How bad does a cupcake have to be for a 9 year old to not want to eat it? On her birthday. I got to find out. These were the worst cupcakes I had ever bought. They were supposed to be red velvet cupcakes for a birthday for a 9 year old girl. I have included photos of both the receipt and the cupcakes. Needless to say it was $46 poorly spent. Now I am not sure what I was expecting for 8 cupcakes that cost $46 but I certainly didn’t receive it. So, I brought them back for the owner to taste for herself. I had previously had good service here so I was extremely disappointed for what followed. I left the cupcakes and asked for the owner to call me once she had tasted them. She called me after a member of her staff had tasted them… fine. When I said I was not happy with the experience she began to use phrases like “well it’s not me but my staff” to shift blame away from herself. Hint: if you are the owner of the business take responsibility and apologize for the bad experience. She did not do that. She refused to do that. Regardless, I will never go there again. Note: this was originally a 5 start review with the text “Very helpful staff.”

MUST VISIT AND UNDERRATED. I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this place. I’m literally here every Sunday morning. This spot has some of the best pastries on the island. I absolutely love their pistachio bombolone and they have a SPECIAL Pistachio Lobster Tail. Unmissable experience ! A must try.

Visited this place for the first time this weekend. Ordered pizza, spinach roll, mortadella pistachio panini, lobster tail, Nutella cornetto and coffee. Everything was excellent and so tasty!! The only thing i didn't care for was the mortadella panini with pistachio cream... Just too much pistachio for me taste. My favorite part had to be the Nutella cornetto... Omg... Sooo delicious.. A must try if you like chocolate!! See my pictures!!

Beautiful place. Big variety, I like everything I try , except for the cinnamon roll pretzel, or something that looks like it. It was dry, maybe a day or two old. The service was good and fast. I will recommend this place and I will come back to try more things.

I picked the spinach sandwich and a dessert. The spinach was frozen, and when I asked them to heat the sandwich, they burned it. There were three staff members serving only a few customers, yet the service was just as disappointing as the food quality.

A very good selection of bread, pastries, olive oil,… I bought pistachio biscotti and Sicilian oregano that I was looking for , biscotti tasted yummy but not as crispy as it should be ( quite soft) , loved to buy a loaf of bread but their bread slicer was not working , will go again :) pls fix it , lol They have the biscotti with both pistachio and almonds , the pastries they all looked yummy
