The wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here 9/13. We were meet with a great host name Joleen, she explained very thing so well and honestly helped my wife made the best choices on food and drinks. This lady was so attentive, her and the floor team really made our night ! One of the meat servers named Rodrigo was awesome ! He brought me all the specialty cuts at my request and really made the night even more fun. Over all my experience was amazing here. The team and suresh really made our anniversary one to remember ! Now we are done with the service the food was amazing! My wife was so thrilled about their salad bar offering while I was thrilled about their meet selections! My favorite by far what the bone in pork chop I had it was juicy and cooked to perfection !

Update- Contacted the email provided in the owner's reply to the review a few weeks ago, but not received any response or follow-up. Overall, I was not happy with my dining experience. While the buffet spread featured a nice selection of cheese, fruits, salads, bacon, and other cold options, the desserts were a disappointment—they weren't fresh or warm, and there wasn't a single hot option in the buffet. On a positive note, the meat served at our table was excellent, with servers continuously bringing fresh and hot portions. However, our experience was spoiled by poor service. Our original server left mid-meal, and although someone else promised to take over, we were essentially without a dedicated server for the rest of our meal. We had to keep flagging down different servers for basic service like water, which took around 30 minutes, and another 20 minutes to get the dessert menu. Despite loving the food, the significant service issues need improvement.

We recently had the most incredible dining experience at Fogo de Chao! The meat was exquisite! My husband enjoyed the full experience with all the different cuts, while I savored the Chilean sea bass. The salad bar was also impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options. But the real star of the evening was our server Hosana! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even went the extra mile to recommend the perfect wine pairings. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and had a lively atmosphere. We went on Christmas Eve, and the place was packed, but Hosana still managed to provide excellent service. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chao. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We highly recommend it for a special occasion or a fun night out with friends or family.!

The Atmosphere was just great! The place felt new as it should be. The furniture and fixtures blended together. The service of the staff was top notch and attentive. The food at the marketplace bar was clean and yummy! The steaks, chicken and pork that would come to the table was all really tasty. I would like the steaks to have not be so well done.

My wife and I, long-time fans of the Bellevue and Lynnwood locations, were thrilled to try the new Seattle branch. The interior is spacious, immaculate, and creates a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed meal. The meat selections impressed us—while the beef cuts were similar to those at other branches, they had a noticeably cleaner taste, and the pork was less salty than what we're used to. The attached photo highlights the beautifully presented, juicy cuts with perfect grill marks that make the dishes visually appealing. Although our lunch visit was quiet, the service was a bit slow when it came to meat delivery, and the salad bar maintained its fresh quality throughout. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a parking issue. Despite confirming twice by phone that parking validation was available, we received conflicting information at the restaurant. Initially, we were told that there was a complimentary two-hour parking window, but later, a manager stated that no free parking was offered at all. When she approached us regarding the discrepancy, her initial response suggested that we had misinterpreted our question, essentially shifting the blame onto us. It wasn’t until we insisted—after confirming the details three times—that she admitted the mistake was on the part of the staff. A manager should take responsibility, not deflect blame onto customers or employees. This inconsistent and dismissive handling of our inquiry significantly soured our experience. Overall, while the food and ambiance are commendable, the unresolved parking confusion and poor customer service have left us disappointed.

I enjoyed my experience at Fogo de Chão. The gauchos were very friendly and courteous with us and the food kept coming generously! I would definitely recommend it. We came in for lunch and left full 😋

Our Server Mereum was very pleasant & kind. The Market table all the food was fresh & The chicken salad give it a try the best chicken salad. The meat service was prompt & all the meats were cooked to perfection & well seasoned. Ronaldo the manager came by a made sure we were Happy with everything! Check out Fogo In downtown Seattle! This is specific to the Carnival Celebration that has lowered my experience at this location. To start, the location is beautiful and was excited to try this event. To start, the food was okay and consistently came out cold. With the amount of time it took for food to come out, that wasn't the expectation. For the cold items, they even took a long time which didn't make since as they tasted pre-prepared. For the service, the bar tenders were fantastic and make excellent drinks. For the wait staff, they were absolutely clueless as to what was going on. Kept having to ask for food items after flagging them down as they did not come to the table often and were not even trying to make sure everything came out timely. They were shocked every time I had to ask for another dish that I didn't already have it. They kept a mentioning the kitchen but I think not only the kitchen but the wait staff were unable to support this reserved event. Overall, if I based my opinion on this location with this experience I would never come back. With the length of time this location has been opened now, it should operate like a well oiled machine. No manager came to checkin or seemed concerned people were sitting at the table with no food.

