"After a career working in Roman gourmet temples like Salumeria Roscioli, Pasquale Borriello struck out on his own in 2022. His small shop in Trastevere near the church of San Francesco a Ripa has a few high-top tables where you can sip natural wine or craft beer alongside Italy’s greatest cheeses. All the big names are on the menu — Parmigiano-Reggiano, gorgonzola, and mozzarella di bufala among them — but Borriello favors the smallest and most artisanal producers of these famous styles. There is also an impressive array of goat- and cow-milk blue cheeses from celebrated affineur Andrea Magi. Cute wine bar and a place to grab quick bites! They will make you a sandwich or just some meats and cheese. Good wine as well. Owner was very sweet.

AMAZING wine bar with a fantastic selection of meats & cheeses. We stopped here for a light charcuterie dinner & were so delighted by the experience. The staff is unbelievably helpful & friendly. A must-visit place in Rome!!

Pasquale and his lovely team have such special products, featuring products from some of the best cheese-makers in Italy. They're glad to offer a sample if you're not totally convinced you'll like the meat or cheese you're interested in. Every time I go here, the Forme team help me to discover more cheese and meats that I've never tried before and end up loving. I'm thankful to be able to discover more about the flavors or Italian and European products offered at this gem of a shop!

Top wines, top cheeses, top salumi, top panini, top products. Everything hand-selected from the best producers in Italy. One of the best meals in Rome is to come here for wine and a hand-crafted panini. Little known fact: they have a blast-chiller so you can choose any bottle of wine and have it at the right temperature in 5 minutes.

Very cute shop, a friendly person helped me pick out a lovely wine last week (in English), they had a small but very nice selection, as well as a pantry and deli section. I went back today and was gutted to see they are now closed for the holidays till Sept :( Would definitely recommend if you like nicely selected Italian products!

One of the highlights of our Rome trip! We had the best time and the staff (Pasquale and his colleague) were so lovely and had great recommendations for us! I would definitely suggest asking for a tasting board of cheese, meat, and wine! You will not be disappointed!
