Forest Road Brewing Co. - Taproom & Bar

On a hot Sunday afternoon what better place to relax and enjoy an ice cold beer? Lovely staff - I had a schooner 3/4 pint Posh Beer, very good. It is a short walk from Hackney Market which can be rammed so this is a nice "quiet spot" lots of seating. Came away with a couple cans of Posh Beer.

Came here on a work do for drinks tasting. Chris, the guy that ran us through it, was great. Super knowledgeable, was very happy discussing everything beer and led a very fun evening. Tacos were excellent too, would 100% come back

Eddy, Kane and Chris, and Marcus were great, made me feel welcome as an outsider, good beer, good music. Amazing vibes, as an American I felt more welcome than any other taproom or pub that I’ve been to in London.

We've hosted our Summer and Christmas party here for 100+ guests and every time it's exceptional. Kane and his team are brilliant and we're already looking at doing Christmas 2025 here too!

Forest Road offers good, reasonably priced beer and with a pretty cool railway arch setting. However, it has only one toilet, which can be a challenge, and it's either very busy or completely empty every time I've visited. The staff aren't very friendly and often seem aloof or inexperienced. The most recently experience saw us book and pay for a table for 12 to watch the Euros, but upon arrival, we were given the worst table because they had a "private event" that wasn't advertised, making it difficult to see the TV. The attitude we encountered was very much 'so what?' It's a shame because the beer is great for the area.

They make a decent margarita in here! Nice spot. UPDATE: previous review was harsh. I had a good night in there.

A great space with the best Aperol Spritz, friendly staff and good vibe. A downside was I lost some items there on the night (my own fault) and tried to contact regarding lost property to no avail, which is a real shame as I had a great night there.

Solid brewery in between Victoria park market and Broadway market. You can bring your own food, and they also sell pizzas on site! The outdoor seating is great for bringing along dogs or parking a baby buggy.

Nice hidden taproom quite difficult to find. They have their beers on tap as well as some from other craft breweries. Service is really great: as I was undecided and I wanted to taste one of their beers I was offered a taste of all of them to decide. I went for their Session Amber Ale which I enjoyed. Definitely worth to visit!

Nice little brewery off the beaten path (entrance is thru an alley, so easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for). Lots of variety in their beers, including some sours. Pretty solid beers, specializing in pale ales. They also have cocktails on tap. The place is spacious, the folks tending bar are great. And they let you order food delivery.