So good.... Until it wasn't. Walking in, the ambiance and host was amazing. This is perhaps one of the nicest Fogo de Chao dining rooms I've been to (and I've been to many). Everything went off pretty well until after we got our drinks and started to hit the buffet. From there, I don't know where our server went. For the next hour and a half, our server was MIA. I even had to ask some random waiter for our check. And the lack of service wasn't the worst part.... 1. Fogo de Chaos' have been skimping on the honey grilled pineapple. They used to give you a slice of the entire outside of the pineapple. Then they started giving you a cross cut, so you only get an edge of the grilled pineapple. And now, today, you don't even get any grilled pineapple. The fresh cut pineapple was amazing, but that's not what I came here for and not what Brazilian bbq is supposed to be! Bring back the grilled pineapple!! Please. When I asked a random waitress about the pineapple, she said they don't have it here, but they can get us some grilled honey cheese. 2. It never came. She came by again to ask if we'd gotten it. Nope. She said she'd check on it. Still nope. Nice try. So disappointing. 3. The meats were ok. The flank was pretty good, but the rest was just B to C average. The chicken didn't come until after we were done. Nothing other than standard basic meat that was often undercooked. 4. The buffet table was standard - nothing to rave about; nothing really to complain about. 5. I think we got one refill on our drinks which was about 20 mins too late and took forever. I really hope this experience is isolated to the DT Seattle location because I'd hate to lose another great restaurant.

Saturday night had the restaurant poppin! This was my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse and I will definitely be back. My server Aaron was informative, attentive and incredibly entertaining. Along with Hosana and the Manager Angelo who also made sure my experience was the absolute best. The ambiance was beautiful, very clean setting and the food was immaculate.

Service was great! But my only critique is that the meat service was lagging. Not sure if it was because they lacked staff or they were busy catering to bigger parties first. The ambiance was super classy and chic. I definitely prefer the medium/ medium rare cuts of meats vs the well done. For example the lamb rack was too tough and chewy. I do think the quality of food needs a bit of work but overall," a pretty decent food!

This was our first time at Fogo and I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Jolene was our server and she was very kind and empathetic!

Food is great as always! But compared to the Las Vegas location (which I been to several times) SUPER SLOW on bringing you more meat. Especially the meats you want. Not to mention I was eating with my Muslim friends and had to say no pork at this table 4 times. On another note the servers are really awesome and doing their best.

Service was poor. Thiny staffed. Took forever to be seated (even with a reservation), took forever for our drinks to arrive. Drinks arrived 30+ minutes after we were seated. The place wasn't sold out which is weird why the service was poor. I did not get my money's worth of food.

Opening weekend for Fogo De Chao Seattle was delightful! Our servers were Issa and Parsa, they were exceptional and offered delicious recommendations. The manager, Suresh, visited our table with lots of humor and compliments. All in all it was a lovely date night and what looked to be a successful opening weekend. I look forward to coming back for a girls night out!

Good ambience and continuous flow of meats but service was incredibly slow and inconsistent. We needed more time deciding on what drinks to get so we ordered it when our server checked on us for the second time. Our drinks came very late, when we were starting to get full from the meat. The cheese bread and bananas also didn't come until the second half of the meal. Lastly, I was there to celebrate my birthday. We were waiting 30 minutes for our complimentary dessert - but it was never entered into the system. We had reservations for 5:30 pm and didn't leave until 8:15pm.

I, came in today and was seated fairly fast, and our server was Aaron. I firstly want to say that he was very responsive and attentive, he had solid recommendations, and had a good taste for wine because my fiancé enjoyed what he had to recommend and she's usually the wine drinker. To keep it short I had a great experience because of Aaron, would totally ask for him next time.

I've had many churrascarias before - this one was pretty good and better than the Fogo de Chao in Bellevue! We had the Best of Brazil $39 deal which still gives most of the meats while being about half the price, so I definitely recommend taking advantage of this deal. It's not advertised on the menu so you have to tell your server at the beginning. Their service is very prompt like most churrascarias and they are good about bringing meats fast and refilling anything that runs out. Our favorite was the lamb picanha and picanha, which are the restaurant specialties, but the other meats like the sirloin and chicken wrapped in bacon are solid too. Besides that, they give cheese balls (always buttery & delicious), banana (could have been sweeter but still tasty), mashed potatoes, and fried polenta. Had a great experience and would come back!

