"Classic French Cuisine It wouldn't be a quality French restaurant without a fantastic wine menu - something that features centrally in shaping Formel B's menu and which includes typical wines as well as those without sulfur or clarification. This French-Danish restaurant focuses on traditional French cooking but opts to throw out the rule book. They also source ingredients locally and explain on their webpage that, "We work at eye level with our suppliers who are mainly small Danish farmers with respect to sustainability and nature. We prefer to work with whole animals including cattle from Birkemose farm and Knuthenlund. Vegetables supplied mostly by Søren Wiuff from Lammefjorden and Ask from Kiselgaarden. Every course was so special and perfectly put together - the flavours, the texture, excellent. Having dined at many Michelin starred restaurants, this one was exceptional. The only let down was the peach dessert - this one wasn’t so great for me. I would 100% come here again if I came back to Copenhagen

Absolutely worth a visit if you need to celebrate some special occasion. The food is very good. They can match the food with either a wine menu or a non-alcoholic menu, both excellent. Expensive but very high quality.

There is no way that this place has one Michelin star!!! For this price and prestige you would expect amazing food, with a wow factor and exquisite experience and service. The food was ok, service ok for a normal restaurant and the whole vibe was just off. In my opinion the restaurant was overcrowded with too many tables in one room - there was no privacy. The best thing was the bread and wine.

The restaurant itself is charming, decorated in Scandinavian (minimalist) style, with a lot of wood elements. The atmosphere is very peaceful, intimate. The cuisine is inventive, dishes are well executed, and needless to mention that the products are very well selected. I really liked the caviar with oyster and asparagus mousse, the lemon sole and the roasted Turbot. The service is good.

This was an incredibly good restaurant with each dish that I tasted being presented in a wonderful way and living up to all of the hype. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the wines by the glass offered with the meal were superb. Each course was spaced out in a manner so that we were able to fully enjoy the previous course as well as the wine. The timing was impeccable, and the decor in the restaurant was very welcoming. I suggest this place to anyone who is looking to enjoy a nice intimate dinner and explore a cuisine that might otherwise be unfamiliar to them. Certainly deserving of a Michelin star, this place delivers in every aspect.
