looking for the Chillis that we learned closed several years ago. Glad we found this beautiful restaurant in downtown Dadeland.

Great service, Michael and Kathy assisted with our table and they were awesome! Love the restaurant vibe and the classy atmosphere. The food is great, as always! We had the picanha burger and it was delicious. The brûlée cheesecake was out of this world! Totally recommend this new location for Fogo de Chão!

While the food is decent, great burgers and sushi selection is small but worth trying, the music is so loud that we had to scream to hear each other at LUNCH. It feels like amateurs are managing the place. It wasn't fun. We asked the host and the waitress if they can lower the music, they both said "absolutely" yet nothing changed. We couldn't wait to leave. Too bad, this was one of my favorite places at one time.

i came in today around 7:30pm and the bartender said "how are you guys, what are you drinking?" i responded "i'm good thank you for asking, how are you doing?", he said "good, what are you drinking?" (in a rude manner). then he says "you have to be 21 to sit at the bar" i responded no problem here's my ID, & he claims that both our ID's are fake when i'm 31 & my friend is 35. he refused to serve us, even the manager said "your friend has gray hairs". i feel profiled & discriminated against when i work in the restaurant business and have not had anyone made me feel this way in my entire life. i hyped up a restaurant with great bar specials and brought my friend to show him & this man single-handedly put us in a bad mood. the worst human being i've met in my entire life.

Fogo is my go to happy hour for bites and old fashions on Las Olas! Where else can you get a picanha burger with polenta fries for $10! It's the juiciest and most flavorful burger you can get - all because of the meat -- picanaha! Not to mention their old fashions are also only $10! Best part of it, their happy hour is all day everyday! I love sitting outside on their patio as it's the perfect place to people watch on Las Olas. Also, they usually have live music in the evenings that makes it for a great date night.

I am really impressed with the new location. I've always been a big fan of Fogo de Chão in The Gables as, but I have to say that this location, if they keep it up, we'll be even better! The service was on point. Absolutely fantastic! Happy hour is the same as in all the other locations, all day everyday with both food and drinks included and happy hour. I sat at the bar and I had flavio, stephanie, and Alejandro as our bartenders. There was not a minute that our glasses were empty or we were not being asked if we needed anything. The bar area here is a lot larger than in the gables. Much more seating area at the actual bar. The decor is lovely. It is warm and inviting. Parking is plentiful as you can park in the garage or on the street. I want to give a shout out to Christian who introduced himself to us tonight and let us know that he's the one that's been training the staff here. If you want the best service with the nicest staff, this is where you have to come. I'll be back... And so should you!

Excellent food. The salad buffet offers an incredible variety, and the meat options in the rodízio are both great and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, with great acoustics, so you don't have to raise your voice to have a conversation. The waiters are always attentive and helpful.

We went for lunch during the holidays. I probably should have checked that lunch does not include the same thing as dinner. The service was horrible. We had to get up to ask for a server. Service was slow. We were a table of women and had to ask for water. The table next to us were all men and had constant service.

You can say goodbye to locals! Bar menu portions and sizes just shrunk by 1/3... It was the chat by others sitting at the bar as well. Locals and regulars are what keeps restaurants going in the long term. Specially in a location with no parking or expensive parking. Regular menu was extremely overpriced. So Chao!

I was so amazed with this place the first time we came. We went back last Sunday and it was such a big disappointment. Nothing like our first experience. It was Father's Day so we expected it to be busy and we knew service might be a little slow but boy was it so much worse. First of all it was extremely hot! I mean we were sweating. We were sitting by an exit door so I thought it was the heat from outside. I asked the server if she could tell a manager and make it a little cooler and she said "oh no, the AC is broken". We tried to ignore the heat and make the best of it but there was no way when our server was just not around. My husband needed salt(we had 2 pepper shakers no salt), when he finally got a server and asked for it but it was never brought. In regard to the food it was mid. The meat seemed overcooked. We did not get even one medium cut although they said it was medium. Our server never came to ask if we needed more sides or drinks. When she finally came we did ask for the dessert menu (still giving it a shot) and guess what she never came back to see if we decided on dessert. She never came back to give us our bill. We waited 20 minutes after we were done eating for a server so we could get our bill and no one came. I had to get up and go to the hostess by the door to ask for her to get us our bill. 10 minutes later a different server came with our bill. No one apologized for the delay or for the heat or lack of service. So disappointing! This is not a cheap place. It is quite pricey and I don't mind paying if the food and service is worth, it but this time, I feel like it was money down the drain! Not sure if we will return and if we do it will not be to this location.

We went here for the first time last night to celebrate our son's birthday and it was terrific. The salad bar is beyond anything I have ever seen at another restaurant with so many wonderful choices of vegetables and charcuterie that was all visually amazing and equally delicious. The meat that was served continuously was delicious with our favorites being the picanha and the bottom sirloin and also the tenderloin. The service was terrific and overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a great meal, experience and I think good value for what you got even though it can be a bit pricey.

