Canadian Rockies Dining Guide to the Food & Drink Scene | Eater

"A stylish, nature-inspired boutique hotel in a national-park town with contemporary outdoor-themed design, an on-site spa and hot tub, and two restaurants that showcase Rocky Mountain cuisine: a grand dining room with a wood fireplace for hearty breakfasts and a lounge serving elevated comfort dishes such as salmon-and-leek fishcakes, mac and cheese with Alberta Gouda, and butcher boards for evening dining." - Zoe Baillargeon

The staff is SO NICE! And bend over backwards for the guests. New owners 1-2 years ago work very hard to make us feel at home here for a week. Not new and shiny, but everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is no restaurant here yet, but plenty nearby, esp for a short drive. Love the neighborhood too, for walking in the morning.

We stayed 1 night. The room was clean had bed bugs it does sound like someone trying to unlock the door at night. The elevators sound like it’s on its last leg. Serves no breakfast or any kind of snacks. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder no shampoo no conditioner or anything of that sort the staff are friendly not a bad hotel in a pinch the beds was comfortable they are pet friendly it does smell like weed in the building so just be aware of that if you have health problems.

I experienced fraud and was unable to complete the booking and check in as my information was spoofed on a booking site and they canceled and charged the booking for a site that I did not intend and they would not offer hospitality in honoring the reservation as a solution to fix it nor work with the agency on a booking issue but was told I could just pay cash. The business is littered with long term stay/primary residence and lousy with off lable security that does nothing. This is a "once was nice" old holiday inn that has been debranded and has fallen into rent by the hour type status. A woman was carried inside unconscious and they acted as if that was business as usual. This should be avoided at all costs.

We stayed 3 nights. Very accessible to the attractions we wanted to see. All front desk staff were super nice! We stayed on the first floor. Our room and what we saw of the hotel was clean. Very affordable. We ate at restaurants in "the hill" which was very accessible from the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a two night reservation here and left early the next morning of the first nights stay. As soon as you walk in from the lobby to the elevators it smells like pee. Disgusting. Saw another review that said the same thing. Elevators sound and feel like they are hanging on by its last string. The room was absolutely terrible. Curtains stained with who knows what, torn and every inch was filthy. The room we reserved wasn’t ready so they stuck us on the 7th floor. I was up ALL night because it constantly sounded like someone trying to get into our room. Early the next morning I get up to high tell us out of here. Was on the toilet and heard someone trying to unlock our door, shaking the handle. Next thing I know we get a knock and it’s front desk seeing who’s in the room. Us, the ones you put in this room I replied. As soon as I opened the door a rush of weed smells fill our room, my eyes and throat burned for a couple hours. I said to the lady at our door, “do you smell that?” She said yes confirming the use of drugs and smoke in the hallway. Probably the people trying to get into our room. We left immediately after and the awesome people at The Drury in Brentwood area saved us with a great deal for a last minute room. Y’all my eyes watered all night, I couldn’t stop sneezing and my asthma flared. As soon as we left this disgusting place it all cleared up. That means mold or something worse in the air to trigger such a quick respiratory response. You’ve been warned by a mom of two small kids. Will always read reviews before staying anywhere else. Worse and scariest hotel experience of my life.

Adequate room for the night. Wifi was a bit hit and miss, not good in my room at times. Plentiful, free coffee at reception, Thought that the price was a bit steep not to have included breakfast.Very near to the freeway, so heavy traffic noise. A little out of the way from St Louis. No decent restaurants nearby...

Location is good, right off the highway. Gas stations near hotel. Restaurant near hotel. Free parking. Has a pool. Staff friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Could have better soap and hair shampoo/conditioner. The elevator needs to be worked on, it doesn’t wait for you to get in and will close on you. Has no sensor monitor to stop when closing.

The staff is awesome. The hotel is older and the staff does a great job. The hotel does not have exercise center, restaurant or bar as I saw on their ad. Swimming pool was very nice and relaxing.
