I am a loyal customer and truly enjoy your pastries, always recommending them to all my friends. Unfortunately, I had two very disappointing experiences over the past week, and I wanted to share them in hopes that management will see this comment and take action.
It seems that the quality of your pastries has declined. This week, I bought your pistachio cream pastry, and the white cream under the pistachios was extremely bitter and unpleasant.
Yesterday, I also purchased a ciabatta baguette. I even asked the salesperson if it was fresh, and they said yes. However, it was so hard that it hurt my and my wife’s mouths, and I personally had tooth pain for several hours afterward.
Today, I visited again for a coffee and mentioned my complaint to the same salesperson, but they replied, “We are only sellers; we just sell whatever they bring to us.” That answer was truly shocking.
Lastly, the tables are always dirty, and there are no napkins available on them. Overall, the service has become very poor.
If the management does not implement better supervision, you will soon lose many loyal customers.