This was my first time and it was such a GREAT experience! At first I felt overwhelmed but then I got the hang of how the experience works, it was 10/10 for me! The decor and music choice was perfect and the amount of food and meat that kept coming around, you will get full fast!

As an avid fogo de chao customer i am extremely sad that i have to say that the quality has just continued to get poorer and poorer. when the restaurant first started in this location it was excellent , and over time it has taken a turn for the worse. just now i wanted to enjoy a nice friday evening dinner with the family and it turned out to be a disaster the food was pretty good but after we were done eating we had to wait 30 minutes plus for a desert, and then another 15 for the check. an extra 45 minutes were spent waiting on the end of the meal.This was an unfortunate experience and i hope to one day return to being content with fogo dechao

The food was absolutely AMAZING and on top of the service was impeccable. Rom is the best. All the servers were great but Gonzalo and Jessica went above and beyond. Vanderleia made sure our dinner was perfect. Would definitely go back to this location. Highly recommend!

The service and food were excellent!! Went for Happy Hour. Larger bar and the bartender Alejandro and server Chris were super friendly and very serviceable. Loved how all the servers worked together. This location is my new to go to, keep it up.

Ok so my family and I went there for the 1st time to celebrate my Godson's birthday, the food was PRICEY, they don't validate parking and the waitress spilled my mom's drink and charged her for another one. 1st and last time I'll be at this place.

The food was delicious. The different cuts of meats kept coming. The service was top notch and very friendly. The ambiance was fantastic everyone had a smile on their faces and very courteous. Their cheese bread was sooo good and the desserts were out of this world. We ordered several to taste and couldn't decide which was better. At the end they handed us a $25 dollars reward card to use for the next visits!! Yes, theufo have a rewards program.

The Service was horrible at Dadeland Location. I always have good experience in the CG location, I was in the new location at Dadeland and was a completely disaster, we got the appetizer way after the main dish, one of my daughter never got her main dish, they were making excuses for he bad service that they were changing shift and that happened for almost 3 hours, to bring us drinks took forever ad the bar was almost empty, they constantly forgot our drink order. the best was the bartender when we were waiting for a table.

Food was ok but way over priced service was so so had to wait a long time just to talk to a server .then anytime you needed something you had to get there attention waive arms and stop other waiters to get yours ,which wasnt easy . The location was at dadeland which was previously a chillis . Except now unlike chillis supper expensive and they dont even validate your parking like practiically every other restraunt and store in the shopping center which shows you they dont care about the customer only about the money not the experience very sad and says to the customer just gives your money . Many better choices in miami .

This is my second time coming to this chain, the first time I went was a location in New York, everything was mostly fine, food was good and they kept bringing us meats, however they did not serve me water not once lol crazy right. This time I went to the location in front of dadeland and oh boy what a disaster. So things start off fine the table we are at is a little cramped but I can look past this if the service is stellar or even good or if the food is great, spoiler alert it was not. I am so confused as to who designed the layout of this place the market table line can only fit 1 person at a time before the narrow pathway becomes horribly congested and difficult to navigate, on the bright side the selection was decent. So going back to my dining experience we all ordered the churrasco experience which was 70 dollars each and I myself ordered a lobster in addition another 20 dollars. The whole table ordered drinks of which one of my party was disgusted by the rest was mediocre or watered down. Our server took the orders in the beginning I emphasized a lobster tail he said yes got it. We saw him again in 15 mins to drop off the drinks and now he would disappear and come back every 30 minutes. When they started bringing the meat one person would pass by every 10 minutes which is kind of long to bring us some cuts of meat. At this point we had our cards green side up. They brought us everything but the filet mignon that was advertised....we asked for filet mignon and it never came it was 20 minutes of picking at what ever they would bring us and 2.5 hours of waiting, our sides came about 45 minutes after we started to eat. At no point did we put our green cards to the red and somehow someway at an all you can eat restaurant we left hungry LOL. I had to remind my server about my lobster twice 30 minutes in between each time, when it finally arrived easily the worst lobster I have ever had. I paid over 200 dollars for just me and my wife and I wish I could have my time and money back. Rarely ever do I write a bad review, as a Matter of fact this is the second time in my life I do this but this place sucksssssss.

I had the pleasure of having the best table service ever , Lauren a well educated young woman at the Dadeland restaurant took the best care of me and my family , I haven't had such great service and food in a long while, I'll be dining again here real soon as long as she's our server !

Nice place, the best part was the appetizers. The meat wasn't as good as I thought it would be and it gave me the worst meat sweats of my life for like 2 days

great environment , good food, service not that good, my fiancé got the churrasco full experience and the churrasco was brought almost at the end after asking a couple of times, also there weren't many different types of meats as the waiter mentioned. I don't think I'll be returning.
