The 17 Best Pizza Spots In Rome 2024

"Sometimes, less is more, and Forno Marchetti’s pizza scrocchia is the perfect example. This delicate, cracker-thin crust is dusted with flour and salt, then lightly brushed with tangy tomato. They've been cranking out pizzas for 68 years, and having one hot and crispy fresh out of the oven is hard to beat. Their other pies are just OK, but the scrocchia is good enough to carry the whole menu. Grab as many as you can fit in a bag, then stroll over to Gelateria Tony for your second breakfast. Very Tasty Pastries, Breads, Cookies and More. The smell of the Pastries was all over the neighbourhood and couldn't help it! The Forno is relatively small and cozy but has a lot to offer. Starting from fresh breads to Pastries to crossaints to Cookies and sweets. Everything looked great and yummy. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great which made me more comfortable in taking the time to see whats available and what to order. I passed by to check the source of the great smell and ended up getting breads and sweets.

Great Breads and More! This shop offers a wonderful variety of foods including tasty pizzas, cookies, and croissants. What really makes the place special is the friendly staff and excellent customer service. Our trip to Rome was made even better thanks to the good food and the welcoming atmosphere at this shop. We came for the food and left not only satisfied but also with new friends."
