yeaaaaah service wasn’t friendly, the food was bad. I had the catfish sandwich and I’ve never had Catfish before. I will say, i think it was fried okay. I kept getting random hints of like pond water taste at certain bites. Turned me off from eating the rest. Not sure if this is just normal for catfish since they’re from muddy fresh water. Sandwich itself is just so cheap and basic that it shouldn’t be that expensive. It’s just lettuce, soft bread, tomatoe, and some pickles (that weren’t even crunchy 😭🤣). I was recommended by the workers at airport so I thought it would be fire. Maybe we just have different tastes tho.

Takes forever to get your food, so don't order unless you have awhile before boarding. I paid like $35 for a damn poboy. But at least the portions size was big

Grab a quick bite before boarding. Had to wait for someone to come from the back to serve. Only 2 people working, one was the cashier. If you say hello and treat them with respect, both ladies (Veronica and Monica) are nice. Food was hot and fresh. Tasted good for Airport's quick service.

Ordered crawl fish rice, the size is small, there are very few crawl fish, but cost $25! And they don't take airlines meal voucher! Never eat here!

One of the women who works there didn’t assist me at all. I asked her a simple question, and she responded so badly and so rudely. Her customer service is awful. There is no reason to treat people as if we’re begging for something. I’m paying for what you’re selling, and you treat me like that? It’s unacceptable. Terrible experience at this place.

If I can just give a 0 rating. Will be perfect. People should won’t be working with some bad attitudes. Be happy you have a job. Management should be aware of the way their employees are working. Or maybe management does not care at all. But putting smile to your paying customer and saying good morning it won’t hurt no one. Hey at the airport never stop there never ever ever.

Certainly not upholding Southern hospitality or Chef Folse's reputation. All my kid wanted was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, but I was told by cashier "Courtney" that she could not sell it to me because it was a breakfast sandwich. I said I understand it's a breakfast sandwich, but why does it matter if the sandwiches are still out in the display case, along with several other items for sale. All she could say was that it was a breakfast sandwich and so she couldn't sell it. There was no logical explanation. In trying to understand the illogical: IF it's a food safety concern, then those sandwiches should be discarded before someone gets sick or the health department gets involved. IF it's an arbitrary point of sale/register rule, protocol should be to remove those items from the purchase point so customers don't think they are for sale. Ultimately, the best business decision would be to rethink that rule since folks like BEC sandwiches at any time of day, and in this economy I would want to increase sales where possible. The insult to injury is that they sell a BACON EGG AND CHEESE sandwich in the cold case after breakfast time. So, absolutely nothing of this situation is logical. Sure, you're a captive audience at the airport, but Folse does have other hospitality venues elsewhere, which I will not be supporting. Having just enjoyed a delightful and delicious lunch at Dooky Chase's, I am happy to support Leah Chase's legacy further in the terminal at Leah's Kitchen. Bless your heart, "Courtney", critical thinking and empathy will get you far in life. Heading back to the home of the BEC on every corner, at any time of day.

I’m a Nola native. I fly in and out of Nola International very much for work. Today I wanted red beans and rice. Issues: Cold Very small-(Small child size) and close to 20.00….Had to also my a 17.00 mufaletta. Rice crunchy-Does it get checked, tastes. Workers very lethargic…not hospitable at all. So of all the locations Delaware north has here, I visit ALL of them. I can say with certainty, this location Folse Market-Absolutely the worst. Whatever you do, not this one…or just buy the ready made cold salad or muffuletta. Don’t buy the prepared food. Good luck with the employees. For me….never again. Must avoid.
