His small shop in Trastevere near the church of San Francesco a Ripa has a few high-top tables where you can sip natural wine or craft beer alongside Italy’s greatest cheeses. All the big names are on the menu — Parmigiano-Reggiano, gorgonzola, and mozzarella di bufala among them — but Borriello favors the smallest and most artisanal producers of these famous styles. Absolutely amazing Italian wine bar — a true hidden gem! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to selecting the perfect wine. The prices are very reasonable, both by the glass and bottle. The selection of meats and cheeses is top-notch — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

AMAZING wine bar with a fantastic selection of meats & cheeses. We stopped here for a light charcuterie dinner & were so delighted by the experience. The staff is unbelievably helpful & friendly. A must-visit place in Rome!!

One of the best meals in Rome is to come here for wine and a hand-crafted panini. Little known fact: they have a blast-chiller so you can choose any bottle of wine and have it at the right temperature in 5 minutes.

Great place to visit! A boutique store Excellent cheese 🫕 and prosciutto to try!! The owner gave us a degustazzione with a great Italian wine. You can also pay a Bottle of wine and drink it in the place ! Great way to enjoy the real Italian way to do it