Disappointing food, service and experience! First time to a this type of experience and was excited to try all the things. $71 is a steal if you're a meat eater. Pros: - Fun atmosphere - salad bar- loved the options and wanted to go back to this 3 times over. - the cheesy bread and mashed potatoes are delicious! - the filet melted in my mouth and the pork chop had a nice Smokey flavor Cons:: - Terrible service. We were a party of 8 and all ordered the experience. Most of our table were from out of town and their first visit to Fogo. We ordered drinks immediately but they didn't come. We visited the salad bar, started getting offered all the meat options still no drinks. In this time, 3 different servers asked if we wanted drinks and we kept saying they were ordered. They finally arrived. I was given the wrong drink, but forget about flagging someone down to inquire since that first order seemed hard for them. About halfway through, we realized we no longer had a server. Our original server (Jason?) was now in a different section and we had to flag anyone who looked like they worked there . We ordered another round of drinks, again, the wait was beyond forever. Some wanted a third but we couldn't get anyone's attention. - most of the meat options were tough and dried out. Disappointing. - the top sirloin came around about 6 times, was looking for variety. - why don't the servers tell you what their meat is? We had to ask each time and repeatedly. I don't understand. And they seemed annoyed when they had to tell us what it was. - during our visit, our coworkers , another table of 8 sat next to us. They arrived after 30 min after us, ordered the experience and many, many, many drinks, ate dessert and left before us. We were baffled. - at one point, I was looking for the mashed potatoes. We were never offered this but our coworkers next to us were . They passed it down and they were delicious! - since we didn't have a server , we had to flag someone down for a dessert menu. We ordered 3 - tres de leches, cheesecake and ice cream with strawberries. . They said they didn't have strawberries, only purée which was great! Sure! You know came out? A tiny bowl of 2 whole strawberries. at this point, we felt like we're were on candid camera. - at the very very end, it seemed we now had a server. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, just so happened we were wrapping up. We asked for the bill. Turns out she had to recreate the bill bc only 2 things were on it. When it arrived, we saw we paid for a few of our coworkers drinks from the next table. Fine. It was so had to dine here, it wasn't worth the effort to ask for anything more. One of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. Terrible.

Christiano is amazing, he provided prompt and excellent service, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. We have dined here multiple times, and even though it was busy and later in the evening he made it a memorable and smooth experience. 10/10

No one was more excited than me to see a Fogo de Chao opening in Seattle, I'm a huge fan and have been in their restaurants across the US, I think the Washington DC was my first. We made reservations and stopped in for Sunday dinner, the food was good, the service was not. Our server was great, she was hustling and making sure we had our orders in and everything we needed. The meat servers were working hard. The bar took almost my whole dinner to bring me a single glass of the correct wine. I should've known better than to order a dessert drink, as it NEVER came, while the rest I of my party enjoyed their desserts. I'm an optimist and hope only for the best, and will try again next time.

Fogo is a must-visit for meat lovers. As someone who doesn't eat meat regularly, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the meal. I came here on a weekday lunch for their churrasco experience, which includes a continuous table-side service of cuts of grilled meats and a self-service of appetizers/ small bites/ salad bars. I really enjoyed the pork sausage, lamb, and grilled cheese slice. Some of their beef cuts and chicken were a bit too dry and hard to chew. Everything at the self-serve bar tasted fresh and served as a great palate cleanser. This is one of Fogo's newest locations and despite being in downtown Seattle, the restaurant has a very nice ambiance. It is a solid spot for special occasions. Service was good but they forgot my drink order and didn't realize it until the end of the meal.

Just NO. If you want service or an experience, go elsewhere. It took 30 minutes to get drinks after ordering them (of of which was simply a diet coke). Nobody seemed to know who was serving us (it kept changing, and we were constantly being interrupted to be asked the same things because nobody seemed to know who was in charge of our table). It was super confusing. We paid for the full experience and only got offered a few of the cuts. Not sure if they don't actually offer all of their menu items as listed, or we were just getting skipped by certain Gauchos? One server picked up a plate and dripped oil all over the table and one of our guests, unapologetically. The Market Table is mediocre at best. Many of the items from the website weren't there. There was a decent variety, the issue being, most of them were at best not good, and at worst, inedible. It was by far a very confusing, frustrating, and poor experience. AVOID.

