Once we were their loyal fans since MCO… but after tonight, I’ll just “de-fan” this place.
Honestly, it turned into one of the worst dessert bar experiences I’ve had. What kind of customer service is this? After gaining fame, this is how you treat your customers? Even with the boss present, we were just chased away like that.
Here’s what happened. We were really looking forward to enjoying their desserts. When we arrived, there were some empty seats, though not enough for all 4 of us. We were fine with 2 seats and 2 of us standing at the bar. But the owner, who was sitting there, told us that if we sat, it would be a hindrance to “high traffic.” Instead, he asked us to sit outside just on a bench. Fine, we sat. But then they closed the entrance door and no one came out to attend to us. What a pity.
It was really sad because we had supported them since MCO, always excited to come back, yet this time we were treated so poorly. This will definitely be the last time for me. There are plenty of other dessert places in town with good quality, better customer service, and the right attitude.
