Scheduled an appt. and put it in my calendar only to find out when I got there that I had NO appt. scheduled! I'm having issues with the key fobs or the receiver in the car. Key fobs work sporadically. I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to unlock or lock or start the car one of these days. They first wanted to try a new coin battery ( already did that, but ok), so they put a new one in one of my two fobs. Of course they "both" worked today, but maybe not tomorrow. So now that I'm not scheduled with an appt I have to make one for diagnostics. The girl who "helped me" didn't care about my dilemma and was rude about the issue I was having!! Yes, In total frustration I said, so what the f*** am I supposed to do now?! I did apologize but she didn't care. I bet she would've if it were her car, one that she depends on to get back and forth to work. I'll never go back there again. I didn't appreciate the way this was handled. Especially since I did schedule an appt..
Brianna, maybe you should look into why your scheduler person didn't schedule my appt.! A man who works at this location asked if I knew of the name of that person, (who scheduled my appt.), but I didn't realize I had to get a name. Thought I could just make the call, put it in my calendar and have an appt.. All I know is that it was a guy with whom I talked to. There's nothing more to say other than I won't be back.