Glad to have finally made it to this Fogo de Chao. We typically go to the one in Bellevue. Glad we got to try this one. Location has a parking garage as well as parking garages around it. Service was amazing. Props to Roger, Carlos, and Luis who made the experience amazing. Food was delicious and plenty of options!

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night after seeing a $39.99 promotion advertised frequently on Instagram. Unfortunately, the promotion did not live up to expectations like Kamala Harris speeches. When we arrived, our waiter, who was very rude, informed us that the offer was only for one choice of meat and the salad bar. "Lying like Kamala Harris" We were disappointed, especially since we had expected all-you-can-eat options as implied by the ad. On top of that, after agreeing to pay the full price for the meal, we noticed that the meat server did not come around as frequently to our table as to others, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Additionally, we asked to move tables several times, but were denied, which contributed to our frustration. I won't be returning in the future. Note: I was wearing a TRUMP 2024...establishment or employers are all Harris supporters.

Fogo de Chao is a solid spot, everything is always good, service and food. I would say it's a go to for date night, or business meals. Definitely a place you have to wear your stretchy pants for and not the kind of place you want to take a vegetarian or vegan. If you aren't getting the cuts you want you can flag a server to ask them to direct them to your table.

I went here for the first time for my birthday. The experience was lovely. The array of meats and were so good and tender my favorite was the lamb . I tried polenta for the first time and I liked it. I tried a drink similar to a mojito and the drink was extremely refreshing. The service was amazing. They were constantly walking around offering meat as well as VA from the salad bar. My other favorite was the cream cheese Brulé, but I had for dessert even got to blow off the set up was nice. We had individual lights that showed on our table even though they started to dim the lights as it got later in the evening it was very relaxing aesthetic place. I am definitely going to go back again and take my hubby because he is a meat person.!

Loved my experience at Fogo de Chao in Rainier Square! The Churrasco experience is incredible and lives up to the hype of 'all you can eat Brazilian steak'. The $10 happy hour drinks are quite the deal and tasty, especially the Gold Rush (my fav). The team at Fogo made us feel welcomed and really went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Shout out to Danielle, she is a guiding star there making sure things were flawless. Would recommend coming hungry! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a very memorable dinning experience, and will happily recommend and come back. We were surprised to find the restaurant was really busy for a Sunday evening. Our reservation was at 7:00, we arrived at 7:15, and were seated by 7:30. Our waiter (Alberto) was very attentive and genuine. We appreciated that he informed us of the $39 Best of Brazil special (that was not on the menu), which we came in for. We never felt pressured to be up-sold. Within a few minutes of being sat a special caipirinha (signature Brazilian cocktail) bar rolled up offering tableside cocktails. Christian made great drinks and you could tell he truly enjoyed explaining the process, which made for a great experience. $10 for the basic caipirinha or $15 for premium, which is pretty reasonably priced for a Seattle cocktail. We tried both, and both were good. The premium cachaça had a delicious nutty flavor, which we preferred. Almost everyone we encountered were really pleasant and helpful. The tableside service was fantastic. I would agree with a few of the negative reviews about some cuts of meat being overcooked and not as tasty as others, but I think that's to be expected when you have this level of variety. We made sure to ask for medium rare cuts, which were usually accommodated. The lamb sirloin, Parmesan pork chops, and garlic steak were all excellently cooked and delicious. The grilled cheese (no bread, just a high smoke point cheese with grill marks) with honey was insanely good! The salad bar was good and had a large variety, which is to be expected. I particularly liked that there were ingredient cards listing limited dietary ingredients. The sides were good. We particularly enjoyed the chimichurri sauce. The spicy salsa-type sauce was okay. The polenta fries were crispy and very tasty, and the mashed potatoes were creamy. The manager offered us a signature desert as we were celebrating our anniversary, which was really thoughtful. The crème brûlée and tres leches cake came highly recommended. We chose the molten chocolate cake because that's my favorite, which was good. Looking back, I'd suggest the recommended desserts. We received excellent service from everyone we encountered, especially Alberto and Christian. The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, making it ideal for everything from date nights to family celebrations. We sat in a very comfortable leather booth for two overlooking a window. The food, attentive service, and uniqueness of this dinning experience exceeded our expectations, especially in light of the negative reviews and being a large chain restaurant. Highly recommend!

Food was good, meat comes by a lot of times, restaurants was very chic. Service was great. Attentive to our drinks and side. I had the buffet with choice of picanha extra $11 on top of buffet price, the meat I can only get that kind ONLY. I don't really eat much meat but the Picanha meat barely passed, so I probably get like 2 slices throughout my meals. One thing I found weird was when we about to pay and me & my friend hand over our own credit cards, waiter was like " Ughhh... we normally can't split check but I'll do it this time" which is extremely weird. Never knew a place who can't split a check.

