Venezuelan arepas, cachapas, tequeños, and fresh juices, served with family warmth. Covered by the New Haven Register in March 2025 for adding a nearby brick-and-mortar while keeping the Long Wharf truck active.

Taco bell who? Authentic ethnic cooking in multiple styles. Conveniently located off the highway. Trucks line up in all seasons and weather. No outdoor seating or bathrooms. Parking is fine if you stay across the street from the trucks and dont go down the one way alley. Credit cards accepted. Ive seen the seagulls get a bit desperate for people's food sitting by the water(im sorry that I laughed). Reliable staple for me during my travels. I dont have a favorite truck, they're all good and all offer my favorite veggie tacos and pina colada.

I tried tacos from the unnamed red truck and Mexicali Black truck. The pastor and red sauce from the red truck was my favorite, overall the two trucks were ok. Maybe i would try other options from the black truck next time. Seemed popular

A lot of choices for food but mainly Mexican food. This place gets packed in wekeend there is street parking and there is always garbage all over the place. Bring s seat the ocean. Is across the street and you can sit in the shade enjoy a meal

I try to go for breakfast before it gets too crowded or busy. I have only been to one truck because I don’t have a lot of time but I have always enjoyed the food I get there. I got a breakfast burrito once and chilaquiles the second time.

Energize up to tackle the shopping expedition at IKEA! Why have bland food at their cafe? For the about the same price, you can have an authentic, gritty seaside experience made by Mexicans and Puerto Ricans (might be more but I only saw those choices). There are about 20 trucks on a chilly early April Friday lunch. 2025.

This place is awesome! Endless amount of authentic Mexican cuisine. Tacos are incredible! Do not leave without getting the traditional Cuban sandwich. I wish I had gotten a few to go…. Highly recommend.

This place is a food truck in a long row of food trucks. The food is okay. It's nothing great. In fact the chicken fingers or chicken pieces that I ordered were too well done. And were rather bland. But I must say, there's about 10 to 15 food trucks there and they're all owned and staffed by Latino immigrants. And I tell you I have to give them credit because they're all they're working, it was excessively hot outside and it must have been brutally hot in those trucks with those grills running. Yet they were in there working running around, everything coming out fast. So in that regard, I must say that was impressive. And it seems like it's the type of business that if you take the food safety class, and get the truck and learn how to operate a short order grill, there's really no reason why more people can't be doing this. Especially people that are complaining about an inability to earn a living. A couple of people can get together, combine their money, and get a little business going. Yeah it's tough in the beginning. You might have to sleep in the truck in the beginning but get the thing going, get it off the ground. Anyway, that discussion is for another day

Whether you're craving authentic Mexican flavors or classic Caribbean comfort food, you'll find something to love here. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly service only add to the excellent culinary experience. It's definitely a must-visit for any food lover looking for a fantastic and diverse meal. You'll be glad you stopped by! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