Such an AMAZING lunch experience & the price is reasonable for everything you get. I had the full meal lunch experience. Outstanding & loaded Market Table & Feijoada Bar, a never ending meat supply of pork, steak, chicken & lamb delivered fresh & hot by the staff to your table. The staff was wonderful & attentive & the atmosphere was pleasant & comfortable. Be hungry & give yourself a little extra time to comfortably enjoy the experience. I will definitely be returning.

We were excited to celebrate the 30TH Anniversary of my sister and brother in law ... I really regre making the reservation for 10 people there: Service very poor, with server ALL in a not good mood... they didn't even changed plates for us MEAT: horrible not even filet mignon nor chicken hearts come to the table... 3 of us in the party had diarrhea rice and beans cold and not cooked well We brought a very expensive bottle of wine and they could ruin it by the way they opened.... We should get a refund!

Oh my goodness so much good food. Too much for me but it's always a good time. We find ourselves there for hours whisking they had an inside bed. Service is always up to par and the restaurant is always clean. Must try!

Great selection of expertly grilled meats, served right at the table, was a carnivore's paradise! The salad bar was equally impressive offering a wide variety of options. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, which enhanced the overall dining experience. What truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Suresh Rao, a Customer Service Representative. His attentiveness and professionalism stood out as he checked in regularly throughout the evening to ensure everything was to our liking--without ever being intrusive. We look forward to returning to this place again, knowing that we will be in such capable hands!

This was a weird experience. I came with friends because we wanted to try the $39 special. The waiter seemed off put that we didn't want the full more expensive option but whatever. We started at the salad bar and the meat slowly came to our table. The service eventually picked up as we were there but the service from our server was terrible. Never refilling drinks or coming by for more rounds. We had to ask multiple times if our orders of wine were coming. The server's shift even ended and he left without even letting our table know and we had to ask for our check from someone else. Overall a bad experience that lasted 3 hours just because we couldn't get service faster. Hopefully this was a one off bad experience and will be better next time but it's expensive to just gamble on spotty service.

Let me begin by saying that everyone was really nice. The ambience was okay and the food was mediocre. That being said, the actual service left a lot to be desired. Our dirty plates were never cleared. We had to wave someone down to pick them up each time. We ordered one mimosa and was never asked if we wanted another one until the end of our meal. It was a friends birthday and he ordered dessert and they brought it out in a big paper "to go" bag, I guess they were trying to kick us out. Also, let me mention, there were five of us, five "bear type" men, and they would serve us a little sliver of meat. And once I had my little card turned over to green and it was completely ignored. Maybe they didn't see it for all the dirty dishes on the table. It's a shame considering the price. Totally not worth it and I would not recommend.

Super busy to the point food isn't enjoyable. Speaking of food - the stakes felt cheap and flavorless.

We have family from out of state visiting so we thought to take them out to a nice restaurant. We saw this location had opened and decided to give it a shot over our usual Novilhos in Bellevue... that was such a mistake. We arrived around the time of our reservation and a group who had a reservation after ours was seated before us. We waited 15-20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated although there were many empty tables. I will say service from our server was very poor. He introduced himself to us, refolded our napkins, and that was the last he made himself helpful - he spent the rest of the time we were there behind the bar. We never received utensils I requested for my toddler, nor did we receive a cup of water for him, it also took 15ish minutes to get a high chair and a card to get meat. To get drinks besides water later in our meal we had to walk to the bar and ask our server, to request meat, we asked the gauchos by the salad bar. They were friendly; however, we never saw the filet mignon, picanha, and other cuts of meat unless we specifically requested them at the salad bar, and when we requested extra bread it took about 20 minutes for that to arrive and another 20-30 for our dessert to arrive. While they did give us a free dessert for the poor service, we spent over $250 so that didn't do much to make us feel better. The server who helped at the end was friendly but it did not make up for such an awful experience. We couldn't even leave because we couldn't flag anyone down to get our check. I requested to speak to a manager prior to leaving and no one ever came - the host just stood there and didn't communicate with anyone, that we saw. The service was terrible, I've worked in the industry, I know what it's like, but this could have been so much better. All staff need retraining in customer service/hospitality because this was not it, and one of the staff even let us know that brunch time was not busy compared to evening. We will not be back as this experience really left everyone in my party unhappy.

Service was beyond poor. From the minute you enter the restaurant to the minute you leave, you will mostly be treated terribly. Salad bar was very empty. We didn't get to try more than 4 items of meat and one grilled halloumi cheese. Our server didn't check at all on us when we needed more drinks or more sides. We only got one portion of sides. This is the 5th branch I try and I totally regret giving this place another chance.

Great selection of meats. There were a decent amount of people when we came, so service was a little slow at first but really picked up towards the middle. Our server and the entire staff honestly were extremely friendly and welcoming. Special thank you to Angelo for taking the time to speak with us and making the overall experience a great one as well as Hosana. As for the ambiance, the feel is warm and intimate, with low lighting that creates a cozy, upscale atmosphere, very welcoming.

New restaurant across the street from my job has caught my eye , decided to bring my mother and girlfriend here for dinner . As we walked in we were instantly greeted and sat by the hosts and was completely surprised by the quick and formal service . They explained everything well and we decided to do the full experience for 70$ each . Food- Everything was amazing , the buffet area and the meat service was amazing . Everything was freshly cooked and hot while being tender and juicy , my personal favorite was the lamb chops and fried plantains. Ambiance + Service - All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and communicated with us very well when there was something they couldn't accommodate for . The Manager Suresh was an outstanding highlight to our dinner creating a real connection with us and our job right across the street, he will definitely put a smile on your face ! Ambiance was nice mix of classy and modern matching very well with the food . Overall 10/10 for a Brazilian steakhouse would definitely come back again !

I frequent the Bellevue location often- and get take out. It's always great. However this was shocking. I ordered the picanha and got all the dry ends, rubbery and inedible. They packed cold uncooked broccoli and barely steamed asparagus. Totally forgot my sides. Very disappointing.

Downtown Seattle now has a Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse. It's the original chain of Brazilian churrascaria. They were decently busy on a Saturday mid afternoon and were full in the evening. We enjoyed the salad bar as it was fresh and had a good selection of deli meats and cheeses, fruits, various salads, and a hot food section as well. The cheese filled bread or rolls are always a favorite and we went through a couple servings of these. They bring the meat around generally on the medium to medium well side so you have to ask if you want medium rare, which we did. Some of my favorites were the beef ribs, bottom sirloin or Fraldinha, picanha, and the lamb picanha or cordeiro. Unfortunately, they were out of the linguica or spicy pork sausage. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal.

Despite making a reservation (for one) and coming in early- I still had to wait for a table. This wouldn't have been a big issue if other tables (two people) who came in after me weren't taken to a table before me. The hostess was handling the area on her own and honestly shouldn't have. The entrance was extremely busy and multiple parties came in and had to wait an extended amount of time, some even left during the time I was waiting too. Once I was at a table, the waiter was extremely nice but hard to catch up to. In the beginning, it took me 15 minutes to receive meat. My waiter was handling multiple other tables so it took her a while to come back around to me which meant no one noticed that I was sitting with no meat or drink for 15 minutes. Once she did notice, service was quicker with the meat but still not good. You either get swarmed by multiple cutters at one time or you have to wait for even one to come by your table for over 10 minutes. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE, this is not about their personality- the waitress was nice and so were the meat cutters, the service was just slow. You would have multiple waitress/waiters coming by the table, so don't get use to one person. The manager was even on the floor assisting so the team work was evident and amazing. The ambiance was calming and great for a solo dinner. It was a bit dark inside but it was nice. I'm giving 3 stars because you will have to wait- wait for a table, wait for service, wait on meat, wait in your drinks- you will have to wait. If you're in a rush, do not come in or set your reservation for early in the night. The staff is amazing, the bar area seemed to be the best option if you're dining solo.

I've always been a fan of Fogo and was super excited to find out they were opening one in Downtown Seattle. Me and by husband decided to check them out tonight for date night and were pleasantly surprised with how amazing everything was despite them being open for only a week. The food was great as always and service was impeccable. Street parking was very easy to find on a Saturday evening and I believe they have valet as well. We'll definitely be coming back to this location!

This place was okay we arrived mid-afternoon. It was kind of slow. They were slow and bringing the food special the meats around to the table. Other than that food was very good the meats were very good.

Viv and Carlo took such good care of our table. Very good, friendly service. They were quick to recognize when we needed refills, answers questions, bring out sides. The atmosphere was amazing! Very busy, but it did not feel like it at all. Absolutely amazing time! Party of 10 for Birthday.
